When our 10-yr-old, 80-gallon water heater failed, Brian immediately gave us several replacement options -- even providing web links to product pages and YouTube videos to help us make the decision that was best for us. When we advised Brian that our old water heater was situated in a precarious location (in a subbasement, through a floor access & down a narrow ladderwell), he quickly dispatched Sam and Joe to assess the situation. The plumber shows up late and tells me that my kitchen sink is backup ( that's what I called him for ) but anyway he tell me it is going to cost me $685.00 to fix it. No thank you it is about 20 long pipe if that to run a snake through again NO THANK YOU!!!
