Had our A/C system serviced along with some duct work repair. Our tech, Kelly did a great job and was very professional. Highly recommend this company for HVAC service.

I only have wonderful things to say about Vessels. I used this company just in the last couple of days for an emergent plumbing situation at my home and truly, they exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is really excellent; I always felt very cared for and taken care of. Every person I interacted with was kind and courteous. They answered all of our questions and even offered extra tid-bits of information. Not to mention, the workmanship was excellent and finished very timely. All around A+.

Best plumbing company in Kentucky

I called on 12/28 to see they could come to my area and work on my toilet. I gave them my address and told them my problem. They said that I was in the area and that they will be out Friday to work on my toilet. Thursday they called and said they had a bunch of emergencies come up and that they will be able to come out Wednesday and do it. Sure that’s fine. Cold weather pipe bursts for a bunch of people no problem. Tuesday they call and said they can’t come out at all due to I’m not in the service area!! I have gave them my address 4 times!!! If I wasn’t in the service area why string me along and make me wait? I could have found a different plumber. I called to ask them what changed and to speak with someone that could help. No call back. They lost not only a repair but a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel!!! Don’t waste your time with them.Since they responded to the review I try to call the number that they listed to talk it over with them no responses. The manager is unavailable again. This is the second time I have called today to resolve this problem.Please don’t do business with these people. Very untrustworthy.Update they called back still not using them. They apologize for making me wait. I have to wait another Wednesday for them to come out. I have another plumber coming coming out to fix my problem.

Spring broke on a Saturday morning for the garage door, called Absolute, they were out within an hour or so. Knocked everything out, was an amazing experience. Don't hesitate to use them, they're a gem.

February of 2021 my water heater was replaced they did amazing. August of 2022 I found a leak at one of the sodering points called them because it was there work that needed repaired I left a key so they could get in and next thing I know I got a bill for repairs I never authorized. I never received a call to authorize the repairs. They fixed the leak that caused rust on top of the waterheater but also placed my expansion tank that wasn't leaking. The lady in charge apologized I didn't receive a call but still charged me a fuel fee and a service charge when I questioned it she put me on hold and never picked back up and I would still be on hold .

After hearing my explanation, he looked at the problem area, made a diagnosis, developed a plan of action and executed the plan to perfection. He is an excellent representative of your company. Very prompted & efficient

I had Josh as my technician and he was very thorough. He fixed my air conditioning quickly and did preventative maintenance on my furnace. They were here to fix my problem the day I called. I will call them again.

Eric did a great job explaining our issue and discovered other problems we need to fix.
