Kevin Fletcher and Chad came out quickly when our water heater sprung a leak. They kept me informed of each step that they were doing and why they did it. Our water heater is upstairs and not in the easiest of places to get. They took their time and made certain that everything was done correctly. I would recommend them in the future.

Scotty and Daniel are rock stars. They came they saw they conquered.

Bill did a great job with my clogged toilet - the job was beyond my skill set despite plunging, acid flush, and use of a snake. The cost seems a bit high at $171, but there was no trip fee and they offer a free home plumbing inspection. All things considered, I was pleased with the quick and effective result.

I called Fast Flow to repair a problem with an outdoor sewer system. They came, inspected the problem providing a detailed estimate. They completed the work the same day and I paid the price which was not insignificant. Three days later, the same problem was back. On their return visit, they tell me the problem I am experiencing is because the entire sewer line needs to be replaced and that that the repair work previously performed was wholly ineffective in solving the problem. They are very expensive by any standard and their assessments are clearly erroneous. Use someone else.

Fast Flow replaced my sewer line in December. One of the workers hit my house with the excavator and I was told that the company would hire a professional contractor to repair the damage. It is now April and it still has not been fixed. I’ve called multiple times, but the owner refuses to take or return my calls. I left a review on the company’s facebook page and instead of reaching out to me, the post was deleted. The way in which they conduct “business” is horrible and I regret having used them.

In the past few years I called on Fast Flow for two emergencies. The first time my basement was flooding during a major storm. There was close to ten inches of water. They came over and resolved the problem on the same day. Ended up having to put in a new sump pump. In less than 24 hours they came, assessed and provided a solution and implemented the solution. Very professional and explained everything very well. Never felt disrespected or abandoned. Last week we had a water line break. We had the same experience. Andrew and his team came over and assessed the situation, provided options and then got the job done. I am a big fan. They are timely, respectful and competent. I highly recommend them

Bill Roden was our technician and he came out to investigate a water leak coming through my downstairs ceiling from my up stairs bathroom.Bill was honest and polite and did his work thoroughly but quickly. After one day the ceiling was still dripping and I call back and they sent Bill back. He was again polite and got right to work and made some adjustments and the second time he came out there was no charge, just trying to ensure all of our needs were met and the work was effective and completed correctly and the leak was fixed!

TJ Tudor was our technician and he fixed a difficult clog that a few others could not get to clear. He was on time, informative, knowledgeable, kind and we could not be happier with the service! So glad to hear it wasn't a break in the line and we are happy to have our kitchen sink and dishwasher working again! He cleaned up the mess and was just all around wonderful. Highly recommend!

Cody Shaw with Fast Flow plumbing, as well as the company’s receptionist/dispatch we’re hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. The lovely receptionist that took my call instantly recognized that my home plumbing issue needed to be addressed immediately and calmly/confidently talked me through what the problem may be, as well as fit me in on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Cody showed up with a smile on his face, was very knowledgeable and professional, and assisted with assessing what the issues were and making a plan to quickly address the problems. I would hands down use Fast Flow Plumbing again for any home plumbing issues.

Bill showed up on time to help with dislodging my stuck garden hoses and to winterize my external faucets/spigots. He was very courteous and almost embarrassed to charge me for this job… his saying so/acknowledgement was a big deal for me and assured me of his professionalism and honesty! Alex Caldwell has experience and knowledge far beyond his years when it comes to plumbing. We had a leak in our upstairs toilet which is very alarming when water is coming thru your downstairs ceiling. Fast Flow was there within an hour and resolved our problem in about an hour; including fixing a second toilet downstairs while here for a reasonable price. His partner, Trevor, was new too plumbing but had an impressive work ethic. He assisted Alex when he could, and had the mess cleaned up before the work was even done. (Yes, they had to cut drywall for one repair. Even that was done properly as Alex cut so that a simple patch could be placed. No problems.) The two were professional, reliable, resolved our issue in a timely fashion, and won our business for any needs to come. Even Christina, who took our call, was friendly and made our experience better. I would highly recommend Fast Flow Plumbing.

We heard a funny noise from our sump pump. Our regular plumber had gone out of business, so we chose Fast Flow because of the reviews. The plumber was personable and assured us that nothing was wrong with our pump. But he added that the backup pump was looking a bit rusty. We agreed to replace it. $500. After checking, he said that the outlet pipe was one inch but code was one and a half inches. We agreed to the upgrade. $400. The plumber and his assistant worked; it was dark when they left. In the morning we discovered a metal object on our lawn outside the front door that occasionally gushed water and was surrounded by a rivulet and swampy patch. In the five years we've owned the house we had no problems with our sump pumps and no discharge onto our front lawn. Was this good work?.... We did nothing for a few weeks, but finally grew tired of looking at the puddle and swamp. We called Fast Flow, and the plumber returned. He said he had told my wife there would be a popup. She confirmed this. He added that he could not plug the outlet deep into the ground but was willing to move it to the maximum allowed in the contract - 25 feet. That would put it in the middle of the lawn. I suggested a patch of shrubbery further on. He said he would consult his supervisor. I have no idea what the supervisor said but it was clearly on the order of the contract says 25 feet, and that's all he gets. He came back to say that he was unable to do that. My conclusion is that Fast Flow's work was OK, but its customer service fell down badly. I'll do more research the next time I need a plumber.

The owner responded (you can read it below). This is my reply to him.

You responded in nine minutes which is admirable, but it also means you were probably still upset at my feedback. I did not write one of those enraged, incoherent reviews that businesses occasionally get. I and my wife were genuinely distressed to find a new and permanent puddle of water on our front lawn. Your response implies that you offered to extend the outlet to the maximum permitted in the contract and that I agreed that this was a solution. Then -- for no reason -- I cancelled the job and wrote a bad review. If you reread what I wrote, you'll see that that's not what happened. My suggestion was to extend the outlet to some shrubbery further on, but the plumber (after consulting his supervisor) told us that wasn't possible. I agreed to the extension offered, but when my wife and I talked it over, we agreed that a puddle in the middle of the lawn was no better than one nearer, so we cancelled.

I run a business, too, and I hate to have unhappy customers, but if you do a good job they don't appear often. Your reviews seem overwhelmingly positive, so this should be far from a big deal for you.

Nobody is happy when you find there is a problem with your home, in our case it was a leak. We called, had some of the best customer service over the phone that you could ask for! They were recommended to us by a plumber we have used for years—our job was bigger than he wanted to handle. From my first contact w TJ to the days and days of having their master plumber, Joe Barker, do the work for us, I couldn’t have asked for a more diligent, capable team. Joe did the major part of the work & geez was it an undertaking. Joe’s work ethic was amazing—he simply kept at it hour after hour and seemed to be able to tackle any aspect of the job. Such very physically hard work that required a lot of competence and know how. There was not one time that he didn’t deliver on what he said he would and on time. His assistant Andy was also a hard worker & both of them were courteous and wanting to do the job in the best way possible. I think FastFlow is an excellent company—from their very pleasant office staff to TJ and then Joe Barker and Andy. This job grew exponentially and was not one you would EVER have to want to deal with. Yet FastFlow got us thru the nightmare. They were honest about the price and held to it. I couldn’t be more pleased w their work and relieved that it is over.

We had a main line clog and dalton and his team were able to come on a Sunday to give us a free estimate. The guys were kind and respectful. Thomas and his coworker (sorry, I swore I wrote down your name) were great! We had our dated water heater blow the tank during the day, and within an hour of calling at 6 Fast flow had these guys out to take a look. We needed a full replacement, and by 10pm they had the old one pulled, the new one installed and working in great order. The pricing was very fair for the late night service and hauling away that old hunk of metal. 10/10!

Their process for getting a plumber to you was very efficient, I called and explained what I needed, and the lady said she could get someone out to me on Monday between 3 and 5. On Monday at 3, she called me back and said the plumber was running late and would have to reschedule for the next day. The next day, he shows up, walks around, looks at my appliance, and tells my husband it will be 4 to 5 hours worth of work and estimates the job at $983.
Later that evening, I got a written esti.ate that simply states the process of execution with a line item of 1 and a total of $983. I called to ask for a breakdown as that seemed high to me. The receptionist, who again was very pleasant, said she didn't know but would have the plumber contact me to explain. When he called, he explained that they estimate by job, not by the hour, so if it took 2 hours or 12, that was the price. He admitted they were higher than most but insisted they were thorough. I'm sure they are, but $983 wasn't in my budget. I went to the Lowe's pro desk and received a referral for a certified professional who finished the job in 2 hours and charged me a third of the price.

Installed a water line to my ice maker. They were there 2 hours after I called. Friendly, professional and courteous service. Highly recommend.

The Fast flow plumbing was the one company that helped us with the clogged drain just before Thanksgiving day. Unfortunately we have again clog, because of bad pipes line and all day they're trying to send someone to fix this again.

Had Fast Flow install a whole-house water filter. Brysen came out quickly to give us a quote, and was back less than a week later to install it. He did fast, professional work that matched our current pipes and explained the system of valves to me after it was installed, so that we can bypass the filter with a few quick turns if we need to.

During the install, we discovered that the drain line from our water heater was draining into our crawlspace and was covered by spray foam insulation (shoddy work by the plumber who installed the original water heater, not Fast Flow's fault). Even though this wasn't part of the job, Brysen went above and beyond to find the problem and add a new pipe so that the filter and water heater drains now lead outside the house. He may have saved us a nighmare of future water damage.

He did everything on time and even under budget! I'll definitely be calling Fast Flow again any time I need plumbing stuff done. Would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

After this horrible Siberian cold blast, I experienced broken pipes and water. They have come out, even though they are super busy with others in the same situation and have made a plan to get my commercial building back to normal. Right now the water is turned off and they are going to fix it. Thank goodness for their fast response and professional knowledge! They are very nice to deal with.

As new homeowners we were panicking a little bit with finding our water leak in the middle of the night with snow and freezing temperatures. with that being said this company was absolutely wonderful. water main leak, the words no home owner wants to hear. You feel completely helpless. We ended up needing a total service line replacement. Sometimes when a job is that involved you are worried you can be taken advantage of on price and extent of work necessary and I never felt like that with these guys. Fast Flow gave me a fair price, did the work professionally and promptly, and kept me informed of the process the entire way through. Very pleased with the work, Highly recommended.

Had them fix a shower valve. There was an issue with the installation, but they came out and fixed it no problem.

Firstly, they said they’d be there between 10 and 12 and got there at 3. He arrives and i open the door. He asked what the problem is and i start going in depth about the problem but when he sees my male partner, he cuts me off halfway through and asks him what the issue is. Gave me a strong impression that he was only gonna talk to a man. Then he crawled under our house to take a look and said we have a septic tank and he doesnt work on septic tanks. We dont!! Weve now had another plumber out who says we do not have a septic tank and it now fixing the issue for us. So we waited 5 hours for him to be rude to me and then lie to us and do nothing to fix our issue.

I tried 3 plumbing businesses with Fast Flow being the third. I wish they would have been first! TJ was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. What was a major issue to the others was minor to Fast Flow. I can’t say enough things about my experience. Highly recommended!!

TJ come out the first day and was friendly, professional and offered a few suggestions for the future.
Fast Flo was originally chosen because their competitor wanted to charge almost $300 just to come for an estimate.
TJ gave us 2 separate quotes after initially cleaning a sewer line for us.
Alex came out the second day was very engaging, friendly and very knowledgeable with suggestions and options for the sewer pipe repair and cleanout installation. As is often the case with older systems and houses the more we uncovered (dirt) the more we uncovered issues.
Alex and TJ worked together to quote us a more than fair estimate for the work. Alex was a champ as the older lines and system were a constant challenge.

They was very fast to come out. Allen explained everything and gave me a quote. They fixed everything fast and cleaned up the driveway and smoothed it all back out. They also have a 10 year limited warranty which is a peace of mind. Highly recommended.

The first visit from Fast Flow Plumbing was completed by a plumber who never went into the crawl space to check on leak, thus leaving water and moisture to collect in walls and under floor. By the time the real issue was detected, thousands of dollars of tear-out and reconstruction was necessary to rid our bathroom of mold. Furthermore we requested (in April 2022) that our latest plumber from Fast Flow (Andy) conduct a search for any other issues that could cause a problem in the future. His list included several small issues in the crawl space, which we had him repair, plus one very large (preventative) project of replacing the old cast iron pipe from the house to the main line at the street. This work was all completed in April, with the exception of reconnecting our bathroom when ServPro completed the reconstruction work in September 2022. (This bathroom was closed the entire time waiting for ServPro to finish work). Fast Flow Andy came back at our request about 2 weeks ago, detected an issue with the cutoff valve, installed a new one, and now that same cutoff is leaking. This was detected 2 days ago and no one has bothered to show up after multiple calls, despite the possibility of having issues again with water in the wall of the bathroom. The first call we were told someone would check it at 6 pm same day (9/22/2022). Then we were given a time of 6 pm the following day (9/23/2022) but no one showed. Then a time of 8 am on 9/24/2022, but that changed after a phone call to the office then stated it would be later in the day on 9/24. Still waiting. We spent thousands of our own money, plus thousands of the insurance money, only to have the very same issue in the very same place --months later, with no response from Fast Flow Plumbing yet.

UPDATE: Fast Flow Plumbing sent someone late on 9/25 who completed the work at no charge to stop the leak. There have been no issues with this faucet since that date.

These guys are awesome. They replaced my cast iron sewer line in just a few hours...very professional and are up front about the work that needs to be done...reasonable pricing compared to other...i will have them on speed dial for all my plumbing needs.

I can't speak highly enough about Fast Flow. They are family owned/operated and it shows in their level of service. I've used them in the past and when my kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't call anyone else. From getting scheduled to getting me taken care of, they were spectacular. TJ was great, even took out a wasp nest for me! If you need a plumber, you have found the one.

Our water heater burst overnight and flooded our basement. We called Fast Flow as soon as the office opened and their technician was at our house by noon and it was replaced by 2pm. They were quick, efficient, and very professional. Andy was fantastic!!

They found the source of the leak and (even though they could have done a bigger job to charge more) they did as small a job as possible to repair the leak as quickly and efficiently as necessary. Fast flow pluming came out a few months ago to repair a backed up toilet in our garage apartment. They were very thoughtful and persistent in trying to find the cause of the back up, and came back at no charge to continue to trouble shoot when the problem resurfaced (it was not a simple fix!). They also did a great job installing some toilets for us, and fixing a water leak in the garage. They came when they said they would come, and they communicated well. I highly recommend Fast Flow Plumbing.

We’ve worked with them many times since we have an old house that needed a lot of repairs done, however I think it’s time for us to find another plumbing company.

First of all one of the techs gave me a bible after he finished his repair. Nothing against anyone’s beliefs but I don’t want people pushing them on me in my own home.

Last time Andy was our tech and he had to get into the attic, unfortunately he left the attic entrance a little bit open after he finished and the insulation started coming out of it. When our guests arrived (we have a short term rental) they rightfully complained that there was insulation all over the place. We had to pay extra for a cleaner to come back immediately and fix the mess, which could have been avoided had Andy been more careful or if he had just had let us know there was cleaning to be done we could have sorted it out before the guests arrived.

When I called Jen in the office to let her know what had happened, she didn’t let me talk just interrupted me and passed me directly to Andy, who didn’t even apologize and just said “well we don’t have to get in the attic anymore so you don’t have to worry about that”. I just feel disrespected as a customer and like they don’t care about how they treated me and my property. We’re also canceling any future repairs we had scheduled with them.

Alan Recca was so professional, but yet personable. He came and repaired our leak in 30-40 minutes. A very pleasant young man and your company is very fortunate to have him!

They visited to give an estimate on the relining. We cleaned 30' of underground concrete pipe with their jet blaster and the 80-year pipe is still in reasonable shape. We will probably reline the pipe in the future but for now it's bombs away.

This place is fantastic! I didn’t expect this level of service but they truly went above and beyond.
Starting with the lady answering phones, I didn’t catch her name, but she was a rock star!
My husband and I were in the middle of a kitchen sink repair when we noticed that our pipes were leaking. Our old sink was so corroded we couldn’t remove it, and we couldn’t put it back to where it was. Due to the leak, we couldn’t turn water back on to our house.
When my husband called around looking for plumbers, no one was available for a few days. Fast flow had availability the next day, but that wasn’t going to work for us. Not knowing that my husband had already called fast flow, I called again and explained the situation and the lady on the phone asked “is your husband Michael?” She had spoken to him a few minutes before and she was getting ready to give us a call back. A spot had opened up that afternoon around 3. What a relief!
We received texts that the repair man was on his way, earlier than expected, and he ended up showing up around 1:30. Thankfully he was able to remove the old sink, fix the pipe and he even finished placing the new sink. The fix was quick and the price wasn’t outrageous like we had expected. Allen did a great job on the sink and the customer service all around was excellent.

Fast flow plumbing is very efficient. They removed our garbage disposal and rerouted our line since we didn’t want it replaced. Prompt and courteous service.

I am a pretty handy guy but when I couldn't clear the kitchen and laundry room pipe blockage with a manual snake we called a professional. We called on a Sunday, typically we would wait but due to them not charging a fee for a quote and the fact they came out within 4 hours of my call was in itself impressive. They sent a text with the details and photo of the plumber ahead of them arriving which we liked. John was a professional from start to finish, he explained everything clearly and we ended up have the job done. He ran a motorized drain snake and solved the issue quickly without fuss and at a price we though was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We live in a 61 year-old home and our old Orangeburg sewer line started to collapse causing a sewage backup in the house. I called Fast Flow and TJ was there in pretty short order with a snake and diagnostic equipment to figure out why the sewer wasn't draining. His snake wouldn't pass through the entire line and his inspection camera showed exactly what the problem was. No snake was going to open that pipe back up so the sewer main had to be replaced. They brought in their equipment and opened up two places in the yard, one near the back of the house and another at the utility cleanout. Their equipment slid in a new seamless pipe from the house to the main. They then cleaned the iron sewer main coming from the house , inserted a double-walled liner with epoxy injected between the walls of the liner, inserted it into the old iron sewer pipe, then an air bladder was inserted and compressed air formed the new pipe into place and held it there until until the epoxy had cured.

The communications from their office was great, TJ, Joe and the rest of the crew really knew their stuff, were very well equipped, and were knowledgeable, fast, effective and efficient workers. In two days we had a new sewer line and the only sign they were ever here was where they dressed, seeded and put straw on the two places where they had to dig to the pipe.

I'm very impressed and happy with Fast Flow's efficient service and can recommend them without any reservations!

This is a wonderful establishment of some of the best professionals we have interacted with. We were in a bind over the weekend with leaking sewage pipes. The team at Fast Flow responded rapidly and prioritized our job sensing the urgency of the situation. Joe, the lead plumber was extremely thorough and systematic in his evaluation. Although it was a complex job, Joe and Don (and their apprentice, Jared) were persistent and timely, and did not abandon us until the problem was fixed.

To start the young man that came by was nice. And appeared to know what he was doing. However he did not wear a mask and or gloves.
I provided themthe and the hand sanitizer. In 45 minutes or less I was charged $149.95. I was told to call if any problems. I did...! They said they would be out in on Friday. On Monday I gave them a call. They said they would be out on Friday between 1-3. At 4pm stillnstill phone call and no show. Nothing! I am out $149.95 still with no answer.

Joe and Allen came with Fast flow Plumbing. We had a drain that had problems with roots. It clogged up about every year and we had to rent a rotorooter to unclog it. The problem was drain pipe that was NOT properly done several years ago. They took out the old pipe and replaced it with your perma lined pipe.The filled the trench and tamped the dirt down. It looks just like it did before they dug.

Danny and Scotty were here and had the issue resolved within an hour of me calling. They wore covers on their shoes when walking through the house. Polite, helpful. Good experience, competitive pricing.

I called Fast Flow before 6am on a Saturday Morning, as our Sewer Pump that pushes all of our homes' waste water up to the county's sewer line was malfunctioning. I had a call back with an appointment time set before 7am ! They actually had a cancellation, prior to my scheduled appointment and called to ask if they could come early ! The owners son came and did the work himself, was very professional, quoted us a price on the spot after investigating the issue, and after we promptly ok'd his work, he got going and we had our issue resolved by around 1 PM !

I have never had to use a plumber's services before today's experience and i can say that I would work with the folks at Fast Flow again if i need work done in the future !

First of all I am a plumber reviewing this company about my experience working with them. I have a client that we have been working for and at the tail end of the job we discovered a cracked sewer pipe as it was entering the building. This is to be a Restraunt and they were preparing to open soon, so instead of busting up the floor in the dining room, I had remembered a commercial I had heard stating that Fast Flow could run an epoxy type liner into their existing line. I called and the office was pleasant in setting up an appointment quickly. From there TJ met me at the location to discuss the options in which my customer was able to make the decision that worked best for them. I was impressed that TJ was able to answer all my questions because this was new to me and I am naturally interested in the process of doing this service. The decision was made by the owner of the restaurant and Fast Flow was very willing to notify me of when the work would be done so that I could be there to watch. At the time of the appointment I met Joe. He was the lead man on the crew. He is much younger than myself, but very confident in his abilities and in the service he provides. This is important in all aspects of our field. They were on time, did the job exactly they way they had explained and were easy to work with another plumber to complete the job. I will definitely refer this company for more jobs like this. At first glance you may think it’s expensive, but when you see that the alternative of busting up concrete and having to put back flooring/cabinets, it actually is more affordable. My garbage disposal was not functioning due to broken glass so Michael pulled out some shards of glass and said it was draining now, but he recommended new garbage disposal. He was here about 15 min and said it would be about $260 for what he just did (diagnose and pull out a little glass) or if I wanted him to install disposal is would be $500 even. The garbage disposal installed by him cost about $100. Honestly, seems like a really high labor cost to me… but I also wanted it done. I haven’t needed to pay a plumber before so I didn’t know what to expect. Overall he was very friendly and professional.

The Flow Fast crew were on time, efficient, and courteous. They explained everything clearly. They gave me an honest evaluation of our outside line and didn’t push for another job. And when the job was easier than anticipated, they charged me less than the estimate.

Horrible experience call Daunhauer for sure... Don't even fool with these people took them four hours to clear my main drain didn't have the proper tools. They also attempt to lead you into thinking you need more done than is needed if I was more naive I would have been coerced into believing I needed a new clean out beware...

They unclogged a nasty grease clog in the kitchen sink. In the process of unclogging it, a pipe was cracked, and they fixed that too. I would highly recommend.

Plumbers are expensive, just how it is. Fast Flow is the most affordable option we found that still does quality work.

Had them replace our entire sewer line when we moved into a new house and they were helpful and understanding with the financing and did a great job. Even helped with a few small things for free. Just had them replace our basement sump pump and replace some of the piping. Technician was great and the job was done within 45 minutes.

This was the worst company I have ever delt with. They have supervisors that comes out and quote the jobs. Then they send someone that doesn't understand simple plumbing concepts. The owner refuses to speak to you and the people that you schedule with are rude and incompetent. The work is very poor quality. This company will make an appointment and no one will show up, no call nothing. BEWARE!!

We got a quote on the replacement and installation of our water heater. They worked quickly to gather the information for the estimate and delivered our quote, giving us our options.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. I was able to make the appointment for a plugged toilet online, they immediately contacted me and had someone out. Our problem was much larger than a plugged toilet. They took the time to diagnose the complex issue, build parts at the Warehouse and come back and install them in a timely manner. It works great and I am incredibly grateful! As the problem was larger than the toilet and difficult to figure out they immediately sent a supervisor that day, TJ figured it out and had Joe and Tyler bring out the new sump pump and install it. All of them were extremely professional and actually cared that we were pleased with our service. They will be the only plumbers we use in the future!

The kitchen drain line was 65 years old and leaking under the slab. Our plumber recommended we call FastFlow, which we did. They trenched and installed across the basement floor over 40 feet of new drain pipe and replaced most of the waste stack. Every single person we met was delightful. Jobs this big have occasional set backs but together we worked through every one of them. It was truly a WIN/WIN experience. The end result exceeded our expectations. We recommend them without hesitation.

We received four different quotes for whole house plumbing. All quotes were close in cost. We chose Fast Flow due to reviews and the great rapport we had with the owner and tech on the initial visit. They were upfront about issues that could possibly arise once the drywall came down but assured us all work would stop and they would consult us if costs may exceed the initial quote. Thankfully there were no surprises in the walls or under the slab.

We received texts daily with the names and picture of the techs so we would know who to expect that day. Allen and Tyler were on site daily and they were always willing to answer all questions I had. They were very professional, kind and considerate. They even completed the job sooner than expected.

We have had numerous contractors come to our house over the years for this long term renovation and Fast Flow has been the only contractors we have been 100% happy with. Before the project started and we narrowed it down to two plumbers, our insurance asked for additional information directly from the plumbers and Fast Flow obliged, no questions asked. The other plumbers (I see there vans all over Lex) were annoyed and asked if insurance can just call them because they didn't want to waste time writing a detailed summary. We obviously didn't go with that plumber.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! ESTIMATES ARE NOT FREE, contrary to their advertising!

My gray line is clogged. I called & asked if they were in my town. I was told yes. I asked if estimates are free. I was told yes. They said they would be here next day between 2 & 4pm. Tech arrived at 9:45am, asked what the problem was.
I explained clogged line further than my snake could reach (18ft). He said he would use his. It was a 25 ft auger & didn’t resolve the clog. He then dug a hole in my yard & wrote up a “suitable repair” quote for $1750 and a “proper leach system replacement” for $4000. He then gave me a bill for diagnosis of $194.95 ($25 fuel charge since he wasn’t local & $169.95 diagnosis). I told him that I thought estimates are free. He said he couldn’t provide an estimate before diagnosing. He called dispatch & said they could have him back the next day and none of my $195 charges could be applied to the cost of repair.
He was gone by 10:45am.

Calling me 2 times in 15 minutes doesn't qualify as attempting to reach you several times. The hour that the tech was here included me explaining the situation and him writing up & explaining both estimates & calling dispatch, as well as digging & entering the crawl space. The amount of digging done by him was one spot approximately 2'x2' & 8 inches deep and he didn't even bother to cover the hole back. I sure hope that didn't take an hour.
As far as how long it took to post my review was thoughtfulness. I was angry for a long time & wanted my review to lack emotion (unlike your reply on Google).

We bought this farm house a year ago and it needed lines replaced and about a week ago we had a septic line blockage that was unblocked quickly and professionally done. Really boils down to integrity. Made an appointment for a diagnosis and estimate. Technician was prompt, courteous, provided an estimate to solve the problem for $181. Scheduled another appointment for the next day to complete the service. Then came the bait and switch, stated he made a mistake and forgot the business changed pricing, then quoted $292 for the same service that was originally diagnosed and quoted. Add to the fact this was a college age female that he attempted to take advantage of. I contacted the business giving them an opportunity to make it right. A person who represented themselves as a manager called and after discussing stated they would get with their supervisor and call me back. They never called.

Appreciate the reply however I did call and ask for you. Your people also verified the appointment with the tech under my daughters name. I also left my phone number which your “manager’ TJ called and we discussed. Pleas don’t try and discredit real customers.

I can’t believe one person George Weddington has the knowledge of plumbing like he does. George is a young man but has the experience of someone that has been doing plumbing for 40 years. We have continued to have the same issue with our jetted tub constantly leaking. Each time, we had a different plumber come to supposedly fix the problem and a few weeks to a month or so later the problem started again. When contacting our rental company on the problem they reached out to fast flow plumbing and in which the company sent Joe out to fix the leak. When Joe saw the leak and accessed the issue, he automatically knew exactly the problem once he took the nozzle apart. Joe got the correct part that was needed for the faucet and replaced it. He also double checked the faucet once fixed to make sure it wasn’t going to leak again. I can say he was very professional, on time and was very respectful. He took his time to properly replace and not rush. This is by far the best plumbing company thank you Joe !

We just bought a house and somewhere between the inspection and taking ownership the master bathroom drains got slowed down a bit. We called in on a weekend, they were polite and fast to get us scheduled to have someone come clean the drains for us. When the tech got here he noted he would need to remove the toilet to snake the line properly. We had been wanting to change the toilet out, so we asked if we could do that since it was removing the old one anyway.

They pivoted, got us a quote for a new toilet and a few hours later a new tech was there with the new toilet, cleared the lines, and installed the new toilet.

Called on a Sunday afternoon because of a clogged toilet that needed replacing. Two techs (Dan and Scotty) came and gave us a more than fair quote on 3 major repairs we'd been putting off (New hot water heater, new toilet, and new kitchen faucet) so we ended up doing all 3 because we got such a steep discount. We are thrilled with the courtesy, the work, and the cleanliness! Our new products work perfectly so far and we will definitely be calling them in the future for work on our other 2 bathrooms!

Update: October 13, 2021 we had our sewer line (from outside of house to street)replaced due to severe damage from wear and tear. Fast Flow Plumbing was available and very prompt in responding. Very professional and friendly. While this replacement was needed, it wasn't the initial problem that caused the damage. As we are now told, after requesting them to return to our home because sewage back up was still happening, our sewer liner in our basement needs replaced, (another$6k after just spending almost 10k). Fast forward to today, November 20th. We just had Fast Flow back out to back-fill our yard since it was left a muddy mess, currently we have two white poles sticking up out of the yard after weeks of begging them to come complete the job. No seed or hay layed (yes, that was in the agreement) in hopes to at least have grass growth this coming spring. With all of that said, I would recommend this company for emergency reasons solely on the response rate and friendliness of the team.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! T.J came to unclog a sewer drain that another plumbing company had failed at. He showed up on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. It was an unruly clog and took probably longer than he expected but he was so patient and you could tell he really valued his work and that he was going to get the job done correctly.

The difference I noticed with Fast Flow is they showed up with the right tools needed for the job. The camera that they have allowed us to see that the clog was indeed gone. They also offer advanced sleeving technology that they are going to be able to redo our sewer drain lines without tearing up our whole entire yard. I can’t wait to have them do this and would highly recommend calling them for any of your plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater had a large leak in it and I contacted Fast Flow to schedule an appointment. Their receptionists were very responsive and friendly and worked with me to get a technician to our house. Our technician that came out was very professional and quick and was able to diagnose the issue, give me a reasonable quote and fix it quickly. IN addition, they are a very modern organization that uses email/text to update and remind you about your appointment and when your technician is about to arrive, they send you a text with that person's picture and a summary of their experience in the industry. VERY professional - highly recommend.

I originally gave them 5 stars, showed up after a brutal storm and diagnosed my problem but didn't have the parts to fix it. Schedule back to actually fix the problem. Wait in the 2 hour window for them to show up, wait 20 minutes after, still no show. Call and ask why no updates and no technician and they tell me the technician is only 20 minutes late and that he's finishing up a job that's 30 minutes away. So at best 50 minutes late. I understand things don't always go as planned, but a phone call to say you might be late would be nice because we are all busy and all can't afford to waste 3 hours of our life waiting for someone to show up. Won't use again

This is the second time we’ve used Fast Flow. The first time was for a big job replacing a lot of plumbing under the house. This time was a small job, but both times we’ve had great experiences. Very friendly service, both when calling and when the plumber came out. He was very prompt to arrive, professional, and super nice.

Was so happy with my service I called in an had water heater problem so my guy was Zach very professional an kind him an Ethan came out an fixed that problem but I had more issues that I had been dealing with old tub that didn’t want to drain so Zach discussed my issues an what all needed to be fixed had to replace ole rust pipe that had been leaking an worked on my tub got it took care of then I had a drip underneath laboratory so needs replaced so he will return with new piece an Finnish uo. I have used FFP on several occasion as a new home owner. They helped unclog a drain, helped replace a broken water heater and helped change out our main water shut off valve. Each time I have been extremely pleased with their profession attitude, fast scheduling times, friendly technicians and fair pricing. It is hard to find a plumbing company you can trust to not take advantage of you or bait and switch you with quotes/products.

The ONLY reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the appointment time delays. They usually give you a 2 hour time window for when their tech will arrive. So, as an average working person I have to take action to be able to leave work and be at home during this time. Each time however they have called saying the tech would be later than expected, often 2+ hours. This last time my appointment was supposed to be at 10-12 but the tech didn't arrive until 6:30 PM. This can really make things difficult with asking time off from work.

I still love this company and will stick with them because the pros outweigh the cons! Highly recommend

Highly recommend Fast Flow Plumbing. A professional, well qualified plumbing business that were able to diagnose our sewer problems, quickly take care of the initial problems, and then provide solutions that will eliminate further issues. All the employees were friendly, respectful and most importantly optimistic! Our home was built in 1896 and along with its charm comes with a 80+ year sewer system. We can't thank them enough, the job was expensive, due to the repair of collapsed pipe and the lining of an existing cast iron pipe with the new technology, but we value the very hard work that the men on the job performed.
Update: Fast Flow are the best! Excellent work earlier in the summer, but after some ground settlement caused the sewer to not flow properly, the company came back and detected the issue and took care of it! Highly recommend this company, they do go above and beyond!

Austin and his helper came to fix cracked sewer pipes under our house and the pipe coming from under the house. They were very professional, did the work in a timely manner and left our yard looking like it was before they dug it up.

Second time using Fastflow for repairs. They are first rate. Always come on time or early and do a thorough, professional job. Will continue to do business with them.

Only plumbing business that answered their phone after hours on a Friday. Dispatched someone quickly. Bill tried fixing the issue by snaking the drain but was unable to get it unclogged. It was 9pm by that time and Bill said the sewer line would need to be dug up to get to the clog. He left and Austin came out Saturday. Found my backflow preventer was bad and that was what was causing the clog. Got my house functioning again. Austin came back on Sunday to actually replace the backflow preventer. Now it is Sunday afternoon and my drains are all working well. I am a happy homeowner. Would recommend Fast Flow plumbing.

I had a wonderful experience with Fast Flow and with service technician Cody Shaw. On the morning of appointment, I received an email and a text reminder of the appointment which included the picture and name of the service technician. i initially called them to fix two of my 10-year-old builder grade toilets. I was advised that the inside mechanism of both toilets would need to be rebuilt. Based on the cost information to rebuild, I felt it would be more efficient to replace the two toilets. Cody went well beyond what was necessary to complete the job. He gave advice on which toilets would be the highest quality at a reasonable cost. He then followed me to Lowes and loaded the toilets on the truck and returned to my house to install the toilets in an efficient manner. Very responsive and professional.

The first time we had fast flow come out we had two different issues. The first issue was fixed fine, the second issue they had to come back and refix. Alex and Blake were the ones that came out the second time and fixed it literally in minutes. Mike was very nice and not satisfied until he got it right. Very cold working conditions, but he prevailed in the end. The clean out was 6-8” down in concrete with black plastic drain tile around it. It had not been accessed since the Bldg was built in 1987. Well done!

John R is the service professional who came. He found the problem quickly, repaired it and also advised me on another issue. He also fixed my reverse osmosis under sink water filter by thinking of details/possibilities that other technicians did not think of. He listens well, answers questions clearly without impatience. I will definitely use this service again and request him.

Joe from Fast Flow Plumbing showed up right on time in a thunderstorm, I mean raining sheets! Assessed my slab foundation leak within 15 minutes. After discussing options and giving me a quote on site for the repair, he began chipping my foundation where he suspected the leak was. Once found, almost exactly where he thought (within a foot!). He cut out the damaged section and soldered in new copper pipe. I was blown away with the same day service, quality of work and no-nonsense explanation of services before they're done. I will be using Fast Flow, specifically Joe if I can for any and all my future plumbing needs.

Very courteous, knowledgeable and fixed our backed up bathtub drainage issue. No more showers with dirty water around our ankles.

$5800 is a lot of money but the sewer pipe from our property line under the street to the sewer main was leaking and clogged with tree roots. We had no drainage and our city (Brodhead, KY) said it was our responsibility, however they said, we couldn't dig up the street. Fast Flow lined the pipe without having to dig it up. Thanks guys.

I called early this morning, in a daze and panic, because despite my best efforts, I could not for the life of me get my toilet flow to work. My sink in both the bathroom and kitchen were holding water instead of draining. I was near tears as I spent the majority of my morning calling plumber after plumber, all of them saying they didn't service my area until Jen from Fast Flow. She managed to schedule me a same day appointment only in a few hours and now, I have waived goodbye to Bill, the plumber who made me cry tears of relief and joy. He showed up earlier than expected, almost immediately seemed to assess the situation and had it fixed in the blink of an eye. Despite COVID and my clogged drains, he helped me to see what was going on as he was doing his job and explained to me step by step the process as he was fixing the problem. He had it fixed in a snap, no more than ten minutes went by and water was flowing steadily out and the drains were not clogged anymore! Not only that, but the price was exceptionally fair. He even took the time to allow me to address other areas of concern and took pictures to save time on a future appointment that I am already looking forward to. Fast Flow Plumbing took on a fairly large out job for me. TJ came out and was professional and informative. Joe and Andy did the work and despite running into a few problems were able to have the job done very timely and professionally. They ended up replacing all of the sewage lines under the house and all the way to the city clean out in my back yard. Fast flow Plumbing has done an awesome job I had called a different plumber first and after they're slow get back I called Fast Flow Plumbing they were punctual polite always answer the phone we're already working on the job by the time the first people got back to me. IF you want good work you had to pay a good price but not unreasonable( they were actually cheaper than the first company that tried to give me a quote on a job that was already being worked by Fast Flow the first company was so slow to respond) you must understand jobs don't always go the way you plan and sometimes your appointment gets pushed back that seems to be in any trade you don't really know how it's going to go to you get there so you must be understanding in that department but that's any company

We had a leak in our bathroom late on Tuesday night. Dalton showed up and was very knowledgeable about our problem. He was very nice and showed that he wanted to fix our problem. The job was a little to big to do in the middle the night. He stopped the leak temporarily until somebody could come the next morning to finish the job.

They did a great job of reclining our sewer line and replacing a sump pump with minimum disruption

What started as what we thought was a main line clog turned into a full main sewer line replacement and a main water line replacement. Our cement basement had to be jackhammered up and our yard dug up to replace all the pipe. Also in the process any remaining cast iron in the basement was replaced with pvc pipe. Dalton Yazell and his crew worked around the clock to complete this job quickly for us. He was very knowledgeable in his field and explained everything so my wife and I understood everything being done. We are above grateful for this company coming out on a weekend to assess the problem and start the following Monday. We will recommend fast flow to anyone who has plumbing issues as they are been reliable and polite.
