Chase was great. He explained what he was going to do and why. He was very responsive to my needs and got the job done the same day. He had to work to
change the work that was done 10 years ago when I had a home warranty service replace the water heater. I found out thru Chase that it was installed incorrectly then and the reasons why. If I could go back and take that company to court, I would do so considering the safety issues that Chase pointed out to me. I am so thankful that I had someone like Chase to work with. I had to keep calling them to see when they were coming out to do the repairs. Shouldn't have to do that.

I had a break under concrete floor in the basement--kitchen drain line. It had been broken probably quite awhile and slowly got worse. I actually called 2 other plumbing companies that are always advertising on the radio and both acted like they didn't want the job , therefore gave me very high bids. I had Terry come out from your company and was so very helpful and explained everything that was going to be involved...digging an area of the concrete floor up and repairing the line. He also re-did all the line from the floor all the way up to the kitchen sink/dishwasher. Terry & his helper worked hard and had it done in half a day. Everything looked and works great. I would highly recommend this company. Will always call this company for any other problems or advise. Thank You!

Service was quite fast. Was slotted in for service on pretty expeditious (not emergency) basis.. Very transparent on costs and time needed. Identified some preventive issues to be addressed.

Our 20 year old AC stopped working on a near 100 degree Saturday. We called for Mission to come and look at our AC. It would be Monday afternoon before they came out. We went to a hotel for several days. Our AC had the old banned unavailable Freon and could not be fixed. Tuesday afternoon the Mission salesman came and we decided to replace the furnace and air conditioner. Lennox was rated better by Consumer Reports. Our sales man said Lennox was quieter than others. This was something I wanted. We have a passive solor super insulated house 1200 sq. ft. built in 1984. It started out with a very small heating and air system and 1 burner furnace. The duct work was very small because it didn't take much to heat and air condition it. Our next furnace had 2 burners and a 1 and a half ton air conditioner. This time there was a supply problem getting a proper unit and it was very expensive. I would have normally gotten several bids but we didn't have time. It was very hot and we were staying in hotels. Wednesday, Mission came out and replaced everything. They replaced the furnace, air conditioner, thermostat and outside electric disconnect. We are glad they got it all done and cleaned up in one afternoon. It's all working now. The air conitioner is 2 tons. The fan runs at speeds that don't overwhelm the small air ducts. I'm afraid the HVAC may be too big for the house and it was very expensive. But we had to get it done.

When the technician came out, he showed different plans we could pick from, we picked the one with the 18 month guarantee. When the second guy came out, I think his name was Pat, he went in our basement and used the camera to see how far the drain was backed up. Then after they already took our money, Pat said he would only come one time time if we had any more trouble in 18 months. We feel like they took advantage of us, $955.00 does not grow on trees. Last year we spent $2, 800 to them the same place in our basement the last of November. We feel they are very dishonest, why did it say on the first deal on their tablet they showed us a 18 months guarantee and then they say we need a whole new sewer so they will only come back one time without a charge. Is their word no good? How could anyone trust them to do a honest job?
