Ryan Randolph is an amazing guy and technician. He came out quickly and identified a problem that caused my HVAC to stop suddenly. Went over what happened and what we needed. Had us back up within minutes of arriving with no hassle.

I just finished a new home and Arronco installed a geothermal Water Furnace Series 7 unit. Working with them from sales through installation was fantastic. They exceeded my expectations and continue to provide great service. I have built with other vendors, but Arronco knows geo. Everything was well planned and executed.
Update: Now my install is three years old and we were having some balance problems with a difficult second floor. Doug came out, idenitified the issue, made some plans and returned to fix the problems. Great service job! We have not had anyone in the home from them we were not pleased with. Well done!

We receive a phone call confirmation before the technician arrives. Our technicians have always arrived on time and are attired professionally and in a company truck which is clean and well-maintained by outward appearance. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner, all my questions were answered in a pleasant and easily understood manner.
A VERY important question for me is How long have you worked for the company and do you like working for them? I ask this to determine the experience of the technician and whether they are well managed and attend to their employees. I do not continue doing business with a company that is not attentive to employees. In every case on every visit the answer to the second question has always been VERY positive usually followed by amplifying remarks and/or anecdotes of proof.
Our interaction with office staff is similarly positive.
We continue to be pleased with our selection of ARRONCO as the company from which to purchase, install and maintain our WaterFurnace geothermal system.

Recently installed 2 Honeywell Smart Thermostats, DIY style, in our home. I was certain that I had reached the extent of my know how with this project and reached out to Arronco to call in a PRO. Once they learned what I needed, the Service Manager, instead of sending someone out to the house and charging me $$$, decided to walk me through the whole project. I kept asking questions and he kept answering step by step through the whole install. Now that is service you CAN'T BUY!! I really appreciate your time and patience walking me through this! When the time comes for us to install a new system, Arronco is definitely who I'm going to call. Thanks again!!

Was here on time and did a great job
We had Arronco install a new geothermal system about a year ago and Arronco has made this experience a nightmare. I am familiar with the system we had installed as we had one for over 20 years in a previous house. From day one they did not hook heat strips up to a max efficiency rating and we had our first heating bill of over $2000 in our 2700 square foot home. Had multiple calls to fix this and repair that always told is was a problem with the install or problem with the previous technician. Still had crazy heating bills sporadically. No heat over multiple days around Christmas with a elderly parent with cancer in the house with us. Had to explain to on call message system that yes no heat was in fact an emergency. Demanded sensor that had a recall on it from manufacturer be replaced and after 11 months of first installation heating bill did come down. It is raining in my basement and they say it is due to a partial dirt floor in our historic home but they can not explain why they did not insulate the line in the first place. Now they want us to pay an addition $3000 for insulation that should have been done originally. Same problem in the attic. I now have water damage to ceilings while waiting for them to come insulate that line to be stood up by the technician to then be told he could not come as home office said I did not insulate. The whole space has 6 to 8 inches of new spray foam insulation. I am not a hvac specialist, I hired them to be the specialist but they seem to do everything on the cheap and when there is a problem explain you need to pay them more to fix it. I guess I should not be surprised as my salesman and manager of the install are both no longer with the company. Also, when it quit working over the 4th of July due to the condensation we still had to pay a service call. For a unit àround a year old, after 65k we still had to pay $100 to be told they should have insulated the line when they installed it and that is causing the problem. Lastly I have heard again and again the maintenance side of the company does not talk to and can not see what installation side did. So, you will love getting frustrated explaining what you were told and problems again and again. I would not wish this on anyone
Absolutely LOVE our GEO system purchased from Arronco. The other element that I appreciate with Arronco is the young man Cody that comes to our home twice per year to perform our maintenance. Very professional young man that I appreciate seeing longevity with his company! I would not hesitate & have, recommended Arronco to my personal network.

I called Aaronco thinking my Hybrid Water Heater was leaking into the catch pan. On inspection, the service technician determined my concrete floor had a hump causing the drain pipe to not be level. The condensation was actually flowing back towards the catch pan. The pipe was quickly set with proper flow to the drain and in a way to make the fix permanent. What I feared was a major problem ended up to be a quick and simple fix saving me lots of money. Great Job!

Great, professional service when my a/c went out. They were there the next day and had it up and running within an hour.
Even though our system has some faulty parts that were not discovered in the first visit, Arronco kept coming back until the parts were replaced and did so very professionally!!

The service tech showed up within the designated time. He went straight to work and finished the maintenance check very rapidly and efficiently. When finished, he explained what he had done and presented the invoice for my signature.
Arronco installed our replacement geothermal system last spring. We have had several unrelated problems since then, and everyone who comes out is always capable, efficient and polite. I can't say enough good things about them, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC service or installation.

Professional and on time
In response to Arronco’s reply: Brig Arronco COMPLETELY incorrect. ALL I requested was to have the ductwork replaced and I explained why it needed to be replaced. Your guy showed up and started messing with the outside unit. I told him that I requested the ductwork be replaced NOT something about a ‘clean and check’. I don’t even know what a clean and check is. Secondly, Chris called about an hour ago saying that he heard I called you, which I assumed meant that he was calling on behalf of you. Third, he did not need to come out to the property because your service tech, David, had already been there and took photos of the damaged ductwork to send to Chris. Your response is a PERFECT example of how poor your internal communication truly is. I didn’t realize dishonest crooks worked at Arronco until now. #arronco #gaslighting

Our a/c blower motor went out last week...after gathering 3 quotes, not ONLY did Arronco come in WAY more affordable than the others ...the part arrived the NEXT DAY and Joyce called me at 8:30 AM to schedule service by 10! We felt like we were suffocating in the heat and humidity of our own home, and Arronco has our house cool again in less than 24 hours.

very sad company had a unit put in and 2 years later the compressor was burned turns out the person installed it did not install correct so you worked itself to death you can say. call the company they gave me the run around and stopped calling me back. so I would be very carful on letting them put a unit in for me or doing any work they don't stand by there work. sent them pictures and a statement from a professional company showing them they did not install correct and also talked to the manufacture and they told me it was installed wrong!! yet no response cost me additional 2200 to have a professional company do it right now and they stand by there work!!
to answer you back since I cant reply to your message! looks like you did not read the complaint. If you read it you would understand that had your company installed it correctly this unit would last more then 4 years the compressor is warranty is 10 year!!!! you installer did not install it correct so the compressor would not regulate the Freon in the unit to shut it off! so it burned a good compress in less then 4 years. what is really sad is it only took you guys about an hour to respond to this complaint yet i called and called everyone in your Lexington office and you all ran me to death tell I just hired anther company to do the work and thanks to them they got my compressor warranted yet I still paid 2200 for the labor. Your company acted like your doing me a favor getting the compressor under warranty and yet your bill was for 2800 for the labor. instead of coming on here playing the incent victim card why don't your owner call me he has my number I gave it to you over 10 time and yet to hear from him.

I am once again completely satisfied with the continuing preventive maintenance program for my geothermal/gas heating and cooling system. The service department is easy to reach and the technicians always call ahead and arrive as scheduled.
Arronco is the best HVAC firm I have every dealt with, from the initial exploration of whether geo was the best choice for me, through selecting the right options, installation, set-up and instruction on operating for maximum comfort and efficiency, and now routine preventive maintenance. The system has operated flawlessly for the six years since installation.
As a technical kind of person myself, I would also commend Arronco for the selection and training of its staff. All their techs have been good, but they also have in their employ the most knowledgeable HVAC service technician I have ever met, Adam B. His advice on system adjustments is clear and simple, yet when I probe deeper, he is able to expIain in detail the reasons for it. I trust his recommendations because I can tell he knows his stuff.

We’ve been long time Arronco customers. They installed the geothermal heating/AC system in our home 12 years ago and we’ve relied on them for infrequent repair services and regular preventative inspections ever since. We’ve found them to be fair and honest and their service techs are competent and friendly. The geo furnace has save us a ton over the years. I consider Arronco to be the expert with this technology and recommend them highly.

These people will go out of their way to make sure work is done right and the customer is satisfied !
Two suggestions: First, when you explain what's up or what's wrong, don't use jargon, use what the customer uses. Telling them the framistat is wired to theTMW wrong only confuses we folk and could make some suspicious. Fortunately, I know you guys!
Second, I don't really care for them either, but PLEASE wear a mask!!! Those kept this from being 5 stars!

We have been Arronco customers for 30 years. We always purchase the yearly contract with them and today am I glad we do. We returned home from a weeks vacation to a hot stuffy house. Even though it is a Saturday afternoon, we called and left a message with the Arronco answering service. Within 15 minutes, we received a call from the technician, Shawn, who walked us through a restart of the system. When that failed to work, he was here within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. He was friendly, courteous and not the least put out that he was pulled away from his Saturday plans. Hats off to Arronco for hiring and retaining such stellar personnel! Hats off to Arronco for thirty years of stellar service!

We hired this company to replace a geothermal system. After giving them a down payment we had to remind them to order our system after 1 week of not hearing from them after we paid our down payment. Then come to find out they did not replace our geothermal system only 1 unit. They refused to work with us to solve our dissatisfaction. Only to say they would like to charge us again for an additional unit. They do not live up to their contract or standards of service promised. Extremely disappointing.

Very pleased with the service. Although it was pouring rain the service person decided to go ahead and check out the system. This was very late on Friday afternoon. He found that the motor on the heat pump was defective and a new one had to be ordered.
On Monday AM Got a call they had the motor and would install it that day. The service person installed the new part quite quickly.
I was very satisfied with Aaronco’s service and their service people. The service person on Friday went
“The extra mile” to satisfy the customer. The service person on Monday was quick and friendly.
I will call Arronco if I need future service.

We were led to Arronco after 8 years with our geothermal unit. They did not install our Water Furnace originally.
Suffice to say, my wife and I were 100% satisfied with all facets:
1. Their personnel who arranged our appointment was knowledgeable and professional.
2. The technician, Adam, was great. He was knowledgeable but not overbearing.
3. The bottom line is that they did everything we asked and pointed out multiple issues that needed to be addressed to avoid larger, more expensive problems down the road.
4. Our only regret is that Aronnco wasn't the original contractor to install our Aater Furnace.

Randy Robinson was excellent but the installation crew caused my leak and $911 repair bill. This repair should have been cheaper because of the mistake in installation.

Arronco installed the geothermal unit in my house and have been great to work with and they are always very professional. I had a few issues with the system after I moved in and they always came out came out immediately to fix them. Then when I called them because the air went out after business hours the technician told me how to fix it over the phone and said if that didn't work to call him back and he would come out and take a look. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

2 separate issues were taken care of very quickly. Geothermal tune up and repair by Ryan who was very knowledgeable was excellent. He even showed me how to save some money using the system. 2nd issue was a water heater and Sean, the resident plumber(again very knowledgeable), took the time to explain the system in and outs and also did an excellent job!
I HIGHLY recommend Arronco for any of the Services that they provide.
It is refreshing to have a service team with such experience and expertise working with me at an affordable price.

We are 100% satisfied. our service technician was Jeremy. We had another HVAC company come to our house for three years and do annual maintenance on our Geo Thermal furnace and our Mitsubishi unit and our furnace locked out twice and had to have a little water and pressure added twice a year and this cost money every time. Each time I asked them to track the leak but they never did in fact after all this time they said they don’t mess with closed loop systems. So we went looking and found Arronco and Jeremy came to our home and within minutes he said he believed he had found the small leak on the outgoing side of the flo circulator pump valve. He also installed a Geo booster unit that will always keep pressure and water steady for our peace of mind.

I woke up to chilly house this morning and called Arronco for service. I got an appointment from 1-4 pm the same day. They called 30 minutes before arriving and pulled into my driveway 4 minutes early at 1:00. The tech quickly solved the problem, two dead birds in my exhaust pipe. By 1:45 the problem was fixed and after cleaning up he was gone by 2:00. A+ service from start to finish. Thanks Arronco!

Such an incredible organization! The service technician Sean was professional, polite and extremely thorough. He took time to make sure I understood what he was doing while servicing my air handler. We had an old heat pump system that was approaching the end of its life. Since gas is now available in our neighborhood, Chris recommended a new Bryant gas furnace with central air. A couple of days later Jeremy and his guys did the install and we couldn't be happier! Thanks Arronco!

Yesterday I came home and it was getting late in the evening, and I noticed our heat wasn’t working in the house. I was panicking, and I saw an Arronco van driving down my street. A gentleman by the name of Max stopped (he was on his way home for the day by the way) and offered to take a look. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He spent about 30-45 minutes of his own time representing the company in a morale professional way. If it wasnt for him, we would have been out of heat all night. We are so thankful for Max and serving his customers so selflessly. Ill be forever grateful for Max.

Arronco has always been honest and dependable.
I called Arronco for a second opinion on a Geothermal evaporator coil replacement quote I received from another local provider that seemed high. They sent out a technician at no charge to take a look and provided a quote on site. Their quote was $800 less than the other company for the exact same work (and the other company charged me an $80 service fee to give me the quote on top of that). The technicians from Arronco were knowledgeable and nice to work with. Ultimately I hired them and within a week they replaced the coil and had my geothermal up and running properly again. I will be using them going forward for sure.
Tyler was polite and pleasant, and most importantly, knew what he was doing. He was able to replace the pump in a couple of days, and it's working fine.
My technician Shaun is fantastic! Arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and told me what I can do to prolong the life of my system. Answered all of my questions and gave me some ideas on how to fix the low area where my unit is installed.
Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly.
