Best Plumbing Issue in Louisville KY

Unprofessional. Said he'd have my bathrooms done in a couple days. Started the work and after two days left work unfinished for over a week
I gave him key to my house which he said he would only use then told me later that my key had been lost by his employee. Had to change all my door locks. Brought in an inclosed tub when l specifically asked for a enclosed shower. My mistake was not allowing him to start work without everything in writing. He kept saying he was working on it. The only thing l got in writing was his bill handwritten on a receipt. His employees that worked on the project left cigarette butts, bottles and cans and garbage scattered in the house and all over the yard. I cleaned it up after they disappeared for over a week. I had to try to reach him for days to see what was going on. I have no idea how he has been in business as long as he has. He didn't get a permit from the city until the work was almost finished and l had called the city to see if he had gotten one! Unprofessional shouldn't be in business.

Unbelievably expensive. Love working with small business and would even pay a little more to do it. However, I was recently sent an invoice for $513.50 to check for a gas leak on a furnace.

Told me they had to wait for the utilitity company for 3-4hrs and it was 94/hr to wait.

I am clearly in the wrong business if plumbers get 94/hr when they aren’t working. Never again, guess big business is the only option these days.

This is the best plumbing company in Louisville, hands down! My experience from start to finish was nothing short of wonderful! From talking to customer service, to talking to Sean, to Kevin coming to my house! Sean called and immediately started walking me through how to turn off the hot water heater. He was upfront and honest with me from the start about pricing and when he could get someone to my house. He told me no one could comeout until the next day, I had no problem waiting. After he took time to help me over the phone and was so upfront and honest, I knew this was a good company. So, I told him no, I will wait until the next day. Definitely made the right choice to wait! Kevin is amazing! He came in, looked at a few things and went immediately into the crawlspace to see where the leak was out. Came back in the house explained the problem and told me what needed to be done. Pouring down rain, lightning, thunder and hail, he went back under the house and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I cant thank you guys enough for making what I thought was going to be a big mess into something that seems so simple now after working with you guys! I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone and will definitely be using them from here on out if needed!!!!!
