Jesse had done my H2O Maestro check the last time and I was very impressed with his work and his professionalism. When he told me I needed a new water heater (mine was 17 years old), I wanted him to do the installation. I actually waited a couple of weeks for him, since he had an injury that prevented him from working during that time.He has just completed the work and I am very pleased with the job that he and Miles did. He also found another problem with my shower that we are going to have to address. This will be another expense but could have been much worse if he had not found this issue.Miles did a great job as Jesse’s helper & I just want to thank them very much.

After contacting American Home Shield, I was impressed with the speed at which my request was answered and a company assigned to help me. Almost immediately, I was then contacted by the selected company. The technician came the next day to assess my problem. The issue of toilet overflo could not be fixed because I was told the toilet was the cause. So I have to buy 2 new toilets and get them installed. He was able to fix the problem with the drain in the bathroom sink. It was reassuring to learn their is no problem in the underground piping to the street. That gave me peace of mind.

First of all, I've never given a review for anything but I think my experience with Marc John is needed. First of all, as soon as he got out of the truck, he was smiling. He really seemed like he was happy to be helping me. Immediately he introduced himself and wanted to know how he could help me. Yes, I know I had to pay for the service but this guy was ginuwinely concerned about my plumbing issue. I asked him how long he has he been in hos profession and he said 18 years. Ask anyone else and they would have acted like I was asking to see if he had the qualifications. Not this guy, he was confident, knowledgable and respectful. He actually told me thst he loved working for his company and that he loves his profession. I say to his company, give him a raise because he deserves it beyond his craft because he does more than just the work. He has the great attitude of sir, Imma take care of your problem and you have nothing to worry about. I've used Fayette Heatimg for 10 years and this is far and beyond my best experience. Give him a raise.

Starting with the communications with the company, the experience was good. We got emails that included the image of the plumber who was visiting and more information. Jacob called himself when he was on the way, and he arrived early in the window. From there, our experience was excellent. Jacob was good at problem solving, exploring options with us, giving us information, supporting our decisions, listening to our concerns and needs, and simply just being a really lovely, thoughtful, considerate human being who was an excellent professional. The job he did far outshone the one with a previous company (when we had a gas water heater installed a year ago before deciding to switch to electric). We went to H2O Maestro because we had had a disappointing experience last week with the previous company (when we called about switching). We are very impressed.

Kennedy worked hard to fix our problem. Also got estimate to install soft water unit. Too many calls from office, however. Did not send unit til we responded. We were waiting and missed 2nd confirmation call, hence held up arrival. One confirmation call after initial appointment set should have been enough.

I was very grateful that Joshua came out on a Sunday to fix our drainage problem. He was thorough and very professional. He took time explaining what he was doing and answered all our questions.

The communication from H2O Maestro was abysmal. I had an active leak and called them to schedule the next available appointment. The time for the appointment came; they did not show up. I had to call for them for an update, only to be told they couldn't come to work on my property and to be blamed for not putting in the information correctly. I did not put in any information, it was all done over their chat service with a representative. Don't wrongful blame customers.

Tony was kind enough to come in at very short notice, within ONE HOUR of my call for help!! He was very professional in his approach, asked pertinent questions and told me exactly how he would fix the problem. Then he gave me an estimate of how much it would cost plus a ballpark time for completion. After the project was completed he cleaned everything up and showed me what he had done and tested the system to make certain it was working properly and no leakage could be detected. Ed C. was totally awesome. Replaced valve on my water heater. I had called another company in the am and they gave me a service time of 1 to 6 PM. They did not call until after 6:30pm. I called H2O Maestro at 6:25 and Ed was onsite within an hour. This is a great company with great people. A big shout out to April in the office for being so helpful as well. The other company did me a huge favor not showing up because I couldn’t be happier with the price, the service and the people providing the service (April and Ed). Thanks H2O.

This place is a joke please do you research and get 2nd opinions first. We had a clogged drain and Josh came out to work on it. They ended up pulling our toilet up and then charging $266 to put it back. Cut a pipe underneath our house and charged to repair it when they got done our bill was $618 only after we signed up for their club $12.95 a month for 1 year. One week later we had the same problem they came back out and said they don’t guarantee it wanted an additional $700 to pull the toilet again cut a hole in our wall cut another pipe in half finally I said absolutely not. I had Next Generation plumbing in Frankfort come by the next day those guys didn’t have to do any of that because they used the clean out that was at the roadside and was finished in an hour and no problems since then. Just because a company has a google guarantee doesn’t mean anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything lesson learned.

Trevor was my service plumber. I cannot say enough positive words about his work. My house is older and some pipes are original, there were several leaks he found and fixed. He installed a new faucet on my sink and repaired pipes, replaced pipes. He was professional, patient, personable and a great young man. No stars is what they should get. Do not call these people unless you have an entire day to spend waiting for them to NOT SHOW UP!!! My 12-4 service time turned into 4-8 when they thought no one was home, yet there were 2 adults and 2 vehicles in driveway ALL DAY. Still no one… at all….. all day…. Even though I was assured on my third call with them that someone would definitely be here today before 8pm. We waited and waited and waited… could have done so many other things…. And should have called someone else from the very start!!!

Casey and Cameron were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. They took care of my home, worked neatly, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They didn’t come prepared with the supplies they needed even though when today’s visit was scheduled last Wednesday. Due to the required supply run they didn’t actually start their work until two hours after I was told they would start work today.Also, our hose faucet on the outside no longer works after their job and it worked completely fine before they completed their work at my house. They tried to tell me it has never worked but I corrected them. I was told they would have to come back another day to fix the hose but didn’t schedule that with me, tell me I wouldn’t be charged for them fixing it, apologize to me, etc. I work from home but it’s still difficult for me to rearrange my work schedule to be available to them for yet another day.

Service guy was great except for one small thing. He installed the gas water heater and turned it away from being able to see any of the controls. And he told my wife he couldn't turn it around. He used the same connection that were on the previous water heater, the flexible quick connect kind, so there was plenty of slack to turn water heater around. #ericcolerealtor

Ed did an excellent job installing 2 replacement toilets

What an unprofessional company as a whole. They take advantage of emergencies to overcharge (steal) from hard working people. The worst part, when one asks for an explanation, they give you the runaround, they say they will call you to fix it & dont! I had a pipe break during the storm in December 2022, I called them to help me, they came out the next day. The guy was here less then 1 hour, he only cut the small part & installed a switch. For that he charged me $554!!! To save some money, I had to have a membership, which has a monthly fee. Once I got home & checked the job, the switch looked used, there was a wet, soaked jacket, the broken part was on the floor. They couldn’t even pick up what they worked on. I called to complain & get an explanation of my bill, which they charged, for gas $10, the switch $440, & unknown fee $100, I spoke to Michelle Steyn & Marc, neither one knew what the fee was for. They promised they would look into it & get back to me, they didn’t. What a bad experience, I would NEVER use them for anything! Be careful!

Joshua Edenstrom was assigned to locate my sewer line and also use a camera to inspect the pipes. The house was built in 1965 and has the original sewer line under the house.Joshua located where the pipe was in the front yard and the approximate pipe depth (more than 9'). With an A being perfect and F meaning we should replace today, he gave ours' a C and offered suggestions to maintain its' life as long as possible. He also affixed the toilet and made sure it was properly sealed. I can recommend Joshua without reservation.

We had no working sewer. H2O Maestro and Christian Durbin particularly were very responsive to our situation. I tried setting up an appt for drain clearing and about 3' of pvc drainpipe that needed replaced. During the 12 minute(!) phone call, i was told someone would be there between now (8:25) and 9. At 9:30 the tech called and said he was on his way. At 9:50 he called to say he didn't have the address. After looking at the problem he said he couldn't fix it. They needed to set up an appointment in 3 days time. I have no idea ehy he couldn't do such a simple job. I tried to contact him a minute later to ask him if he could clear the line. He said he just left for another job and wasn't aware it was clogged. There appears to be terrible communication between the appt-makers and the techs. They never called to schedule the fix on Monday. It is impossible to find someone reliable.

First Ed installed a filter and a flo-tech into our home, it was amazing taking a shower is so much better the water is much softer. Next he installed the Laundry Pro now I really love it not having to use laundry detergent for two years, when the clothes come out of the wash they smell so clean and fresh. Had a back up sewer pipe live out in the country on a Sunday and no one I call that said there 24 hours respond they did. Patrice came out first thing in the morning and worked on it till it was fixed much appreciated them and definitely will used them again. Pay little more but it worth it for nice people and service that is very hard to find these days.

Eddie Carter is the best! He was competent, dedicated, and very pleasant. He took the time to find answers to issues that had been ongoing since our unit was installed in the spring. After multiple calls and many visits by various technicians, Eddie took the time to investigate, discover the problem, and ultimately resolve the issue. He was patient in explaining everything to me. He spent the time necessary to make sure the job was done correctly, something rare in our world today.

They were professional on the phone and punctual in keeping their appointment. The pricing however was the most insane I have ever heard. I was fortunate enough to get a free estimate for the work I was planning on doing. To install a shower and toilet that I had already purchased they wanted to charge over $2700. To install a faucet and attach the drain I was quoted $640. Again I already had all of the parts, this is just for their time. By my estimate they are trying to get $600-700 per hour. Needless to say I have no intention of ever calling them for any service for plumbing or hvac.

They arrived within 2 hours of my phone call. They fixed my problem quickly and were friendly, personable and very professional. Excellent service!

Ed walked me through everything needed to repair a bad previous installation on my tankless water heater. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

Doesn't do a proper job. My niece had work done on a clogged main line and was charged 549.00 Three weeks later after returning home the line was clogged again. She then called Kings Plumbing to clear it and they used a snake like H20 but Kings actually got the vines that were blocking the line. Now keep in mind H20 had done the same BUT didn't run the snake far enough to clear the vines. They had called and they only offered them a discount of $149 . Also for the members that pay the monthly fees they don't apply it, they only offer a $50 coupon. So I get just them showing up was a charge of $400.00 😯

Being unfamiliar with sump pumps, I was worried that mine wasn't working properly. Yearly plumbing check

Kitchen drain line was filled with years of grease and sediment. Tim and Joe came and replaced the pipe. They did a great job, were polite, on time and clean!

I wrote before I had H20 maestro come in December to put in faucet, we paid 501.00 12/14,and 12/17 we paid 386.00 to put faucet in my bathroom , it didn’t work had them come back in april was told to use a screwdriver to tighten the faucet myself, I paid a total of 887.00 and it should work, the worker was Brandon, August 22 they sent Brian and he said I needed new faucet the universal ones I bought wasn’t the right ones, he showed me the plastic and explained why it didn’t work and why it wouldn’t last , I glad he told me if Brandon had told me this in December I could’ve taken it back to lowes and got a new ones but Brandon didn’t say anything but in April said I should use a screwdriver, Brian was very knowledgeable, and what he did with this faucet it’s working now but was told it wouldn’t last,I feel like H20 maestro should be responsible for new faucet because Brandon didn’t tell me so I could take it back to Lowes,

This are the easiest people to deal with. When they tell you when they are coming to your house they show up on time. I can't say enough good things about everyone I have delt with. I've had several issues and they took care of it. I will be staying with this company. I had another issue and Marcus explained to me what I was going to have to do. I told him to just do it. This is my favorite company to deal with.

Professionally done!

Called them Friday night (7/9/2021) because my main water line running into my house broke. They were at the house within an hour to gind the leak and help with the repair/eventual replacement of the water line running into my house. Can't recommend enough. They were more than helpful and today I now have a new water line running to my house and have running water again by Wednesday 7/14/2021. They would have been able to do it sooner had this been classified as an emergency. Would recommend and will be using them or their parent company Fayette County Heating and Air.

Mike was great! He was super responsive and very versatile in figuring out best way to fix the problem on the fly. Initially walking me through the process of stopping the leak, then was willing to stop by Lowes and grab what was necessary to fix the issue rather than doing some stop gap measure. With that level of professionalism, he had my trust when he suggested the heat pump. That was installed today with great expertise.

I am giving one star due to company trying to overcharge for a part for my sewer pump and overcharged for labor!!!!! $5,000 is way over the the top! I feel the technicians had no idea of what they were doing......moving at the speed of a turtle in order to charge unnecessary labor!! My sewer pump was repaired by a REAL professional that knew exactly what was wrong and only took 1 day to find the part needed when H2o took 3 days!! I will not use this company again and advise to others to be careful as they seem to try and take advantage of a woman!! I’m still waiting on H2o to give me a breakdown of the charges so I can find out how they came up with $5,000!! Also, the pump wasleft in my front yard......they didn’t bother to put it back which the other company did and showed me what to do until he got it repaired!!! H2o probably didn’t know what to do!!! I don’t like to feel I’m being taken advantage of but I’ve been around for a while and as soon as they told me $5,000 for a repair and labor, I immediately looked for someone else!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PLUMBING REPAIRS!!!!!

Too expensive for a job of replacing two commodes and kitchen faucet, the price was approximately $1,100.00.

Had work done on our master bathroom and Jacob and Ben, from H2O did a great job on the plumbing and setting the tub and shower pan. They were informative and let us know how they were progressing as the day went on. They kept the worksite clean and safe. I would request them for any future plumbing needs we will require in the future.

We had clogged up toilet so we thought but it ended up being a root in our drainage clog. This happened the night before the ice storm was rolling in and we needed help fast. Thankfully Thursday Christian Durbin was able to come out and figure out everything. He was prompt and professional and figured it out fast with the video camera. I have twice hired John Marc from H20 Maestro for plumbing issues I had (garbage disposal and a leak beneath my tub). I asked for him personally the second time because he was so great the first time. First of all and perhaps most importantly he is great at what he does. He had a young apprentice with him (I'm forgetting his name--sorry!) and it was glad to know the young man was learning from a master. But John Marc also goes above and beyond: he found me a couple of coupons I wasn't aware of that saved me money on both jobs. And he's just a really pleasant and friendly person. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Had a plumber, Christian, out to unclog a main sewer drain. After snaking as far as the snake would go, 75ft!, the drain was still clogged. Gave us the advice to have the city come out and try from their end of the line and that got it. Despite our initial problem not being resolved by our technician, we received excellent service and advice on what to do next. He even discounted the price because the issue wasn’t resolved. Would use this service again in a pinch, unless the problem is more than 75 feet down the line again ha ha.

Whenever we have plumbing issues we always call Kevin at H2O. He is over the top kind and professional. He pays great attention to detail and is always sure to protect the cleanliness of our home while he is working. We made the mistake 1 time of calling someone else hoping to get out a little cheaper. However, the only thing we got from the other company was major disappointment and a over inflated quote! We called Kevin at H2O and he came right out and took the time to do all the research before quoting the repair. H2O was $6400.00 LESS than the other company! Tony did an excellent job assessing the problem and coming up with a solution. The first inspection (by another plumber) recommended a fix that would have been disruptive and costly. We had a complete break of our sewer line just outside the foundation. The dispatcher, the initial plumber, the cameraman who pinpointed the problem, and the two who fixed it were all very professional and friendly. They made us a top priority and got our system back up and running far faster than we would have expected.

I've waffled on just how many stars to give this company, because I believe they will behave shadily if the opportunity arrives. The plumbers that showed behaved professionally, however they were certainly looking to capitalize on a situation of ignorance.If you are unaware of many very simple fixes any homeowner should know, they will charge you exorbitant amounts for minutes of work.They wanted to charge:$360 to replace a shower head. (A 5-minute job)$150 to adjust a toilet that runs occasionally (a 5-minute fix)$384 to replace a leaky faucet. (Arguably genuine plumbing work)Our circumstances ended up that I was unaware of the work my wife had ordered. Poor communication on our part.However, they knew the work being asked was menial to most anyone and were overcharging dramatic prices for simple work.Luckily, I intercepted the exchange and denied the work.The plumbers themselves were extremely professional, but as soon as I rounded the corner to figure out what was going on, their demeanor changed. They knew what they were asking was trying to capitalize on someone else's ignorance. So be aware, if you have simple work and just don't understand how to do it, they will try to take you for a ride.

We are Comfy Club members and had an appointment today for both plumbing check and a heating check. The heating check went fine. The plumbing did not go well as they did not show up. Made these appointments about 2 weeks ago, since we would be off work. Well got the email of what should of been H2O tech on the way. When I read it, it read hvac tech not plumbing tech. We called and asked about why tech's profile read hvac and she said not sure how it could of happened double booked hvac no plumbing. The only thing they could do was reschedule for later in the week. Their screw up. We have to work so that is not an option. They should of made tech available to come today as confirmation email said.

After every drain in our house backed up at the same time, I figured we had a clogged sewer line. We tried to contact our local plumber with no success so we called H2O Maestro as I’d seen their trucks in our area. After careful diagnosis Josh determined that our cast iron sewer line had been infiltrated by tree roots and required complete replacement. Also, the line ran under our front porch which would pretty much need to be demolished to access the segment of the line primarily at fault. Just about worst case scenario. To his credit, Josh determined they could reroute a new sewer line to spare our porch and add new clean outs at both ends of the new line to enable easier future servicing. After much thought we decided we had little choice but to proceed with his plan.After a few days, the excavation crew arrived at our home to commence work. I was expecting a lot of questions regarding where this is and what that was and so forth, but Alex and his partner introduced themselves and got right to task. In about 7 hours the old line was fully excavated, the old iron pipe removed - which was in abysmal condition, and brand new PVC line completely installed and awaiting local inspection. We have a relatively small crawl space which I thought may have been somewhat of a problem running a new line through but these men simply took care of business without a single problem. The following day, Alex came back for the inspection. Afterwards he backfilled the trench, laid down grass seed and hay, and our home now has a fully functional plumbing system once again.Concluding this review, unless you have the skill set and experience to do this sort of work yourself, there’s nothing inexpensive concerning plumbing work. I will state that H2O Maestro’s competence, courtesy, and professionalism softened the sting of the expense a lot. These people really seemed to care about our satisfaction and we’re very grateful for their work.

Excellent service by Chris Durbin who worked very hard to clear a clogged drain for us. He was prompt and courteous and the bill was very reasonable. We have used H20 Maestro twice now and Fayette Heating and Air. We appreciate their good service and the fact that they will come any time.

We had a clog in between our kitchen sink and laundry room and I couldn't resolve it myself. I called H2O Maestro and our technician Christian worked diligently to resolve our issue. He was clean cut and professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company and Christian.

Charlie and his assistant worked tirelessly from 8:00 am till 6:15 pm to install and connect the generator. Working in the dark created many challenges but they overcame all issues. I commend them on their work ethic and professionalism.

Would give no stars if possible. Their heating and air is reasonable, however their plumbing services are not worth the time of day. The Plumber Kevin Pearl as rude, tried to charge me $700 to snake a drain, and left plumbing disassembled before leaving. I will not be allowing these people back into my home, I would recommend that you don't either. If you need a good plumber in the Lexington area, try roto-rooter, or literally anyone else.In response to the owner:Your technician had done no work, I informed him of where the clog was and that it just needed to be snaked out. He asked if I was on septic or sewer, I told him that I believed I was on City Sewer as I pay a lex serve bill, your technician, Kevin, believed I was on a septic system and after briefly searching with him, concluded that we could find no clean out valve, and that we were unsure of how the sewage was hooked up. We walked back into the garage, and at this point my electrician, who was there to service my generator arrived, so I excused my self to get him started, when I returned, Kevin handed me an ipad and asked me to sign it. At no point did he explain what this signature was for, or explain to me any of the costs involved. However after arriving on the next screen I saw a charge of $139 service charge, and a charge of $658 for snaking a drain. Upon seeing that, I questioned the charge, in the process of questioning him about the charge, he became quite short, and rude. At that point I asked him to leave, at first he simply stood there, he then tried to sell me on the comfy club (again), I then dissented and insisted this time that he leave, he then very rudely demanded the diagnostic fee, and if you will send me a bill for that I will be happy to pay it, however, having asked him to leave several times at this point I simply wanted this particular person gone, so I told him I wasn't paying him anything, at which point he reluctantly began to leave. He however then turned around and started demanding that allow him to finish work I had seen no evidence of him having started, and upon asking a secondary plumbing service, I was informed that there appeared to be no incomplete or disassembled work.In, summation, I believe $658 to be far to much for almost any amount of residential snaking, and since no work had been started on this charge, and this charge was in no way explained to me, I do not believe I should be responsible for it. The $139 diagnostic fee on the other hand while I do believe there to have been any diagnostic work done, as he didn't tell me anything I didn't tell him, I did agree to pay it when I requested your service over the phone, and if you'll snail mail or email me an invoice I'll happily pay that.Thank you for you time,Davis Meade

Jacob Ginter was the plumber who installed our new water heater and he couldn't have been more courteous and professional. We discussed the options as to whether to just repair the old one or replace it and we both agreed it was better to just replace it. I never felt any pressure from Jacob. Until now I would rate the company 5 stars. In the past 2 years they have put in a new heating and air conditioning unit, a new water heater, came back and detected a gas leak after the water heater installation, unplugged many drains because of our old pipes. That is where the problem begins.Our pipes are original and nearly 60 years old, and it was suggested we replace them. Technician Brandon told me he would cut out the old main line out but would not replace all of it because he'd have to jackhammer the concrete in the basement to do so. That sounded reasonable enough and I agreed to do that. He also said he might need to cut into the wall in the bathroom behind the vanity to replace a pipe. I said that would also be okay.They sent Tony to do the work a week and a half later. Tony says he cannot handle the big pipe and would not cut into the wall and we would end up with a random pipe sticking out in our bathroom. I'm sorry, but I don't have any pipes sticking out now, why would I want them to after replacing just because you don't want to do the work another technician said they would. So I called and told the company to have someone other than Tony work on the house because he either cannot do the work Brandon said he could do or does not want to do it. They tell Tony he is free to go, and he leaves WITH THE WATER STILL OFF AND SOME PIPES CUT. That is terrible service. Just because you cannot do a job, you do not leave a customer completely without water - you patch up whatever you did, turn the water back on, and let someone else take over where you are not skilled enough.I've been a comfy club member for years and didn't thousands with the company for both their heating and cooling business as well as plumbing. Never again. Highly recommend shopping around and not using this place.Edit: Changing review. The new team that came out is better. There has been miscommunication between the parent company and the different teams that have been out. Some things were not relayed appropriately, which would have made things go smoother. I've experienced better, but it has been an improvement.

I decided to go ahead with having my water heater flushed out since the quote was very reasonable. For me, trusting that the repairman is up front & honest is huge.

Serviceman Mike F. was very courteous and helpful. My issue was solved in a timely manner.

My water heater busted and i was told to contact a plumbing company by the restoration contractor that was hired by our insurance company to stop the leak from the water heater. I turned off the water to the house as well as the separate shut off valve to the water heater. I contacted H2O maestro. They came quickly and told me that draining the water heater tank would fix the leak. They charged $110 to drain the tank and to turn the water to the house back on. Not even 20 hours later I have a pool of water under the water heater again, that is now seeping into other rooms. I called h20 maestro to come back to fix what they should have done the first day (which is to stop the leak) and now they say it will be an additional charge at least $200 on top of the charge from the prior day. What a great way to lose business. Luckily I’m only out $110 on this company. I almost had them install a water heater which they were going to charge $1899. If they can’t warranty a simple service call I’m afraid to see what they would warranty on a unit they installed. They made no attempt to make things right even though they are the ones who turned my water back on when it was off! I don’t know what was a bigger waste my time or my money!

H20 Maestro responded to my needs so quickly! They were courteous, understanding and respectful of my privacy. They wore masks and were careful not to track mud into my house. They tried hard not to mess up my yard too much, although in the end it was unavoidable. Afterwards, they put down hay. In order to dig, they had to bring in large equipment hat wouldn't fit through my gate, so they had to take down my fence but thy put it back up with care, even sturdier than before! My sewer line was disconnected deep underground and evidently had been for a long time. I expected all of that work to cost a lot of money. It wasn't as bad as I thought. They were courteous, understanding and respectful of my privacy. They wore masks and were careful not to track mud into my house. They tried hard not to mess up my yard too much, although in the end it was unavoidable. Afterwards, they put down hay. In order to dig, they had to bring in large equipment that wouldn't fit through my gate, so they had to take down my fence but they put it back up with care, even sturdier than before! My sewer line was disconnected deep underground and evidently had been for a long time. I expected all of that work to cost a lot of money. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. This is the second time Joshua at H2O has serviced my home, and I couldn't be more pleased. He called prior to arrival to discuss my issue and arrived on time. He took all the appropriate safety and cleanliness measures and found the problem very quickly. He also made numerous tests to be sure all was working. I'd highly recommend H2O. Thank you.

Dakota was Honest , and provided quality work.

They came out to fix a clog, charging $600 to snake a drain.Took 30 minutes.Next day drain still clogged,came out and suggested we poor dish soap down to resolve. While attempts to unclog did nothing but break a seal on the sink,it was not leaking until plumber comes,leaking after they left.said it would cost to fix an issue they caused.so we spent $600 dollars to have a leaking sink and a still clogged drain.No issues have been resolved.will update if it changes

Justin Egan is one of the best, if not the best, plumbers we have had working on our plumbing. We had a main water shut off valve that needed replacing. He explained what he was going to do, went about his business, and completed it to our satisfaction. Upon completion of installation, he had us turn and off the new valve which worked perfectly. Hats off to a knowledgeable and professional plumber.

Went into crawlspace and identified four(4) significant leaks. Gave prompt estimate for repair and performed work efficiently. Was very relieved.

The service provider who came to our house was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and careful in his diagnosis of the problem and the repairs he undertook. Had 3 bathromms remodeled. Ben and his crew(Kyle & Marcus) gave notice when they would arrive every day. They cleaned up at the end of the day and never left a mess that we needed to go around!! But most importantly, Ben made sure that quality and attention to detail was built into their work every day when it came to vanity, sink/shower faucets, shower/ tub and flooring installations!! H2O installed the gas line for my generic generator, If i had not gotten the generator i would have not known i had a gas leak at my meter, I'm not sure how long it has been leaking but Trevor Kemplin found the problem and i am very Grateful to H2O AND FAYETTE HEATING AND AIR.

Mike Farrar and Trevor repaired an under concrete slab water leak for us. Their quote for the work was reasonable and the price I paid matched the quote exactly upon completion. This was a massive undertaking that involved cutting a trench into our concrete slab to reroute and repair our water service. The job was performed in a professional and courteous manner and the water lines looked like a new construction installation. This major project was completed in 2 days and our water works perfectly now. We were extremely pleased with Mike and Trevor and would highly recommend H2O Maestro as a result of their services.

Simple annual plumbing check. However, for the second year in a row, the tankless hot water heater system was not marked on the service so a return trip was needed in order to have it cleaned. And apparently it was dirty, even though last year's service person told us it would only need to be cleaned on alternate years and it had been. Either way, it would be wonderful if H20Maestro would make a note that we do have a tankless and send the appropriate descaler/cleaner solution with the service personnel. It saves us from duplicating appointments. As for the service person, he was professional, courteous and on time.

Ed C. is competent and efficient. This man of highest integrity is ready to tackle any challenge. I very much appreciated his punctuality and professionalism. In a matter of hours, he replaced our 50-gallon water heater, an old sump pump and two outdoor hose faucets (which required some indoor work, too). Yes, he was called in for the water heater but, as directed by my husband, checked both sump pumps and deemed one non-functional/requiring replacement. Sure enough, it was the oldest sump pump. We were alerted by a neighbor that one of our exterior hose faucets had a steady of stream of water coming out even though it was shut off. For the sake of updating old plumbing, my husband gave the go ahead to have them both replaced. I would be remiss if I failed to mention that Ed C. is a resource for professional advice! You cannot do any better than to have this man assist you. Trustworthy! Highly skilled! Knowledgeable! God bless you, Ed!

Joshua and his apprentice Kyle were both professional and extremely helpful in answering my questions and Joshua was able to accommodate additional work that I requested beyond installing a new water heater. It was apparent that it was important to him to do the best job possible in everything that was done at my home that day even though that required that he work well into the evening to complete the job. He is an excellent employee and I plan to request him for any future plumbing work and/or annual plumbing inspections.

I made an appointment to service my tankless water heater. It's working fine, just needs to be cleaned. When I made the appt., I was told that the service would be $139. When the guys arrived to service it, they told me it would be $389. They said the $139 is a diagnostic fee only. I sent them away and called the office. I was transferred to Daniel, QA. He was extremely rude and told me not to interrupt him. I hung up. I would not recommend this company.

I initially had an unsatisfactory experience with one of the technicians that came to my home. Thankfully they have a general manager that cares about his business and customers. Kevin Pearl promptly addressed my concerns with the technician and overall experience. He was very professional and followed thru with actionable steps to correct my concerns and retain my business. This is what customer service should be in all businesses.

I appreciate the friendly, helpful nature of the the H2O staff I've interacted with over the years. I had the pleasure of having Kennedy perform the wellness check on my home this year. I appreciated that he was thorough and took time to answer all my questions. I was interested in the Moen Flo unit for peace of mind. Fayette Heating and Air sent plumber Travis Bugg to my home today to give me an estimate on some plumbing work. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and patient with his explanations for solutions to my plumbing issues. He was professional and eager to find a solution that would be a perfect fit for my situation. Because Travis listened so carefully to my concerns, and answered them so thoroughly, I have a high level of trust for his ability to do an excellent job on the plumbing in my home. I definitely recommend that anyone in the need of a plumber call Fayette Heating and Air. From my experience today, anyone would be fortunate if the plumber they send is Mr. Bugg.

The job I needed done was to turn off the water to the kitchen sink, he came in and did his job, he was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Plumber arrived within scheduled time. He was very nice and friendly. He installed water hammers and WE thought the problem was fixed. However I am still having a problem. I have not contacted the company again yet.

Hot water heater went out. I set up appointment. Tech called back immediately. I shared code with him. He told me over phone that his repair would not work and I needed a new water heater. I said i lived by Lowes and he said pick it up and replace it on Saturday morning at 8 am appointment. He called and said on way and i said I will have it when you arrive. A different tech showed up and said they did no install other water heaters but, called a manager and said they would make an exception and John was very polite and did great. My issue is they charged me $900 for a little over an hour labor to install and ask me what I wanted to do with the old one as it was just a gas valve hat went out? Yes, I feel taken advantage of as it was a weekend and we had no hot water. I would be cautious of this company. Selling you things you do not need and $500 to $900 an hour seems pretty excessive. Live and learn. However i have hot water

I had a water leak issue Saturday night and Alex and his company responded to my request for emergency service. Alex was very professional in working with me and figuring out a game plan to address the issue. Turned out it was some pipe fittings at the base of the water heating failing that was leaking. We got that problem taken care of that night and then he came back to replace the piping and then to install a new water heater. It was 10 years old and I didn't want to end up with a nightmare emergency one day with it failing on me and causing a bigger problem than what I just had. He and his helper Trevor were both professional and efficient today when replacing the hot water heater and I am a happy customer.

They were very quick to respond. Water heater was leaking when I got home and a couple hours later they were at my house with a new hot water heater. My only issue now is my hot water is brown, but cold is clear. Update found the problem. The expansion tank bladder had busted. The tank was full of rusty sludge. Replaced it in 30 minutes and water is clearing up.

Prices are a little high, but plumber (Jacob) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick in resolving the issue. Same day service was also appreciated. Would use again.

David Hughes replaced our undermount bathroom sink. Most people said the sink couldn't be removed without breaking the counter top but he was very careful and got the sink out with no problem. We are so grateful for the wonderful job he did.

These guys are a little more expensive than others I’ve talked to, BUT they will actually show up and they will actually do the job right. I’ve had too many bad experiences with others. I highly recommend them and I highly recommend being a Comfy Plus Member. You will not be disappointed!

I was very pleased with Maestro. I called at 5 PM in a bit of a panic due to a water leak in my bathroom faucet which caused me to have to shut my water off. The friendly call taker was assuring and very understanding. She was able to dispatch Trevor to help me out. Within 2 hours Trevor arrived and was very friendly and helpful. He was able to cap my waterline in the bathroom shower so that we were able to water until a the faucet can be arranged to be replacement. Trevor had a great personality and was a good communicator.

Jacob is polite, professional, prompt, clean, knowledgeable, answers all our questions, and shows respect for our house by wearing plastic shoe covers and cleaning up any repair residue so you’d never know he’d been here. We have had other H2O Maestro service technicians before and they were great. But Jacob is special and worth waiting for.

I called yesterday (Monday) to have my commode repaired for a leak. They put me down for Thursday but said that they would call me if there were any cancellations. Today, I got a call at 8 a.m. to let me know that they had a cancellation and Ed showed up at my door within an hour.Big kudos to Ed who was a very friendly, patient pro. When he showed up, I was in the middle of trying to replace the seat and spring on my faucet (it conveniently started leaking just last night) and had to shut off the main water. Well, Ed needed the water on to fix my toilet. So I hurried to fix my faucet while he waited patiently to finish (took maybe five minutes for me to get my faucet fixed on my own and the water back on).After looking at the commode, Ed explained to me in layman's terms what repairs were needed. I really appreciate it when men in this type of work talk to me with respect and dignity and Ed did just that. Once I gave him the go ahead to do the repairs, he did them quickly and accurately.I would definitely call again when I have future plumbing needs...especially if I can request Ed. Also, he was really good with my dog!

Jared was very responsive and intelligent. Helped install a garbage disposal and also gave me good information about a new water heater.

Jacob did an outstanding installation, made some changes so that when ever the water heater has to be replaced, it will be easier. He had a very good customer service attitude and was fast and efficient.

They replaced our old central AC and heating unit by a new Amana one. They were on time - and very early, as promised, worked non-stop and continuously for the next 4.5 hrs. No pointless chit-chat, only work. The installed a new, modern, thermostat. Cleaned after the work was done and left. That is the way it owe to be, no-nonsense work. Even if we payed a little bit more for the unit than normal, it was well worth it the installation service. It should be pointed out that the heat exchanger was on the roof of our two stories town home; they had to contract a crane to move up the new one and down the old one. That and making the connections under the intense heat we were having in mid-June 2022 was remarkable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anybody.

I'm only giving three stars due to the pricing. I have no problem with the service fee, that's a given. My problem is the two small lines run down 3' and over 4' in 1 inch pvc was $341. That's unlike anything I've seen in the plumbing business. I have no problem paying time and material but that was a very expensive lesson. I do want to say that the technicians were very professional and I was very pleased with them.

David was thorough and listened to all of my potential possibilities for why the leak happened. He gave me recommendations to keep it from happening again and I have already caulked the area area the faucet.
