We recently had Pro-Fetick Plumbing replace a large hot water heater in our home.
We had heard of the company from friends, and we checked them out, and found out
just how reputable they are. From the first call to their office we were impressed
with how we were treated. We were given answers to all of our questions in a
timely matter. We scheduled the installation, they were very prompt. They took
all the precautions necessary to cover our floors, to prevent any damage.
Our old water heater did not have a drip pan under it. I ask about one and he said I
recommend it for sure. Since our heater is in a closet on our main floor we discussed
where to drain it , he then went under the house, and said , you have a beautifully
sanitized dry space under the house so I recommend that we go through the closet floor
and run a pipe to your sump pump, in case it ever leaked. He sent his helper to get the
needed supplies. The hot water heater was installed in record time. There was
not a drop of water any where in my house. All trash was swept up leaving everything
like they found it.
If you have a plumbing problem, the only plummer you should ever call is
PRO-FETICK Plumbing, you won't regret it. In all of our many moves at least
20 we have never run across a plummer like Buzz Fetick. He is the best.

This was my second time using the services of PROfetick Plumbing Company. Both times, I could not have been happier. From very professional, friendly, and courteous response from the receptionist when calling to schedule an appointment (ALWAYS scheduled very conveniently and quickly), to the actual technicians showing for the appointment very promptly, explaining what services are needed, taking COVID precautions, cleaning up their work area afterwards, and finishing promptly, ALL were done very professionally and competently. I'm sure there are other excellent plumbing services in Lexington, but I am completely sold on PROfetick and will not risk using someone else!

The repair person arrived early and worked quickly. He explained his plans and findings as he worked and seemed to be thorough. For example, even though he seemed to snake through the clog fairly quickly, he knew that initially, he must have poked through the clogged material but not fully cleared it. He was honest about this and made sure to clear the entire clog before providing the invoice and leaving. The sink is draining quickly; we’re happy with the result!
Quickly isolated the drain line problem and recommended a permanent fix for a re-occuring problem.

My family has been in building and development for several years in the Lexington area. At one time, I helped coordinate the different trades as the process of construction progressed. you always hope that what a company says they will do and when they will do it will go as planned. Rarely does that really happen. Buzz Fetick said he would be there on March 12th by 8:30 and came at 8:15. He thought it would take a day and a half but was finished on the same day. Professional, respectful and trustworthy. Thanking this company for doing what they said they would do and getting it done.

Honest, hardworking, professional—they know their stuff! Timely, polite, fairly and responsibly proved, and they have all the tools needed and for QUALITY WORK. Family members have gone to him for over two decades, and now that we have run into our own plumbing issues, we love being able to go to someone whose work speaks for itself. He fixed a leaking copper pipe that involved getting into the foundation slab, as well as moving plumbing over studs in a wall for our kitchen remodel.
Absolutely love this company. Just has disposal replaced, sink unclogged and minor leak fixed. Fast, efficient, clean and professional!

I mistakenly recently punctured a drain pipe in my home. Pro-Fetick was out within two hours and fixed the problem very quickly. They were professional and cleaned up the work area. Great to work with!

Excellent service! I called asking for a quote and got a technician out here for repairs the same day! I just bought my first house and had a constantly running toilet (I had tried to fix it but it ultimately needed replacement), a broken tub spout (it had calcified on there and I wasn't confident I could remove it) an un-flushable downstairs toilet, and a leaky washer pipe. The repairs were completed expertly and quickly and I was charged far less than what I was expecting to pay. I have no doubt that I will be contacting this company for future plumbing concerns.

ProFetick Plumbing was wonderful to work with. They were fairly priced and excellent communicators. I felt like I knew exactly what was happening (and why) at all times during our sump pump abatement project issues. The work done was high quality and very tidy. We have dealt with several plumbers and ProFetick kept the cleanest, neatest, most contained work area of any I have seen. The trench that they dug out in the yard was filled in with such care that afterwards our yard looked untouched. Very positive experience. Enthusiastically recommend, would use again.
Exceptional service, professionalism and very honest! I called Profetick Plumbing to have my sewage ejector pump replaced because it had stopped working. Buzz was at my house within hours of calling, even though they were booked solid that day. We recently bought this house so we didn’t know how old the pump was, but he was able to look up the age and fixed it for a lot less than it would have cost to buy a new one. I will use Profetick Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!

Buzz and Micah roughed-in water, drain, and vent lines for a toilet, sink, water heater, and washing machine for a half-bath addition in an existing laundry/utility space. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. They were on time and courteous. They are experienced and very well adept at working with the old galvanized steel plumbing and adapting it for the newer polymer plumbing (PEX/PVC). They even took the extra step to repair a corroded section of pipe that wasn't initially quoted. I would certainly recommend their services for any plumbing situation that you may have (construction or repair, metal or polymer pipes, etc.).

Murphy’s Law — toilet goes bad on a Sunday. Called and left a message with PROfetick, and got a call back first thing Monday morning. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out same day. Micah and Shane showed up right within the window I was promised, put their shoe covers and masks on, and went straight to work. They quickly identified the problem and explained what was needed to fix it. Within 20 minutes, the toilet was fixed, any mess cleaned up, and they were on their way. Total five-star experience all the way around, definitely would recommend to friends and family! PROfetick will be my plumber from now on.

I called this company after reading the reviews on google for them. All of the reviews are true- this is a great company that is super focused on outstanding customer service. Every employee from the receptionist to the plumber worked overtime to help me- someone that had never used them before. They squeezed me in and made a tough job go as smooth as possible. The job was completed as quick as possible and with excellent care. I can’t say enough great things about them. Super pleased.

The team was able to work me in their schedule, the guys were punctual and got right to work. They worked so hard and finished the job in much less time than I thought it would take for such a job. They left the area neat and cleaned back up with all the dug up mud back in its place and the sod laid back nicely. Affordable, reliable, and definitely going to use them again.

These guys are the BEST! WE have used them for several years and have NEVER been disappointed. Buzz and Micah are prompt, polite, and perfect in their work, and they clean up after themselves. I am very happy with the service provided. They were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. My old toilet was replaced with a new one and an original problem caused by the houses builder that arose during the installation was taken care of in an extremely professional manner. This could have been trouble if they didn't know what to do and how to fix it.
Buzz was able to come out early and solve our issue very quickly. It seemed like he was very busy today but still made time to come, and for a gas leak, timeliness is much appreciated. Very professional and courteous.

I have nothing but glowing reviews for Pro-Fetick. I’m a resident at UK hospital, so I have an extremely tight schedule. They came out the day after I called to let them know my availability and started a big, three-day job on the day we’d specified, about 10 days later. They were very thorough in looking everything over, had a very reasonable price, the final payment was the exact same as the quote, everything got cleaned up nicely, and every single one of the guys who worked on my home, as well as the lovely woman who runs the office were incredibly polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Said they could come out to my place Wednesday 'at the end of the day', said they would let me know when the guy had time to do so. I miss the text they sent about him coming over. I get a text saying he's there. I tell them I will be there in 10. By the time I get back they text and say he's already gone. I ask if he can come back because I dropped everything to leave work to rush home. They said no, and I ask if I can schedule an actual appointment, to which they said
I'm sorry, he was there around the time I said he would be because he was only coming from Southland Dr and I told you I would text you when he was on the way. Since we didn't hear from you he had to go on. He keeps such a tight schedule and he had an appt after you and is already halfway to Nich. The only time we can give you a for sure time is 8:00 in the morning and he doesn't have anything at that time for a couple of weeks. Anyway, thanks for wasting my time. If you had made a real appointment, maybe he could have fit it into his busy schedule.

They are a respectable, family run business. All good people, not cheap.
Had a great experience with the pluming work for our bathroom renovation. We had a fairly large job we needed done and the technicians remained positive and went the extra mile on some of the elements of the job. They were also reasonably priced compared to other quote we received. I will be recommending this plumbing service to friends and family.

Profetick has been doing my family’s plumbing since I was a child. Now that I am an adult with my own home they are the only company I would use. They are prompt and professional, and never steer you in the wrong direction for what is needed to repair or replace your plumbing. Excellent work and will always use them!!

I recently contracted PROfetick for a big job, complete removal of old plumbing supply and waste drainage lines, and installation of all new piping for a 1950 built home.
