Plumber was fine & did a great job. I'm frustrated because he said the original pump installation was done incorrectly & that the pump probably was not broken. The pump just needed to be installed lower so the float did not stick causing it to overflow. These 5-6 visits could have been avoided if the right plumber installed it correctly the first time. Very frustrating!!

I have had Pacific Plumbing has made at least 3 emergency calls to my house over the past two years. Each time they have provide awesome service and are super easy to deal with. They have stayed true to the budget and cost they anticipated. Each time Jack has taken the time to make sure things got done correctly and efficiently. They are my go to for anything plumbing related.

Jeremy Cusack with Watson mechanical did necessary repairs in my bathroom remodel. Repairs included tub replacement, faucet replacement, and waste and overflow replacement. Jeremy was very professional, polite, prepared, efficient, and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone I know and will call him again if I have any additional plumbing projects. Two men came out to inspect and reinstall a Numi toilet. First they said they had no experience with that type of toilet and took longer than expected to finish. The bill stated that they made all wiring connections for toilet features but it only needed to be plugged in, which I can do! The bill was $325.83 which is higher than any plumbing bill we've ever received for anything! I called the company to speak with the owner/manager to see if they could make an adjustment. The receptionist took the call and said she would have Bob' get back to me. He never returned the call. I called again and still no response.

This company installed the HVAC and plumbing in my home during a complete renovation by the prior owner, who had bought the house to flip. I was the first owner within just a few months after their new installations were done.

For the second floor HVAC unit, they ran the condensation pipe (which all furnaces have) across the ceiling of my dining room and vented it to the outside wall of the house, where the water would drip down the wall. This is against code. The furnace installation guide warns you NOT to do this. You are never to run a condensation pipe into unconditioned space. Freezing pipes cause serious property damage. The condensate is supposed to be piped into the plumbing drain.

In January 2010, 2 days after closing as the temperature dropped below freezing, and before I moved in, there was a big leak in my new beautiful dining room. Onsite came out and corrected the installation (a $50 condensation pump kit was all that was needed to pipe the condensate into the plumbing drain), but they ignored my request to assume responsibility for the $1,600 in water damages to my dining room.

I have photos of their damage and outside venting if anyone is interested.

When I spoke to their office manager about it, she claimed that the remodelers ordered them to vent the pipe in that improper manner--an excuse that insults anyone's intelligence. The remodelers confirmed they did no such thing (they were relying on the plumbers to do their job properly), and a plumber is not allowed to violate codes just because an ignorant home owner told him to do so. But anyone who knows anything about basic plumbing knows you don't vent a pipe with water in it to an outside hole, which will freeze and back up and cause the homeowner great expense.

They also improperly hooked up the dishwasher, which they did come out to repair, but why do sloppy work to begin with? Now, 3 years into my new home, one of my sinks is leaking because the trap and underneath lines were not properly hooked up to the drain. I have done a lot of remodeling myself and have never had a sink start leaking within 3 years of installation. It's an easy fix, but another indication of sloppy initial work.

After publishing this review, the same office manager wrote me and asked why I waited so long to report the problem. I reminded her of my 10 page letter with documentation, which she previously ignored. I never heard from her again. I was being generous in giving them 2 stars. They deserve only 1.

Installed outdoor electrical service. Sean was our technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. All aspects of this service were explained thoroughly and completely. Highly recommend this company!

Schardein Mechanical has been very easy to work with and I appreciate their efforts with customer service. They do good work for a fair price. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is right.

We have used this family business for over 30 years. The services they have performed have always been outstanding. We have always appreciated their expertise and honesty.

I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars...since they were able to find a technician to come out today to fix my A/C. Sean was very professional and replaced the compressor. I appreciate their effort in finding a technician to repair my A/C. Bryant was out end of April to service my A/C said checked everything. And was working correctly. Today 6/4 A/C not working. It will be 90 degrees today and they do not have anyone to send out until tomorrow. I also have always had a service plan with them. Guess that doesn' t matter. The A/C I bought from them less than 5 yrs ago. I bought from them because I believed in the ads on TV and in person how they will always be there when you need them. Not so much 😫😢

Mike showed up on time and got to work. He did all the inside maintenance then check on the outside unit. He said they don’t ususally clean the coils during the winter visits but mine were so dirty that he wanted to take care of it even though that is usually done when it’s warmer. He took care of it all even though I know he had to be freezing out there working with the water in the cold. I appreciate his professionalism.

Had a busted pipe under the house and had to shut off the water. Tom's guys came out with short notice and got the job done. Thanks guys !!
