The receptionist, or whoever answers the phones here was rude towards me multiple times when I called. They interrupted me several times as I was speaking to them and always had an attitude when I would just ask them simple questions. I got an estimate for a $4,000 job. I was ready to hire them and to get the job going right away, but they were completely unprofessional and rude. I asked them if they could break down the estimate to show the cost of labor separate from the cost of materials. You would think this would be a simple request, however it was not. His service and willingness to help was more than 5 stars but the reason I’m leaving 4 stars is when the tech worked 2 days here and let us know he would be off for 2 days, which we understood and said we could wait if we could be his first call on his first day back to work. But then I found out the office had scheduled him to work another job before finishing my job and I felt that was wrong for the office to send him some where else after we had to wait those additional days. But in the end the tech did a great job and got us up and going.
