Best Water Heating Problem in Kansas City MO

New Review.Called the day a Burning Smell coming from ducts when Recirculation Fan was running. Victor arrived within 2 hours. Fan motor was bad. Likely bearing going bad. New motor ordered. Mark and Victor came out next day with new motor. Replaced motor and did a COMPLETE Check of the A/C System. Mark and Victor were Very Informative during their time here. They answered all my questions easily. Thank You Mark and Victor.Minus the couple of hiccups at the beginning, our system has been good. Our first tech we had moved on and after a couple in between, we have Donnie now. AWESOME Tech. If you do need Service/Tune-up, ask for Donnie. I feel he is worth the wait.

I want to give a 12 star review for my installers Tom & Jacob, as well as salesman Corky!!These guys all went above & beyond, getting me heat after my 40 year old furnace up & died.After the technician Tito had come & pronounced the old one too unsafe to repair, I was able to get financing with Mary at Mission's offices by phone, & the guys were here next AM.Corky also brought me a pair of their space heaters to keep myself & Benji the dog warm overnight. Pat was professional and straight forward. Unfortunately, the pricing was still a bit high for what we were willing to pay for hydro jetting cleaning.

Jake went above and beyond to locate a secondary and then a tertiary problem we had that were unrelated to the initial call but actually complicating it all. He could’ve just done the basics and in a few days these other problems would’ve shown up. I’m very thankful that he took the time to be thorough.

We used to LOVE Rainbow Plumbing--but be warned. They've been bought out by a large company and their prices have almost tripled. Which is totally fine--except they don't warn you of that before they arrive. So if you're expecting to pay $89 for a service you had last year (as we did), they'll now charge $250. I wish I was making this up. The service guys are always great, they got the job done, but someone should have warned us before they arrived that their rates had increased substantially. (Hey, I see we performed this service for you last year...I just want to let you know that our rates have increased since that time...Would you still like to pay the service charge to have us come give you a quote for the work?)

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
