In the fall of 2019 I had a new heating/air system put in. I was very impressed by their workers. They were professional and were here on time! About a month ago my hot water heater broke. I called 3 companies and decided to go with these guys again basically because they had been so professional before. Wow what a amazing job they did! It was a Friday and they rushed to my home to get it done so I wouldn't have to go a weekend with no hot water. The job was done and no mess was left. The following Thursday I realized the hot water heater was leaking. I called immediately and with-in a hour they were here. Richard looked the situation over and told me I had nothing to worry about the problem was totally their fault and I would have no additional expense. They would take care of everything and they did! The drywall was removed and replaced and painted! The flooring was also taken care of! I have been through nightmare's with another companies that I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix things that were their fault. I am beyond pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Jon is who oversaw all the work and he is one heck of a nice guy.

They are honest people who will give you the real assessment of your options. They’re not going to sell you products and services you don’t need. Never got to use their services because they freely talked me through making the simple repair myself and saved me HUNDREDS in cash compared to the plumber my real estate recommended!

James was professional, quick and polite. Our a/c was running perfectly when he was done. He also explained the problem thoroughly We just had another technician, Liz, come out to do regular service on our a/c, furnace. She explained in terms I could understand, and did an excellent job. Cole (technician) was on-time, professional, friendly, and courteous. He provide us with a quote for any/all variables I asked for. There was no pressure to upgrade or buy something we didn't want/need at this time. He suggested package pricing versus individual parts pricing, which saved us money.We will be calling Absolute Overhead Door Service for our garage door needs from now on.

Very professional with great employees! They came as soon as possible to check out our AC on a hot day and even though it's going to have to be replaced our Comfort Advisor made us feel like the transition would go over very well. We asked a lot of questions and they had the answers!

Josh is a top notch Service Tech who is very knowledgeable in his field regarding Hvac/Heat pump systems. I have dealt with him in the past and with each encounter he has been straight forward in answering any questions I might have regarding Hvac systems. I called Greenwell Plumbing to service my water heater. Tyler M. fixed it and did an excellent job.He explained what needed to be fixed, what parts were required and I paid $330 for parts and labor. He also completed the job in about 2 hours.He even gave me an estimate for a future shower head replacement. Called originally to repair furnace. Furnace was old and not able to be repaired. Had them replace furnace and central A/C since it doesn’t cool well in the peak of summer. Extremely professional and efficient. Furnace and central A/C installed in one day and completed before I was home from work. Would recommend their services.

My husband and I just bought our first home and it was def. in need of some new piping. Our old copper pipes were never replaced since the house was built back in 1956. I had called Pacific Plumbing and was able to have Jack stop by the next day to give us a estimate on the new replacement piping plus to have our guest bath toilet bolted to the floor (it was very loose). They came out within a month and Austin & John were both very professional and did an amazing job! They had to come back the next morning to finish the job. Once they left, our master bath toilet wasn't flushing right. I called Jack and he came out within an hour and fixed it right away and was able to check on all the work the 2 guys had done, everything was so wonderful! Giving this team 5 stars all around!! I work for a non-profit and we used them to replace a ac unit. The unit they installed had issues from day 1, and they would charge us to fix the unit they installed. The finishing straw was when they quoted us $3k to replace an hvac line that wasn't broken (second opinion confirmed that). Stay away from these guys.

Would never recommend. Service is terrible and have had issue after issue. Not happy.

Person that came out seemed very knowledgeable . explained everything he was doing and offered to give us estimates on things we might need on the future. Very pleased with our experience today.

Jeremiah was very professional during the time he was in my home. He advised me on what needed to be done in order to repair the plumbing issues I was experiencing and informed me of the cost before beginning any repair. He was both friendly and efficient.
