This is an older house with an old HVAC system, 16 or 17 years old. Chris came out and gave the system a thorough checking and gave us an estimate to replace. Chris was very detailed in his explanation of the estimate and the units problems, he included pictures and a written estimate - which included options. I was very pleased with the service.

Once a repair couldn't be done they came back and installed a new water heater. Came in below estimate price too. Happy with the service.

Worst workmanship ever. They dug up my yard for a job it's for my neighbor without informing me. Then it took them a lot longer and they said it would. Has costed me about $500 to damage to my yard because Of their laziness. Horrible. Never use this company

I contacted Pacific Plumbing after getting a high water bill. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Austin came to the house with his mask (thanks Covid) and asked politely if he could come in and look around. Manners are a lost art! He checked the water meter and did a few other little things with my fixtures that I remembered while he was here. Everyone I have dealt with at Summers is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have used their services for a couple of years. I even had to call them on a weekend. Responsive and affordable. I am elderly. It is important to me to be able to call them and know I can trust them.

TSP we're great people to work with. I had a leak in my line going to the house and had to turn water off at the meter every time we flushed or showered, what a pain. Even though it was New Years Eve, Jim and Darrell came out in the afternoon and dug that line up and repaired the leak. I had a great time with those two guys they were a lot of fun and I couldn't believe they would do that. I thought the price was reasonable too they kept me from having to manually shut off the water during that 4-day weekend and we really appreciate it. Our thanks to Jim, Darrell, Mark, Kim and everybody else I dealt with.

I am so dissatisfied with a recent visit. They repaired an AC. 2 days later it went out again. I ended up using another company to replace entire unit which would have been the best option to start with. At no time did anyone from Blackburn call to suggest replacing the unit. Now I am stuck with a $400 repair fee for two days of cool air. I called today to discuss the bill and would not budge on the expense. I would have replaced the unit if they had originally told me that was the best option.
