Best Plumbing System Problems in Louisville KY

Tony's Plumbing provides horrible customer service!! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Both the office receptionist and Eric the estimator are clearly, unprofessional, disrespectful, inconsiderate and just plain rude.

I called Tony's Plumbing for a estimate. The estimator, Eric called and said he needs to reschedule my appointment to next week. We confirmed the new date and Eric text me on appointment day #2 and said, looks like I can't make it today, let reschedule for next week. I did not respond. Tony's Plumbing epitomizes poor customer service. Karma.

If you have a specific job you want done DO NOT call them. They came out and did a electrical inspection, which is good if that is want you need, but I didn't need that, and they charged $57 for the pleasure. They quoted me an outrageous price for want i actually needed done, which I declined. They are very expensive

We've used St. Matthews Plumbing to service plumbing issues at our past two offices for The Marketing Squad. Whether it was a backup, broken toilet, installing a water filter, or pricing remodeling options, Doug and his team at St. Matthews Plumbing have always been quick to respond, professional and gotten the job done well. I'd highly recommend them!

I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but what matters is how the company fixes them and Plumb Right is refusing to fix their mistake. We have gone with this company for 3 years, they are a small company and we wanted to support them but that has come to an end.

I’m unable to reply to the owners comment; it seems you have the wrong person. It’s very upsetting to hear I’m not the only one going through this… do better plumb right. Also, very strange you’re publicly sharing your customer’s appointment for everyone to see. I’d advice calling them with appointment info!!! Google’s not the appropriate place.

Excellent customer service. Installed my fixture quickly and left the space clean. I have the peace of mind knowing my electrical work was completed by a licensed electrician.

This plumber was hired as a sub by the company that installed granite countertops in our kitchen to install / reconnect a garbage disposal, faucet and dishwasher.
The gentleman who came out was courteous, wore a mask and performed the work quickly with no mess.
The only complaint I have is that he installed the disposal sink ring such that the wording is upside down.

[Timeliness, Problem Resolution, Communication, Professionalism] We found out about the leak on Friday (37,000 gallons per our Lou Water bill), and by the following Monday, your guys identified the problem, had the utilities marked and fixed the leak. Awesome service!

Called Jerry with my issue and within an hour he was at my house and fixed my plumbing problem. On top of that he was reasonably priced and gave me some tips for future issues. Thank you again!

Don is a super nice guy and not only fixed our hot water heater but took the time to explain what was wrong with it and showed me the faulty part. He was in and out within an hour and everything was fixed and back to normal! Thank you!

I have used Blackburn & Davis for 30 years for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. I recently had Daryl out to get my A/C working. Per usual, the repair was made in a timely manner and at what I feel to be a reasonable cost. For me, a good Plumbing/HVAC company is as important as a good auto mechanic, electrician and carpenter. Blackburn & Davis is the ONLY one I need to call. Thanks guys!!

Brian and Jeremiah both from Roto Rooter in the Louisville area have been excellent to work with. Really helped to get our recently bought home working by clearing out the waste left behind by the previous owners. Would happily call them again for their services.

Needed electricity for my dryer & quoted price was dead on. Work was professional & the electrician was very clear. I understood the work before the job was done. Thank you.

Installed new water heater...would recommend!

Technician (Roman H.) was great. He replaced all my gas lines from the gas meter to my furnace, stove, and water heater. Once the new lines were installed, he pressure tested the everything he installed, and no leaks were found. He left his work area cleaner than he found it.

100% honest and extremely affordable plumbing service. I have been taken advantage of by some other home Repair specialist because I don’t know a lot about the pricing. That was not the case with Brian and his team. They came out very quickly and followed up the next day to make sure all was well. They went out of their way to get my water back on like it was their own home. With the service being so great I thought I was going to be blown away by the bill. I was expecting them to tell me there was more damage then they quoted... I was totally wrong and shocked how inexpensive the bill was. Bottom line Brian is my Plumber and I won’t use anyone else!!!
