I initially had an unsatisfactory experience with one of the technicians that came to my home. Thankfully they have a general manager that cares about his business and customers. Kevin Pearl promptly addressed my concerns with the technician and overall experience. He was very professional and followed thru with actionable steps to correct my concerns and retain my business. This is what customer service should be in all businesses.

Donny is the best. Does the job correctly the first time.

I contacted Cecil's Heat & Air for a second opinion regarding a issue with my heat pump.Note: The heat pump was making a hissing noise during the high heat this fall. My heat pump was previously inspected by a well known company in Lexington that you see commercials on the television which quoted me a $2500.00 estimate to repair my heat pump. Cecil's service employee came to my home and inspected my heat pump.He diagnosed my heat pump to be working correctly and felt the previous heating and air company may have not diagnosed my heat pump correctly. Thank you Cecil's for saving me well over $2000.00.

Knowledgeable technicians, A1 management and customer service representatives. Their pricing is also very fair, especially when compared to industry averages in their market. Their drug free - felony free advertising is also legitimate, yes I ran a background check on a technician just to see if they were really standing behind that promise. I know for a fact they terminated one of their top technicians who had fantastic technical skills and amazing customer service skills, due to an incident that Tech was involved in that resulted in him being charged. They have a zero tolerance for that kind of behavior, and everyone who has serviced my Equiptment there has been on time, clean cut, and obviously drug free because let's be honest....It's not hard to spot Frank the Crank head coming from a mile away. So glad that my wife and myself chose to go with this company for our add on. Kevin came over and laid down all the details and gave us the process. Kyle, our project manager really went above and beyond to make sure that all lines of communication was open, made sure we knew what was being done and what day it was being done, and lastly made sure everything was done correctly. Kyle also worked with our roofers as we were getting a new roof at the same time and made it seamless with getting the frame done and the roof done at the same time. He was also very personable and did not just make this “another job”, he made it very easy to talk to and talked to us as if we’ve know each other for a while. The customer service with this company is A1, the work is A1, and the overall product is A1, to the point that we have recommended this company to my in laws for their garage, and to others looking for add ons.
