Past few years at the start of the season we had to call out an HVAC company to fill our unit with freon we been using the same company each time they came out they would strongly recommend replacing the whole system for 10k-15k. We were not able to offed this so we usually went with the $700 charge to fill the unit with the freon. We decided to get another opinion last year (2018) and called 3G Heating & Cooling. They came out same day and did an assessment on our unit. They found a bad connection with the pipe that was causing a slow leak and the freon to need replacement every year. They fixed the leak and filled the unit. I wasn't convinced so I waited till this season to write a review. Guess what? That's right powered up this year and system is working beautifully.
You guys are amazing and HONEST!!!! could have ripped me off like the other company but when asked why he didn't. He answered without hesitation That is not how we do business Don't worry i reported the other company to BBB and everywhere else that would listen

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. They installed new gas logs in my fireplace. They were very helpful on the initial contact asking for details about the insert. They were able to send someone in a timely manner. The technician was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained the details of the logs to me.

We called a competitor first and got an outrageous estimate. This team came quickly, came prepared and did the work - saved us $500 and were so easy to work with. We will for sure keep their number available for all future plumbing needs. It is awesome to find a good and trustworthy business.

We've been long-time customers and had them do two system replacements in our home over the past decade. Though we usually get a different tech each visit, they're always polite and professional.On a call service today we knew that we needed to recharge our leaking, older bedroom unit that will need to be replaced within a year. Used to be that the first pound of R410a was free to paying service plan members, but not any longer.OK, so we need three pounds of coolant. For a long time, monthly dues-paying customer. Costs are rising for coolant due to regulations and dwindling supply, but let's say wholesale prices are in the $20-ish/lb ballpark. Typical quoted prices in my area are $100-120/lb, installed.Conway? Would you believe $300 PER POUND? Yep, I was quoted $900 for 3 lbs. Oh, and would I like for them to send someone out to discuss that new unit I'm going to need?The $900 was insulting. Thanks but no thanks, I don't want to waste my time or yours on whatever you'd like to charge me for a new unit. I called and canceled my club membership, seeing no real value in it for me any more, and have a local provider coming by this afternoon to quote all of the needed work (and his coolant is installed at $100/lb).Conway chased away a customer today with ridiculous, extortionate pricing. But I don't blame the service tech who was just doing his job very professionally.
