Two days before Christmas our furnace stopped putting out heat. I called Glanz & Buffat (our regular service company) but they were swamped. As one could imagine with the frigid temps many others were in the same predicament as we were.
I called other HVAC companies but it was the same- no one could come out until Tuesday the 27th. My husband was very sick with the flu and already freezing; I was very concerned with his comfort and recovery.
My mom happened to have a technician’s private number - he was a Glanz & Buffat employee by the name of Kelly. It was a last ditch effort but I dialed Kelly’s number to see if he could help me. Well, Kelly not only talked me through it, told me what to do to get the heat going, but he checked back on us via text later that day and the next day. I am so grateful that he cared enough to give his best effort and advised us through a very difficult situation and even checked on us afterwards. Talk about going above and beyond! He has furthered our trust in Glanz & Buffat and we will continue on as loyal customers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Kelly!

Gave us a heads up and arrived 30 minutes later first thing in the morning after giving us an all day window. Hunter was very nice and professional and showed us our options without feeling like he was forcing a sale in our faces. We’re weighing out our options but would have them back out based on our experience with Hunter.

Pricey - but very good service

The repair techs did a great job and were on time, professional, and efficient. My only minor complaint is that I was told by the scheduler (on Saturday) my time would be between 10 and noon, but my confirmation text that I received on Sunday said between noon and 2. This caused some scrambling and inconvenience because my wife was not available for the later time frame and I had to take time off work that I had not planned.

I had a saltless water softener (Easy Water) system installed. Very professional service. The office provided excellent communications and the service provider was professional and timely. Excellent job!

Tim Breitenstein was absolutely fantastic. Was here for 3 hours and did the best job ever. I would recommend Tim to any of my friends or family. You have a great worker in Tim. Very polite and found a problem I didn't even know I had. I hope when I get my capacitor replaced that they send him to do it.

These guys were very good. Found the issues we had, identifying several we didn’t know about, and fixed for us. Excellent quality work and were fast and professional. Nathan was excellent. Would definitely use again for any plumbing issues that come up. Prices were totally in line with expectations and he even identified and helped resolve a water company issue totally unrelated to our original issue. Thanks again to Nathan and the team!

Came out fast on a Saturday. Accurate diagnosis of our problem over the phone. Brought everything he needed to finish the job. Worked fast and clean. Even called the water heater manufacturer to verify my warranty. Very reasonable price to perform warranty work on a weekend. Would definitely call on Jerry again.

The actual work done appears to have been done well. The actual time of work didn't reach the estimate, and I feel I was significantly overcharged for the amount of labor and materials

I have had Pacific Plumbing has made at least 3 emergency calls to my house over the past two years. Each time they have provide awesome service and are super easy to deal with. They have stayed true to the budget and cost they anticipated. Each time Jack has taken the time to make sure things got done correctly and efficiently. They are my go to for anything plumbing related.

Two men came out to inspect and reinstall a Numi toilet. First they said they had no experience with that type of toilet and took longer than expected to finish. The bill stated that they made all wiring connections for toilet features but it only needed to be plugged in, which I can do! The bill was $325.83 which is higher than any plumbing bill we've ever received for anything! I called the company to speak with the owner/manager to see if they could make an adjustment. The receptionist took the call and said she would have Bob' get back to me. He never returned the call. I called again and still no response.

I had called them on a weekend to come fix my faucet that connects to my refrigerator. It was leaking into my basement and they sent someone out after I explained what was wrong and that they either needed to cap it off or replace the faucet all together. So the repair man comes out and charges the weekend fee but didn't have the proper equipment to fix it and said he would send someone out to replace it later that week. They sent someone back out 2 days later and he spent 15 minutes and charged me for the parts which were under $20 but charged me the full hour fee...I called to complain that the total time spent on fixing my leak was about 25 minutes total (including the weekend) and that they charged me for the weekend hour and the initial hour during the week and they should have either sent someone the first time to fix it or not charged another hour for work they didn't complete properly the first day. They were to call me back and let me know what they would do about it but needless to say they won't and I ended up spending around 250.00 for something that should have cost me a total of 120.00. I will never use or recommend them to anyone!

I had an electrical issue that was repaired in less than 24 hours after appointment was made. Price fit my budget nicely.

Installation was very efficient. The plumbers were knowledgeable.
Post-installation clean-up could have been better, as they filled our trash can with the packaging and forgot to relight the pilot light on the furnace after turning on the gas.
