Chris Koss went over and beyond with the service call he made here today. He told me everything up front, kept me posted as he worked, and did a wonderful job.

I needed to have my condenser cleaned as I am getting ready to sale my home. I went to google to find a company. It was 8:30pm and a super professional lady( I wish I would have got her name) went on and booked my appointment. She told me about the Hiller club. At first I just wanted to get this cleaned as I am moving. I told her I was moving to the Knoxville area. She told me they service that area as well. So I obviously took advantage of the club. The technician that came to my house was Cody. He arrived on time. He was extremely professional. He was in uniform, seemed knowledgeable about what services he was going to perform. At the end he told me what he checked, and what other services they offered. Overall experience was an A+ They just gained a customer for life.

Great Service! Our technician came to solve an electrical issue I’ve been dealing with for a while now. Came in, and solved it in a few minutes. Friendly and courteous! Something you don’t see much these days. Definitely deserves more business from me.

Had an appointment scheduled with Hiller this morning between 8a-10a to get an estimate on a new a/c & heating system. Friday and yesterday, I received reminders via e-mail and text about my appointment this morning. At 10a, I had not heard from anyone. I called and spoke with a customer service agent who apologized that I had not been contacted, but the technician was running behind and would call me when he was in route. At 11a, I received a call from the technician stating that there was some type of miscommunication, because no one ever notified him about my call. I advised that I had received all these reminders about my appointment, so I asked how there was miscommunication? The technician advised that they never sent the job to his IPad. He went on to say that his next available appointment was later this afternoon after 3pm. I explained that I had taken off of work so that I could be here for the appointment that I scheduled and would not be available after 3pm. I advised that this potential business transaction was already starting off bad, so I would take my business else where. The technician was very nonchalant and said OK.

Hiller Plumbing & Heating are the best. I would rather go with Hiller than someone else because they get right down to the problem. On December 7th Dillon Cable was our technician and he came out to see why the boiler was not working. He took his time and he did not rush through the process. On December 13th, 2018 he and Shawn came back and fixed the problem. If anyone out there need their heating looked at, please hire Dillon Cable and he will get the job done right. We are very happy with Hiller! Thank You so much Hiller! We can come home to a toasty home and not a freezing one.

excellent service yet inexpensive pricing! arrived in time, quick diagnose. they even wear shoe cover before enter your house(mine is on attic). my A.O. Smith GCV 40 heater in warranty(2013) so they fetched parts quickly while draining the tank, and replace the burner soon when back. total finished in no more then 2 hours. NOTE: Diagnose is free only if you use their service, this is similar to auto repair, not a big deal.

John Liles was our technician. He came in time, professional and very helpful.This is the first time trying this company and I will be using them again.The pricing is better than other companies.I actually booked for Mr Rooter to come by. They were suppose to show up on the day between 1-3 and when I called them to ask why they are not here. They mentioned that they would have never booked today and it’s for a week from now.They don’t know they were on speaker when I was booking the app in the first place. So that was bad impression.This has happened with Conway as well. Where they say they will be there at such time and they mess up their schedule. The difference is they will accept they made a mistake.

My plumber was personable, engaging, explained all the things I was curious about (I'm nosy and inquisitive, especially with DIY/home things), and had a great sense of humor. For his sake, I wish they'd sent a second person with him because to make it easier I needed to go outside and hold the faucet while he cut the pipe inside (my hose faucet was broken within the wall), but I personally didn't mind helping. He worked quickly and was clearly very knowledgeable. What could have taken half the day turned out to be only an hour job and I'm happy to have running water again thanks to Hiller!

Great service, but unbelievably expensive!I called Hiller to install an outdoor outlet on the side of my house right next the fuse box. I was impressed with their customer service - polite person scheduling the appointment and next day appointment available. However, the technician quoted me a price of $699 for a project that, even the technician admitted, would take only $50 in parts and a maximum of 2 hours labor. Another licensed electrician did the work for $250. I don't mind paying for a quality technician, but for such a basic electrical project, I was stunned with their pricing.

Timothy located the leak source quickly and fixed it as well as a leaky faucet in my bathroom. He is a super nice guy and I'll ask for him if I need ya'll again.

My tech Jeremy was awesome and knowledgeable! This was a time consuming job and he didn't rush or cut corners which makes me happy, safe and every penny worth it! My price was fair and I have more work that needs to be done and will have him back in a couple of days to finish! So recommend Hiller!

Where can I start, I was greeted by two professional plumbers that knew exactly what they were doing. The people who showed up to install my new water heater were polite and courteous. Unfortunately we ran into a few issues removing my old water heater and getting a new one to fit in the existing space. Once we got these resolved and got a unit that would fit, there were problems with the new water heater. Throughout the whole experience Hiller been over backwards to make sure that I knew they would not leave until everything was complete. One of the managers had to come out at 9:30 PM and they ended up having to replace a faulty gas valve on the brand new water heater. I was impressed at their willingness to continue working until the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anybody

Had a sudden leak at night. We advised we would gladly pay diagnostic fee of $199 plus whatever for repairs. Advised they would happen. Holler was first to respond initially when I called them and another plumber. So other plumber called afterward and was willing to come out. Told him no because Hiller was coming. Turned out hiller never called it came out. Very disappointed in Jen we called today and was advised it would be two more days. That will not work for an emergency. Just be honest.

Very disappointed. We hired Hiller to install a ceiling fan. They were paid $200 to do the install and after being unable to do it in an hour they left and told us to hire Lowe’s to fix it. Complete waste of money

This review does not reflect the tech. Kylan was, quick, professional, well dressed, clean, helpful, and great.The quote was outrageous. The markup on the parts and equipment was astronomical. They quoted 75$ for a 10$ (Lowes) 240v outlets.700$ for 100 ft of 10 gauge cable. Lowes has 250ft for 470$.Etc. Etc.I’m all about paying tradesmen their value as I was one. But this is corporate theft. The electrician will see a pittance from this quote had I went through with it. Do not recommend.

My Husband and I recently had Hiller do some extensive work to our home,from replacing both AC units for our duplex, installing water heaters,sewer repair, etc. We can’t say enough how happy we are with the work that was done. The technicians were prompt, polite, knowledgeable,and more importantly, professional. We have to give special recognition to Shawn Gould. He was Amazing and went over and beyond from the beginning of the process to the end and even after. We live out of state and have tenants so getting this work done In a timely manner and done right was crucial. We thought it would be nerve wrecking because we weren’t physically there to see what was going on. Shawn helped calm our nerves and made it a point to keep us informed throughout the entire process. We flew up after the work was completed and have to say that our expectations were definitely exceeded. I would strongly recommend this company.

Stephen called to let me know he was in my area and that he would be coming to my house. Once he got there he asked what I was having an issue with. In a matter of 15 minutes he was able to get to the root of the problem and also explained to me what was going on. The technician Christopher that came to my home was professional, kind, and knew his job. It took him no time to diagnose the problem and fix it. I had 2 other people(friends/foe) before him try to fix the problem and it took them hours, and it still was not right. Thank you Hiller plumbing. Requested maintenance call weeks and weeks ago. There was a certain technician with whom we had bonded.The request was written in big letters that said do not send another technician. If this tech is unavailable, I will gladly reschedule. The doorbell rings and this technician I’ve never seen or do not know is the one they have sent. I went ahead and allowed the service, but this says a whole lot about the happy Hiller experience. I’m certainly not happy. Thursday I requested a call from a manager and have patiently waited with no response as of this date.We have at least 8 or 9 companies in Memphis that provide the same service.Makes me wonder, what has happened to Hiller?

Hiller hires the best professional technicians to represent their organization. I am very impress with how knowledgeable each one is. Each time a technician enters my home, not only are they always on time, they are very compassionate to my needs. Especially, today! Hugh did an outstanding job with my electrical needs. He addressed all of my concerns. He explained in layman terms where I could understand what was going on and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Hugh was very respectful, professional and friendly. In addition, Anthony, the plumber did a great job as well. He knew exactly what my problem was and immediately corrected it. Plumber wasn’t very personable and didn’t make me feel like I was I good hands. He did the job, and literally nothing more. He had to cut a hole in the wall to service a drain, but left the debris and mess for us to clean up.For the large cost of the job, I’d expect a professional service and piece of mind. Instead I got the bare minimum service and a mess to clean up.

Technician hung a large Chandelier and replaced an electrical outlet . I was very impressed with quality of work and his professionalism.

Dustin did a great job. Took a little while but he found the problem. The previous plumbing company did not really solve anything. Could have saved that $200.00. Dustin was professional, knowledgeable, and even smelled better that the previous plumber. Now I just got to fit what he found. Broken sewer drain.

14 degrees, snowing in Memphis and winter storm setting in....and our heat went out.We couldn’t reach the company that installed our unit so after 45 minutes of waiting, and temperatures dropping, we called Hiller. They arrived within minutes and solve the problem like clockwork. Will definitely call them in the future. I should also mention it’s a Sunday and Valentine’s day.

5 STARSI called Hiller and they were at my house within an hour. My technician, John was excellent. He diagnosed furnace issue, made the repair and was on to his next call within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Hiller to everyone.Today, I had a plumbing issue. Hiller sent out Mr. Dwight out to see me. He resolved the toilet tank not refilling after flushing and a slow drain I had on a sink in a matter of minutes. It was a pleasure to have him make the repairs. I will request Mr. Dwight in the future.

Today I needed a small plumbing job fixed and I called the residential plumbing division. Shawn came out and fixed it quickly, within two hours of the time I called. The technician was very professional, prompt, helpful and completed the job quickly. However according to my husband we were charged for services that we didn't authorize. I may have to reconsider using Hiller for my future HVAC needs.

Service is good and everyone I interacted with was great. Their prices are unbelievably high. At least 100% higher than most everybody else. I was quoted $650 to replace circuit board, plus $90 dollar consultation fee, plus $115 per pound of freon that I was told I needed. I called in another guy and he replaced the board for $240, no consultation fee and checked my freon and told me that I was full. He would have charged $85 a pound to fill it up.If you don't care about money go ahead and call them, but if you live on a budget like 80% of the country then call somebody else.That being said I think the Happy Hiller Club is a good deal. Just get somebody else to fix it.

Hiller has been our go to service for a number of years for all things plumbing, HVAC and electrical. They are never going to be the low cost provider, quality does not come cheap! What they are is reliable, honest and very good at what they do! Their technicians will make recommendations if they see something that needs attention, but they do not hard sell, ever. I recommend them to all my family and friends!

They went above and beyond when installing my zoned system, didn't charge me for any unforeseen costs over the quote, and they have since done additional installs and maintenance promptly and at a very reasonable price. This company was the third of 3 companies I’d had to my house for AC problems. The first company was completely useless - lied to me about what they’d done and told me I had to pay extra money outside of my warranty, but still didn’t fix the problem. The second company told me there was nothing they could do to fix my AC unit and would have to replace the whole thing for a hefty $15,000.00. Hiller came out and fixed the unit and told me I didn’t need a new one. Basically they saved me $14,500.00. The repairman was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I will be setting up maintenance with them going forward. I have also called to have a plumber come out to the house for a separate issue since they did so well with this.

We have just moved to an older house and are having some plumbing and electrical issues. We had Mike out today and he was so helpful. He switched the electrical panel from the garage to the laundry closet on the box. He helped me put together a chandelier and a ceiling fan and hung those for me. He was very helpful and very nice. I love working with the guys from Hiller.

Sadly, I didn't even get to use the services. They advertise that their services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, I was told no technician was available for my emergency.

Hiller scheduled TWO appointments to meet me at my house to provide an estimate for service. The electrician NEVER SHOWED either time.I had an appointment on Friday from 3-5 pm. I called at 4:45 pm to make sure the electrician was still coming. The main office confirmed he was on the way. He never showed.The following day, I called in, waited on hold for 19 minutes, and then I spoke to a very nice lady that apologized and arranged an appointment on Memorial Day from 8-10. At 10:33, I called the office again to report the electrician ‘s absence, at which time they told me they would have to have a manager call and provide an estimate over the phone.Where is the communication and accountability you would expect for a professional, large scale company?I am no longer interested in their business!

He got here early which was great. Very friendly, diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed us up quickly. All around great experience.

I should have called them from the very beginning so my problem didn’t last for 3 weeks, tried other companies first, but they didn’t impress me on their performance, the way they conduct business and their pricing. Hiller scheduled someone right away to come see the issue, was quoted and they did the rest. They didn’t promise one day work, they said 2 days but it only took them few hours and charged me less than what we talked about because it didn’t take them long to fix it. Don’t think twice, choose Hiller, saves you time, money and headaches.

Good people, worked hard to install new HVAC condenser/furnace. But didn't tell us we'd get a new thermostat or leave manuals, etc., so we're not sure how to work the thermostat and don't know what type of air filter the system needs. I will use them again.

I had a routine AC maintenance at 10:00am today. This was scheduled in advance of the power outage due to storms. My AC was working just fine before the arrival of the tech today.. Got home and my AC ISN'T working AT ALL! No cool air. No one can be here until after 9pm tonight and my house is hot AGAIN after being without power for two and one half days. This is SO FRUSTRATING!

Quick, clean, and fast professional class repair. After short evaluations decided to go with a different repair, more time consuming, but better suited for the location of the leak, without compromising the other pipe connections.

Purchased dishwasher from Home Depot. Paid for installation and removal of old one. When they got here I was told they couldn't do the installation with a bogus excuse. They basically dropped the new dishwasher in my living room and left. I contacted Hiller and they took care of me. Chris is an awesome technician. He explained everything and took care of everything. Had Steven (maybe Stephen) out to repair an outlet. I had an appointment with another company that never showed up and I had to call to find out I was cancelled. Called Hiller hoping to have an appointment next week and they told me someone could be out in a couple hours. Tech was right on time, was courteous and friendly. Explained the issues in layman’s terms and thoroughly explained my options. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Probably would have been less but I’m a talker. Price was reasonable. Would not hesitate to use their services again. I hope this review gets steven/Stephen the recognition he deserves as an exemplary model of customer service.

They were timely in initial contact as well as follow leading to and after the appointment.  Jared Lott was my technician and prior to arrival they were able to move my appointment up earlier which was great. Their text confirmation even included a photo of the technician so I would know who to expect. Jared was professional and assessed the problems quickly and provided alternative means to resolve my issues, allowing me to decide which one fit my time and budget. I only had 1 of the 2 repairs requested completed on this visit and he did an excellent job! The 2nd job will be completed when I order a replacement part. I will certainly be contacting Hiller when it arrives and requesting Jared as my technician. 1st experience with them though I have seen their trucks and ads numerous times. It will not be my last time using their services.

Chris showed up very promptly for our appointment and was friendly and professional. He explained each thing he needed to do. The check up didn’t take long. He found a capacitor not functioning at full capacity. He explained the reason it should be replaced (sooner rather than later). The repair was discounted since I am part of the Happy Hiller maintenance program- and was therefore very affordable. He was in and out in half an hour. And I now have the rest of the afternoon to finish my errands. 😉I am very happy with the service and will continue to use Hiller for future needs as they arise.

I was fortunate enough to call Hiller and they came out, I was so scared of the expense I put off calling for a long time, however when they arrived both Corey and Devin were very knowledgeable and nice, they found the issue, a bad breaker, they had one on the truck and I was drying my clothes by the time they left. I recommend and will use their services again.

Technician was on time, professional and knowledgeable about my Generac Generator. I was very pleased with the service.

We had a water leak in the front yard between meter and house. The first appointment for repair was called for on Friday and the technician was at the work site on Monday at 9 as planned. He began to dig where the water was standing in the yard and once he reached the pipe he recommended we call American leak detection, to see where they think the leak was coming out. The issue I have with it, is the leak was about 2 feet into the flower bed that we told the technician to feel free to dig into to. This would have saved us a weeks worth of waiting on the next appointment available for the leak detection company to be able to come out and the $375 bill for them to find the leak that was just 2 feet from where the technician was digging initially. In addition the technician gave us bad advice that the leak detection company was $450 but that he could get the price down to $375. The leak detection company said Hiller tech could not say that much less honor that for another company. He should not tell this to customers going forward. In addition to the excessive amount of water loss to the extra week of water leaking the follow issues were also added to the stress of waiting the week for repair. Customer was only 3 weeks from knee replacement surgery and the tech stated the leak could be in the slab of the house so the rooms between initially dig spot and house water cut off had to be cleared in case they had to jack hammer into the slab in order to fix the problem. The customers also have asthma issues and the stress of needing to move furniture and possible concrete dust from Jack hammering was very stressful. We had to cancel family gathering from out of town due to water issue to the house and have to move furniture out of the room for possible slab work. All I’m saying is all this could been avoided if the tech would have dug a couple feet more feet toward the porch. The tech was a good worker, respectable and informative. There was no issue with him professionally or personally but all techs should do all they can on the front end to find the problem to satisfy the customer experience.

I had electrical problems. Mr. Bryant came and fixed the problem quickly. I do not regret my Hill club membership at all. I really appreciate the quick response and repair.

The electrician that came out was named Stephen. He was well spoken and knowledgeable at his field of work. Was very respectful of my home and did very good work. I would definitely recommend using this company with this technician again. No hidden fees. Everything was explained upfront. Did a great job.

Hiller installed new circuits, rewired kitchen for remodel including moving outlets, replacing outlets and switches, installing junction boxes etc. Started on time and worked 12 hours straight to get everything done in one trip. Top notch electricians.

I was told on the phone when I set the time and date for the technician to come out. The cost would not be over 500 dollars and low and behold the cost was over 500 dollars and if somthing went wrong it would be more. I had to pay a 76 dollar fee for the technician coming out.Thanks Hiller Pluming for contacting me.After the customer relations team contacted me and we spoke for a few minutes I think they resolved the issue and going forward this conversation will elevated and discrepancy that a consumer should have on prices upfront.Thanks Patrick

I use Hiller because they are punctual, send you a picture of their technician plus tracking, before the technician comes. They identify what’s needed & cost. Then stick by their word.. Thoroughly respectful and professional. I included several services they have done for me this year in my review and everyone of them was performed to my satisfaction.

The employees were incredibly nice and helpful, and they came very quickly. The charge for the service that was provided was way too high in my opinion, and I was not told the price before the service was provided.

So impressed with this company. Our air went out in 103 degrees. I called Hiller at 5:30 pm and they came an hour before they were scheduled. Not only did they continually text updates they called to follow up. The service was excellent and the repair was done in less than 30 minutes.

No one wants a plumbing problem in the middle of night. In a thunderstorm. Watching your new carpet getting ruined. But if you find yourself in that situation, don’t call anyone else but Hiller. The gentleman on the phone in charge of dispatch was calming, polite, professional and kind. He let me know exactly what to expect, and reassured me that someone would be out as soon as possible.I was fortunate they had Dustin on call that night, and he arrived in the time window I was given. He quickly listened to my series of events, and honed in on where the problem was. He was calm, efficient and professional, while also being very reassuring to me. Even once he believed the problem was fixed, he had me run through a series of tests with the plumbing to be sure there was no hidden issue that he needed to address before he left for the night.Yes, you will pay more for emergency service after hours. That is fair in my opinion. Hiller did not make me feel like they were taking advantage of me with their price. My nightmare night ended up allowing me some rest before my Monday officially began, knowing that Dustin from Hiller had saved the day, and the rest of my carpet. I will never hesitate to call them in the future.

We had a very kind sales person, however, we had terrible service. The technicians scraped our walls, left a giant knife in our children's playroom, and left our ducts apart after a cleaning. The open ducts caused a horrific humidity problem in our home, which led to mold growth. We are very unsatisfied with our service. We have requested a refund for the services, as per Hiller's slogan, Happy you'll be or the service is free, and they sent us to their insurance company who denied the claim. It is infuriating that Hiller caused a problem that had ongoing repercussions for our family, and now they are unwilling to refund us for the service they did so poorly and incompletely.

Great service! After calling Hiller to report A/C problem they arrived at our house within 45 minutes …it took Tony no more than an hour to fix the issue.

I called Hiller after my AC stopped working for an emergency service call over the weekend. The customer service rep was so pleasant to work with and scheduled me for their next available appointment.I knew going into the repair that it was likely my system would need to be replaced as it was well past it's life span, so I asked if instead of just quoting repairs if Hiller would also quote replacing the system as well. They came out the next day, providing the quotes, and I went forward with replacing the system, which happened the next day. Unfortunately, the technicians ran into some issues with the install, so it ended up taking two additional days, but they made sure to bring portable AC units to help keep the house comfortable while they continued the work. And in the end, despite the extra labor and parts needed to complete the job, I was only invoiced exactly the estimated cost I agreed to.Overall, I am incredibly happy with the service Hiller provided, and will use them again for maintenance in the future.

Both Ray and Bruce did a great job checking our electricity. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The technician was right on time, installed the toilet correctly, cleaned up all of the debris and removed the old toilet. My only complaint is the price to install this item exceeded the price of the toilet. I will not use their service again just because of this excessive cost.

Overall great experience. Had a 4 prong generator outlet installed with two additional breakers. Initially could not get one item to work off the generator after install. They were willing to stay as long as it took to figure it out. They never were in a rush to get to another appointment like many other contractors. I sent them home towards the end of the day and re-scheduled another appointment the following week with no trouble and no extra charge. They came back with a third electrician and was able to isolate the problem. Very good customer service and you could not be there fair rate.

Hiller is the best! Every technician who has ever come to my home has been knowledgeable, polite, and dressed professionally and neat! Today’s visit was no different! My technician went above and beyond on everything he did! He was prompt and got the job done as quickly as possible AND even offered to replace a light bulb while in the attic!!! I called hiller and several other companies today to get my heat fixed. I explained to each one of them I had a 3 day old baby at the house and really needed it fixed soon. Other companies tried to schedule me in for the end of the week or next week. Hiller said they would get someone there today. I hung up and not 10 minutes later the technician had called me saying he was on the way to the house. With in 45 minutes of me making the call. The technician looked at the unit found a sensor malfunctioning and repaired in with in another 30 minutes. They where extremely good on price considering they wheee there that quickly. I was doing a whole house renovation on a 1600 sq ft home they needed new plumbing and AC. They came out for an HVAC bid, but didn’t send me the bid for over a week (after I reached out to remind them that they should send it). That bid came in at almost double other bids I received. They then asked if I would meet with their plumber to get a more accurate bid. I agreed and met with him. They surprised me with a service charge, which wasn’t great. Unsurprisingly, they once again failed to send me a bid, although his “rough estimates” were substantially higher than other estimates I had received. For instance, hourly labor came in at about $200. My takeaway is that the people I worked with were nice enough, but you will pay for the Hiller name and I am skeptical the service would match the cost.

Our upstairs, 17 yr old AC unit finally quit. Could have replaced the compressor but decided it was time to get a new unit. Price shopped around for a Trane or similar brand ($5k - 8200) and although, Hiller wasn’t the cheapest, they were very competitive, and could install it in a couple of days during the busiest/hottest time of the year in Memphis. Decided to get our ducts cleaned as well, and their price was $500 less than another competitor. They notified me they were on their way the morning of the install, and three nice men (Alex, AJ and Will) showed up at 0830 ready to go. Their were some installation challenges which required replacing the existing thermostat with a temporary one (exact replacement to be purchased and installed by them later), but they kept me informed of their progress and were responsive to my concerns. I made sure they had plenty of snacks and drinks because I was afraid they would pass out from heat exhaustion. They left around 530 after cleaning up and making sure I was satisfied. Everyone I dealt at Hiller from the sales rep who came out (Geoff), to their office staff were friendly and professional, which is difficult to find these days. Highly recommend!

Hiller fixed a huge mess left by the deliverers and installers of a dishwasher, ice maker, stove top and venting system. These deliverers and installers did not install ANYTHING. they poured over the installation instructions to a scary point. A call to Hiller fixed it all! They were out the next day and it was so nice and organized.

We returned from out of town on Christmas Eve. During the weekend there was a power surge that fried the transformer and motherboard of our furnace, leaving the house a chilly 50 degrees. We called Hiller around 7:00pm on Christmas Eve who immediately dispatched a technician, Patrich. Since we have newborn twins and a dog, it was important to restore power to the furnace. Patrich worked extremely diligently to restore power by replacing the transformer. However, they do not carry motherboards, so we had to wait until the day after Christmas until the parts were available. Patrich and an electrician came over first thing in the morning the day after Christmas and had the furnace up and running by 9:30 am. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and work ethic of Hiller and would highly recommend them.

I have been very satisfied with the annual checkups for both systems over the past 3 years. A few days ago I decided it was time to relocate my hot water tank from my kitchen to the attic. Called about a clogged bathtub, on a late Saturday afternoon. The women answering the phones were very polite and helpful. They were running a special on this service, which they told me about when I called,so the price was reasonable and beat most places I called. They arrived within an hour of my call- other services wouldn't be able to come til Monday, and that was going to be hard since I only have one bathroom! The man that did the work was friendly, fast and professional. I will be using them again, for other plumbing services.

They are the most prompt and professional service in the area. When it comes to AC repair or electric work, I will not even use my home warranty. I’d rather deal with Hiller. Jeff was polite and seemed very knowledgeable. Bolts on old disposal were rusted and required more than a little coaxing. He never lost his sense of humor through the install. The bathtub drain lever which wasn’t working refused to come out, so he came up with an acceptable alternative to removing and replacing it. I was very pleased with the visit.

Cody and Kris are great. These guys really take the time to figure out what your issue is and go above and beyond the call to provide good service. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and I can tell they had my interest in mind. Would highly recommend.

Save yourself the hassle of dealing with another popular major chain (ahem - the one with red trucks) and CALL HILLER. I made the mistake of doing the opposite and it 1. Took a week longer than it needed to and 2. Cost a lot more. I mean a LOT. When Hiller couldn’t unclog our pipes in the first pass, they automatically scoped the pipes AT NO ADDED CHARGE, unlike the OTHER company which needed $500 to do that, and who decided I had a busted pipe (based on what, I don’t know, because their image was terrible). BEST part is HILLER determined that I did not have a broken pipe, and persistently worked until they had FIXED THE CLOG. Oh, AND they WORKED CLEAN—they didn’t make a mess and leave. The other company made a mess, threw their arms up and said sorry, that’ll be $800 and sent me elaborate estimates to fix what they imagined was wrong the next day. Take it from someone who went a week and a half without working plumbing— HILLER IS THE BEST! CALL HILLER FIRST! And special thanks to Phillip and Rob, Lifesavers.

It's odd, in this age, to find reliable, courteous, professional service a constant in any company, but Hiller has earned it. Every technician, every service, every time. I absolutely LOVE that they send the name and photo of the technicians before they arrive. It gives one that extra peace of mind when you've placed a call during off hours (when emergencies tend to occur). They're never pushy, and never talk shop or try to up sale when it's clear you just want the service you asked for. I'm a chronic 'Googler' and everything they say about products/service is consistent with my research. Thanks for another job well done Hiller!!!!

We always call Hiller for all of our electric and HVAC needs. Our driveway pillar lights went out a few days ago. Got a prompt appointment, our technicians were on time (we also got a call and text letting us know there were on their way.). Diagnosed the problem, gave us an accurate estimate- had all the pieces they needed to fix our problem in their truck. Problem fixed and were checked out within an hour. Our technicians were super nice, very professional and I like that they wear corporate clothing reiterating their professional approach. I highly recommend.

Patrick Coats was my technician and he was wonderful. I had a leak under my kitchen sink which he diagnosed immediately. Overall did a poor job with outdoor lights. The pier lights aren’t centered on the columns. The pier lights also aren’t flush with the stone. There are big gaps around the base and looks like kids installed it. I’m going to have to move and require myself.

David did an incredible job finding the Freon leak and educating us on the importance of regular cleaning and maintenance. He actually took us outside and *showed us* the unit, how it works and impending damage that came be cause by not keeping it clean. Eye opening and so very appreciated.

Ive used many hvac services and some have offered better service TODAY to suck you in to calling them back. Each call back is more dissapointing. Well a trusted contractor I know recommend Hiller in 2015. I have multiple properties. Hiller always gets my tenants their HVAC up and running in record time. Their work never needs a follow-up for bad/dysfunctional repairs. Im probably going to purchase Hiller's maintenance/service program.

The technician came at 10:30 am to my complex and got his truck stuck . 7 (owners) guys asked to help push him out and he refused their help .We only have 1 water line in complex and 49 other families water was turned off from my pipe burst.so they offered help even to take him to parts store so he could get parts he needed to start or do the repairs while he waited on tow truck. He refusedHe gave me a quote of almost $700 to repair a single copper pipe.. he stated even though we had cut out the Sheetrock in the ceiling and pipe was visible and very easy asset that he had to wait on a second guy and had to go get parts needed once tow truck came and pulled him out.I asked him to have his boss send me another technician to fix if he wasn’t going to fix while waiting on tow truck. He stated the second technician was on his way alone with the tow truck.He got to property at 10:26 am and sat in his truck until 1: 26 pm stated waiting on second technician and tow truck.I called him on phone and told him the other owners had called code enforcement because water had been off over 24 hours and a plumbing company was on property but nobody getting water fix. Owners even called media .At this point he said , I’m going to get started at 1:30 on tenant repairs. He walked to tenant unit and then tow truck pulled up.Tow truck pulled him out and drove his truck up in front of tenant house and he called me on phone 1:32 and told me to tell tenant to let him in.Technician with no second person, didn’t go to get no parts , went in 1:33 and made repair and out by 2:20.He lied about what he had to fix, I got before and after pictures. He was trying to price gouge me. Charging me almost $700 for less than a hour worth of work . He spent 3 hours in his try waiting on tow truck and refusing to fix repair when he first came leaving 49 families with no power to make it look like he was there working for 3 hours or more.I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one. I got pictures and statement from over 15 owners .

From the receptionist answering the phone to the A/C tech that came out, the experience was over the top compared to some other experiences I have had with other companies in the Memphis area. They actually showed up when they said they would. Waisted time off from work in the past with companies canceling at the last hour of my arrival windows and even getting no call no shows. They have business from now on and their yearly two season cleaning deal they have is worth it for sure.

Technician that came out was rude and couldn’t fix my problem with the water heater. He couldn’t even tell me what was wrong. I called customer service and was told a manager would get right back to me and they never did. He also said tank was not leaking much but 3 hours after he left pan is full. I am also a member of the Happy Hiller club, I’m anything but happy.

We were unimpressed by the demeanor of your employee. He did not tell us anything about what he found in the needed repairs. I had to ask questions about how to prevent these problems from occurring again and he appeared to be annoyed and gave very vague , short responses.It took a little over 40 minutes to handle only three items--replacing the handle on a toilet, un-jamming the garbage disposal,and installing a new shower head that I had already purchased from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. The cost we were charged was an outlandish price of $250.80!Overall, we were quite UNHAPPY with this experience. Could you please review the billing to make certain we were NOT charged for a shower head?We have been members of your Happy Hiller Club for four years and are strongly considering not renewing our membership for 2019.

My Happy Hiller experience left me just that...HAPPY! I had an appointment window of 8a-10a. I got a text message at 7:50am that told me Dillon was on the way. It included his photo so I knew who to be on the lookout for. A few minutes later, Wes showed up. Not who I was expecting, but maybe Dillon was out sick. Five minutes later, Dillon showed up too. A scheduling error, but not the usual error that I’ve had with other companies in the past where no one shows up. Wes left and Dillon stayed to service my unit. Professional, courteous, and friendly. I’ve signed up for the Happy Hiller Club to have HVAC serviced twice a year and water heater once per year. Great first experience and I’m not surprised as my mom uses the club and loves the service. Very disappointed! I requested repair of a floresant light, the technician replaced 2 switches, charged me $295.32 and the light still doesn’t work! He estimates $2-300 more to completely replace the light and I have to go purchase the light fixture! REALLY!You people are so bad, I wish I d never called you!

Mr. Dwight was very professional and very knowledgeable of the my problem. The pressure relief valve on hot water heater needed to be replaced.

Our technician, Christopher Allen, was very friendly. He gave us his assessment of our issue and gave us the option to forego his cutting an exploratory opening in the wall. We opted to move forward to make sure. In all options he was very considerate of our best course of action. He arrived early and completed in a timely manner.

The gentleman who came to my rescue this morning was wonderful. He was very professional and efficient and gave me lots of education about my electricity and the devices that I have plugged up. He took his time and listen to all of my concerns and gave me excellent advice on what to do. He solve my problem quickly and was most apologetic about not being able to get service the night before. He did not charge me for his Service though I would’ve happily paid for what he did. He is clearly customer focused and customer friendly. Very communicative company. I received a text message and email of my appointment and updates as to when he was coming over and could track his whereabouts. Patrick was very helpful in checking over all the plumbing after performing maintenance on tank-less water heater. I signed up for the $20/month plan that includes yearly maintenance on my A/C, Furnace and tank-less water heater and 10% off on labor.

I'm glad I choose a company with a great professional staff that took time to develop a plan to deal with mu electrical needs. He was very professional and very respectful. He explained everything the job entailed and broke everything down for us . I have been extremely pleased with all the experiences I have had with Hiller. Their customer service and repair people have been friendly, courteous, knowledgable and professional. Bruce S., the electrical technician who just came is a wonderful example of the caliber of integrity I have found with Hiller. If I ever need an electrician again, I hope he is the one sent. I have found their rates to be competitive with other businesses. I am an older single woman and I have never felt like I have been taken advantage of or lied to by Hiller, something I can't say for other companies I have dealt with.

I'm very pleased with the work Chris and Stephan did today. They repaired lighting in my kitchen and wired my doorbell. Chris gave me an estimate for other work I want to have done. I plan to continue to use Hiller for electric and plumbing.

Hiller was very professional and I like the way the supervisor came out first to see what the job actually needed. Just like the commercial, each time someone came out, they sent the full name and picture of the technician coming to my house.They did a great job. After the freeze we had about seven breaks in the water pipes. They replaced copper pipes with the expandable pex piping. Shawn made sure everything was done correctly before he left. He was knowledgeable and very helpful to us. The only negative is, like most plumbing companies, I wish they had their own brooms and mops instead of using mine to clean up wet sheetrock. However, I now consider them my new plumbing company. I definitely recommend.

Got a new A/C and heater unit. This company is very transparent! The rep did not try to sell me the highest products, took his time to explain the differences in each option, and answered my questions. It was smooth from getting the estimate to the installation. Very professional. They were able to get a crew from the Jackson office to do my install so there was not a big wait. I would recommend them!

I had an awesome service man, name Dewayne, who came to my house to fix my slow draining bathroom sink & tub. I called Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical that morning, and they sent Dewayne to solve my problem after I got off work later that day. He took the time to explain what the problem was with my sink & tub as well as showing me the actual pipes (in my basement) that were partially clogged. He even advised me of a potential problem with one of my old pipes (not a PVC pipe). He was also very easy to talk to. I think he deserves a pay raise as well as a week's paid vacation to the Bahamas lol. He was awesome.....AWESOME SAUCE! Thanks a million! Keep up the great work! I had an electrical problem on my property involving multiple buildings that 2 other companies couldn’t fix. I decided to try Hiller and called expecting to get someone to come out in a week or so. From the moment I called, my experience was excellent. Lisa took my call and, to my surprise, scheduled an electrician, Corey, to come out the same day. Corey came out and figured out our problem in less than 3 hours, covering a large area, in the rain. Corey was thorough, efficient, and friendly. I was extremely impressed!

We are continually impressed by Hiller’s service. Someone always answers our call, and gets a technician there quickly. It’s almost always the same day. We own rental properties and gladly call Hiller any time we have trouble.

Our heat went out in the middle of the night and we woke up freezing. I submitted requests to several companies and couldn't find anyone with availability. I reached out to Hiller, they set me up with a work-in appointment and the technician was at our house within an hour and a half, much quicker than i expected! We had terrible service. The technicians scraped our walls, left a giant duct knife in our children's playroom, and left our ducts disconnected in the attic after cleaning. The open ducts caused a horrific heat and humidity problem in our home, which led to mold growth. We are very unsatisfied with our service, and they would not reimburse us for the cost of their service and our expenses related to the mold.

I have used Hiller 3 times over the years and the have always sent a solid plumber with a good work ethic.

Been a member for at least 2 years. The service quality has diminished over this time. Totally ashamed to get help from u guys but then find out that particular person hasn't worked on a trailer before. Then come to find out to do a so called patchwork job. Really getting annoyed with the service.

Our washer drain was backed up. The technician, Rodney, got to our house within 2 hours. Rodney was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Hiller for your plumbing needs.

I had a scheduled appointment but instead they (Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical) constantly stated that the Tech was on the way but never showed. For this experience alone a zero star rating will be applied...being stood up for services not rendered. This was the first experience.Hiller rescheduled the appointment and included a discount for the services (which was appreciated), however I felt like the technicians rushed through installing the materials just to go ahead and complete the electrical work. One of the technicians had to go behind the other one because rushed through replacing the fixtures...but anyways I will not be choosing Hiller for any future services

I called for a plumbing issue. I was supposed to be first on the list for a.m. service with a call 30 minutes before arrival. I was told I was scheduled 8-10. I had to call to find out my status at 9:30 and never received a call before arrival. Also I have been a Happy Hiller customer for years but was told that my membership did not show up and must have expired so I did not get my discount. I never received a call to make me aware my membership was expiring and am quite upset that I have been a customer for years but when I call for service, I am no longer covered under the plan and gave to pay full price.

Had an electrical issue that i really needed taken care of quickly. I called on a saturday expecting to have to wait till Monday. They came out a couple of hours after i called. The service man, bruce, seemed very knowledgeable, but most importantly was able to track the problem and fix it quickly and effectively. He even assisted with an unrelated issue. However, the company did not clearly communicate what exactly was being quoted.The technician told us what the problems were initially, and only fixed 1 part when he came to do the work.We came to understand that what he fixed was the only thing in the quote. But beforehand, we could not get anyone in the office on the phone to explain what exactly was listed in the quote and out of frustration, scheduled the work anyway.

Tyler and Dalton re-piped my whole house (i.e., from Copper to PEX) and they did a FANTASTIC job. There is a problem in the Collierville area, with houses that were built in certain years, with copper piping developing pinhole leaks. After 3 pinhole leak experiences, we decided to replace all the copper piping with PEX. We were worried this type of repair would destroy the house. Hiller sent out the A-Team (i.e., Tyler and Dalton). Not only did they re-pipe the house without tearing up our house, they did on time and on target from a budget standpoint. All I can say is if you need to re-pipe your house, use Hiller. If I could give them a 10-star rating on a 5-star scale, I would.

Hiller plumber quickly identified and replaced my cracked p-trap and patiently answered all my questions concerning the problem. I used Hiller plumber because I previously used one of their electricians and was very satisfied with the outcome.

My friend had Hiller come do an estimate for installing a electric meter box and panel. They quoted her 9,000 DOllARS!!!!! Said they would finance it. I bet they would!! usual price from everyone else was from 1600 to 2200. These people are crooks! Beware

We love Hiller!!! We use Hiller at home in Nashville- and we’re in desperate need of a weekend repair at our family home in Memphis.Jeff and Ronnie we’re both professional and courteous. We had a window of 9-11 and both were in and out to resolve what turned out to be clogged ac drain line even before that window of arrival closed.Hiller can’t be beat in TN!

I almost went with a competitor first but their after hours request line hung up on me twice so I called Hiller instead. I don't think I've ever been as happy with the services provided; not cheap by any means but I like to believe that the added service and on-time response and job completion is worth everything I paid. I think I'll continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

I had a breaker which controls a refrigerator and freezer go bad in the electrical panel. Stephen replaced the breaker for them and the receptacle they were plugged into. Same day service and very thorough. I was very pleased.

Was told we would see an HVAC tech between the hours of 8pm - 12pm tonight but Hiller as usual came through early. Tech got here at around 5:30 pm. Dillon Cable was our tech and has done tune ups for us in the past and is a super considerate, efficient nice guy. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received today from him. He got us up and running in less than an hour. Thanks Dillon and Hiller.

Hiller did some work for me 4 months ago while they were here I had them give me a estimate on some future work I wanted a water line ran to my refrigerator for the ice maker. They quoted me 150 dollars. They came out this morning to do the work and quoted me 1100 dollars on top of that they charged me 60 dollars for the service call. I will never use hiller again and I suggest you don't make the same mistake.

We've used them twice now. They installed a new hvac unit about 2 yrs ago and we had them clean our venting system. They've always done a good job and have been quick and efficient.

In July, my A/C went out in the middle of the night. (I live in the south where having A/C is imperative!) When I called at midnight, the customer service representative was so kind and professional. He helped me right away and set up an appointment for next day. By 8am the next morning, I had a text and voicemail from the local Hiller branch and they sent out a technician within the hour. The technician--Jonathon C.-- was great. He was very knowlegdeable and helpful! He told diagnosed the issue and completed the job quickly and efficiently (leaving everything clean and organized). I really appreciate Hiller's customer service & professionalism. What could have been a nightmare was a minor inconvenience thanks to them. I'll use again & definitely recommend in the future. Dwight Smith is the guy you need for any plumbing job, I wish I can give 100 STARS, but I can only give 5 stars. I have a very bad clog in my kitchen sink, Dwight Smith first came with snake to tried to unclog it, but it didn't work, not his fault, I have grease in my pipe, so the snake just slip thru, then he came back with a hydro-jetting, however the company jetting head is too big to maneuver inside the pipe. Dwight Smith didn't give up, he then go find a place to rent the smaller residential type of hydro jetting machine. This morning he came first thing in the morning, and he spent 2 hours under the kitchen sink using the hydro-jetting he rented and finally unclog it. I really appreciate his effort and not giving up easily, he came 3 times, he choose the right ppl to work with and don't give up until he gets the job done. He is always on-time, polite, professional, never give up attitude, I wish all plumber in Memphis can be like him. A Salute to Dwight Smith, he is the man, highly recommend to everyone in Memphis. People like Dwight Smith makes Memphis a better place.

I really appreciated the scheduling folks-they were super pleasant to work with-The technician was very thorough-although the upfront pricing and the actual pricing jumped up $200-because I apparently needed boxes or something for 2 light installations. What was I going to do, stop? Not sure why it jumped so high-he used our 2 x 4's that WE had, so I don't know why it raised up so much-I've been told by two other electricians that I was ripped off, that's never nice to hear. He did a good job, so I guess you get what you pay for-but for me, and for others in the industry, it was overpriced. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient, the only thing I didn't care for is the mess on my floor, and when my ceiling fan was up and running, he said-you better get a broom or that stuff will go everywhere. I'm used to other service companies cleaning up the mess they make, so that was a downfall too. I swept up the insulation and wires and cleaned up the mess, myself. If the price didn't skyrocket and he cleaned up the mess-it would have been a 5 star review.

Techs were professional and efficient during the installation of our complete heating and A/C system. They added the necessary equipment to insure that the system functioned as designed. The work area was left clean, used equipment removed and the work was completed in a professional manner.

Called these guys Tuesday. Was able to get an appointment really quickly. Guys were on time, kind, and professional! Cleaned up after themselves and even fixed a loose bolt under my sink. Can’t recommend Dwight enough!

In the middle of the worst ice storm in Memphis, Hiller came out to help me. I had water dripping from my ceiling. I thought it was a busted pipe. They came out in the middle of this storm. They were thorough and it turned out to be an ice dam on the roof. I am forever in their debt. If you don't belong to their service contract, you are missing out! Thanks for your help!

Hiller has the best warranties in town. They back their work up with a 10 year labor warranty! Most companies only give 1 year.

I had my sewer line replaced and had to call them back because after it rained the ground sunk down about 8 inches were the line was placed in. Then, 2 days ago, I had them put a new drain in for my HVAC system but now water is leaking out where they tied into another pipe for the drain. So waiting on them to come back out and fix it. Not worth the $1800 for the HVAC drain when I have to immediately call back. I was expecting for better quality service the second time around but will not be using them anymore.

Roger fixed our washing machine drain, he did such a great job, and worked really hard. No more leaks!

I really wanted to give a good rating and be satisfied but unfortunately cannot. I have waited for estimates and spoke with multiple people and three, almost four, weeks later still no complete itemized estimate on work that I need done.UPDATE: I spoke with a manager and was refunded I did have to call back to ensure I got it 7 days later but ultimately they made it right.

My upstairs running toilet was repaired by Cordova-Hiller plumbing. The technician replace the defected part in 10 minutes without giving me an opportunity to accept or decline the service. The labor was $199 with a 2 year warranty. I feel as if I was overcharged and should have been given the option to accept or decline the service.
