I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out a technician right away to clean up our water damage. It took a little bit of time to get a plumber out here but when we did they were fantastic and extremely apologetic and explained the situation. We were extremely satisfied with the clean up technician, John, and with the plumbers, Andrew and Joshua. Andrew provided excellent customer service and diligence to fix our problem.

Excellent work. Were able to get us scheduled and work completed in a timely manner. Moved plumbing for new sink location and ran hook up for gas range. Very efficient, completed and checked out required work as quoted. I highly recommend PROfetick Plumbing.

The pricing was definitely high. No pricing for this service is definitely, the highest of all the plumbing companies I called. But I chose this company because their response was so immediate and that was very helpful to me.

Sadly this company has went downhill. I used LexRooter two years ago at this same rental property for this same issue and the price was fair and they got the clog fixed quickly. The technician was a professional and I couldn't be happier. This time after 4 trips out it to fix the same issue it was still not fixed so I had to pay a real plumber to come out and clear the clog. They kept admitting that the guys they were sending out didn't have much experience so they would need to send out one of their more experienced technicians. Numerous times they kept breaking their promise that they would have the technician call me to discuss what was needed. They told me one price over the phone and then when I get my credit card receipt I was charged much more, several times. Completely unprofessional and everything they fixed had to be redone. Expensive lesson learned after giving them multiple chances to make it right.

I called Cecil's and said my 25+ yr old HVAC was out and my wife was nine months pregnant, in the heat of August. They replaced both of my residential units, one in a crawlspace, in one day. Incredibly professional and conscientious crew. They showed up at 6am with two trucks and five guys. One came back the next day for free to make an adjustment. Could not recommend more.

This is our first year with an HVAC Service Contract with Lovell Plumbing and heating - and they are the best we've ever used! We've had service contracts in the past but the tech would basically just change the filters and leave. NOT Lovell! Brent actually worked on both of our units - inside he change the filters and cleaned them then checked both outside compressors. He used his gauges to verify pressure and freon levels and started up both units to assure that they were in good working order. He explained everything to me, and was not only on time, but also courteous as well. I highly recommend this company - Jeff and Brent are amazing to work with!

Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We hired them to replace sewer line. Was told it would take a day and a half and took 8 days and project still isn't complete. We are left with basement concrete floor in shambles and other work undone because once the sewer pipe was actually connected we were done with this company. We will hire someone else to finish the work. Left several messages for owner to contact us only to be ignored. Crew never showed up when they were supposed to, always hours late if and when they did show up. Very stressful experience.

Our a/c blower motor went out last week...after gathering 3 quotes, not ONLY did Arronco come in WAY more affordable than the others ...the part arrived the NEXT DAY and Joyce called me at 8:30 AM to schedule service by 10! We felt like we were suffocating in the heat and humidity of our own home, and Arronco has our house cool again in less than 24 hours.
