Great experience. My hot water heater died last night. Thoroughbred plumbing came out and confirmed the problem. Within just a few hours, they had taken out the old and replaced it with a new one. They were friendly and professional. Job well done!

I called Thoroughbred Plumbing with a backed up septic line about 6 o'clock in the evening and they were out within the hour. Austin was the gentleman they sent and he was incredibly professional. From the moment he showed up he was responsive to our concerns and helped calm our stress immediately. Once he unstopped our drain line to the septic he took the time to go through the house to insure there were no other blockages. I would normally not right a review but, this company went above and beyond to make sure our issue was completely resolved. I will recommend them to anyone that wants a job done right by a company with integrity.

Great Service & Responsiveness! They came out the same day to inspect a gas hot water heater that stopped working. I was told by another company I needed to replace it without knowing the root cause of why it stopped working. However, Thoroughbred Plumbing found the root cause and fixed it within 15 minutes saving me over $2,000 quoted by the other company for full replacement. I really appreciate their honesty and the serviceman's (Ben) professionalism. They have earned themselves a new customer! Would 100% recommend.
