Joe came out and determined our pressure problem quickly and even took it upon himself to call our warranty provider to make sure the part was covered under warranty before installing! He was very polite and fixed the issue quickly and made sure I knew exactly what work was done. This new homeowner appreciates an awesome experience with a plumber after all the horror stories you hear!

Absolute Plumbing Plus was the plumber chosen by my home warranty company and they couldn't have been more accommodating and nice! I had a couple other minor plumbing questions/issues that he did not come out for and they took care of it at no charge. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Fixed a leaking shut off valve for the toilet. Work done under my home warranty plan. Showed up on time and fixed issue immediately.

Absolutely horrible experience. Justin came out to fix a clog in our system. He seemed to be in a hurry, although nice enough, it just felt like he couldn’t wait to get out of here. After he left the bathroom sink drain was still clogged and he tried to blame that on a separate issue even though when you look down the drain, you can see the clog. Upon calling him back, he got extremely rude and clearly agitated and told me to find another plumber and hung up on me. He now will not answer my calls!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I would give him negative stars if I could for doing an incomplete job, being rude and extremely unprofessional and still taking our money!!!!

My experience has been just like all the others' between yelp and google. Justin from Absolute was assigned to me by my warranty company; first two years ago to replace a garbage disposal then again this week for the hot water heater.

With the first job, the electrician working on the wiring called and told me he was concerned about the plumber's work not being safe or accurate. When I called Absolute, he wouldn't return my phone call and told AHS it was the electrician's fault and refused to go back out to the house and double check his work. I ended up having to hire a reputable company to come out, and they confirmed what the electrician had- a shotty job.

Second experience, the warranty company unfortunately sent Justin from Absolute out to fix a leak with the water heater. The tenant told me he was in a hurry and blamed his inability to fix the issue on a tight space and poor work from another professional. Told her to keep an eye on the leak. When I spoke to him, he said the water heater was illegally installed, nothing was covered under warranty, and there was nothing he could do.

I got a call from the tenant that evening who told me the leak had become much worse since he replaced a pipe. When I called Justin and asked for him to come back out, he immediately got defensive and told me he had already told my warranty company the home systems were illegal and couldn't legally work on them. He then hung up on me. I'm not sure how a person like that sleeps at night.

Justin was very professional and efficient. He completed a bunch of small repairs from our honey-do list in one visit. Even followed up couple days later to make sure everything was good. I'd highly recommend this business for all the plumbing related stuff. Pricing was very reasonable. We'll definitely be calling him for any future needs.

I had a plumbing emergency and contacted this plumbing company for help. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and quickly resolved the issue. Their rates were reasonable, and their customer service was top-notch.

Horrible customer service. I dealt with a technician named Justin who also answers the daily office calls. Completely rude and unprofessional almost like a scary movie. Pick someone else because this company doesn't fix anything!

I was assigned APP through my Home Warranty. The garbage disposal and the pipes underneath the kitchen sink were leaking. They were fast, professional, and walked me through their process from start to finish. They further explained how the warranty works- what was covered and what wasn't and even gave me some plumbing tips for a first time home owner. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend!

Got the chance to work with Plummer Matthew and he diagnosed the problem really quick with the leaking in your basement which was a very bad leaking kitchen sink, Matthew replaced the sink and bam!! No more leaking in our basement. We use our home warranty company and they called us the same day and we’re out at our house in about 48 hours. I would highly recommend this company and would enjoy working with them again if an problem arises again in the future.

Justin is who we request for any plumbing issues. Great service, is always prompt, and gets things fixed.

I’ve used this company, Justin in particular quite a few times. He’s my go-to plumber due to his affordable prices and good service. Every time he has been very cordial, professional, and willing to explain what’s going on. I probably won’t be using anyone else.

Do not use this company! If you are referred to them through your home warranty, do yourself a favor and insist on someone else. Not only did Absolute Plumbing fail to fix either of the leaks in our home. The technician damaged our new tile floor and vanity and left parts to the toilet strewn across the bathroom floor. I don't usually take the time to leave negative online reviews, but, in this case, it was earned. Very unhappy with the service Absolute Plumbing provided.

Despite Justin's best efforts today to provide me with value and time, I'm unfortunately awarding Absolute Plumbing with one star.

This company was contracted through my home warranty company (a trend I saw in many bad reviews). I received no phone call the day I placed the claim to confirm an appointment. When I called, I got a voicemail and no response. It took a call from my home warranty company to get a response from Justin, who falsely claimed he had tried to call me. That much I was willing to look passed.

It took a couple days for them to send someone to service the leak in my faucet. Matthew came out and did not wear is mask over his nose while on my property. He claimed the faucet needed a new cartridge, and ran to the store to get one. He came back and claimed they did not carry my cartridge and it would be a week or more before they could get the part in to fix my leak.

This of course while my faucet is a literal waterfall wasting gallons upon gallons of water. I called my home warranty company and asked if they could expedite the process or find another contractor. Justin was able to expedite the order, but was not able to arrive until Tuesday, several days after their initial visit.

Over the weekend I had my friend check the Plumber's work. He said both front and back cartridges in my faucet were bad. The front piece was super common and we could get from the hardware store, the back piece however was a little less common. So I assumed it was the back piece that they needed to order in.

Upon arriving Tuesday, Justin was extremely friendly, and thoughtful about his candor. However, after accessing the faucet, he determined that the piece they brought in was infact the common one that every hardware store in town had in stock, and he did not order the less common back piece. He left for about an hour and ran to the store, only to arrive back with the uncommon piece in hand and fixed my faucet.

I'm pleased with the end result of a fixed faucet, however the fact that he was able to just run to the store and get what he needed boggles my mind. How come they couldn't do that several days ago? Why did they need to order an extremely common cartridge that every hardware store in town has? It just strikes me as somewhat of a rookie mistake and now I've wasted gallons of water that will cost me a small fortune.

Next time I work with Absolute, I will request Justin and only Justin, as it appears he may be the only one who knows what he's doing. I will only work with absolute until my home warranty runs out, and then I will definitely be seeking a new plumber if I don't see improvement. Hoping I won't need another plumber any time soon.

Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had with any contractor. They did not end up doing the work they came to our house to complete. And their employee threatened us when we indicated we were ok with them not doing the work as we were not comfortable with his responses to our questions. Truly the most bizarre & scary encounter I've experienced when dealing with a service person.

Should have read the reviews of this company BEFORE I let them in my house. Like so many others who have commented here, Justin just couldn't seem to get out of my house fast enough. He had ZERO interest in actually fixing any of the problems I had. His demeanor was borderline rude and definitely dismissive.

Horrible service! They were sent by my home warranty company to unstop my main drain. Not only did they not unstop my drain he went as far as to tell me it backed up from grease. Had to have another company come out and it was roots not grease. To top it off they wouldn't even return my call when I called to complain. This is why ppl choose not to support local companies because this is the service you get. Ridiculous!

After 2 days and 4 hours of trying to fix the leaking toilet myself, an emergency phone consultation with Justin fixed it. My dad would have been proud of me! Thank you Justin!

I have had work done by this company numerous times and they have gone above and beyond. I'm disgusted by some of the reviews left here. I used to have a home warranty and many just don't understand that top of the line products aren't covered under your small monthly fee. The service person would have to pay out of pocket for any extras. I work in customer service and the hateful complaining customers are usually just unhappy self centered human beings. Constructive criticism ok,but this character assassination is too much . I wonder if these things would be said if this weren't so anonymous. These sites are just awful. Go attack the big faceless corporation's but give these hard working small business owners a break. They work long hours. I've met both Justin and Joe and they have always been kind and courteous and fixed the problem right. This is a family owned and operated business and the guys work their tails off. Keep up the good work Absolute. And in the immortal words of Elvis....walk a mile in my shoes'

Don't waste your time with this plumbing company. They will find some liability purpose to not help you. In my case, the individual that came to my house would not wait around for me to find the cleanout behind drywall (which I found 2 minutes after he left). Additionally, they refused to pull a toilet stating they can't for liability purposes...which if your a plumbing company this is your job. I will never recommend this company as a real-estate professional and home owner. They still charged me too!! Beware!

We've been assigned Justin and Absolute Plumbing Plus 3 times through our home warranty service, and he has provided us fantastic service every time. He's been able to get us scheduled within a day or two for each service call, is always on time and communicative, and has easily fixed each problem with little to no hassle. This last time he had to order a part but got it in quickly, and came back the next business day just like he said he would. He also thoroughly explains the issues that need fixed and the work he's doing to help us (hopefully) not have the same problems in the future. Would highly, highly recommend!

Justin came out to my house and promptly replaced the garbage disposal, kitchen sink sprayer and the leak that had been going on in my sink for almost a year despite many previous attempts to fix it. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Horrible experience. They charge way too much. Also they usually can't fix the problem the same day. So if your ceiling is leaking water, or sewage is backed up or anything important, don't call them because they will make you wait for DAYS to come out and fix it. Call another plumber, ANY OTHER plumber.

Justin was prompt at calling us to set up our appointment, his company was assigned to us by our home warranty. He arrived in the time window he gave us. He was respectful and kind to interact with. He shared his knowledge in a professional way. We are grateful for his hard work.

Of soil there was soil movement...as it crept into my severely corroded pipe. Thanks, Justin, for giving my warranty company an excuse to leave me high and dry.

I was assigned this company through my home warranty. Justin was very prompt in returning my call (on a weekend!) and was able to come by quickly to resolve the issue before the end of the weekend. When fixing the issue, he was very knowledgeable and helped educate me on what he was doing and recommendations for the future. I’m so grateful that he came by earlier than originally anticipated and was able to get things situated for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for knowledgeable, respectful, prompt plumbing services.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. He came in assessed the issues and explained what work would need to be done. Once he got started he was kind enough to answer my additional questions with respect and courtesy. I would definitely have them come in and work on any future issues.

Doesn't deserve a single star. My property had some minor issues that needed some servicing: leaky faucet, toilet that was running, and a leak around the garbage disposal. After charging me $75, Justin showed up at my rental, took a look around, and told my tenant that he couldn't fix anything. I had to be at work so I couldn't be there. I had texted him and additionally asked my tenant to ask him to call me at work to explain why the problems can/cannot be fixed. After getting no response from him, I left 2 text messages and a voice message, all unanswered. Highly recommend not using this company.

I recently had to have my shut off valves serviced (10 of them). The technician arrived early, polite and explained what was wrong. He worked diligently for over an hour. I would recommend them to others and call for any other servicing that may come up.

Justin was quick to respond and schedule the appointment. Arrived on time, was very courteous and competent, I will recommend Justin for any plumbing needs.

Absolute Plumbing is horrible. Do NOT use them. They will charge you for just looking at the problem and accessing it. Don't believe the FREE estimate statement on their website. I had a plumber come into my home and look at the problem for 10 minutes and he said he didn't have time or the materials to fix the issue that day AND he charged me $75!! Our water was turned off so we needed it fixed PRONTO. They could not do it. Go with another plumber like Anthony or Roger. Believe me, stay away from this place. Also, as a side note the customer service is the worst I have experienced. Don't even try calling to suggest an improvement or explain that you got charged for an estimate.
