Super knowledgeable! Actually took the time to diagnose what the problem may be over the phone and arrived only a few hours after the call. They are also extremely honest. Great plumbing family, very professional. Sam did an amazing job. Was very efficient and quick but also was sensitive to the needs of my older plumbing/pipes. The drain has never worked better. He even left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. Will definitely be using them again.

Remove old and install new sump pump.

Technician not resolved the problem and quota a huge replacement charge fee more than $3,000 labor in estimate but not including materials. Finally I had another contractor came in to check the problem and he found the one valve not promptly turn off so the pump can not have enough power to provide the water pressure. Once turn off that valve the pump is working normally. I think your technician needs to check the problem detailed than before. Whatever I had to pay $200 to the guy in spite he did not do anything and this company said free estimation but actually not free.

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

Catons showed up quickly in response to a service request I submitted online the night before. The plumber had a replacement disposal on the truck and installed it quickly (half hour). Although the plumber did a good job and we have used Catons often before, I will shop around next time for a better price and product selection. The only product they offered was not one I would have chosen, and is identical to the one that failed.
