Called that morning and received an email with techs photo and name and was at my home within 3 hours. Wes was really great explaining and showing me the challenge with my AC.

We called them to replace a toilet that was leaking and they replaced it with the wrong color. When they bring out the color we ordered the tank is cracked. They asked for us to pay for everything while we still have a toilet that is bone and a tank that is white. We have now waited 4 days to get a bone tank. I do not recommend them and their customer service is horrible.

We called Mitch Wright in the morning when our on demand hot water stopped working. By early afternoon Randy was at our house to diagnosis the problem. His professionalism and knowledge was very impressive and he was able to get the hot water flowing throughout the house again. A big thanks to Randy and Mitch Wright Plumbing!

After a plumbing issue about 6 weeks ago we found out we needed to have our old main replaced so we hired Mitch Wright plumbing to handle it. I've dealt with multiple miscommunications with the company about scheduling and when things would be completed as well as what seems like a different tech or group of techs every time they make it over. Most recently they were scheduled 2 weeks out to add dirt to a hole and then showed up without dirt. (!?) They came back 2 days later with dirt, but now it's started raining again, which they can't work in, and I'm not sure again how long I'll have to deal with this.

My father just passed away, the gas company came and shut the gas off due to a leak, I specifically asked if they could finance and explained my situation, also stated I only had $100 to my name. They came out and said the same exact thing as the gas company only because that is what I told them. They also quoted me $4100 for what? No itemization, did not touch one pipe. I was told over the phone that they would work with me and be able to get started the next day, same with the technician.
They explained the financial person would be calling, they literally would not work with me even after explaining my situation and told me if I can get someone to cosign they would be out as soon as possible, so if anything changes (which I explained it wouldn't ) to call them.. the intial lady told me the charge for coming out would go toward repairs.. what ever happened to not charging someone when you didn't touch a thing and everything you told me was what I already told them.
Another company is not working with me however I am short the amount I was charged by this company.. go figure.. I had to sell my grandmother keepsakes! Wish I was warned.. I'm not from this area obviously, repairs are literally only $300!! 10 times less then I was quoted! !

First time customer signed up for annual service. Shawn tried his best to find anything that seemed off with heaters recommend a course of action if it got worse. He did not pressure me to make a drastic repair. Due to COVID19 the company asks employees to wear masks or shoe covers if requested, he wore a mask, he didn't complain, he did his job and even showed concern about uneven heating in the home offering suggestions. I'm reserving the fifth star for the end of the annual service. But Shawn was a 5 star employee.

They are a wonderful company. I have had to have them out 2 different times and both times they have fixed my issue quickly and professionally. The most recent encounter I had was with a tech named Curtis. He was absolutely fantastic and definitely an asset to this company. For doing such a thankless job I hope he knows how much I personally appreciate him and his over all genuine attitude.

Unfortunately we had an AC unit go out on us; fortunately we had Mitch Wright to call. We looked at other providers, but Ben came out and discussed with us our options to accommodate our house. Michael and Reno showed up, installed the unit, and helped with the new thermostat schedule that best fit our needs. It was a great experience, and the first night with AC in a week was wonderful. Call Mitch to schedule in home consultation on a new heating and air unit. Matt came in the next day right ontime to our house, took the time to do measurements of the house, attic and was able to give us the correct unit we would need and a price on everything that would be need. My clothes washer drain/trap/vent configuration was not done correctly 24 years ago and it finally had a clog. I thought the water found around the floor area and outside the side of the house was due to the washer. After spending the deductible with Sears Home Warranty, I knew I needed a plumber.

If i could give zero stars i would. I had an issue with their tech not being knowledgeable on my ac unit which I'm not going to go into details about. But what is worse is that when i called to complain and cancel my membership Mr. Larry has argued with me and been the most unpleasant and unprofessional person i have had to deal with. He wouldn't even give me a chance to talk and i had to hang up with him because he kept going on and on with his arguing. I AM DONE WITH MITCH WRIGHT AND WILL POST BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE!

I was told that a board went bad and that I could replace the board for $850 and there was no guarantee that it would work or buy a new unit. I bought the board for $350 from another company and used the savings to purchase a home warranty plan in case that doesn't take care of the problem. It also covers all of my other appliances and my HVAC and A/C.

From start to finish, having our AC die was about as good as one could imagine. We were given several options and helpful hints related to each possible choice. Pierce spent a great amount of time assessing everything and how we might make the best choice. He never once seemed pushy. He, like Mitch, when we first met him, seemed like family. He guided us through the process from deciding our best affordable choice, to financing. He followed us all the way through the installation process and followed up when all was complete to make sure a perfect job had been done. Pierce was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, very professional and the kind of person you can trust. He is everything embodied that the Mitch Wright Company stands for. We could not be happier or cooler! Mitch Wright Heating Plumbing and Air Conditioning put or original system in about 15 years ago when we built our home. We were pleased then and over the years they have helped us in every way to maintain it in good working order. Some may say the cost is high, but the quality workmanship and products are a good value for the cost and they are as trustworthy as any company could be. We had used this company for about a year for minor plumbing issues. I was very pleased . Even referred them to colleagues, friends and family. However, we called about our washer not draining properly and that turned into our kitchen sink pipe being burst. After tech “cleaned the line”, we were unable to use our kitchen sink. Which was not our problem in the first place! Well we called for a someone to come out and fix the sink and was quoted 2k! Again that was not issue when we called. The tech, who was very polite, ensured me that he did not cause the pipe to burst and water had been poring from my sink to the floor the entire time! After speaking to several, very polite people, it was determined by the company that it was not their responsibility because my sink was dripping when they got there. After expressing my grievances with a supervisor he ensured me that they were not trying to skirt responsibility and that he would call me back after speaking to another supervisor! Never heard back.

Got quotes from 2 other plumbers who said, yes they burst the pipe but there was no way that I would be able to prove it because of the age of my house, and the pipe was compromised by rust. We got another plumber to do the job for a fraction of the price that was quoted.

We were apart of this club plan. That is a complete joke. We ended up spending $600 (on this one issues) with Mitch and all they did was cause major damage to our house that we had to foot the bill for. Needless to say, We called and canceled the club plan only to see that we are still being charged!! Not only have they lost a customer but a reference also.

Always prompt, always courteous. If something needs to be done, there are always multiple options. It seems some have had issue with certain techs or services- I think that will happen with any company. I've never had issue with anyone who has done work, and Mitch Wright is the company that installed our new furnaces and Ac units. WAY better than the builder models that were installed. The few times we've had any issue we've called and gotten a service time- even in the summer at 7pm because they didn't want a family of 7 (plus 2 dogs) to be in a house with no AC in 100 degree heat. You don't forget service like that.

Edit: They’ve also services our new home (as of 2017), and have checked our fireplace as well. They’ve been a great asset to us in maintaining our homes.

I live in an older home. Over the past month, my condensate line on my air conditioner became clogged, my kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet went out. Each time I contacted Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating, & Air. They came the same day of each issue. Both the plumbers and air conditioning technicians were very helpful. They were all professional and kind. They worked fast and did an amazing job to get my house back in order. The pricing was very reasonable! I will definitely use Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating & Air in the future and I recommend that you do the same.

Dalton with Mitch Wright came out same day, and we were only charged one diagnostic fee even though he looked at four different plumbing issues. He was helpful and knowledgeable and gave honest advice about what we could do ourselves, and what would be best left to the professionals. The work he did on our tub (clearing the drain and replacing a leaking faucet) was quick, high quality, and cost the amount he said it would cost with no surprises. They're not the cheapest plumbers in town, but the pricing is fair and the work is very reliable. I plan to continue to call them for any plumbing needs.

Everyone that worked at my house was professional and hard working. They replaced lead pipes, new hot water heater and multiple other things.

Ellis came out today on a Sunday. He was great. Cleaned my hvac unit right before it started to rain. Very pleased with his attitude, giving me information on my unit and how fast he got it done. My unit was very dirty. He got it cleaned. He's an asset to this company.

The system I ordered was out of stock, and they upgraded me at no extra charge. They threw in a few extras for no extra charge as well. The service providers were fantastic and explained everything. I have a background in physics (thermodynamics and statistical mechanics included) and I understood everything they said; they do know their stuff. I will always use Mitch Wright, and I'm planning to call on them for a couple of plumbing projects. Highly recommend!

I don't write many reviews unless I am ultimately impressed. Our sink was clogged up for a couple weeks. I tried everything to get it to drain but was unsuccessful. I had several referrals pointing me to Mitch Wright Plumbing. After dealing with other plumbing companies in the past, I could tell as soon as Courtney answered the phone that their service was unparalleled compared to prior experience. After setting up the appointment, I received a followup call the next day providing me info on when to expect the service pro. Chase came out and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Two plumbing companies were unable to fix our tankless water heater. After being without hot water for 3 days, I called Mitch Wright when a friend recommended them. Dealing with this company trying to get a guy to come out and give an estimate has been NOTHING BUT A FRUSTRATING HASSLE!!! It's ridiculous how a company could employ such an incompetent, inconsiderate, idiot. Dave or David finally called us back Saturday night and said he'd call us Sunday around 10am to come look at the problem. He called us that evening and said it'd be today. He didn't call, he didn't show up. We called the company back. He's out sick today. You'd think a company would think more of their customers and at least call them to let them know, or Dave would've called us to let us know! To add to his idiocy, when he first called us he asked for himself. Is Dave there? There is no Dave at this number. Oh, I'm sorry. Is John there? This is Dave. If this company's employees treats all their customers like this and is that incompetent, I'm not trusting them to do quality work and they'll go bankrupt REAL quick!

I don't leave reviews often, but I'm so glad I called Mitch Wright, and wanted to leave a positive review. We recently moved and new house flooded from a clogged pipe. After checking that the septic was fine (ABC Septic was amazing by the way!), I then tried 4 plumbing companies and no one would or could help. When I called Mitch Wright in Southaven, they immediately scheduled for a technician to come later that same day. Chase was wonderful! He was nice, he explained everything and gave me advice, was knowledgeable, and tried methods first that saved me money. He knew quickly where the issue probably was, and they also gave me a warranty. I'm very grateful for their help, and will use them in the future.

Called 4 times for them to come to my sons house. They kept telling me they sent the message to the technician who was supposed to call & give an estimate on what time he was coming! Never called! Never showed up! Mitch Wright said only 1 tech working today! 1 tech.. In this heat!! Cancelled appointment with Mitch Wright ( we are even premium customers who pay extra a month !) and called another competitor! Hopefully we'll be cooled off & not DEAD in the next 24 hours!

This company has charged us a lot of $$$ for a leaking AC unit over the last year. MW installed the expensive system and can not maintain it or repair it. Multiple technicians have been unable to resolve the issue. I would encourage any HVAC client to seek out another company for their HVAC needs

Found a leak on the patio, called Mitch Wright on Saturday, 5/21 and Jeremy showed up within 30 minutes. The water heater had seen it's better days and then some. Fortunately it didn't need to be turned off just then, so I still had hot water. I was scheduled for Tuesday morning and Jeremy showed up bright and early. Within a few hours, I had a brand new water heater installed and all was good. Jeremy was totally professional, fast worker and everything went smoothly. I could not believe how quickly everything was handled and I really appreciated it. It's nice to feel like the employees, specifically Jeremy, cared about my well being. Mitch Wright has installed in the last 2-3 years, a new air conditioner, a new furnace and now a new water heater. I'm covered all around and keep up with my maintenance contract. Thank you Jeremy for all your hard work, I really appreciate it!

Background, they cleaned out my main drain one month ago and check the main drain for problems. They said everything thing was good. They did not fix the problem. Called Saturday for emergency service, said they would get to me Sunday as a preferred customer. I said don’t worry about working on Sunday as long as they could get to me on Monday for sure. They said ok. I called them Monday about 10:00 and they had no idea they were supposed to be out Monday. WOW I was just checking to see if we were all set for Monday. They said they would have someone call me later. Guess what they did not call. When I called they back on Monday got answering service to check again about service. I call another company while I was waiting for them to call me and they will have someone here today, That’s service. All I can say is I wish they would refund my money for there preferred customer subscription , I was stupid enough to buy into for 12.50 a month and the money I’m out for the first service I received from them. Do you use this company they are to big and do not care about their customers.

We had Mitch Wright come out to fix a major plumbing issue with cast iron pipes. However after them coming out jackhammering up the kitchen floor the back room disregarding what homeowners insurance came out with their camera and didn’t even fix half of the problem which we thought they knew what they were doing and they fixed it so we thought had a whole entire kitchen redone floors cabinets everything when they neglected to fix one of the main problems homeowners insurance had listed as an issue to be repaired they went the wrong way when fixing the pipe. Instead of going from the kitchen to the main bathroom which would’ve cost them more work they went from the kitchen to the back entrance room, so now after ten thousand of dollars worth of repairs in two months worth of our house being ripped apart and put back together only to find out that they didn’t fix the thing that they were supposed to and we still have the same issue. So now after having homeowners come out to see what is going on only to find out it was the same issue that was supposed to be fixed in the first place we had multiple crews of guys come out they didn’t arrive until late in the day and then left early in the day they did not do what they were supposed to do cutting corners just so you can get out of here quicker is not the right thing to do and it cost people thousands of extra dollars. This will not stand this is Unacceptable and will not be tolerated I hope before you use Mitch Wright plumbing heating andAir you look at other companies for your plumbing needs and probably heating and air as well because you’re probably going to end up with major issues I’m sorry but do not want you to take a one in 1000 chance that somebody’s going to Royal he ruin your house by cutting corners and not doing their job properly.

Our AC unit froze over and needed repairs. Several friends and coworkers recommended Mitch Wright, and all of them spoke very highly of the company. We scheduled a visit and Michael came out for an HVAC inspection and repair quote. He was courteous and professional. He gave me several repair options to consider and all the options he provided were SUBSTANTIALLY more affordable than quotes we received from a competing HVAC company. We chose the option that was best for our family and Michael was able to schedule the repair right away. We also signed up for the club membership which is very affordable and gives our family peace of mind knowing we will be cared for all year long. We were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism from Michael and the office staff at Mitch Wright and highly recommended them for any HVAC/Plumbing needs.

I called and asked them to run a snake down my vent pipe on my roof in my rental house they said it would be $99.
Service guy calls and says they charge an extra $200 to go on the roof. I ask him to go through the toilet in the master bedroom. He said he had to pull the toilet and then said which is another fee.
I called back and canceled the order they said that they would not charge me because they forgot to tell their employee it was on the roof.
Now I have wasted all morning and don’t have my drain free.
I will not waste my time with This place again.

We had a power outage which caused our AC to go out. I called Mitch Wright 1st thing the next morning. Matt was here by 10:00.

He was polite, thorough, and quickly got it back up & running.

Courtney, in the office, was courteous and efficient. She called before Matt got here to let me know he was on his way, and she emailed me a picture of Matt, so I'd recognize him when he arrived.

Their quality of work is outstanding. They are quick to respond. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Wes was knowledgeable, friendly, and diagnosed our problem quickly. He even called the manufacturer of our unit for the part we needed that was still under warranty. He had the part overnighted and will be back in the morning to put it in.

They charged me 640 dollars to unscrew an outside faucet and then replace it. Job took 20 minutes. Parts costs less than 50. They claimed I was paying for expertise. Funny since I've done it twice with no plumbing experience. If I would have been home I would have done it myself. Possibly taking advantage of someone that doesn't know better. Unless this is their going rate of 1200 dollars an hour. They claimed to fix the problem by putting a more expensive frost proof faucet. Problem is, the 3/4 x 12 pipe busted not the faucet it self. It will just freeze again next year and likely bust. Its an ongoing problem at my house as that corner doesn't get much heat during the winter. I feel ripped off. They did call back but would not consider lowering the price. The technician was professional. My main issue is just with the price for 20 minutes of work.

Seeing as this was the 1-year inspection of both A/C units, I was expecting a more-or-less 'cursory' inspection. Was I wrong! Charlie C. took several hours inspecting both units, disassembling a large portion of each unit, in order to complete a VERY comprehensive inspection of each unit. This also included testing various components of the electrical system, testing for proper voltages, capacitance, load testing, etc. VERY thorough. Charlie also took the time to explain everything he was doing, and why he was doing it. He also made several suggestions, based on my needs.

In summary, I was very pleased with Charlie's work, and with Mitch Wright in general, and recommend them without reservation.

Helped me get new a/c unit. Didn't push anything on me. Answered all my questions. Can't wait to see how install goes.

Totally dishonest and price gouging business!!! My water heater needed a gas valve control replacement. They quoted me over $600 to perform the repair but tried to talk me into a new unit installation for over $1600. I knew it was totally ridiculous an 2-3 times what the price should be. I even told the repair guy that it was still under warranty. So I called the manufacturer, paid $30 for overnight shipping and got the parts for free. It will take 30 minutes to install the replacement parts and they were outright dishonest and tried to rape me on the price!!!!

Alex, a sales rep for Mitch Wright, went above and beyond to make sure we got serviced properly. He does a great job of following up after jobs to check with us for any concerns we have. Very impressed with his work ethic and character!

Been using Mitch Wright for about 15 years and they are always courteous and helpful. This time my tech was Xavier and he was very nice and informative and did a great job. Courtney is an excellent dispatcher. She calls ahead of time as promised and has very nice phone personality.

Mickey is so often behind the scenes, so don't be surprised if you don't see him. However, he works closely with the technicians and in making sure that every customer is satisfied and any issues are solved. His goal is making the customer happy, and he stands behind his promises. I would never trust anyone other than Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating, and Air to take care of my home.

Very competitive pricing, but you pay for what you get!! They came out quoted me a price on 2 LEAKS 1 in front yard and other under driveway. Turned out to only be 1 leak they didn't want to go down on pricing, they didn't have to go under driveway. They dug a 5 foot long trench and spliced my pipes back together. Took them all of 1 hour. They also left this trench in my yard for 3 weeks after me calling and calling no one seemed to care. Then made it my fault that a payment hadn't been made, but the job wasn't completed. I will never use them or refer them to anyone.

Michael came out to troubleshoot why our heating unit would not stay on. The day he came out, the weather was very rainy w/ high winds & very cold. He showed-up wearing shoe covers so he wouldn’t track anything in our house & had a fantastic attitude, ready to work, regardless of how far that he just had to drive from downtown Mphs., all the way out to Olive Branch, MS, in terrible weather.

The source of the problem was quickly located, but said he didn’t have the part w/ him in the truck, & would have to drive back to Mphs in order to pick-up the part, & then drive back to my house.

It was already after 4:00 p.m. on that rainy, windy, cold, damp [Monday afternoon], & I told him that it would be ok if he just wanted to come back tomorrow.

But Michael had such a good attitude & said it was no trouble @ all to run go pick-up the part he needed from Mphs., & return to Olive Branch to make sure my heater would get up & running, so I would have heat on that cold, damp night.

Michael returned to my home w/in 1 hour w/ the part he needed in order to fix my heater. All the while, again, he had a fantastic attitude regardless of having to run around so much on that bad weather day.

He was able to change-out the part, succssfully clean the filters, & had me completely repaired w/in an hour, & then thoroughly clean-up the area in which he had been workg.

Michael has an incredible work ethic that is difficult to find. It shows through him that he must work with, & for, a great team & staff.

We have used this company for two air conditioning units and a hot water tank. Each time the people that represent this company are very professional, helpful and ready to serve in any way possible. Never had a bad experience with anyone.

Dakota was the best. I was extremely impressed with his work ethic and his dedication to doing the best work he could do.

I'm in the middle of a major renovation, and I could not ask for better service than what I received from Mitch Wright. The work performed was accomplished with proficiency, the communication process was vigilant, and the finance department was incredibly accommodating.

Be careful. I caught them taking advantage of an elderly couple. They come out for a seasonal service and left the switch off (apparently for the second year in a row). When they needed air conditioning, it didn't work but had just apparently worked weeks prior accordingly to the tech. They wanted to come out and charge a fee for what was clearly their mistake. I went in their attic and flipped the switch and magically it worked. It used to be a reputable company when Mitch ran it.

They are awesome! Very helpful and prompt. Wonderful people! Definitely would reccomend to anyone! Will never use anyone else again!

My experience started out rough honestly, but ended up being great. Mitch Wright as a whole seems a bit disorganized at times in terms of communication - many times the front desk would call me and touch base with me about the tech who was scheduled to come to the house and what they were doing - and there was confusion. Part of the problem is that they use many different techs (apparently) and you may get one experienced person one day and the next you may get someone totally new. That being said, by the end of everything - our A/C plumbing was completed and seemingly done well! Jeremy and Wes in particular Were good Techs and did good jobs for me. So good work --- but if I had to submit a constructive review, I would recommend assigning Just one Tech for each individual job ( or two if plumbing And AC is necessary) from the diagnosis on - and to keep the same techs coming. There's more to it than just parts needed and sending whatever employee is closest in the area to come out to complete Job (A) or (B) in someone's house. People feel more secure seeing the same faces doing the work that did the diagnosis - they already spent time looking everything over and building rapport. And if anything else, it prevents confusion and makes the customer feel more secure. But that's a general company/operations issue and didn't end up totally ruining the experience and final job that we received, just something to consider.

Called for help with plumbing issue. Leigh Anne was very courteous and took my information. Told me Chris would call me as soon as he could send someone to help. Very soon after I got a call to let me know someone was on their way. Joe arrived in 15 minutes and knew exactly what needed to be done after I told him what was going on. He fixed my problem within 30 minutes . I was very pleased with the service and support I received. Thanks

Matt and Tim were both very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. during their tim here I felt that they were trying to do what was in my best interest. Great team and local business.

Showed up on time, cleared our drains.

So the repair guy was very nice & did a good job. However, his superior was pretty trashy & unethical.
Long story short, the tech, IN the process of diagnosis actually fixed the problem, yet I was charged for a full cleaning because it was their standard charge, I assumed that’s what he’s trained to do, not really his call. I signed for the work that had been done after telling the service guy that I had some concerns about pricing & that I’d be calling the office later to discuss them; why would you argue with someone about something that is wildly beyond their control right?
Customer Care Manager Larry calls me back and basically says in the first few syllables that it doesn’t matter what I have to say, and that I’ve already signed the paperwork. (Not necessarily true btw, contracts get overturned all the time because of their terms or the conditions surrounding the signing process )
This guy basically had no intent of discussing the matter professionally & had already fabricated the dialogue for himself. Sure, I wouldn’t be surprised if he has some technical experience that got him to his current position but he has no business ‘talking business’ with anyone beyond a 3rd grade reading level; it was an absolutely deplorable approach to the matter.
Long story short, everyone else involved was professional, but that was an absolutely disgusting approach for someone speaking on behalf of a business.

Normally when I call a repair service out to my home it worries me that I'm going to get a tech out that does not know what he/she is doing. I must say Andre changed my view on that. He was very professional, and spoke in terms I could understand. He walked up to the outside unit and knew right off the bat what was wrong. I was very impressed. He explained to me everything that is wrong with my unit and even informed me of future problems can occur if I continue to run my unit. Andre got me in touch with Pierce Cannon who is on his way to my house as I type this (man they're fast) to consult about replacing this old unit. I recommend calling Mitch Wright for all your AC and plumbing needs.

My experience with this business was exceptional. They arrived in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was sold the HVACs Wednesday evening and they were installed bright and early Friday morning. They were able to install two HVAC systems in one day during daylight savings. That was mind blowing to me. Haiden, I believe that is who he was, literally went step by step helping me learn my new thermostat system. He did not leave until he made sure I was comfortable with everything. I will definitely use this company again. I didn’t feel like they were trying to con me into buying a new system. The team from Mitch Wright Plumbing that came to service my slow-draining tub and sink were excellent!!! They were both very polite, careful and quick! In and out in no time! I will definitely use them again!!!

The good: I was satisfied with the response time to fix our leaking pipes in the ground. Receptionist and service tech were both courteous.
The bad: I already found the leak and had the area dug out before the tech’s arrival. The quoted price seemed very expensive for the amount of work needed. It had to be done so I agreed to it. You would think $900 to replace 2 shark bite fittings would also cover the cost of filling the hole back in but he left the hole open and I filled it in once he left.

Absolutely the best experience during a bad time when my water heater failed. Top notch professional and every one was genuine and polite. Great company!!

Great technician. Dalton was amazing at helping deal with our water heater and made it out after hours twice. Provided great service and information and even made best friends with our 4 year old while he was working. This was our first experience with the company, but if other employees are as reputable and honest as Dalton was, this is definitely the right choice for your heating, air, and plumbing needs.

Chase was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made selling our home such a breeze by helping us fix things that were found in the inspection report. I cannot say enough about this company, they have been wonderful! And paying for the membership has been worth every penny!

Pierce and his crew came out in an attempt to solve our uneven heating and air issues that others could not remedy. They did an excellent job! They were beyond professional and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. They found and corrected the issues that no other HVAC company had been able to before. I called Mitch Wright for a consult on my AC/heat unit. Michael arrived and was very thorough. He took his time and informed me of everything I needed to get my system running correctly. He found a problem that I had already paid another company to come out and check. Because of Michael's trustworthiness, I signed up for their yearly service on the spot. I hope that the 2 times a year that someone comes out to check out my system, Michael is the person that they send.

I would not use Mitch Wright ever again!! You can't trust them. I would rather go without Hot Water, Heating and AC than use them. They recommended replacing a furnace instead of repairing it. Trusted them to do this. Then, I had a water heater issue. They claimed the water heater had to be replaced, although it was only 5 years old. Trusted them again. When I asked them to look at another water heater that had frozen pipes, they told me it was leaking, too. Luckily, I had checked the pan BEFORE they arrived and it was dry. They also told me the only way to unfreeze the pipe was to remove it! They seem more interested in replacing rather than repairing. They are HAPPY to finance these purchases. Their promotional 0% interested lasted all of 1 year. Afterwards, the interest ballooned above the original price!

I called to see if we could run gas to a shed. I expected it would be too expensive. It turned out it would be, BUT we also learned that staying the night, living in the shed, would require more than just gas flames. It's illegal to have so high BTU in this situation. I was concerned about that as having a 2 burner propane after hours of use burned my eyes. HONESTY from Matt is appreciated. Jeanette was a delight to talk with and she got Matt, who came out shortly after I called. He measured everything, we discussed it. While we didn't proceed, I certainly will consider them for other projects. Ed

We have used them for about two years and signed up for there service program on our primary residence and our rental home. Over the two years we have been attempted to get upsold and been quoted higher prices and that's with the so called member discount. Every time they come out for 2x a year Hvac and 1x a year plumbing inspection I'm told I need a new something or another. Repair service calls are another nightmare. Some of the Guys are honest and good and tell you straight but most are trying to line the company's pocket with frivolous repairs. My most recent experience with them was a plumbing leak repair. I was told I needed to replace all the old piping and hot water heater in my older rental home for the hefty price of $8000 and it would take 2 days to repairs. I called another plumber and he fixed it in less than an hour for $165. To say the least we are no longer customers of Mitch Wright scamming service. I cancelled all service contracts and will happily find a new company.

Our main drain clogged late Friday night, so my wife and kids had to stay in a hotel... (because you can imaging how much showering and toilet flushing goes on in a regular day with parents and children). Meanwhile, it was early Saturday morning and it had been raining all night. My homeowners' insurance couldn't find anyone to come out at all that day service my home. So, I called Mitch Wright and the call center promised someone would give me a call. About 5 minutes later Jeremy called and I told him what was going on. He promised he'd make it by as soon as he could.

A couple hours later he was at my door ready to work. He snaked the drain, but it wouldn't clear. He ran another line with a camera down and heard it starting to clear, but it still was backed up. He said running the snake again should clear it up, and sure enough it did. Now that it was clear, he wanted to run the camera again to make sure everything was ok. Long story short, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Not only did he run the camera back down the line; he also went to other sections of the line to make sure that they were cleared as well.

Jeremy went the extra mile on a cold, rainy Saturday afternoon and the weather didn't really seem to bother him. He was in a great mood and he seemed genuinely happy to help. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and could not thank him enough for making sure my household was taken care of. In the future, I will not hesitate to call Mitch Wright Plumbing and no offense to the other servicemen, but I will definitely be requesting Jeremy if we have any other plumbing issues.

This company is a joke. I don't know how they are able to stay in business, unless they prey on those that don't know any better. I called them on a Sunday, and the only reason I had them come out is because they said they could get started that day to fix my problem. Then, they tell me it would be Tuesday before anyone was available to come to my house. They gave me a quote of over $4000 to fix a busted pipe in my yard. Someone else fixed my problem under $500. And they also wanted to fix two other things that were not broken. The grand total that they gave me was close to $10,000. Only a crooked company would want to fix something that wasn't broken. Thanks Mitch Wright Plumbing for stealing my $50 and wasting my time.

The most horrible service EVER! Called to have new fireplace gas lines blown out...explained in detail what was needed. Tech shows up and in less than 2 minutes explains that he did not bring equipment with him to complete the job and then, asked us to pay a $50 service fee for 2 minutes of explaining why he didn't have equipment. We took off work to meet a tech for 2 minutes...2 minutes....we refused to pay the service fee. What a joke.

The response from Mitch Wright Plumbing was immediate!! We had a field tech at our house within an hour of the call. They assessed the problem and professionally presented options for us to choose from for resolution. The next morning we were back in service. I like working with professionals who demonstrate honesty and integrity and quality workmanship. I would recommend Mitch Wright's Plumbing, heating and air to any business or home owner.

I had a new hot water heater installed in May and was needing an itemized breakdown of cost. Before I set up the appointment i explained to the representative I needed a break down of the cost and she fully understood what was needed before I confirmed the appointment. Now, all of a sudden after tech has been out and they've been paid they refuse to give a breakdown stating its one flat rate, which as we all know,, is a lie. A unit has a price, installation has a price etc etc. The in office customer service is down right rude and hateful and are a bunch of liars. I've called and asked several times to speak to the owner so I can get this breakdown since the office manager is hateful and simply fails to listen to anything you have to say. Lauren will not leave a message for the owner nor anyone above her to call or email me back. So, if you're looking for a great or even ok experience DO NOT use these people!! Horrible horrible customer service!! Will never use this company again.

We are a regular Mitch Wright customer. Not only do we get personalized and professional service, but every technician or plumber and every member of the support staff seems to bend over backward to do whatever is necessary to make everything exactly the way I want it. We have had a new heating and air conditioning system, new toilets and a gas line installed on the new house we bought last year. They have honored their promise to fix anything that wasn't right. If it had to do with the installation or was under warranty, we didn't even have to ask them not to charge us. They offered immediately.

I bought our house as a HUD foreclosure. It was the heat of summer and the ac was broken. The low price that he quoted was over $7,000 and the high was 11,000 for a 2 ton unit. High pressure sales taketics were used and we declind. We had to look further but we found a great company that did not take advantage of me and my family that installed brand new inside and out ac for less than $5,000. Please look further and you will find a better company than this one.

No one was ever on the same page. Three different technicians came out 3 days straight and the last gentleman said I needed to have my unit cleaned. I had just paid $800 to have it cleaned 1 month before. The technicians are professional but the office customer service is horrible!

Called for emergency they took all my information never called back even though they advertise 24 hours. Not very good business. I realize it was 2 pm the Friday after Thanksgiving. But don’t say you will call back and don’t and don’t say you are 24 hours. Found someone else was here within 45 minutes of calling.

We used Mitch Wright as part of our Costco Lennox system install. We were delighted by all of the staff. They were super quick to get out to give us an estimate (Jeremy the sales person is GREAT!) Tina and Courtney made sure we were informed on everything concerning the financing and the appointments for install. The crew that came out (at one time we had like 9 people in our house) were all very professional and kind. After the install one of the vents that were newly installed was not working but once we called them they had someone out the same day. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have any heating and air work done. I look forward to working with them in the future.

This company does not know what they are doing. They had plumbers that smelt like weed install our new AC parts and the AC hasn't worked since they installed it. They are literally ignoring our calls and emails now, 3 months later. They sent 3 people to look at it and all say its working fine. They said there is nothing further they can do to fix their non working AC that clearly has a problem because it doesn't get our 250 sq ft room even cool. It'll be 88 degrees in the space and they don't think anything is wrong with the AC they installed. 88 degrees is not air conditioned! I had a different licensed hvac specialist come diagnose the problem. When I told Mitch Wright what the issue was (the coils and compresser they installed are not compatible in sizes) the manager tried sending me proof that they are compatible. In his proof he sent the wrong model number 2 times in an attempt to confuse me and discredit the person that diagnosed the true issue. After calling both manufacturing company's (for the coil and compresser) they both confirmed the parts are not certified under ahri and the warranties for the products will be void as a result. Mitch Wright refuses to acknowledge their mistakes and take responsibility for installing a unit that does not work. Do not use this company for anything!

Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating, & Air provides great quality work for a reasonable price and their HVAC Technician, Dakota R., was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to explain short-term and long-term repairs and weighing the costs of those repairs to prevent from paying for the same repairs over and over again. He did a terrific job on our heating repairs and I can't even tell that he was in my house as he cleaned after he left. I can't sing his praises enough. Thursday night around 11:00, I was cleaning my kitchen and putting dishes in the dishwasher when all of a sudden while running my garbage disposal, water started running out of the cabinet. A pipe was loose and I couldn't fix it. I called the emergency line at Mitch Wright Plumbing and the young lady took all my information and said she would have someone call me back. I told her it could wait until Friday. A young lady called around 7:45 am and said a tech would call when he was on his way out. He came, fixed my pipes, pressure built up in my garbage disposal due to blockage and had stripped the threads. He finished and was gone by 10:15 am. My husband was always my fixit man but due to illness was unable to handle at this time. Thanks Chase and Mitch Wright for your quick service.

I’d give them 4.5 stars if I could. We’ve lived in our current home for just under 1.5 years, and we recently noticed we had a leak under our kitchen sink. After some inspecting, we found out it was the disposal causing it. So we called the number on the disposal, and the company answered quickly. They were very responsive and communicated amazingly. I’ve worked with some companies who don’t even cancel a service when you call to cancel and others who don’t ever answer their phones. Chase S. was the plumbing specialist who helped us out. He was in and out, fixed our issue 100%, in less than an hour. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. I trusted his professionalism. The only thing keeping them from a 5-star rating is the fact that they carry their most expensive disposals with them and encourage you to buy them by waiving the $80 diagnostics fee. We were going out of town and couldn’t wait for him to come back with a cheaper disposal so we were kind of forced to go with the more expensive one. But a great company with great service that went above and beyond my expectations!

Dean and his apprentice arrived when I was expecting them, identified the problem immediately, and without delay, set about repairing it. He clearly communicated to me in advance what the repair was going to cost, and both he and his partner were courteous and respectful of me and my property throughout. In slightly less than two hours, the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Had I tried to make this repair myself it would have taken me several days and I would have failed miserably. Glad I called Doctor MItch.

They charged me over $12,000 for a new HVAC system. Here I am 5 years later and it's leaking refrigerant. Wanted 1.3k to find the leak, and $310 per lb of refrigerant. You have to be absolutely out of your mind to use this company. Even a few of their own techs that have helped me, have had enough of a conscience to warn me about this company. I grew up going to Mitch Wright's home to watch fireworks and play on the paddle boat. I PLAY jV football with his son Mickey...I went to his church Trinity Baptist, where he was the sound tech, his wife loved sheep competitions. My grandmother loved him but I believe she had to sheeps wool pulled over her eyes. Stay far away from this company. They will leave you high and dry PERIOD

Met person at Home Depot she was able to get someone in my house in three days for a Tune Up. Michael S came out and was very professional and knowledgeable he made a couple of needed repairs and walked me through some options on my 15 year old HVAC system. Ronnie came out to help us on Christmas Day at no extra holiday charge. He patched us up and then helped us get the large repairs we needed scheduled the following week. Pierce took the lead on the larger repairs and kept in close contact with us through every step of the project. He explored options with us and was sensitive to our concerns about our historic home. Both Ronnie and Pierce were extremely professional.

I personally felt this was more of a sales pitch than an actual diagnostic of my issue. Company is pretty intense and will bother you on many occasions to try to seal the deal. They also come in very high on the price list. They may be reputable but are for sure out to reel you in. Expect to pay more if you use this company.

They stood us up on our first appointment. Said they would put us on the schedule for the next day. They came out and said it was too wet to do anything and that they didn't have any camera or equipment to check the pipes. Said they would have to schedule another visit. But they did take $90 for coming out! They never called to schedule a follow up. Don't waste your time or money.

It was comforting and reassuring to have the repairs accomplished by a highly professional and knowledgeable individual. He ensured services were rendered efficiently, timely, and beyond my expectations. I was enlightened and educated as he explained each procedure in the implementation of the repairs. Mr. Dalton has an excellent attitude and he reflects great credit upon himself and his organization.

Dalton first came out on Sunday morning emergency call to my house. He was very personable, and professional and provided clear guidance and next steps. After American Leak Detection located the internal issue Monday, Dalton and Junior returned Tuesday and did a great job (jack hammer in my house!) repairing my emergency slab leak- clear diagnosis, fixed the issue, great clean up- big fan of Mitch Wright Plumbing and their employees!

Paid 1,500.00 for new water heater, which they put in with automatic shut-off valve. Two weeks later shut-off valve explodes, water damage every where. The are claiming it was a faulty valve to escape my home insurance, but they are not out of the woods yet. They took absolutely no responsibility that we could tell. BEWARE

I had Dalton come out for a clogged drain in an old house. He was unable to unstop the drain but he pointed me in the right direction as what I needed to do to repair it myself. He even gave me his number and told me if I had questions he would gladly answer them. He even told me what parts I needed to buy to make the repair complete. The reason he was unable to unstop the drain when he came out was the old cast iron pipes had hard blockage inside it which required cutting a hole in the wall behind the bathroom vanity and cutting the section of pipe out and replacing with pvc. The ladies that scheduled made sure that my appointment time was what was necessary to fit my schedule. They also called the day prior to confirm that I still wanted them to come out. Then the day of my appointment they called when the plumber was heading my way. I was pleased with the service I received.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Michael S. My air went out this past weekend on Sunday. it was 80 degrees in the house. I put a call in and Michael called me back within 10 min and was out with the hour, and had us back up and running within another 20 min. He was very professional. I was very happy with our experience.

I have been calling for a few days now to get air conditioning unit check. Got an appointment for the afternoon, but service man couldn't make the appointment for 2 hours after appointment time. I rescheduled the following day. I took off work for scheduled time. I got a call reminding me of my time, which was 12 to 2. I didn't get a call from him til 5:14 pm. I had plans both days I the evening. I called the next morning, no one returned my call. I paid cash for a new HVAC system in July 2017. I'm pissed beyond belief now. I never post bad reviews, but I'm frustrated 😠

Mitch Wright group has been my company for many years and continues to provide quality service. We had a small leak which we identified, contained, notified MW on Monday am and they sent a technician out that afternoon to repair the area.

The technician (Mike), who came to perform the A/C unit inspection, was courteous & professional. He provided me with answers to my questions and explained to me what tests he performed.

In October 2021, our heating system malfunctioned and would not maintain a lit pilot. After having another large well known Memphis HVAC company repair the heater, it once again stopped working in January. The original company returned and informed us that a leak in the roof was causing the pilot to shut off. Knowing that that just did not seem reasonable I wanted a second opinion, so I placed a service call to Mitch Wright. Their HVAC tech came out, fixed the issue for less than $300, and the heater has been perfect since.

After the winter storm in Feb 2021, we had a broken pipe under the home. After consulting a different pluming company, I was informed that the repair could not be made until structural damage under the home has first repaired. Once again, I called Mitch Wright for a second opinion. They had the job completed quickly and water back on. And the repair was completed on a Saturday.

Lesson learned, call Mitch Wright first for plumbing or HVAC repairs. Also, they have some of the friendliest repair techs I have ever dealt with, which is priceless.

A tech from Mitch Wright came to my home last Friday before Independence Day Holiday. He stated I needed a part and it would be at the quickest Tuesday before it came. Tuesday they called and said they could schedule me for that Thursday. I waited around home all day until I called about 3:20. The lady said she said us scheduled but would need to call me back to see exactly what was going on. At this point I’m getting irritated, I’ve been without hot water for 3 weeks and I just knew she was about to make me wait, again. She calls back and says they had been talking to the previous owner of my home and he wasn’t answering. Well I guess I wouldn’t either of I moved out of town. 🤦🏾‍♀️ She then says the earliest she can get me “scheduled” for someone to come take a look would be on Monday. 🙄 I asked what was the name of the part so I could see if I could get it from somewhere else. “I have no idea.” I asked her, so you was going to have someone come without the part?? “ we’ll I don’t guess so.” Long story short, I have to wait the rest of today to Monday for someone to “come back.” If I could do 0 stars I would.

Our air had been out for a week in our sunroom. I blamed it on the high heat and humidity. I finally called Wright who installed our unit a little over a year ago. A young man came out late afternoon and fixed it. Now I feel really stupid repeating what the problem was but we had never cleaned the filters. We didn’t know where they were at. This young man wasn’t upset about it and didn’t make fun of us just showed us how to do it. He was polite courteous kind and patient. And knowledgeable. His name is Dalton. God bless him!! We can now enjoy our sunroom again.

Hired the company to change my filter in my unit. The service guy Michael came out wrote up a list of multiple issues and repairs that needed to be done not too mention my heating unit stopped working after me changed the filter. I called the office spoke with a RUDE customer rep. Pretty sure her name was Courtney, stated that the reason my unite had stopped working was because of the issues the service guy found and the company was not responsible and I would be charged a diagnostic fee. The guy Michael returned along with his Service Manager Jason(very nice and friendly), and come to find out he left a wire loose in the unite which caused the unite to stop working, not to mention he keep saying the unite kept clicking off during his first visit and not once did it do it on his return. My impression was that he intentionally left the wire loose and wrote up false issues just to get funded for a return visit....

This is our 2nd time using Mitch Wright Plumbing and both times we've had excellent service. Dalton came to our resident and was very professional did everything to resolve our problem. Unable to see our issue at this time but did reassure us that if we need him back he would be more than happy to return. We have a leak from our master bath somewhere but was not able to locate it. Advised us to monitor it and give them a call back. I would recommend Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating & Air for service.

Do not use Greenway. You'll be sorry if you do. They did not install my unit properly and the system shorted out and I had to replace the outside unit. Mitch Wright went above and beyond and even replaced parts(transformer, thermostat, and more) damaged by the surge once the outside unit was replaced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were in a real bind as our HVAC thermostat had crashed. It was 92 degrees in the summer. Thermostats are not hard to replace, but we didn't know if there was other issues lingering causing it to malfunction.

The amazing thing is that we called several companies and nobody really seemed that interested to help. It was mind boggling. Several companies didn't even answer the phone.

We called Mitch Wright and not only were they prompt, the customer service support was stellar. They were super responsive and communicated with us through several phone calls.

They are professionals. And it shows on every level. Very thankful for being treated the way I would treat someone in need. Definitely made us a customer for life.

Dalton came to repair our water heater and was extremely professional and friendly. He even let my 3 year old “help”. The price was fair, and I love the fact that they send an email with the technician’s name and photo prior to the appointment. I would definitely use them again.

I will never use Mitch Wright again. They lied to me, talked down to me, didn’t take Covid 19 precautions without my insistence, tried to upsell me instead of just fixing my plumbing issue, and were rude when confronted with their misdiagnosis. I am left feeling like they, knowing we are renters, were trying to justify an unnecessary sewer line replacement that they wanted us to simply pass on to the out-of-state rental owners.

I called Mitch Wright out because my sewage line was backed up. I requested the $99.00 special to run a snake down my sewage line. Upon arrival the tech told me they would have to charge an additional $99.00 to run a camera before they could snake the sewage line. Once the tech ran the camera he told me my sewage line was clay and had roots. He then recommended the hydro-jetter at a cost of $400 instead of using the snake. Reason being the snake could pull in the roots and collapse the clay sewage line.
The tech came back about one week later to run the hydro-jetter then told me my sewage pipe was completely collapsed. While I don’t know if it is industry standard, I was also extremely grossed out by the dumpage of our sewage on the floor of the concrete basement. The Tech and his apprentice left wet raw sewage for us to clean up.

Mitch Wright then quoted me $14,500 to replace ~30 feet of straight line sewage pipe with no obstructions (other than a fence that could be dug under or easily removed).

After receiving this absurd quote I called another local plumber for a second opinion. This plumber showed me via camera that my pipe was cast iron (roots cannot penetrate, except at joints which is rare) then used a snake cutting tool to eat up the clog. We pushed the camera through the sewage pipe again all the way to the city tap. My pipe was not collapsed!!!

I then called Mitch Wright back to let them know my dissatisfaction in the tech they sent out because he lied to me about the pipe collapse and material. I asked for a credit since I paid for the more expensive option based on the Tech’s incorrect diagnosis. They sent out a second Tech to justify the first Tech’s diagnosis, and this Tech – when questioned about the whole collapsed issue- rudely told me not to tell him how to do his job. Their Customer Service Manager then called and told me I was lucky I was not charged more, that their tech was correct, and that I need to replace my pipe (after constantly interrupting me on the call). He also did not check the video footage.

I was shocked that a local business would not want to better train their techs to diagnose issues or at least do something to correct issues that occur in the field. I will never use Mitch Wright again!

We are having cooling and heating issues with our working 20 year old system so decided to replace the whole thing. Called several companies for estimates. Most just gave us quotes for replacing the existing system with the same size new system ( lots of good that will do) Mitch Wright was the only company that did a Manual J ( heat load rating) to determine what the builders should have installed. They measured everything...and gave several options which included added extra returns (our house is lacking), extra vents, and installing an access door. Their prices were in the same range as other estimates we received. Our estimator, Matt, showed up within 5 minutes of both schedule times and was extremely professional. He even came back to give estimates on re-designs that my husband wanted. Install is scheduled for next week. Will repost after installation.

Installed a new, 2-stage furnace and thermostat at my residence. I am well pleased with the performance of the unit and the workmanship during installation as the furnace is currently exceeding my expectations. The guys and gals at MRPH&A was easy to work with and handled the entire process with a much appreciated personal touch--before, and most importantly, after the sale.

We've always had great service from MW. They've re-plumbed our house, replaced the AC, and installed a tankless water heater. We get regular visits from them to maintain all our systems. Every service person is courteous and professional. Our most recent service professional was Terence Smith to clean and maintain our AC units. We were very comfortable with him in our home. He was efficient and polite even if it was 120 degrees in my attic! If you have a need, give MW a call and ask for Pierce!

Dalton unclogged the sewer pipe. He was very nice and pleasant to have at my house. He did explain what he was doing and showed me what had caused the problem in the pipe. He offered repair options without any pressure and he provided quotes.

Call to schedule regular service maintenance and it was scheduled within a few days. The technician was friendly, courteous, and explained everything that he did in details. The company always have recommended services to improve your system, but they’re not pushy salesmen.

I am so thankful for Dalton's expertise help today. Our family was not able to have guest in our home at the time and even though he couldn't personally come out and help us, he went above and beyond to help us understand how to fix our leak ourselves until they can come at a later date. Mitch Wright plumbing you did right thing when you hired this man to your company. If all of your technicians are like him you have customers for life from our home. Thank you again Dalton. Mitch Wright replaced one AC unit and furnace, and installed a second one with some custom duct work. Job was well done, the technicians left me with coherent yet simple instructions on how to use the new system. They also installed two thermostats which I've supplied, no problems at all.

The cost of the job was slightly cheaper than the competitors, and the units supplied were of higher quality. The entire experience, from quotes to payment, was significantly more delightful than I'm used to.

I have had Mitch Wright company replace my heat and air completely, install premium fire logs in my fire place and now installing a tankless water heater. Pricing? I saw a review thinking they me be a little high.... not the case! Mitch is competitive. Can you find it cheaper? Maybe but if you were having brain surgery do you want the cheapest or the best? Mitch and his people have earned my trust, respect and business for a life time!

We had a persistent problem with the toilet in our master bathroom. Jonathan came out, evaluated what was causing the problem and corrected it. He did not just slap a bandage on the problem. He fixed the problem and showed me why the problem had reoccurred for the past three years. He also gave me a huge break on the cost. DO NOT USE THEM !!! We had paid over $13,000 ++ for two new heating and ac systems, we have had problems from day one. Lots of promises but they never deliver. They were great when it came to a quote but down hill after that. We have had heating issues in the peak of winter where the heat would not work and ac issues in the peak of summer. They have come out over 9 times in the last 7 months. Larry the office manager is very rude and could care less about people. He talks down to you and does not try to accommodate any one. He told us we can live with the ac not working and 79 degrees is not bad in the peak of summer. This man should not have contact with customers. They also Installed things wrong multiple times including not having a place for us to replace the ac filter there is no filter housing available and again we were told this would be fixed and has not been. go with any other company !

When a problem re-occurred, he returned promptly to re-assess the issue to include pulling up a toilet to see why problem returned. Caution to all who use those hard plastic flossing wands and flushing them down the toilet. One had gotten caught sideways and wedged just at the end juncture where toilet drains into flooring drain and was like a fly trap catching just enough tissue over time to eventually clog and cause issues with flushing. Said I needed a new system and quoted me $12000 for a new 3 ton AC/Furnace. Only $4,000 over what everyone else would charge. Even worse, the tech that came from another company afterwards replaced a $95 part and all was working again.

Mitch Wright came to my home to repair 2 outside faucets. The plumber Dalton was very friendly and repaired the faucets quickly and for a fair price. I will use them again and would recommend them to everyone who needs plumbing repairs.

We had Jeremy C. come out to our house to service our leaking air conditioner, and he did a great job! He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with the problem we were facing and proved it by going above and beyond our expectations. We were customers to another plumbing, heating, and air company in Memphis that could not take care of the problem and did not inform us of the real issue which needed to be fix. We then called Mitch Wright, and Jeremy came over and found the problem right away! We were highly impressed, and will continue to use their services for any additional problems in the future!

Had Mario come out. Very young inexperienced and unprofessional. All over the place. Saying off top that units were old before even looking at them. Asked me where I worked and I said health dept and he said he needs his health checked. That he hadn't had it checked in 2 years. Had power trip with 2 A/C units. Re checked it and they started all working. So i has him to just make sure everything was fine such as Freon levels. i come back outside he has taken part off and now the compressor all of a sudden is gone out and I need a new unit. I just don't understand. He would not leave and kept trying to sell us a new unit and talk about financing options. Then charge me $90 for nothing. Will never use again nor recommend.
