Kelly was great to work with. He diagnosed the issue and made the repair. Knowledgeable, personable & efficient. We bought a maintenance agreement and will definitely be asking for Kelly to do the work.

We called Vessels at 11am, and were in need of extremely fast service, just so happened they had a tech nearby leaving a job and got here in 15min. He ran through all the work, gave me a fair price and was extremely friendly. I won't go into a ton of detail but it was in a real time of need and they understood that and squeezed us into the schedule, I can't thank them enough for the help.. they really saved us that day. I was very impressed with how professional, efficient, and polite your technician was, and how fast he got the job done. Your technician did an outstanding job, I can't say enough about him. He went the extra mile walking me through every step. He made sure everything was taken care of. I will absolutely be asking for Edward Santana specifically during heating season and I suggest everyone else do the same for all your heating and cooling needs!

These gentlemen were Timely, thorough and fair priced. I was very happy with their service. They inspected my furnace and water heater and found some things wrong with it and fixed some and advised me on how to fix others things. Came out the same day. Good work guys! Very professional with great employees! They came as soon as possible to check out our AC on a hot day and even though it's going to have to be replaced our Comfort Advisor made us feel like the transition would go over very well. We asked a lot of questions and they had the answers!

I used their online scheduling form last night and got a email saying they would be in touch within a hour to confirm my appointment via email or give me a call to choose a new time. I waited 4 hours and never heard anything and went to bed with my AC not working. It is now 5 hours into the new business day and not one call or email yet. I am taking my business to somewhere else that values their customers schedule and makes actual contact. I thought this would be a good experience based on all the reviews for the company but I cannot deal with playing the waiting game for someone to contact me.

I just moved into my house not too long ago and haven’t had any problems up until now, and not being from the area I didn’t have a plumber to come look at my toilet when it was leaking. I called Bryant and sons and made an appointment for the next day. The entire process was great from the customer service to the reasonable prices. Jerry was so nice and talked me through what the problem was with my toilet. They have definitely gained a long term customer!
