We received an excellent service from the company and its representatives. Techs were on time and very professional. Quickly discovered the issue, gave reasonable price for the repair and almost to the minut estimate of how long it would take.

Called Catons due to a gas leak caused by the installation of a new meter (thanks BGE!). The plumber arrived within 90 minutes (on a Saturday) and had the problem fixed in no time. He also took the time to check the work done by the BGE contractor to ensure there were no other leaks. Great service!

Came in, fixed leaks, installed garbage disposal & dishwasher, were quick & kept disruptions to a bare minimum. Couldn't have gone better, they did a great job!

Wow, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised working with Steven. He was amazing!! He was very fast in replying to my messages and was patient with me and my business partner. I love the fact that I could text him and he would reply almost immediately ( Im a millennial and talking on the phone is the last resort). We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property and he was able to fix it the next day!!! He replaced the toilet and tub in a few hours. The work looked great and all for a reasonable rate...Most importantly unlike other contractors who leave a mess after they are done, Steven did not! You would not have believed a contractor had been there. He is fair with his prices and does not price gouge. I highly recommend you calling him if you need plumbing work.

Mike was great!! I needed my water valve under sink replaced, he showed me exactly what he was doing and how to turn it on and off. Very friendly and polite. He even helped me put items back under sink after completion! Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs!!

Technician was polite, listened to my version of the symptoms, very professional during entire service call. After the diagnostic procedure, he explained my problem and my options, completed my repair and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

Super knowledgeable! Actually took the time to diagnose what the problem may be over the phone and arrived only a few hours after the call. They are also extremely honest. I initially thought I would need a video camera to diagnose the issue. However, they quickly resolved the blockage and told me I didn’t need to spend unnecessary money on the camera. Unheard of!! They are also very reasonably priced. I’ve found my forever plumber! Highly recommend!

Great plumbing family, very professional. Sam did an amazing job. Was very efficient and quick but also was sensitive to the needs of my older plumbing/pipes. The drain has never worked better. He even left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. Will definitely be using them again.
