Was expericing a leak in my bathroom faucet and attempted to repair myself which created a larger leak requiring me to turn off water at main line which restricted water usage throughout entire house. also, attempted to replace toilet fill valve in main bathroom but was unable to complete. The person Mr. Rooter sent was the estimator; but, after showing him what I was attempting to repair on my own, he was able to complete both projects within a short period of time while offering suggestions on how to avoid similar problems on future DIY projects. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and forthcoming with educational information if I would to choose to attempt future home repairs. He also suggested the addition of a water softener and battery back-up for my sump pump which I am considering. I appreciated the swiftness it took to complete the repairs and the kindness of the Mr. Rooter employee...(sorry, didn't get his name). Will definitely contact Mr. Rooter for future projects.

Im really glad I decided to go with Roto Rooter on work done on my rental. I had a couple other bids that came in a bit cheaper but you definitely get what you pay for. These guys do top notch work. It never felt like they were just trying to get in & out & leave with all my money . They kept me informed & updated with the complete process. Even though my pockets are lighter Im sitting here with a sense of peace & a smile on my face knowing my tennants are happy. VERY Rude on the phone when trying to schedule, when we asked for a later time and one wasn’t available, we accepted the time we were offered, all in the same phone call might I add, they responded with, “well if you’re going to find someone else just forget it”. Just trying to give someone my business and that wasn’t necessary.
