Very impressed with Absolute Services. Zach was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about the replacement of our 2 HVAC units. From start to finish we were impressed with the customer service, timely response as well as the scheduling of install. We had 4 great guys show up on time for installation. Charlie, Ahmad, Sam and Curt were great. They explained the details of installation and worked hard and efficiently to get the units installed. They answered all my questions and took the time to show me how to operate the new filters. They were professional, dressed in nice uniforms, communicated well and worked hard helping one another. Adam worked diligently for five hours trying to figure out how to fix our cracked soil line and the connecting pipe from the kitchen that drained into the soil line. He had go into the crawl space under the house to do part of the repair. He used no protective cardboard or anything on the floor or shoe covering protection, and walked in and out of our house many times, getting waste water and wet, moldy drywall residue on our carpeting from the basement, up the stairs, and into our living room. After I thought the repair was finished, he discovered he needed another part and left to get it. He had already had me run water and flush the toilet to check for leaks before he left. No leaks were detected, but he was not satisfied with the repair so he left to get another part. He failed to notify me he had removed the first repair before he left, so since I had waited hours and hours with no restroom facilities, I used the bathroom and flushed, which sent more water into the basement floor. When I discovered the water, I placed a rolled up towel on the floor as a water barrier. When he returned, we had to find boxes out of our garage to put down on the floor for him to stand on, or he would have stood in that and then walked through our home again. The repair seems to be working so far, and Adam was very personable and didn't give up on what must have been a difficult job, but I am very disappointed in our possibly ruined carpeting now that it has mold, drywall mush, and sewage water tracked on it. PVC pipe materials were also thrown into our front yard and left that we had to pick up. I have never had this happen before and have been a loyal Greenwell Plumbing customer for years without a problem.

John and his assistant were great - super friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. They also fixed the issue with our water heater and answered all our technical questions. We will definitely be calling Maeser again, when needed.

I have used Blackburn & Davis for 30 years for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. I recently had Daryl out to get my A/C working. Per usual, the repair was made in a timely manner and at what I feel to be a reasonable cost. For me, a good Plumbing/HVAC company is as important as a good auto mechanic, electrician and carpenter. Honest plumbers! Fair prices! Excellent work!

A clog that turned into a broken line that turned into an entire day project - hard to say you are happy when you start in the $200's and end up with a one before that - that being said the issues were the house not the work, tech stuck with the job the entire time and did not try to hide the fact that a new issue was created, he was happy to show me the line and it was obvious it was thin and would not have lasted the month.

My home was struck by lightning. Had to replace furnace, water heater, air conditioning compressor, and electrical service panel box and meter housing box. Technicians were professional and i was quite happy with the price of the replacement equipment and parts. The technicians even handled some of the negotiating with the insurance adjusters. Got everything covered from the lightning strike with the exception of the water heater, were going to cover it until they found out its age. They ended up finding another issue after installing the new electrical service panel box. When L.G.& E. was called to turn the electricity back on, they found that the underground line that feeds into the meter from the transformer was damaged and not energizing the line fully. L.G. & E then had their contractor replace the line. Was real impressed with their knowledge and technical expertise. My overall experience in this transaction was one of overall gratitude. Can't say enough great things about the job that was done ant that of the people employed by New Circle Mechanical.
