A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Wes is a very trustworthy plumber. I had a leaking pipe running from my second floor bathroom. Two other plumbers quoted me $1,500 - $2,200. Wes told me the other plumbers were quoting unnecessary work and he could do the whole job for $900.

He came out to look at the job on a Friday evening and was able to complete all of the work the following Monday. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

I have a tankless hot-water heater. These folks are some of the only ones in town that will service that type of unit. These folks were prompt and extremely helpful. I plan to continue to use these folks in the future.

I'm a local Realtor and called to schedule a free estimate for my clients. This is not only posted on their website, but also on 2 emails they sent. FREE estimate. After my clients waited 2 hours, the company called me 5 mins past the latest time they originally told me. Came later in the day, which was great. 48hrs has passed now with no estimate, just a bill for $225. This is deceptive and I will never recommend this company. Do not advertise free estimates if you don't stand by that. As a contractor in MD you must give a price up front, not after the fact. I will not be paying this fee.

I have been using Forster Plumbing for about 15 years, and they never disappoint. Brian is the owner/operator and generally has 2 or 3 experienced plumbers working for him. I find it so much more pleasant dealing with a small outfit rather than a mega operation. One hundred percent of the time that I call, Brian himself promptly answers the phone. I can't say that about very many businesses - particularly not in the trades. Beyond that, he or his crew have appeared for their promised appointments 100% of the time. The work is top of the line quality at very affordable prices. I long ago stopped asking the rate because I am confident that the total charge will be reasonable, and it always is reasonable. Indeed, rates can be deceiving anyway. The real issues are integrity and competence. Respecting both, Brian excels.

During this recent power outage and cold snap we experienced a bursted pipe in our upstairs bathroom. The pipe was a heating pipe within our baseboard heating system. I called multiple HVAC and plumbing services. Some said they couldn’t repair it, another company came out and when they arrived said they couldn’t repair it and another stood me up two days straight. I finally called Mike’s Plumbing and Heating after a search on google. I explained the situation and was told the owner, Mike, would give me a call. Fifteen minutes later, to my surprise, Mike called. Mike was genuine and professional and showed a general concern for my house and my family. He said he was going to try to send a technician out same day if he could. He called back in about one hour, and said they could send a technician same day. Chris was absolutely amazing. From the moment he walked in the door he was respectful and kind. He treated my house like his own. He was knowledgeable and provided the highest level of quality and customer service. He took care of the issue and went above and beyond explaining the boiler unit and labeling multiple water lines in the basement to make things easy and clear in the future. It was apparent that it was important to him to do a good job and fix the issue for our family. The heat now works better than it ever has in our home. I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing and Heating to anyone. We will not be contacting any other plumbing/heating service in the future other than Mike's. Next time we have an issue, I can guarantee there will be a Mike’s Plumbing and Heating service truck in front of our house. Thank you, Mike and Chris.

We use these guys regularly for our AC/heating maintenance. So when our water heater went out this morning we gave them a call. Not only did they make it over a full 2 hours before they were originally estimated to come out, but they're installing a brand new water heater for us as we speak. Can't give them enough compliments -- they're great! And $1800 for a last minute water heater install ain't bad either. We will continue to use them as long as we live in the Baltimore area.
