Our downstairs bathroom was flooding and there was sewage backup in our shower. Daniel Webb, our technician, was genuinely nice and extremelyknowledgable and helped us out beyond what we expected. We would call him again any day and know that he would take care of us.

Exceptional service, professionalism and very honest! I called Profetick Plumbing to have my sewage ejector pump replaced because it had stopped working. Buzz was at my house within hours of calling, even though they were booked solid that day. We recently bought this house so we didn’t know how old the pump was, but he was able to look up the age and fixed it for a lot less than it would have cost to buy a new one. I will use Profetick Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!

Matt and Allen were wonderful. Allen helped us with our dryer and provided great advice for our kitchen. He called Matt, and Matt came right over and did all the work we needed. He was fantastic and did a great job. We would use them again.

This was my first time using Turbo Plumbing Pros. Hunter was on time and was very professional. He took the time to take all of the safety preparations needed to work in a person's home. Thank you Hunter. As part of their program Green Box offered a free inspection service of all of our plumbing devices We knew ahead of time we had one problem and Hunter fixed it and did not find any other issues in his inspections.

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. I've lived in Los Angeles for 11 years and my wife and I own a home in Lexington. It's an older home and over the years we've had a few problem with plumbing. For the first 8 years or so that we were out here we used a variety of plumbing contractors. I consistently changed who we used because we were dissatisfied with either pricing, workmanship, or customer service.

Fortunately we eventually found Lile Plumbing and absolutely could not be happier. They have handled every issue we've had with ultimate professionalism. Their customer service exceeds any that we've experienced with any other contractor(not just plumbers)we've ever used at our home. They are always easy to reach and make a point to handle everything promptly. They also have a really cool service partner program that gives discounts and has made us feel like we have someone looking out for our interest.

The reason I'm singing their praises specifically is because today is Saturday, and when our new tenants had a small problem that I was certain most companies would have waited until Saturday to even call me back about, I was able to reach a live person and they went out and handled it within an hour. I really couldn't believe it and I had to share what I think of this company.

This man was rude and was only interested in how much money he was going to make. He might be good at drain cleaning and clogs but don’t ask about about water heaters. He also advertises as being in Nicholasville but states he is in Lexington and wouldn’t drive to Garrard County and only services Nichlosville on occasion.

Our a/c blower motor went out last week...after gathering 3 quotes, not ONLY did Arronco come in WAY more affordable than the others ...the part arrived the NEXT DAY and Joyce called me at 8:30 AM to schedule service by 10! We felt like we were suffocating in the heat and humidity of our own home, and Arronco has our house cool again in less than 24 hours.

Today, after an absolute disaster created by DAUENHAUER PLUMBING, I met Master Plumber (of 68 years via family plumbing expertise) Mr. David Wiseman.

Serious, dedicated and so polite. Fixed the messes the young buck from Dauenhauer left us to cope with for five days! Then replaced the Faucet we asked DH to deal with. All this done at a cost at least half if not more the cost the inexperienced company folks at Dauenhauer were going to charge.
