Kelly was great to work with. He diagnosed the issue and made the repair. Knowledgeable, personable & efficient. We bought a maintenance agreement and will definitely be asking for Kelly to do the work.

Simple and easy service! We had our entire HVAC system replaced and were provided a great price and excellent service. Dalton and Kyle communicated from start to finish on the install. They did a phenomenal job on the install as well. They cleaned up after their work and walked us through our entire new HVAC system before leaving. I would definitely recommend.

I had my ductwork cleaned and sanitized after a septic system had backed up into the house and had went into the ductwork system. They come out and did a thorough job and within the time that they said that they would have the job done we’re done shortly before that time and brought it to my attention that I had a waterline leaking in the basement. They come and repair the waterline. It began to leak again a couple of days later they returned and repaired it at no extra charge. We’re very professional polite informative. I’m glad I hooked up with Michael Gudorf and his crew. A job well done fellas. I give a A+++++A And rate them as top service in the Dubois County area. Thanks again for helping us and taking care of us.

They gave me a great deal on my new heat pump & air conditioner. It was a very tight installation in the new mechanical room of my condo and they kept working through any issues they encountered and stayed late to finish the project all in one day.

Pros: came out same day, friendly tech.

Con: pricing. I was given a verbal estimate of between 500-550$. But somehow the compressor broke itself, and as a result, they charged me for more hours of labor and it ended up being over $700. As a consumer, I was forced to believe that my AC unit, which functioned fine when the tech got there, somehow broke itself while he was working on it. I expected that the company would stick to their initial estimate, but I was wrong. That was a big disappointment.

I was wary when I did not initially receive a written estimate. I think Louisville mechanical would be better served to supply written estimates and to keep the customer updated, as clearly and concretely as possible, if there are any price increases. That would keep an unfortunate situation such as this one from repeating itself in the future.

I called on a Sunday Chris quickly answered my call and helped me get an appointment. They were out at my house within 2 hours. No extra fees for coming out on the weekend. Omar was my technician, he did an amazing job and was very personable as well as professional! Swear, he cheered my day up!
