Terrible company. Staff are rude and dismissive. Don’t even know how good their work is because we couldn’t get that far with how long I was on hold and the hassle they put me through. Wasted two hours of my day.. go to any plumber in Baltimore besides this one.

Online scheduling was efficient and easy. Received confirmation quickly. Notified promptly next morning that technician was in route. Khai was professional, respectful of property and made sure he put on shoe coverings each time he entered the property. Determined the necessary action for my problem and quickly solved the issue. Inspected the downstairs area to ensure no leaks. Great job!!!

Super knowledgeable! Actually took the time to diagnose what the problem may be over the phone and arrived only a few hours after the call. They are also extremely honest. I initially thought I would need a video camera to diagnose the issue. However, they quickly resolved the blockage and told me I didn’t need to spend unnecessary money on the camera. Unheard of!! They are also very reasonably priced. I’ve found my forever plumber! Highly recommend!

I have dealt with plenty of plumbers recently as I work my way through a cluster of a renovation project. I found the perfect fixture while on vacation in Europe and figure it would be a piece of cake to install. Little did my smooth brain know that British pipes use different threads than American pipes. The plumber I have already paid thousands of dollars to was not able to figure this out. Desperate, I called CA Taciak who graciously took my call. Lexi, who I spoke with, took down as much information as she could, and before she gave me a quote, said she would be back with more information. Minutes later, I received a message detailing exactly what would need to be done to adapt my traitorous redcoat fixture to my freedom sized pipes. This saved me tons of money because I am sure a lesser plumber would charge me for a trip out, not know what they were doing, charge me for a trip to the hardware store, charge me for the incorrect pieces, and walk off the job with the job incomplete yet still send me an invoice. The knowledge and kindness exhibited is a rare trait in this world and I cannot recommend CA Taciak and Sons enough.

Great work! The two associates were highly professional, well dressed, and respectful of my home. No time was wasted, although i think the central coordinator did them an injustice by calling 30 minutes prior when they were 60 minutes out. The price was a bit steep (I had an RO system installed) but i decided to go for it, knowing that these folks will take care of the work and go all the way. And they certainly did, i had a few issues that they addressed and went out of their way to make sure it was properly functioning. All in all, two hours of work that was 100% worth it!

Despite a high volume of customers at the time, the office was able to schedule a repair within 24 hours and complete the job within 24 hours. (We had to shut off our water.) Jeffrey who was assigned the job was friendly, quick to complete the job and resolved the issue while maintaining a clean workspace.

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

Timothy Chesser did amazing work in replacing my hot water heater, it was problematic and refused to drain and he was calm and professional during the whole ordeal. He went above and beyond what should have had to be done to complete the task. and left the basement spotless. If I. ever need plumbing work done again. I will not hesitate to ask for him personally. Five stars doesn't do his work justice.

Recently i bought a house and i had to redo the plumbing in my two bathrooms and kitchen so I called Empire plumping and heating LLC and I'am really glad that I did . MR Spiro the owner of the company was really helpful and from the beginning he took away all my worries with his knowledge . I didn't have a single problem during the work and everything finished exactly the way i wanted it . They were pretty clean and professional in all phases of the project i hope i will deal with them again in the future . If you want any kind of plumbing or heating to be done in your house do not hesitate to call them you will not regret it .
