I called Roto-Rooter for a clogged sanitary main line. Khiangte (service technician) came out in 15-20 minutes after my call on a Saturday. He was able to resolve the problem quickly. He was very courteous and prompt. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend it .

The tech they sent was knowledgeable, on time, and personable. I have done all of my own past AC repair (mostly replacing the capacitor). It was hot, and I could not get to it, so I called them. They responded same day. The tech got there 10 minutes before the window, and in 15 minutes he was gone. The 4 stars is from the price - a bit steep IMHO, but I honestly don't know how it compares to other emergency repairs (since I have always done it myself).Kudos to their customer relations manager as well. My system is 19 years old - time to replace. I will be getting a quote from them.

Our home was having issues with slow draining in each of the bathroom showers. We were contacted as promised 30 minutes before the technician arrived. Keith showed up on time, assessed the situation, proposed a resolution with options and we agreed to clean both bathroom drains and the main. He was neat, quiet and very fast. Each drain works as normal now, every service transaction should be this way- great job.

Submitted appointment late Friday evening was called this morning at 7:50 am to tell me that the plumber would be here within the next hour. They arrived at 8:50 and was gone by 955 and replaced my main water shut off inside the house.Char and Bravo did a great job!

I had the absolute worst experience with this plumber - worse than any single contractor I’ve ever worked with. They will now not return my calls to make this right. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

First, both jobs I hired him for leak terribly. They were awful, incomplete, messy installations. The job was not done. I had a leaking toilet, for example - the guy just lifted it up, put on a new wax ring and called it a day. It still leaks. Another toilet he installed pours water into my bathroom.

In addition, he needed help along the way, which I should not have to do for a contractor, and ended up dropping the toilet on my foot and on 2 tiles that he chipped (see attached photos)

I have been calling and calling simply asking for someone to come finish the incomplete jobs, but NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. They are ignoring my calls

Once I get a call back, I am more than happy to remove this post. Please call me back to make this right. It is outrageous that you would treat any client this way.

I ended up not using this service. I should have known something was up when I was told that I would have to pay $148 for the service call. However, that would be waved as long as I had the work done. Why would I have them come out and not have them do the work? Well here’s why -The installation and labor cost were 3 to 4 times more than what I actually paid to buy a garbage disposal and sink. They would not give me a cost upfront. So I paid $148 but will never use the service again. Dissatisfied customer!
