Michael Kirby did a great job. He replaced our water heater and main shutoff valve in the house. Cleaned up and carried off the old water heater. I am very happy with his work and with him.

Cody was punctual and professional. Cody was highly intelligent in his field. He is also a warrior. I witnessed him fight off and army of ants and spiders to locate and correct the issue with my Ac unit. He was brave an intelligent. As the ants were crawling all over him he continued to work diligently and quickly. This man had my ac working in less than an hour. A true hero. I called Gudorf to help me install an outlet for my microwave. I had a service tech here the next day. Paul was very polite and got right to the job. He new what he was doing. He even helped me install the microwave. I would definitely recommend Gudorf from my experience.

We had a water leak in the front yard. They scheduled quickly. Both crews that came out were professional they diagnosed the issue and came back the next week. It was during the holidays so it was great to get fast service. When they came back to fix it the problem was fixed in 3 hours at the most. We ran an errand and when we returned they were finished. The communication was great. We will definitely call them again.

I've had to call Jerry, twice on a Sunday. Both times, he came and cleared the blockage so that I could use my water and begin the cleaning process. He even called the clean up services for me the first time. If you have an emergency situation and a little patience, Jerry is the man to call!

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

They were recommended to me from a friend, I called and he told me he could come later that day. He called to let me know he was on the way. Got here and went right to the problem, I had two toilets that were not working and the third was clunking real loud when it flushed. I now have three working toilets that you can’t even hear them hardly when flushed. He also looked at my hot water heater because I was hearing a drip sound. Did not charge me for assessing that issue. He did recommend replacing the hot water heater because it is 15 years old and it is upstairs. So they will be replacing the hot water heater and any other plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them. Did not break the bank either!

Blackburn and Davis was recommended to us when our steam shower stopped working. They went above in beyond from start to finish - properly diagnosing the problem, working with the manufacturer’s warranty department to receive a replacement part, and installing the new piece. We did not even realize it was under warranty and really appreciate the extra effort they put into it.
So, when we needed a plumber for our water heater we again contacted Blackburn and Davis. They were again polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They promptly and correctly diagnosed the problem and performed the necessary repairs. I appreciate that they took the time to answer my questions while they were here.
We would absolutely recommend Blackburn and Davis without reservation.

Do not do business with this company! They are scammers. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. They are the bottom of the barrel!
I had a gas leak at my house. The gas co. turned off my gas til I got it fixed. They gave me a window of 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon to be here to fix my gas leak. They did not show up, and they did not call.
About 1:00 p.m. I called them to ask them where they were. They said they were stuck on another job. I told them I had taken the day off work, and I needed my gas line fixed.
About 1:30 pm they still were not here. I called my home warranty company. They called the plumber. Without my consent, he cancelled service to my home. Said he was overbooked.
So it's afternoon already, and I still don't have a plumber to work on my gas line. And the home warranty people says that it may be up to 72 hours before they can get another one.
This is a scam. Stay away from this business.

Was a great experience! Furnace wasn’t working properly on a weekend and called to see if any technicians were available. They got me scheduled, had a technician come out, and problem solved all within about 2-3 hrs. The technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything to me about the problem and how he fixed it.

I'm calling BBB on this company!!They came out to my home on 8/15/18 to see why my water wasnt getting hot....Didn't even touch my water heater....look at it and said it was 10 years old and said gas valve was bad and eventually would start leaking in two different places....said he could fix it with no guarantee for 600 or he could sell me a new one ...installed for 1000....I told him to leave my property!!!Called another company...only thing wrong was the pilot had went out.....and assured me nothing was wrong with my gas valves or the heater itself!!!!they tried to rob me

After receiving an unrealistic estimate to install a new water heater, we decided to check for another more realistic estimate. We went online and chose ASI Plumbing to quote a price for installing a new water heater. We thought the estimate was a mistake, but with their promise of a Risk-Free Estimate, we thought how can we go wrong. On Tuesday, August 4, 2020, two plumbers from ASI called with a 30-minute notification and arrived on time. ASI gave us a new estimate which was $50.00 more than the original estimate. Thanks, ASI for the timely installation and most of all thanks for saving us $1,886.66.

I have used Brian Scroggins Plumbing several times and things just keep getting better. Brian has a really great group of guys that are knowledgeable and there working for you.
