Crowe Services/Heating & Air

In the past I have been forced to use a wide variety of HVAC companies in the Memphis area due to my Home Warranty. Quite frankly I have been disappointed at best with both the quality and courtesy of those companies.

I contacted Crowe due to the advice of a friend and I could not be more pleased. The technician that showed up was extremely polite, professional and thorough. He found and repaired bad service from previous companies and did a very good job. I can not give a higher recommendation because a 10 star is not available here.

Thank you Crowe and I am now a regular customer.

Replaced the main HVAC system for the home and duct work.

Our previous HVAC company was bought up by a large corporation, whose time line to replace a blower motor was over a week. I called Crowe’s at the recommendation of a neighbor. I was super impressed. They jumped through hoops to help us out and even overnighted the motor we needed to get us fixed by the weekend. They even put a window unit in our main living area until they were able to get the motor.

I haven't rated a company excellent in all catogories before but my experience with the lady I spoke to over the phone was excellent she was knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Reassured me of the products and how they worked. And I can't tell you how great the tech you sent out to help me. Greeted me with a smile and a willingness to help me with questions are concerns I had.

Really pleased with the service of this company and the technician. Will definitely call them back when we need anything.

Chris came out to diagnose my HVAC problem. I’ve got a 30 year old system. He explained benefits of replacing rather than repairing. We’ve been nursing my system for a while now. Getting a new unit.

Best heating and cooling company I have used

Crowe Heating and Air are very professional and helpful! They replaced our upstairs unit in February 2017. Recently my downstair unit froze up. They arrived in a timely manner and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. Steve was very helpful and even educated me on how to care for the unit! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Working with Crowe Services was an excellent experience. Pierce was our rep and he was very knowledgeable, personable, and available for all our questions and concerns. We had a brand new HVAC system installed, moved to another location in our attic, and all of our ducts replaced and re-routed to make space to finish our attic. They had all of this done in 3 days. The installation team, led by Seth, was very professional and efficient. Overall, we are very pleased with Crowe Services and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services. I just bought my house in Germantown, and had only been in it about 2 months when we got hit by the Ice storm and lost my power, and my gas logs would not work. I called Friday morning to try to schedule an appointment (lol, I know, like that was going to happen), but they were so nice and concerned and promised to have a technician out that day (shocker)! Not only were they out that day, they were there within 2 hours, and the technician said they just wanted to make sure I got some heat! We purchased gas logs from Crowe Hearing & Air and had them install them for us. The office staff was responsive and helpful setting up appointments. Wes did an excellent job setting everything up. He explained how the logs work and made sure to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to make sure they looked perfect and we were happy with how they look. When the service Technician is on the way you will receive a text message with the Technicians photo and what time they will arrive. I contacted the company for a diagnosis. The technician was very professional and thorough with letting us know what the problem was. He even noticed other things that we needed to get checked out that we were unaware of, but it had to be addressed by a plumber. He took his time to explain and show what was going on. Wes was very knowledgeable, and I would most definitely recommend this company to someone based upon his professionalism, how notifications were provided, and his ability to provide details with the capability to explain in lamens terms. I also loved that they are available around the clock. This was good to know for future reference for me. I have added them to my contacts. I will be giving them a call back to get the work done.

Could not finish in one day didn’t have the right tool on the truck. I have to wait till tomorrow to fix a plumbing issue. Crowe Service came back promptly this morning and fixed the problem. Although they are always busy, they are transparent and communicative. The professionalism and thorough communication is what stood out to me in terms of my experience with Crowe Heating & Air.

Finding a good HVAC company is not an easy task. After dealing with three companies either not showing up, or not returning calls, or overall poor customer service, I found Crowe Heating & Air by chance. To describe Crowe Heating, I would say they operate a perfect 3-way relay race. First Leg: My call with the Diane (I think who answered), the appointment scheduler, was my first indication I had found the right company. She was polite and explained what would happen next. Second Leg: Through my interaction with Richard, the estimator, I knew I was in good hands. He was polite and assured me they would complete the work correctly the first time. Anchor/Third Leg: Completing the installation was not an easy task, given the position and close quarters in the attic; however, Tim and crew (the installers) completed the installation and my house has never felt this cool. Their scheduling, communication, promptness, and professionalism place them in a different class of other HVAC companies. If you have HVAC needs, go to Crowe.

My realtor had them service our a/c and they said something else was wrong. And would send over pictures. And they send a third opinion. Now our air is broke again as of September 10,2020. Lasted one week.

Technician Draylon Dixon efficiently reviewed our Heating unit and plumbing, then suggested an upgrade to the UV light we had in the furnace. Good work as always from Crowe Heating and AIr.

I called them out for a leak from the condensate drain being clogged at our restaurant. They came out, arrived on time and did the required cleaning as well as getting me a box of filters and installing them for me throughout the restaurant. Excellent service, very fast and pleasant.

We highly recommend Crowe Heating and Air. We had an entire new air conditioning system installed and the entire crew was very careful in covering our floors, and were so polite and helpful when going up and down in the attic and installing the outside unit as well. While we were waiting for the major installation, a Crowe staff person installed window units so that we could endure the 90 degree plus weather. They also provided a way to pay no-interest for two years. We could not ask for better service!!! Thank you!

He pointed out everything that should be changed and why it needed to be fixed without trying to upsell unnecessary products. All of the technicians that came out to install the system were courteous and professional, and they updated us as the work progressed. The first time I used this company was to replace my heater. The technicians we very good and the equipment is working well. Now, I am using them to fix a gas leak. As of this survey, the project isn’t finished, however, the technicians are responsive to my questions and, as far as I can tell, they are doing a great job. I only have them four stars, since the work isn’t finished.

Did a great job replacing my A/C. They were quick to come and quote, the quote was inline the others, and they even got me scheduled and fixed up quickly. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They have a good scheduling system, so I even got text messages with the picture of the tech coming to my house. Our 20+year old AC condenser had been giving us issues for about two years. Crowe Heating & Air was quick to come out every time to make minor fixes for what was needed depending on the season to save money did not try to push getting new equipment.

Finally after two years of our AC unit causing problems with the whole system we decided to replace it and the 20+yr old furnace because the temps were rising and we only had AC upstairs.

Crowe Heating & Air was able to come and install the units within 4 days. They gave us the best quote out of 3 companies and did not push expensive equipment we did not need. They had the new furnace and ac unit installed within hours. Also all of the technicians were very nice.
