Best A/C System Maintenance in Lexington KY

Plumber arrived within scheduled time. He was very nice and friendly. He installed water hammers and WE thought the problem was fixed. However I am still having a problem. I have not contacted the company again yet.

Tyler was very professional and kind. He got everything completed in a very timely manner. I would definitely use him again for any future issues.

Had leaky cast iron sewer pipe in crawl space. Tried to patch it myself, but a new leak appeared in another location. Decided pipes were old and too far gone and needed to be replaced. Daunhauer did the job at a fair price. Took 2 guys 2 days to replace all cast iron in crawl space with PVC. I’m sure it was physically exhausting, but they got it done. I crawled under house to check it out. Work looked good to me.

Chris M did a great job! He took the time to make sure the job was done right,and was kind enough to open up my wall in a way that it would be easy for me to patch. He not only made sure the plumbing problem was fixed right and looked good when all the repairs were done. But he also took just a few extra minutes to open the wall where he had to work cleanly instead of just punching a hole in it. This made it easy for the area to be replaced and look good. He answered all my questions and did the work in a timely manner. I will be using them should I have any future plumbing problems.

Communication via text and email was great! Guys were very nice and explained everything that was done and why it needed to be replaced. They were awesome!

Had issues with our kitchen plumbing and dryer duct system that was in the house (couldn't get to it). Was referred by Jeff Hester (happened to meet him at a local restaurant) who got us in touch with Jennifer at Lovell and she sent James out to our house who easily assessed what needed to be done and fixed the sink one day and the dryer duct problem the next! Was told by other HVAC companies that in order to fix the dryer duct system they would have to go through the drywall in our pantry closet, costing up to $1,000. James made a small square cut in our garage wall and was able to find and fix our problem!! This company is awesome!

Jacob was awesome and did a great job! Called on a Friday night when I had a sink leaking... their team called me back that night and again Saturday morning and had Jacob to the house by 11 a.m. Thanks so much!

Dean came out and did a great job on my AC unit. It was leaking and they went above and beyond to unclog and clean the coils and even went and bought me a new filter. Pricing was better than I was expecting. Couldn’t be happier with them. He will definitely be my AC guy from now on. Also, they were very nice to my 4 year old son and that’s always a plus!

My experience with Fayette Plumbing and HVAC during this heat wave was most rewarding. They came to my summons the very next day after my call. The two young men who quickly analyzed the problem were very courteous and professional. And when an issue arose with the air conditioner which would have been my responsibility to adjust but difficult for me to do because of my age, they pitched in with a good will to assist me. I am very grateful! It was 95 degrees which my AC went out, and I immediately thought, Now I am in for it. But because of the quick response and expertise of Fayette Plumbing, all is well. Actually, I have been using the services of Fayette Plumbing for many, many years and they have always met the highest standards of service and responsibility. Lexington is fortunate to have a company of such caliber.

Owner was at my house within hours of me calling with a new water heater. He was very polite and courteous. The installation was neat as a pin! The inspector said it was one of the best jobs he had ever seen. I was charged fairly and the owner worked with me on the payment! I will definitely be calling Mike with Royal Flush Plumbing of Ky again!
