The technician who came to our home in Kingsville, MD was Oliver. Not only was he extremely professional but went above and beyond! He came for our annual AC check up and when we mentioned an ongoing concern that was not addressed to a prior service check, he was more than happy to investigate. We were told it was the damper. A very annoying sound that just did not sound right, it has been a clanking/squeaking sound for over a year and a half when the heating or AC powered down. Oliver listened, removed the cover, and practically crawled into the heating/AC unit to discover a wheel was loose and about to break off. After diagnosing the issue, he fixed the broken part. We are sure this will prevent major problems in the future. Exceptional Technician, Exceptional Service!

Very impressed with Caton and therr employees. Came same-day to help with sewage backing up in an emergency. Nick was wonderful--respectful, kind, informative, kept mess to a minimum, good with older people. Would use them again. And we can flush now!

Dan and company came on time and were professional from the very beginning. He was courteous enough not to dirty our carpet in a shoeless household. He was thorough evaluating the issue as well as doing a diagnostic check on the other plumbing items in our utility closet. He was honest of what did and did not need to be fixed as to not overcharge us. He was patient and willing to teach someone who knows nothing about plumbing some minor things. Knock on wood if anything were to go wrong with our plumbing, he would be the one I would call.

Chris Jones 7932 was my technician and his bedside manners to his patience and willing to be straight forward and go above and beyond was an awesome experience for me. The meter Yolk had to be replaced in our property and Chris went to 4 different suppliers before ending back at the county (who still refuses liability) to purchase to item from them and replaced and repaired the damaged item right away. Scam company. Always ask for an itemized invoice. Technician came by Saturday morning at around 10 am and I get an itemized invoice (which I specifically requested) stating after hours service fee. The total invoice is also $75 more than what the technician said I would get charged. Technician was great though

SLS SERVICES IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE. My mother who is on a fixed income paid SLS Services for a new furnace and a chimney liner. For months, she was unable to get Justin Turner nor his assistant Fritz on the phone. She left messages and texts. NO REPLY. I decided to gently reach out to Justin and Fritz and again more of the run around. I was told several times by Fritz that he would get out to us the past weeks and DID NOT. BE WARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
