Travis was prompt and gave an estimate before he started. He did a great job on our bathroom sinks. He left the area clean. He was pleasant and friendly.

Called plumbing pro because of a leak under my kitchen sink. They came promptly the same day. Scott replaced the garbage disposal and did a terrific job. The whole team was very professional

Got mostly everything I needed done but wasn’t very confident in doing everything I requested.

Danny from The Plumbing Pro came to give us a free estimate on installing a new dishwasher and replacing the valve on our hot water line in the kitchen. Our dishwasher hadn’t been getting enough water and our hot water pressure on the sink had decreased by half. We ended up getting free installation of our dishwasher when we bought it through Best Buy. Danny did replace the hot water valve and it is prefect now! He was prompt (both times he came out), professional and got it replaced quickly. I definitely will add their number to my contacts and call again with future problems that arise.

I switched to these guys recently and i have to say, this dude was the most fresh, clean cut, knowledgeable plumber i have ever had in my house. He was like turning on a scentsy in the kitchen and my garbage diposer worked again when he left. Thx guys im keeping this card!

I had really bad water pressure at my kitchen sink. I called first thing in the morning and Danny showed up about 40 minutes later. Before doing anything, he explained what he was going to do and my options. He fixed the problem quickly. This is the second time Danny has helped me quickly with an issue at my house - would highly recommend!

It’s hard to find quality contractors, but The Plumbing Pro is one. They got me a quote tight away, showed up on time for the job and were very reasonable. They will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Danny was GREAT! He showed up about 20 minutes after we call and he took care of our issues. He replaced the shut off valve on our water heater and installed a 1/4 turn valve going to our humidifier. We've gotten tired of having to replace the saddle valve almost every year, so solved the problem with the 1/4 turn valve. Now we won't have that issue anymore. Would highly recommend Danny and the Plumbing Pro!

I've never had service like this! I was skeptical when I saw such amazing reviews because no company I've ever used is THAT good. I've been waiting for a guy from another company who was a no show no call AGAIN. I called this place and they were at my home in less than 20 minutes! It ended up being a bigger job than planned, but they walked is through it and promised to get us taken care of. They lived up to the hype! It's fixed quickly. They quoted us a range of process and when it was time for the bill, it cost the low end of their estimate. Most companies would automatically go with the highest price. We highly recommend this company!

Allen was on time, told me exactly what he needed to do and the total cost, got the necessary parts and completed the install with no issues. Even unclogged a floor drain that I had no idea was clogged. Draining the old water heater made the clog quite apparent. Nice clean installation, hot water again!

We were impressed with the Plumbing Pro! Danny was our primary plumber and he was friendly and reliable. We had kind of a big job that several other plumbers didn't want to mess with. We had a home addition including a new basement bathroom that required tapping into our sewer main line. The Plumbing Pro did that, did rough in fixtures for a full basement bath, added plumbing for a main level laundry, and added a gas line for a new gas fireplace. They were super friendly and easy to schedule. They passed inspection with our very picky city inspectors. We'd definitely use them again or recommend them.

I have had Scott at my home twice in the last couple months. The work was great, everything was cleaned, and he was so professional. Each issue was fixed. He was on time and the person in the office was easy to deal with. Good experience both times. I have an old house and will be using them again for sure.

They were able to reschedule my service on the day it was scheduled because my son had an unexpected medical procedure. NEW Update: August 2018. Danny from the Plumbing Pro installed two new toilets in my home today, and I am thrilled. He gave me an estimate yesterday and explained the process. I was shocked when he said he could be here this morning to install. QUICK - ACCURATE - FAIR...I trust Plumbing Pro 100% and HIGHLY recommend!

I highly recommend the plumbers at Plumbing Pro for their work. I have used them for years and have always been satisfied with the results. Staff are very courteous. Most recently Terry came out to clean out the main drains going from my house to the main sewer lines in the street. He did an excellent job, made numerous recommendations to improve the problems with roots and sludge in the lines. He treated me with respect and will be coming out next month do do follow up work on another issue with boiler drains that need to be replaced.

So glad we called The Plumbing Pro! Travis is a total ROCK STAR & was extremely thorough/educational in his description of our issue with our sewer line. He gave great detail about what was going on & the steps we need to take to rectify the problem. We will not use anyone else! Travis made us much less anxious about a sewage problem in our home & we are much more comfortable with the fix knowing he will be doing the work!

I called regarding my sump pump not working and got an appointment the same day. Danny replaced the one I had ,which was old and not working very well. Danny was very professional .

Call out was $128. Our disposal was not working and he fixed with with an wrench in about 20 seconds. Still, it was fixed and I did not have to purchase a new disposal. But $128 seems steep for a couple of minutes. That aside. Allan was very professional and helped me out with a clogged faucet head too...so that was nice. I'd call them again if I needed a plumber.

They also saved us $8-10K by showing us that our sewer line did NOT have to be dug up and replaced. Highly recommend this company.

Scott has been at our residence 4 or 5 times in the last 15 years.
Today he came to replace a sump pump, did it in record time considering the difficulties he experienced.

Scott with Plumbing Pro fixed my toilet quickly and effectively. I tried to fix it and he had to come in and undo my mess. Thank you plumbing pro. My water saver toilet is once again saving not wasting water.The bidet install went perfectly.

Scott came out to take a look at my basement sink as it was having a clogging issue that drain cleaner wasn't able to take care of. He investigated and found tree roots in the line. After some discussion to fix the issue and make clearing the pipe easier should the need arise he updated the setup of the basement pipes. This was probably needed as I've noticed that whoever flipped my house before I bought it did a so-so job when they added the bathroom in the basement so its hard to say what they did and if it was the correct way to go about it. Overall, would use these guys again for any plumbing problems I have.

On 10/6 I had a clogged kitchen sink so I called the company that had done some extensive work for me last year. After the technician cleaned the drain, he then told me that I needed more work that would cost $3,500, but it only looked like a grease buildup to me. After he left, I then called The Plumbing Pro. So on 10/7 Scott came out and also cleaned the drain and said it was just a grease buildup. I thank him for his professionalism and his honesty! I will definitely call them again!!!!!

Jason has been here twice to repair my plumbing problems found during a restoration of my home for black mold. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, friendly and very good at explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. Found several problems I wasn't aware of and fixed them for me. What a great company! They were able to schedule a same day service and wasn't even an emergency issue. Danny was super nice and explained everything and provided estimates on some other issues. Pricing is more than fair and I give them super props.

We asked tec to shake the lines he just replaced and he told us it wasn't necessary...later that night sewer back up in garage and laundry room, had another plumbing come out and snake the lines and everything works great now.

I have used the before and it is always the same. They usually arrive early, do a great job, the prices are always less than what I thought, and they are good conversationalists. Top notch all the way. Danny does great wor and I would trust no one else.

One of their technicians came out to check sewer line on 12/23/2021. They charged me $49 to come out and write estimate ( he said next week), but I did not get estimate yet. I called several times. Every time I called, I got same answer that they would find out with Steve. But I never heard back. I understand I don't always hear back from contractors. But they should not have charged me $49 if they could not promise estimate as mentioned on their website. I called another local company and they came out and wrote estimate next day for FREE.

Danny did a fantastic job. WE sized up the problem, got creative on the solution and he executed the fix quickly and with great craftsmanship. I'll ask for him the next time I need any plumbing services. And the rate charged was very fair.

I called for an estimate and there was a representative there within a half hour. I accepted the estimate that he gave me and he said I'll be right back I'm going to go get my tools. It was done in no time.

I contacted The Plumbing Pro to get a second opinion/estimate on replacing the main sewer line that another company told me needed to be replaced due to many cracks, bellies etc. While talking to Travis about what they found he was asking details that I didn’t have. It came to the point that the only way to 100% figure out what was wrong is to run the camera down the line. I did pay the first company to do so but when I asked them for a copy of the video they couldn’t provide it due to computer issues and had already deleted the video. So I had Travis run the camera down the line and found that there were in fact NO cracks or other issues. Thanks to Travis at The Plumbing Pro I am not digging up the 42 feet of perfectly fine plumbing in my basement and spending thousands of dollars. I can’t thank you enough!!

You know your day is not going well when the valve blows in your wall (shower enclosure) and you can’t shut it off. Email from Olathe utilities about it as our meter was a windmill - spinning that fast due to usage ( kudos for the email warning) Water to the house turned off & a call made at 8:02am this morning garnered us a spot on the schedule for the 11:00-2:00 pm. slot. Scott came out and saved the day! Efficiently whipped out the dated/broken apparatus and put a Moen workhorse set in its place. Good service, a little pricey! The serviceman was on time, went right to work and was done in short time. The price of the part was not expensive, but the labor cost was high. No complaints about the work, just the end price. But had to get it fixed.

I had an amazing experience using The Plumbing Pro. My call was answered quickly and professionally. Due to it being late in the day and not an emergency, the appointment was scheduled for the next day. When the technician found he was running slightly behind schedule, he had the office contact me to advise me. I appreciated being notified. When Danny arrived I showed him the tub that would not drain and the piping. He had the blockage cleared in less than 15 minutes. I asked him about a couple of faucets with diverter problems and he explained what the problems were with each of them. Then I had him write up a bid to have a waterline installed. I was happy with the bid and he would have completed that project right then but he did not have the appropriate drill bit to drill through my tile floor. I scheduled for him to come out today and again the office staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Danny came out and had the waterline installed, cleaned up and was gone in about 30 minutes. He was completely professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and cleaned everything up. I was dreading this (no body ever wants to call a plumber) but Danny and The Plumbing Pro made the task pleasant. It had rusted out, was leaking, and needed replaced. He installed a new one in short order and we’re back in business. I’m happy!

Very happy with the new sump pump and pit they put in. They cleaned everything and didn't leave a mess in my house which I was shocked. Terry is very nice and paid attention to details. The only thing is that I also wanted a garage bathroom to have 1 pipe replaced. They charged me $450 which I think was very high. I was pretty sure they did that so they wouldn't have to replace it in the heat. I was not able to get a price quote ahead of time.

I woke up to a dead hot water heater. I feared that meant a new hot water heater as I knew it was old. Plumbing Pro sent someone out within two hours and my bill was extremely reasonable. It's working again (but it's still old).

My PM asked for an appointment after 1:30 pm and the lady who answers the phone said sure. She called to let the PM know someone was on the way and they would be there by 1:30 pm. The PM told her the person meeting the technician would not be there until after 1:30 as previously requested.
Her rude response? They can wait until 1:31.
Business will be taken elsewhere and we had a lot to possibly give them.

I called a competitor first....the service call fee was not inclued in the repair fee if hired....that was a surprise. Then I callled the plumbing pro....they were true pros, from the initial call to the service they performed. I was very pleased with Travis our tech. He was friendly, personble and suffered through a few spiderwebs to complete our job. They are a top notch company and I would highly recommend them!

Had a broken water heater. Others said it would be several days before they could come, the water was off and we didn't want to go days without. We call The Plumbing Pro and they came and fixed the same day. While they charged us about 30% more than others it was fix promptly and correctly.

I called to have the pilot light on the hot water tank fixed because it would not stay lit. I was charged for a service call but nothing was accomplished. After complaining a more experienced technician, Scott, was dispatched. Even though we had it at the time of the original service call, the 2nd technician installed a reset switch that the manufacturer provided under its warranty. Although advised the plumbing pro company can’t be responsible for the part/repair, our problem has been solved. Furthermore we were quite satisfied with the service that Scott provided and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Travis came out and took a look at the stools in our Hollywood bath. I wanted to just have the guts replaced in the tank. After a thorough look at the aging fixtures, he suggested replacement of the two toilets. I was a bit surprised but when he showed me the rust and aging of the porcelain (and excessive water use) it made sense.
He didn't try to sell me new fixtures but rather gave me a very reasonable bid on installing the new ones and removing the old.
Again, I was a bit surprised.
I ordered two new toilets on line and Travis again came out and did the install and hauled off the old units. His install was spot on perfect, even taking the time to carefully level the new stools on my old uneven tile floor.

I had gotten several bids to repair/replace a shower faucet valve - all of which involved removing/reinstalling several large tiles and costing low four figures. Travis was the only one to actually LOOK AT the cartridge and suggest I search online for a replacement that he could install without resorting to, as he called it, a nuclear option. With the part number he found and photos I took, I was able to locate the exact cartridge - under $40! I ordered 2, he replaced the one and coached me on how to do it myself if needed. Cost? Low three figures! Absolutely top notch.

The lady on the phone is short, not polite and they took 528 bucks and didn’t even leave me with a working bathroom. I’m amazed they have almost 5 stars but definitely can see how on other sites they are rated low. They also accused me of hanging up on them when the call was dropped. After a third time calling them to see if they would remedy the situation, yes I hung up. I didn’t want to say anything rude.

I had a break under concrete floor in the basement--kitchen drain line. It had been broken probably quite awhile and slowly got worse. I actually called 2 other plumbing companies that are always advertising on the radio and both acted like they didn't want the job , therefore gave me very high bids. I don’t know jack about plumbing. But I was charged $178 for a repair that did not fix my problem. He said “This might or might not work.” And when it didn’t work he quoted me another $650 to fix the “real” problem. I called, the dispatch blew me off.

Scott came out on Tuesday 8/18/20 to check a possible leak we had last year we thoughtcthought was coming from our jacuuzi tub, which we seldom use. Water had leaked into the basement underneath the tub a few times and stained the dropped ceiling tiles. At about the same time we discovered the window right above the tub was leaking inside onto the sill and had it replaced. Since we are selling the house we wanted to be sure the tub was fixed before putting it on the market. Scott thoroughly checked out the tub; running water thru it and using the jets, and determined the tub was not leaking. Which meant the leak had came from the window that was later replaced. He also checked what we thought was a slow draining toilet, determined it was fine, but called my attention to the fill valve that was not shutting off properly. Let me say this.....Scott saved my bacon. Not only did he methodically eliminate the tub as the source of my leak last year, but had he not taken the time to check that fill valve my whole house could have been flooded. He deserves a 10+ for his outstanding service. Scott is friendly, courteous, and very experienced. He knows his stuff and he puts the customer's interest first. I give a 'shout out' to Scott and all the other highly experienced technicians. And I highly recommend The Plumbing Pro for all your plumbing needs.

Great work, but a little pricey!

They charge by the job, not the hour, and they come by to give you a free cost estimate. If you like the estimate, they do the job right then. If they need parts they go get them, but you don't pay for their time to do that. One time, I thought I needed to replace my 20 yr old water heater. They came by and said keep it, just turn the water temp up a little. No replacement. Who does that??? Today, I had them check out a leaky faucet. They had the cartridge on their truck (luckily) and had the job done in 15 mins at a reasonable charge. I recommend them to everyone. They're honest, skilled, and fair. Can't ask for more.

We have had Terry come out three times now. The company is great -- Terry is absolutely fantastic. Like I wish he was my next door neighbor. They usually have same-day service, pricing is fair (not always the absolute cheapest for everything but still very competitive), estimates are free. Terry will talk you through the problem and possible resolutions. You never feel like you're being pressured to buy a higher price service or being talked down to. Work gets done in a timely manner and clean-up is usually spotless.

I called for service this morning, (Aug. 19th) Scott was the service plumber who came out to my residence. He immediately went to the problem explained to me what could be done gave me a quote. I agreed he immediately got to work he was very professional, and did a outstanding job. I would like to give Scott to thumbs up.

The office staff that scheduled service were all really nice. Danny was very knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend The Plumbing Pro.

Had a natural gas line leak develop in the house, confirmed by the gas company. The Plumbing Pro gave a reasonable estimate, and did the work within 5 days of the leak discovery (time includes a weekend). The work was done in less than one full day of time they estimated, and they charged about 20% lower than they estimated. Very good response and communication, and this company clearly has integrity. I highly recommend them.

Even tho wasn't a rush problem, they got to house within an hour. The coupling of waste water pipe going out and needed concrete drilled out too tobe fixed. Fixed problem and reconcrete. Very friendly on phone and in person. Will get all and any more plumbing future needs.

Imagine paying almost $300 for a snake and it backs up again a week later because they didn’t go out far enough. Their repose?” Their service isn’t under warranty.” Meaning you get what you get. Also imagine they could have offered a service, like a camera, to determine the problem but they did not and expect you to pay for them to snake again($300) and pay $200 for the camera service. I wouldn’t hire them unless you want to waste money.

The Pro showed up late and with a bad attitude. 4 days later and I still have not received an estimate. Do better please. Stop wasting people's valuable time. Thank you.

Great and honest.! Travis ran the camera and showed me there were no breaks or fractures. He was able to locate the real problem (roots). He corrected the pronlem. Another company had advised the old clay pipe was broken and need replaced.

We had a fitting break off a pipe causing us to shut the water off to the whole Serve & Lift Center KC Food Pantry. All other plumbers were quoting overtime responses or next day response. Honest company. I scheduled a sewer scope for a home I am under contract to buy. Seller was unable to tell us where the cleanout was, so we were ultimately unable to perform the scope. However, the Plumbing Pro still spent the time to explain what they thought was happening with the plumbing, where the line likely exited the slab and provided clear next steps free of charge. what an awesome group of people to do business with. Had a sewer problem. Travis came out gave estimate he was very knowledgeable and professional,also came later to run the camera to determine the cause. Then Ray did the schedule for one day since rain was coming. Mike,Allen and Terry did the work. They all worked together so well and were obviously very knowledgeable about the process of getting the job done. Mike did the finish work of filling and grading, he did a fantastic job. I wished after he left I had looked at the work closer and told him in person how pleased I was. The Plumbing Pro company goes above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend them for any needs you have. I will definitely use them in the future.

I needed a sewer line replaced and they were quick to come out and give me an estimate. They walked me through everything and gave and a price range it could be and assured me they would charge me as little as they could but there’s always unknowns. They worked hard and got the line replaced in only a day and in line with what was estimated. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had an exterior faucet that had froze and was leaking. We call late one afternoon and they were out 1st thing the next morning. They fixed everything, the price was far less than we feared, and they were absolutely the definition of professional. We will never use any other plumber.

I called for a simple drain cleaning for $150 in our rental home.
The technician told the tenant that there was no clean out located in the basement, and he would have to remove the toilet. The cost was around $700. Of course, there WAS a ‘Clean Out’ (a pipe made solely for this purpose) located in a basement room that he didn’t look for. I took a picture, and I called and asked for an adjustment-and was told “NO ADJUSTMENT”. Additionally, our tenant (of 12 years) told me that the technician was very rude. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I got ripped off.

Efficient and Reasonable

I asked Plumbing Pro to come out and help me with a drain clog. The used their rooter and pulled out some nasty stuff, but they kept my room clean and cleared the clog. Thanks Plumbing Pro you rock!

When it turned out that I needed a new garbage disposal, Danny was right on it. He gave me two options, got the one I wanted and installed it immediately. Excellent work!

I called plumbing pro Thursday afternoon and ask for an estimate to replace the outside faucet on the back of my home in Prairie Village, Ks. We set up a time between 10:00 and 10:30 AM. The technician Scott arrived at 10:25 AM and was very professional and easy going. I explained the problem with the rear faucet and told Scott that I thought the pipe in question was located in my crawl space. Scott told me that the pipe was inside the house due to the height of the faucet on the back wall of my home. We went inside and Scott quickly located where the faucet was connected to our plumbing under the kitchen sink. He quoted me a very fair price to do the faucet replacement job which I accepted. He completed the work in about an hour and did a great job. Having plumbing pro do this job was like a breath of fresh air after having companies like Bob Hamiliton plumbing who way overcharge for what they do. If you want an honest company that is not out there to rip you off, then Plumbing Pro is your answer. Honest professional work done quickly without huge over charges. I will do business with company again as they have earned my business for being good and honest with out overcharging for the work. I highly reccomend Plumbing Pro.

We got our garbage disposer replaced on a Saturday by Danny. He installed it in about 15 minutes, a sign of someone who knows what he is doing. I was impressed at the short amount of time it took and how well the new disposer is working!

From the time I made the telephone call to completing the job everyone was pleasant and professional. When Scott arrived he explained the different types of disposals i may want, got the job completed quickly and covered other areas of my plumbing needs with me. Awesome job and awesome company. Travis was fantastic - A year ago I had another company unclog my sewer line and scope it. The advice was that I needed to replace my sewer line out to the street connection. I had Travis scope the line again and got his assessment about what I should do at this point. Travis explained in detail the alternatives as to how to replace the line and his opinion on replacing it at this time or wait until the line becomes a problem in the future ( if it ever does). The result was that I have decided not to replace the line at this time, and if it ever needs to be replaced l know which method to use, and which company I will use to do the replacement.

I was very pleased with Travis and his professional approach in helping me decide what I needed to do.. I found him to be very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with me.

The Plumbing Pro sent over their technician the same day I called and within a day they came back and repaired the pipes. They were very efficient, got here on time, had all their materials with them and within 2 hours completed the work. They tested the lines and went above beyond to make sure all the pipes were in working order before leaving the premises. Very professional and will definitely use their services again.

Danny came over the day after we called and replaced an outdoor spigot through the tiniest little access panel. Great work and very professional.

Scott ran over 60 feet of sewer snake before he found the clog. He then spent the time to really work that area to be sure to remove the obstruction. He even noticed, and helped me find a gas leak on the line going to my clothes dryer. Thanx Scott!
