After getting over my head with a DIY plumbing project, I needed help. So, I called Catons Plumbing in the late afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Lal (#2765). Chuck Spidell (#737) came out to fix a broken pipe vent under our kitchen sink. He did a great job for us. I'll definitely be calling them back for future issues.

The method of finding and fixing the leak from the toilet was explained. The costs for the repair was explained and stated. The work site was left clean after the repair.

Was hosting Christmas and of course my kitchen sink got stopped up. With people coming within a few hours and food still needed to be cooked I was in a jam. Super knowledgeable! Actually took the time to diagnose what the problem may be over the phone and arrived only a few hours after the call. They are also extremely honest. I initially thought I would need a video camera to diagnose the issue. However, they quickly resolved the blockage and told me I didn’t need to spend unnecessary money on the camera. Unheard of!! They are also very reasonably priced. I’ve found my forever plumber! Highly recommend!

Rafael and Carlos arrived within a few hours to deal with a clogged toilet that was leaking water into the room below. Quick, efficient and kind. (And not expensive!) Highly recommend.

Great service! Desmond, the technician, came within an hour of calling and fixed our issue within 2 hours. It is a bit pricey but it was definitely worth it for emergencies.

Ed and nick were super friendly with the concern of getting a 5 star review. When they left all they cared about was getting their 5 star review. Offering 50$ for a 5 star isn’t college right way to do business. Day later water heater is leaking about 2 inches of water on the top. They blamed it on the manufacture. Either way, would not use these guys cause all they care about is getting a false 5 star review before you have a chance to see the work.

I would highly recommend this company. The owner of this company is an excellent and a reasonable person to work with to bring the cost to its minimum price unlike all other similar companies I've tried. He is personally involved with the project and also supervises all the details of the work. He turley cares about the quality and efficiency of his work. He and his son and other employees make sure you get the best quality of work for the reasonable price you paid!!!

I called Roto-Rooter with a leak and they were there within the hour. Min took care of me and did not leave until the job was done. I am very happy I went with Roto-Rooter and will be calling them with any problems I have in the future.

Received call that service technician could come earlier than my noon appt! Very nice. He arrived 11:00am. Very courteous and efficient. He was in and out within an hour with the problem solved and instructions for helping to keep the kitchen drain clean.I suppose the only thing I'd want to know ahead of time, when I schedule the appointment, is what the basic costs to expect. I suppose these are on the website somewhere, but would be nice to get some estimate when the appointment is confirmed.

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.
