These guys took great care of us -- even fixed a faucet at no extra charge! They did have to come back a second day to fix a major mishap, but they made good on it, repaired the mistake and didn't charge us for the second day. The final bill was completely reasonable. I will use them again!

I called after another plumber didn't show up the day before and got same day service for a repair and two faucet replacements. They fit me in same day before noon, didn't charge me for a truck roll fee, and knocked out all my work (even dealing with the bad stems and missing shutoff valves that stopped me) in just under two hours. Everything was put back together, and clean up done after the job.

A week later, there has been no leaks or issues. Quick dispatch, good pricing, quality work and no hassles. Will be my go to for plumbing issues from here on out.

Described problem on phone . Sent out repair man to repair I thought instead he confirmed the problem and charged 117.50 problem not fixed. Said they could come back and repair. What a rip off.

I was referred to Venhoff for a full basement bath build-out (break concrete, install toilet, sink, and tub/shower combo + fixtures for everything). It was a huge job to entrust to anyone, but Danny and crew from Venhoff put my mind at ease. Incredible workmanship, extremely professional crew. Richard communicated every morning to let me know when the team was on the way. No surprises, cancellations, or “approximate” time windows. Everything looks absolutely stunning and Venhoff now has a repeat customer for life.

Venhoff is the best!! I have used them in the past and never no complaints. They were the plumbing company we used many years ago when we had our sewer lines put in.
Today (Tony) recovered a ring that my granddaughter had dropped down my bathroom sink. He also replaced the broken stopper, so now I don't have to worry about losing anything else. He asked me was there anything else that I wanted him to look at? So....he unclogged a slow drain in my tub, and tightened a handle that was loose for me. I am very appreciative for his services. He also was very fair on what he charged me. He also gave me a detailed receipt. Thank you Tony!!

I can't recommend Venhoff highly enough. We had another plumbing company come out that has fancy jingle you hear on commercials to unclog a drain. They said that my pipe was broken, even showing me the mud that was going into the pipe. They quoted me $4,500 - $12,000 for the repair, depending on how much they had to dig up. I Immediately called Venhoff for a second opinion and they came out within an hour and cleared the pipe. Honest, fair, and professional – exactly what you are looking for in a plumber.

Good job. Good experience. They were late for appointment with no call. I had to call them.

Kinda dropped the ball on our project

Do not use! I called this company to give me a quote to repair a sewage clog in my basement. They came out did an estimate and then billed me $365 for labor and an hourly rate. I ended up using a different company which completed the entire job for $435 from start to finish. They called me for payment I complained about how nothing was even done so they took off an hour of labor but I still had to pay $250 basically for a quote. Rip offs do not use.

$153 later and didn’t fix a thing!

I tried to snake My moms tub. Fail. Venhoff ran big motor driven snake through the basement access for about an hour pulling out all kinds of gunk. Reasonable price. Very efficient and good customer service. We Have used Venhoff on numerous times. I Recommend them to others.

Venhoff Plumbing and Heating has worked on several of my rental properties and my personal home for plumbing and heating. They do great work and are easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing work done with their plumbing or heating.

These gentlemen were Timely, thorough and fair priced. I was very happy with their service. They inspected my furnace and water heater and found some things wrong with it and fixed some and advised me on how to fix others things. Came out the same day. Good work guys! The lady on the phone was also great.

I highly recommend Venhoff Plumbing. I have used them for my home and business. They are skilled, responsive, and very fairly priced. They installed new washer dryer hookups for me. Later, they installed a new toilet & faucets. And most recently, in the big December freeze when a water line froze & blew out, even though I was low on the list, they took time to swing by to turn off the main water so the crawl space could start to dry out. I expected to be camping for several days with no running water and bought 2 dozen jugs of water to get me through. The very next morning, Venhoff called me and said I was their first appointment for a crew to come and assess the situation. I expected,an assessment and a plan to come back for the fix. But these guys checked it all out, fixed it and, within 90 minutes, my water is already back on!!! These guys Rock!!!
Now what am I going to do with all these jugs of water!!?!! 🤣
I will always rely on Venhoff Plumbing & Heating.
