The 2 man team that came to the house was punctual and professional. Robbie told me the costs before they started the work. The company is very transparent and lists a lot of the prices on their website when you book services. Robbie and Brandon showed me where the issue was and repaired it the same day. Both the plumbing team and the restoration teams provided excellent service. We have a water leak from our jacuzzi tub that sprayed out over the ceiling of our living room floor. The plumbing team got here quickly, identified the issue and was in contact with us throughout the day on updates for finding parts, etc. The restoration team arrived at the time they said, inspected the damaged area, explained everything then got to work. They kept the demolition contained and cleaned up afterwards. Bret (4707), Jake (2445) and Zau (3474) were the restoration team. Missed the name of the gentleman from the restoration team that helped us with the insurance claim, which we got submitted same day. Thanks Roto-rooter.

I met Spiro after coming out of a real bad situation which was caused by my earlier contractor who had just half completed his plumbing work of my property and did not take care of my gas heating job professionally.Later I came to know that the earlier contractor was not even a licensed guy.So I fired my old contractor and got Empire Plumbing and Heating ,the day Spiro entered my property he accessed the whole situation gave confidence saying that he can take care of the entire situation however it is and got all the needed genuine inspections after replacing the gas pipes and even replacing the half damaged plumbing work which the old contractor has performed.At every point he gave me a picture based status update and ontime presence on the day when he says the job needs to be done.The days of inspection the level of confidence on his work was so high and perfect that all the inspections and the work was perfect.I give all five stars 🌟 to Spiro.Since he is man of his words and he sees to put stuff at top quality.I will be referring him to others for all the great work he does at different places.

Super knowledgeable! Actually took the time to diagnose what the problem may be over the phone and arrived only a few hours after the call. They are also extremely honest. I initially thought I would need a video camera to diagnose the issue. However, they quickly resolved the blockage and told me I didn’t need to spend unnecessary money on the camera. Unheard of!! They are also very reasonably priced. I’ve found my forever plumber! Highly recommend!

Our garbage disposal broke on Thanksgiving Day when we had dinner for 12.
Zoom promised to be out the next morning. James came, and he was informative, thorough, polite and very tidy.
He said he’d be back next day with a new GD. In order for us to get a quality grade GD rather than from Home Depot or Lowe’s, it had to be ordered from the warehouse.
We had a new GD 2 days after Thanksgiving, and we’re very pleased with Zoom.

We used this company in the sense we tried to have our water heater assessed replaced. We attempted to use this business as part of a homedepot warranty claim where we pay them for their services doing what they do and submit to HomeDepot. We were without water for a week at this point. Left a message with them 48 hrs earlier. no reply. no call back. Finally reached out to them again on 12/31/22. Completely willing and able to pay them for their services and finally have a hot shower again. Woman who answered the call was excessively rude and unprofessional. No customer service what so ever just a complete denial of service all together and complained about it being a holiday weekend. Mind you, we had reached out to them 48hrs prior.
I work in service and when a customer calls you with a problem you come at them with what you can do not what you cant. More times that not the customer doesn't have the knowledge or understanding of the process and that is where you guide them not fight them at every statement. We were calling them based on our instructions from Homedepot and Allstate who backs the warranty. That is all the info we had and DW was the contact that was provided.
