We paid Lex Rooter to clean out a sewage line He came while it was raining and complained he couldn’t do it several times and wanted to leave After snaking a while longer he declared it fixed. The problem never resolved. We called them back. He declared it a sink problem even though we had cleaned and replaced the S trap and garbage disposal. After demanding another 150 dollars he cleared it in less than 10 minutes. To say we were taken advantage of is an understatement. Next time we will call someone else! Very disappointed in the service. Get their service in writing! As my Dad use to say don’t pee in my ear and tell me it’s raining. Terrible lex rooter Terrible!!

We called Lex-Rooter because our washer was backing up. Tony arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and explained everything throughout the process. It turns out there are tree roots growing into our main drain which he was able to clean out. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely call Lex-Rooter again!

They gave me a price quote over the phone and stuck with it even though a second employee had to come and help finish the job. I'd use them again.

My son lives in Corinth, KY, he called me at 8:00 am on a Friday morning, telling me had septic issues. He couldn't get a company thru his home warranty to come look at it. I went to Google and Lex-Rooter Sewer came up and I called and spoke to Tanya, and I explained the situation and that I lived in Georgia and my son was needing his septic tank checked, she gave me upfront pricing and said they could get him on the schedule that day between 11:00 am -3:00 pm. By 1:00 pm that day my son's lines were cleared. Exceptional service and I am so glad that I located this company.

Alex and Christian arrived promptly after call they were arriving. They waited for me to drive six min from work to my home. These gentlemen were complete professionals and discussed with me the steps involved in clearing out the sewer line of a home built in 1924. All pricing was quoted up front. This clearing procedure took well over two hours. Alex even explained some tips to implement to help keep the line open. Lex Rooter charged 1/4 the quoted price another well known vendor quoted to do the same job ( clearing the obstruction in the line via removing the toilet on the first floor to clear the line) The claw on the snake they used cleared the line. Lex Rooter will be my only choice in the future based on the response of Alex and Christian and the fact Lex Rooter is a local family owned business.

Called LexRooter on Saturday afternoon. We had a technician at our house within 1-2 hrs. Checked the issues, gave us a quote, got the job done . We were able to avoid having to stay away from home due to the water issues. Grateful for service even on the weekend. Worth the extra cost.

I called Lex-Rooter at 8:00 AM to ask for help with my badly clogged drain and by 11:00 that morning they were at my front door and ready to work! Both of my toilets were clogged and sewage had backed up into my shower. It was an awful mess, but they cleared it all out and ran the rooter all the way out to the street from my house. The two men were very polite and friendly, but most important of all, they knew how to take care of my problem and took care of it in about an hour and a half. An additional surprise was the bill!! Although they told me what it was going to be upfront, it was a little less and very reasonable. I am a very happy customer!!

I had a wonderful experience with this company this afternoon. I called at 12:30pm, the technician was there by 3:30pm. His name was Bill. He was amazing, told me exactly what the problem was, and performed the service to fix it. He also gave me tips on what not to do in the future. Hannah is the person who answered the phone to make the appointment, and she was very helpful and friendly too. Definitely recommend!

I've used their service a couple times. They are prompt and fair with their work assessments. I don't like their flat rate pricing, as I think paying for time and materials would be more fair to both of us. Regardless, I am satisfied with the work they did.

Scheduling our service was simple, made the call and had Ronnie on site within 2 hours. At first glance, it looked like we were going to have to take a commode off to scope but on second look, he discovered another cleanout access point and was able to offer a professional review of our sewer line. We were able to get a marking of the line, which LexServ did not offer us, and safely avoid damage to the line during construction. Very happy with the visit, the value, and the technician.

I needed help in a pinch and they arrived earlier than expected and worked through a difficult situation. The 2 technicians were knowledgeable. Although a bit messy, they cleaned up afterwards (unexpected). It was a bit pricey but for the situation at hand and the quick response it was a fair deal. I'd recommend them should you have a need in a pinch.

I have called them for camera my sewer on one of my property they located the problem underground war start and where and for me to work on it right on point also I have called them for another location to unclog sewer they used big machine to open it but I had to call them back again a week later and they brought a bigger machine and a bigger cable with no more charges for the people who say they’re expensive I don’t not think so I think they have a fair price for a good job they do I would recommend them to any landlord or business owner or homeowner

Knowledgeable septic tank service.

Would have given 0 stars but the technicians were nice and did do the job. The quote I was given to clear the line and pump the septic was a joke. I was told due to the holiday weekend, it would cost double. Okay...understandable. The bill however was the quote plus an additional 44%. Wow. Neither the owner nor the office manager will call me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Came to my home the same morning that I called and was able to clean my outside drain. A plumbing company had failed to get it cleared the prior day and thought I would need to have the drain dug up and replaced. I am very pleased with the service from Lex-Rooter.

We had a bad situation at our rental properties over the weekend water had to be cut off of a couple days and it was very stressful. Ronnie was great and answered all of my questions. He made sure from start to finish that the job was handled and that we were happy. I highly recommend this company.

We had water coming up from a floor drain. Glad it was just water, bur still. They came in about an hour and fixed the problem. Highly rexommend them.

They went above and beyond. Had a bad stoppage, pipe was broke outside of house, they cleaned out stoppage and located break in pipe for me and marked it, so instead of me having to dig up my whole yard to find it. Saved me time and money, very professional

Lex Rooter finished a job for me that another plumber didn't. They were quick, very nice and personable. I dropped a star because of price; they charged me a higher of two possible fees, even though the toilet had already been removed and it only took about 10 minutes to clear the drain.

Have used their services multiple times over the past 5 years. They have always been responsive, helpful, and reasonably priced...until this year. They have raised their prices 58% over last year. 15 minutes of work cost me $410.

When we had drain issues at one of our properties over the weekend, I mistakenly assumed that Lex-Rooter was unavailable, and called a prominent local plumbing company instead. Those nice people spent three days and hundreds of dollars of our money, failed to solve the problem, and recommended a $4000 excavation. We called Lex-Rooter and in ninety minutes they unclogged the drain for a very reasonable charge, saving us thousands of dollars. Listen-- Lex-Rooter are specialists in drains, with experience and equipment other companies don't have. And they work on weekends. If you have a clogged drain, make them your first call. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks!

Had really good experience the first time I used Lex-Rooter, so recommended to my neighbor who was having a clogged sink issue.

This experience was not the same. Asked that they call me prior to coming so I could be present to hear what was wrong and also because she was home alone. They did not call! Unacceptable!!

Tech was on site less than 5 minutes and I had to call to get an explanation since she really didn't understand, which was the whole point in the request, not to mention her safety!! He evidently told her he can't do anything and she needs a plumber, then turned and left.

The lady answering the phone was not the same as the one I made the appointment with and it was painfully obvious there was a lack of communication. Macy, like the store as she said introducing herself, could have cared less when I asked why someone didn't call prior to coming? Was this their policy, just show up anytime in that 4- hour window without calling to let anyone know you're coming? 110% no she said but not even an apology, more like trying to justify their action justify their action and miscommunication. Oh well, I guess it's 50/50 now and after that correspondence, doubtful I will want to talk with Macy, like the store ever again so won't be calling that number. What a shame too, the guys that I used for having lines examined with a camera were really good and thorough. Just don't know if I could get past those in the office who seem not to care or communicate.

Called and made an appt. Lady who helped gave me a 9-1pm window. 1pm comes and nothing. So I call. Anna answers and says I am next, no apology for lack of communication and not friendly. 3pm comes. Nothing. I call to cancel appt. at this point I'd rather have a broken disposal then give them money. Anna answers again. Cancels appt. does not ask why, does not care. Says ok, bye. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

This place is top notch! They cleaned my septic tank.. very reasonable pricing

After having my main drain back up I called a plumbing company who proceeded to camera my sewer line and tell me that my cast iron drain line was all cracked and needed to be jack hammered out and replaced. The obscenely large price they gave me necessitated me getting a second opinion. Lex-Rooter was referred to me by a plumber and I called them to set up an appointment.

Lex-Rooter cabled my sewer line, video documented everything, and located the line and depth from my house to the street. They did an amazing job. Turns out the lines weren't cracked, the rust from the cast iron formed into blocks that looked like cracks. They saved me $12,000 and now I know more about my house! Great job and I'll always recommend them

Taylor arrived on time and helped us with an outdoor drainage. Since the drainage is made of rubber so he told me in advance what problems might be. Since the rubber got damaged by tree roots, it needs further repair or redirect. He didn't charge me anything even though he spent an hour on the job. Will definitely recommend the company!

Contacted Lex-rooter upon referral of our trusted plumber and they did not disappoint. We were pleased with the service provided and their ability to resolve the issue in a short amount of time. Highly recommend.

Sadly this company has went downhill. I used LexRooter two years ago at this same rental property for this same issue and the price was fair and they got the clog fixed quickly. The technician was a professional and I couldn't be happier. This time after 4 trips out it to fix the same issue it was still not fixed so I had to pay a real plumber to come out and clear the clog. They kept admitting that the guys they were sending out didn't have much experience so they would need to send out one of their more experienced technicians. Numerous times they kept breaking their promise that they would have the technician call me to discuss what was needed. They told me one price over the phone and then when I get my credit card receipt I was charged much more, several times. Completely unprofessional and everything they fixed had to be redone. Expensive lesson learned after giving them multiple chances to make it right.
