I have been having multiple plumbing issues. I called Plumbing Systems and they are excellent. They actually go out of there way to fix all of my issues and were extremely kind. I will recommend to all my friends as well. Very hard to find service like this anymore!

Derek, the manager of the shop called me back before they opened. He got me scheduled right away. The technician showed up on time, two hours after I made my initial call. Ethan was finished in a timely manner getting our water heater replaced. He cleaned his work, went over the scope of what he did, and thoroughly checked to make sure work was done correctly. This was my first experience with PSI and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

PSI came and repaired a leak in both of my restrooms. It was easy to schedule an appointment, the staff was very pleasant, and the job was done in a timely manner. PSI does quality work and I would definitely recommend them. This holiday season I am giving THANKS for Plumbing Systems, Inc. I really do appreciate your great service.

We had our water heater catch fire over the weekend. Thankfully didn't do anything, but make the water heater useless. Plumbing systems Inc, were great to work with. Very friendly and fast to come and replace the water heater and even had them install a drip pain as the previous water heater did not have one. Chris and DJ were awesome and we'd recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use them if needed in the future.

Was told final check was sent, not received, called AGAIN, didn't send, supposedly sent AGAIN Wednesday, and STILL no check. 14 days according to state to receive final check, Monday, I guess we will be making some phone calls. Won't return phone calls, won't respond to messages. Sound like a trustworthy company??
Sent home early many times bc no work then given ultimatum in an emergency to stay or turn in keys. Was told if I didn't turn keys in DURING THE EMERGENCY, that money would be illegally deducted from my final check, for them to pick the truck up from my residence. All they had to do was literally wait for me to get back from the hospital, and bc I quit, I would have GLADLY taken the truck in.

Petty and ridiculous!! Still waiting for my two last, hard earned, shortened due to having no work, checks! !

Derek, Steven, and Ethan are phenomenal, these guys work quickly and the quality is fantastic. Would recommend them to everyone.

Our water heater flooded the basement on Memorial Day. The following day, We called several business listed by the BBB and were told due to Covid 19 they were short handed and could not Support.
We called PSI and got the friendly voice of Derek that said, “Yes we can”! Within hours, they were at our door.
Derek and Jason installed the new water heater, cleaned the area and left everyone smiling. Great service, price and warranty.

Plumbing Systems got sent to us through our home warranty company for a claim. I have dealt with SO MANY BAD companies that my home warranty company referred to us. Plumbing Systems was AWESOME....they contacted me within two hours of placing the claim, were out the same day, worked with the insurance company, came back the next day to fix the problem, and then came back first thing the next day to correct a small issue that remained. By far the best experience from a contractor at all, not even just in plumbing. My wife immediately said we have to use these guys for all of our plumbing going forward - I could not agree more. I wish all service providers were like them - my life would be a whole lot easier.

PSI was terrific! I had a difficult sewer replacement job. PSI was determined to do the job correctly and they did. We ran into a couple of surprises along the way. They immediately had options and solutions. All the crew was very professional and personable. They stuck with the job until it was properly completed. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Derek was great . He and his team are some of the best plumbers in Lexington, Ky. They specialize in residential and commercial plumbing in Lexington Kentucky. One call does it all.

We have used them multiple times through our home warranty company. Great service, respectful employees every time. I had a main line blockage and they came out. Jacob and Doug were awesome. They tried everything possible to save me money especially at this time of it year when money is tight and were very considerate with my questions. They were concerned about getting my house muddy and were just all around good guys. I would definitely use them again and again.

I turned in a home warranty claim and the Un-handyman Connection never showed. Aggravated, I called my home warranty company back up and they transferred my claim to Plumbing Systems, Inc. When they came out, they were very fast getting my water heater replaced. I was expecting them to inspect the problem, let my home warranty company know, and then come back later to do the actual work, but this wasn't the case! Once they inspected the situation, they contacted my home warranty company to let them know what I will need to pay for out of pocket, and they picked up the water heater and replaced it within 3 hours.

The workmen who came out were also friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definately do business with them again!

This company gets a 5 star rating! Professional...efficient and their service men were beyond kind and patient. They went above and beyond from the time I made the call...talked to secretary and then the Manager. Everyone was helpful and made sure I understood my options. Highly recommend and sincere thanks for a job well done.

If I could give PSI 10 stars I would! If you are in need of professional and TRUSTWORTHY plumbers you have found them right here! My store had a huge back up that no one could figure out. I called PSI and they were able to pin point my issue and help me get it solved all while keeping me open during the process! I am so thankful for this team and will sing their praises to everyone! Don’t hesitate just call them!!!

We called in with a burst pipe, and they came out the same night, while other places had told us it would be at least three days until they could fit us in (record low temperatures resulting in many burst pipes all over town). The price was reasonable (only a $45 emergency charge, rather than time and a half for coming after hours) and the plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience we'll call them again!

I just had a new plumber come in and charge 1/3rd of what PSI used to charge me and he got the job done right the first time. PSI is unprofessional and a rip off

Chris M did a great job! He took the time to make sure the job was done right,and was kind enough to open up my wall in a way that it would be easy for me to patch. He not only made sure the plumbing problem was fixed right and looked good when all the repairs were done. But he also took just a few extra minutes to open the wall where he had to work cleanly instead of just punching a hole in it. This made it easy for the area to be replaced and look good. He answered all my questions and did the work in a timely manner. I will be using them should I have any future plumbing problems.

This company claims to be a quality company, but I got nothing of the sort! A older guy and a younger guy shows up to see why my drain isn't draining correctly. The hardly said a few words before they got started snaking the pipe. Which is fine you know what your doing then okay. But about five minutes in I hear what sounds like a water pipe bursting. They say nothing, then the younger guy heads straight for my front door with wet shoes marches strait out to the truck where he stayed, only making the comment that he needs some old towels. My mind is racing..... So I get the order guy some and about five minutes later he come up and says Did he get the Money? Not saying anything about what he did! As they leave I go down stairs to the bathroom that has water all over the walls and ceiling. I'm so serious! They got the puddle of water up but water was all over everything. I've been cleaning it up now for 20 minutes! Do yourself a favor and never use this company! I have also called the warranty company and told the. This should never happen to anyone!

Replaced my water heater great job

PSI did a great job installing a new water heater for us at a reasonable price. They showed up when expected and was responsive. Overall very happy with the service.

My job was originally estimated as a 4 to 5 hour job. In the end it only took 2 1/2 hours. The work itself was well done, but they gave a estimate based on twice the time it actually took to complete. So, don't call these guys unless you like to overpay. They screwed me out of about 300 bucks. And left a mess as well, but they did sweep.

Had a great experience with PSI when my water heater went out. They were easy to contact, came when they said they would, and worked quickly. Special thanks to Jason for going out of his way to find a replacement part for my old tank, and to Derek who was proactive when working with my Home Warranty company to get the entire unit replaced when the new part didn't resolve the issue.

They've done excellent for me so far. I'll be sure to let you know as I think they are going to be doing a lot more!!

Have used them through our home warranty company and they have been great. Sump pump and hot water heater work. Would recommend for sure.
