Amazing amazing and kid the top. Friday our motor on AC blower in attic blew and needed to be replaced. I knew Ruvi could get the job done and yes he did I was sad to have called another company choates at first who came out and gave me a crazy quote. They charged me 120 bucks and did not even do the work. Choates garbage snd screwed up everything in my attic so had to have Ruvi fix it all. Amazing service and at 1/3 the price choates quoted. Always go with small business and always Gibber service

Gibber services came right away to help me when the pipes froze! They were so kind and knowledgeable. They gave a detailed description for my insurance company and repaired the pipe with an upgraded material. I highly recommend them.

Professional and honest as they come.
Past few years at the start of the season we had to call out an HVAC company to fill our unit with freon we been using the same company each time they came out they would strongly recommend replacing the whole system for 10k-15k. We were not able to offed this so we usually went with the $700 charge to fill the unit with the freon. We decided to get another opinion last year (2018) and called 3G Heating & Cooling. They came out same day and did an assessment on our unit. They found a bad connection with the pipe that was causing a slow leak and the freon to need replacement every year. They fixed the leak and filled the unit. I wasn't convinced so I waited till this season to write a review. Guess what? That's right powered up this year and system is working beautifully.
You guys are amazing and HONEST!!!! could have ripped me off like the other company but when asked why he didn't. He answered without hesitation That is not how we do business Don't worry i reported the other company to BBB and everywhere else that would listen

All I can say is WOW! Using Gibber Services was the best experience I have ever had with any HVAC bar non. They were honest, competitively priced, very responsive, and did a top notch job. I highly recommend them!!!
3G came and had my A/C system running in no time. They did a great job and were very affordable and professional.
They came for a busted pipe and stayed and helped me with my AC too!!! Only one service charge and nothing else. Very respectful and cleaned up after themselves which shows respect of your home!

We needed to add additional zones to our furnace heating system. Mr. Gibber came and analyzed the issues, gave ideas and solutions and implemented them in an expeditious way. Very professional. Would definitely use and recommend for any future issues.
After 4 techs who failed to stop the water leak in my AC system,
I called Gibber Services.
They came to me the next day after I called them.
Ruvi was able to find the issue causing the leaking and after an approx 1 hour working on the system, my AC was back online with no water leaking. I was very happy. Good Job:)

We called on Sunday when our garbage disposal broke. Ruvi was here with a new garbage disposal by 1 pm Monday. We had a working garbage disposal and sink an hour later. He carefully tested everything before he left. I highly recommend him.

Had slow drain and needed new shower heads. Gibber services came and got everything done quickly and efficiently. They were a pleasure to deal with
Gibber services installed our new unit. They were so nice and did everything efficiently and effectively! They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. They even have a service that they take care of the system throughout the year so I don’t have to deal with it.
3G did a great job. Were very prompt, arrived when they said they would, courteous, neat appearance, cleaned up after they were done. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be using them for all heating and cooling needs in the future.

Placed a service call on Sunday, the repair guy told me he would come out in about 2 hours, sure enough he called 1 1/2 later he was on the ways. He was able to diagnose and the problem fixed although temporarily till a supply house was open on Monday. We where up and running that same day and he made a second service call at no charge to install a OEM part the following day, much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful company to work alongside with. Owner is one of the most honest peoples I've had the pleasure of working with. Goes above & beyond to do the right thing no mater the cost to himself. One of our guys had some tools go missing off a job-site, convinced one the HVAC guys stole them, went to the owner to complain. Without blinking an eye Reuben pulled out cash and asked and paid our employee for the missing tools. Our employee found his tools in the trunk of his car where he had left them for safe keeping during lunch. I've personally watch fist fights occur on job-sites caused by those accusations. Mind blown to how 3G handled that situation. 15 years I've been in the trades, First time I have ever witnessed such class. One of many small things they do to go the extra mile. WOW!!
Technicians are dressed presentably and are respectful and patient with clients. Dealt with many HVAC companies over the years and by far 3G Heating & Cooling continues to blow me away with how customer friendly they are.

I highly recommend 3G Heating and Cooling! Reuben came out within a half an hour - over the weekend!! Can you imagine that? He quickly took care of the problem and had my unit up and running in no time!! In the Memphis heat, it was so nice to have such great service!
Gibber Services is outstanding. They responded very quickly to my call, took care of the job in a very timely manner, and their pricing is very competitive. Gibber Services is the way to go.

Let me tell you about Gibber services.
They were out at our house yesterday, installing a state of the art Tankless hot water heater. The original unit started leaking real bad. (Thank G-d we had a drip pan)
Not only were they the best price in all the land. They had amazing customer service. Guys were super professional. Kept our house clean and kept the work area clean throughout.
We had other companies that were dealers for this tankless come out to see if they could fix the problem and all they wanted to do was install a new unit. Didn't even bothering taking off the cover to the unit.
Gibber services came down. Diagnosis the problem, told us he will attempt to replace just that part and if it doesn't work we would need to replace the unit. Actually spent time checking out the problem before writing up a three option quote.
We wouldn't use any other company, Gibber services has got our loyalty for all plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

Gibber Services was a pleasure to deal with! We got honest diagnosis and a really quick response. Our air was back on in a timely fashion. these guys are great.
When my HVAC system went out in the heat of the summer, Ruvi and his team rushed over to work on the system that same day. They worked late into the evening and determined the system needed to be replaced, and that I would have to wait a few days for the replacement parts to arrive. Late that night, to be sure my family and I were comfortable Ruvi brought over a window unit so we would have some relief from the Memphis July heat. Gibber services goes above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend them!
