Nick of Catons Plumbing did an awesome job on the plumbing work needed to our home. He was very patient, courteous and professional. The work he had to do turned out to be very extensive, time consuming and sort of messy. Nick did not compain at all. He cleaned up every trace of mess, even the walls. I highly recommend this company because I was extremely pleased with the work and professionalism Nick exudes!! Thanks Nick!!

So I know this might sound odd, but I was so relieved that I didn’t have to ask Kam to take his shoes off because he came in with shoe covers. He was extremely professional, came earlier than I expected (which was great) and did a great job of telling me what was wrong and gave me great suggestions for managing and caring for my pipes. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I’m definitely referring him to all the folks I know—apparently some plumbers don’t do condos. Go figure! Kam was fantastic!

Called Mike's in a bit of a panic, as the big box store installers had created a link in our kitchen sink when installing a new dishwasher. They were very nice on the phone, and were able to get a plumber to the house in about an hour. The plumber, Charlie, was friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me options for repairs. He performed all of the repairs quickly, made sure he cleaned up after himself, and walked me through everything that he did. Really pleased, would certainly use them again.

After this season's rains, we found a hole in the back yard of our 1925 house, which turned out to be the remains of a septic tank that was original to the property, and which we'd never realized was there.

Frank Taciak arrived on time to assess the situation, gave us a estimated price, followed by emailing a written quote. Several weeks passed before we were able to schedule the work, but Frank stayed on top of it, got here as we'd arranged, and completed the job, taking particular care with the garden plants that were near where the dig was done.

I would recommend this company without reservation. Great job!

The plumber, Bruce Jordon, arrived promptly, was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, friendly and addressed any addition concerns with ease and precision.
