Summer check up om my air conditioner. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything he did and had me look at what he was doing and why.Very polite, well dressed, clean smelling and had a good sense of humor.He power washed the system. No one had never performed this in the past when performing the season check of our system. I was very pleased.Barbara

Wayne (2409) performed exemplary service, communicated well, and did his best to make sure our backed up sewer line was properly unclogged and ready for use. He was extremely clean, careful of our belongings and home, and was all around a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 in my book.

Would definitely recommend. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They have completed multiple jobs for my company and I’ve never had a call back. The owner or his son have always been on site and that says a lot. I used them this morning on a job and their honesty saved my customer quite a bit of money. This in turn helps my company keep our good reputation. They are a great asset for us.

They had scheduled me for the next day, but then sent someone later the same day! The plumber was professional. The only complaint I had was that they nearly charged me an arm for labor for 30-45 minutes of work.

So happy/relieved to have had a colleague of mine recommend Abend Plumbing. They were able to fix all my plumbing issues the day I called. Very professional and knowledgeable. We contacted Catons Plumbing to help us with a slow drip we had in our tub faucet. They give four hour windows, so we scheduled them for a four hour window on a Saturday. They said they would send us a confirmation email right away for the appointment scheduled. We never got the email and it did not go to our spam either. When I called them about this, they said oh I think it's a problem with gmail filtering our emails out. I have never heard of this. Typically, even if gmail filters it out, it would go to spam. Anyways, that's not even the main issue. We had blocked off the 4 hour window for Saturday and made sure we were available for the 9:00-1:00 window. It was passed 1:00 and we still hadn't heard from them. When I called them to see what was going on, they transferred me to dispatch and said they didn't have any technicians available. We basically wasted a Saturday waiting for them and they did not even have the decency to call us saying that they would be later than the window they provided us. They seem like a scam. I wouldn't recommend them in the future. If you're looking for a good reliable plumbing company, use Peddicord Plumbing. We ended up going with them and they were so much better with communication and responsiveness. Much more professional.

I had the absolute worst experience with this plumber - worse than any single contractor I’ve ever worked with. They will now not return my calls to make this right. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

First, both jobs I hired him for leak terribly. They were awful, incomplete, messy installations. The job was not done. I had a leaking toilet, for example - the guy just lifted it up, put on a new wax ring and called it a day. It still leaks. Another toilet he installed pours water into my bathroom.

In addition, he needed help along the way, which I should not have to do for a contractor, and ended up dropping the toilet on my foot and on 2 tiles that he chipped (see attached photos)

I have been calling and calling simply asking for someone to come finish the incomplete jobs, but NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. They are ignoring my calls

Once I get a call back, I am more than happy to remove this post. Please call me back to make this right. It is outrageous that you would treat any client this way.

Matt is an outstanding plumber. He arrived on time, explained to me what he was going to do, laid out tarp everywhere, and cleaned up behind himself. And more than that - the sink is now unstopped.He even gave me some advice on making adjustments to a couple of things in the bathroom.The price of the pipe snake was more than worth it.
