Best Leak Detection Equipment in Baltimore MD

My HOA always uses them. Their repairs have been costly and a headache not by my choice since 2018...
I learned my lesson, Now the moment I hear that plumbing snake sound in my building or see them in my building .. I immediatly call and pay a licensed plumber from any other company to come immediately to witness and document their repair, diagnosis or unclog or their attempts to protect me and witness and document to protect my plumbing my unit and me from repeating another nightmare.. it is stressful and extremely costly!

I am impressed they offer 24/7 emergency hours including holiday and weekend when most other licensed plumbers are closed.... but, is the stress and need to hire another licensed plumber to repair their work is it worth the 247 convenience?
maybe they could be ok and handle SFH plumbing basics like a simple unclog of a bathroom or kitchen sink drain or maybe a basic toilet plunge.... but not anything more...

maybe with more training, experience, licenses, professional education and certifications they could improve, as well as if Caton plumbing would provide employees with proper equipment mentorship and supervision....

I hope Caton Plumbing will choose to invest in their employees and help them get licensed and certified and trained by expert master licensed plumbers...

Until then, I will continue to be stressed, overpay, and check credentials and licenses...

The gentleman that showed up was nice enough but the quote was outrageous and the supervisor was horrible. He couldn't even tell me what their labor rate was. Will not ever use.

William was very professional and informative of the issue and how to fix it. I will definitely utilize Chesapeake plumbing again when needed.

Found these horrible people on line.wanted to charge me $2,800 to replace my hot water heater.home depot came out and fixed it the same day for $900.this is an experience i will never forget.all my friends family are completely shocked about this.i am writng the review because i am still in disbelief.i also called another company gave me an estimate of $1500 still way less.

Would definitely recommend. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They have completed multiple jobs for my company and I’ve never had a call back. The owner or his son have always been on site and that says a lot. I used them this morning on a job and their honesty saved my customer quite a bit of money. This in turn helps my company keep our good reputation. They are a great asset for us.

Had a clogged drain in the basement/ laundry room / powder room area.....called Roto-Rooter as suggested by my handyman. The plumber came out at a convenient time for me..(a few hours later). He identified the issue and corrected it. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

Had 3 estimates for a big plumbing job. A.J. Michaels came in with the best price. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was very impressed with Van who came out to fix a stuck snake in a very stubborn sink. He was able to use every trick available to retrieve the snake and also clear the drain for us.I'm extremely glad because other plumbers had given me scary scenarios about cutting drywall, cutting pipes, etc. However Van was able to save the day and now we have a fully functional bathroom.I'll definitely be calling Roto Rooter in the future.

I called several places for an emergency plumbing problem. Everyone wanted 2 days. Catons came right away! My technician was very helpful, he explained all the work beforehand. The job was a bit messy, but the technician cleaned everything up without me even asking him to! Very pleased with the service.
