I had a great experience with Tim. Called him early in the morning and he dropped by a couple hours later and had my water heater running again in no time. Reasonable pricing and great service. I was at work one day when my wife called and said the hot water heater was leaking. Tim was there the very next day. Installed our new hot water heater in about an hour. He was the cheapest I found in the area. Will definitely use Tim again!

This man was rude and was only interested in how much money he was going to make. He might be good at drain cleaning and clogs but don’t ask about about water heaters. He also advertises as being in Nicholasville but states he is in Lexington and wouldn’t drive to Garrard County and only services Nichlosville on occasion.

Tim and his team responded quickly to a drainage issue that could've caused a lot of damage. He built me a clean out to save me lots of money in the future. His prices were more than fair for the work he did to keep me from sewage disaster.

Tim came to fix my tub. The plunger was jammed and I feared that he would have to cut a hole in the laundry room ceiling to get to the plunger mechanism from the bottom of the tub. To my delight he was able to repair the mechanism without having to cut an access hole in the ceiling below the tub. He did a terrific job. I am much obliged, and would highly recommend his service to anyone who needs a highly skilled plumber.
