Ive used this company on many occations for various things. they are always on time to appointments. They are very kind and professional. each employee ive worked with has been very knowledgeable and they have even walked me through smaller tasks over the phone. They have always been willing to work with me and get out to emergencies in a very timely manner. the prices have always been fair for the work performed and they have never pushed me to do work that was not needed. i work for a water restoration company so I am constantly needing a plumber on stand by and bill fry and his crew have always been available for me.

We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. We've now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. If you need plumbing help - Give Bill Fry, the Plumbing Guy, A Try! 😄. I believe you will be glad you did.

They were life savers!!!!!! I had my first loss as a homeowner and Bill Fry the plumbing guy was recommended. They came in and got all the water drained and came back to install my new water heater that was damaged. Colden came both times and answered my questions. 30 minutes before the scheduled time I received a text with the technician’s name and picture! The tech showed up to the house with all the parts needed and installed the new shut off valve and PRV device. He cleaned up the work area and showed me the new devices. Great job.

I was disappointed that shoe coverings were not worn, nor did they clean up their mess afterwards. Otherwise, it was a fairly good experience. Price was a bit high for a disabled senior veteran on a fixed income. I do wish you would offer a discount for these people. Thank you!!

Bill is very informative and professional. We have referred him to several people we know, especially after he was able to get us set up with a whole home water purification system. Belton water has very high chlorine, which is we affecting our daughter with eczema. After Bill came out, he skin is 1000 times better. If you are needing anything plumbing - call Bill Frey

Great experience, from initial phone call to completed service. They were so efficient! This didn't take a half day like the guy in 2010, they even installed a new mainline shut off valve. I will call Bill for future plumbing needs!

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. My experience with Jesse & his “helper” was very pleasant! Best service I’ve had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesse’s knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience! I highly recommend Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy to anyone with plumbing needs. I called to set up an appointment to have my toilet repaired and he came out immediately! He was super professional and on-time.
Also, rather than having me spend unnecessary money on fixing the old toilet, he provided a quote that was far less than I had expected for a brand new toilet! He installed the toilet quickly and even put tarps down to be courteous of my home. I will definitely be using Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy for my future plumbing needs!

The Fry Team it’s not only reasonable but they are quick to respond always have a smile on their face and do a thorough job! They notice other things that might need to be addressed, and sometimes just fix it while they’re there at no additional cost or tell you things that need to be addressed at some point with no pressure sales. I will always use the Fry team!!
Bill Fry and his plumbers are professional and great communicators. I needed a garbage disposal removed and a new large sink and faucet installed. Also needed a water line to my new fridge. He did a great job and was honest about any mishaps made with bring in the equipment needed. Nothing major but I wouldn’t have know had he not spoke up about it.
The gas company turned our hot water heater off because of a backdraft at the flue. Bill said it just needed to heat up a little, and he was right!!

Quick response, very honest, half the cost quoted by other companies!
Ask price up front. I did not. Had a leaking wax ring. They came out in a timely manner and replaced the bolts (which now stick up 3 inches) wax ring & supply line & reset toilet. Prices was $89 for service call and $285 to reset toilet for a total $374. The plumber was there for 1/2 hour. I called other plumbers after the fact & found I over paid at least $100.
Bill was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He wasn’t in a hurry and answered additional questions about other possible services I might want done in the future but didn’t pressure me.
Bill and his team are amazing. It’s rare that you get professional service at a reasonable price.

Service was friendly, interested in our needs, and fixed our problem on the spot. Staff is well equipped for all plumbing needs and will take good care of us!

They replaced a toilet control earlier. I had a leaking problem. It was fixed but found it was slowly leaking again. They returned found I had a crack in a permanent piece. Found a work around. As always were great individuals to work with. Enjoy their coming even though not always why the have to come.
Bill Fry is AMAZING!! We were told by another company that we wouldn't be able to install a second hot water heater. Bill looked at it, not only said we could, but had it installed so quickly!! We have a large family and having a second hot water heater has been life changing!! Bill and his team were prompt, professional, and much less expensive than other plumbers. I trust him completely with all my plumbing needs!
