We just moved to Kansas City and bought a 100 year old house that we knew had some repairs. Connelly has helped us very quickly clear our drains when they clogged and installed an outdoor spigot for our hose. They have been incredibly responsive, professional, and explained everything so we know exactly what’s going on. We eventually need to do a large replacement, and they’ve given us quotes without pressuring us to do it right away, even helping us understand how to avoid problems until we do. We’re so glad we decided to choose a small, local company. Nothing but good experiences on their three service calls so far! I would recommend them to anyone.

Same day service - very professional, easy to talk to, and the plumber explained exactly what needed to be replaced on our toilet. Did not try to pressure me into replacing anything that did not need it. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I've never had to call a plumber since I've lived in the KC area so I just Googled plumbers in the area and CPS came up. Since they had great reviews, I thought I would give them a try. I am extremely pleased. From the moment I called to make an appointment until the problem was fixed CPS provided outstanding service and professionalism. Their prices are reasonable too.

They were very prompt in returning my message and coming out to service my sump pump. They had what they needed in the van so they were able to replace it right then. I've had other work done by them as well over the last few years and haven't had any issues with any of it.

feedback on recent service by Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Although The plumber was courteous and provided the service requested, the price was outrageous for the time and materials provided. This was not an emergency service, however, we needed a shower faucet repaired or replaced. Typical pricing for this repair runs $275 - $400 on the high end. It took the Connelly Plumbing Solutions’ plumber 40 minutes to replace the 2 faucets and the 2 stems behind the knobs. They charged me and $706!! Lesson learned for me not to use them again, and I would not recommend Connelly Plumbing Solutions. It is a complete rip off !!

We've used CPS twice. They've always been upfront on pricing and get the job done. They are also respectful while visiting our home. They've fixed a shower leak for us and theyve installed a dishwasher for us as well. I've used other plumbers in the past, but none gave such a positive experience like this.

I cannot say enough positive things about Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Jenny was super responsive from my initial inquiry and communicated with me via email and phone every step throughout our process. We were set up with an excellent plumber, Adam, who came out and not only helped us figure out where a shower leak was potentially coming from but also assisted with a slow drain in another bathroom. Adam had another plumber with him on the 1st visit, Luke, who offered his opinion which I thought was great-the more information the better!

Although our issue ended up not being fully plumbing-related, they offered a referral that is working out very well so far. I am so thankful for Adam's honesty and clear communication. He was also personable and used his own experiences to offer solutions and recommend services. My history with some of the bigger name plumbing companies has been disappointing and Connelly Plumbing Solutions has completely eased my mind about having a plumbing issue in the future (although let's hope they're few and far between). Chuck arrived on time and replaced our outside faucet quickly. He also did it correctly and welded it (instead of screwing it in), which is something I wouldn't have been able to do myself.

Like anyone, I dread having to call a plumber. Based on the reviews, I decided to give Connelly Plumbing a try. I was very pleased with the service and the price. The plumber (Mike) was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He educated me on what the issue was and the appropriate solution. Start to finish, I felt good about dealing with Connelly. Should I have any future plumbing needs, I will call Connelly.

Might just be my new go-to plumber. I called this morning to get on the schedule for an in-home consultation and someone answered immediately. Those big names sometimes won’t answer and certainly don’t return you call if you leave a message. They had next day availability but I was told there was a chance I could get someone out as soon as the afternoon. Well, sure enough they were able to fit me in. Let me tell you, Kevin and Luke are some of the nicest guys you’ll meet. Kevin quickly diagnosed my issue and got the work done fast (I’m doing a small bathroom reno and need to switch from a 2 handle shower to a single). Like a real pro, he made recommendations that will end up saving me some money. The service from CPS is top notch, I’m certain that I’ll be using them again in the future.

Ok....Connelly is THE BEST plumbing team in KC! They just left after fixing a leaking valve and we wanted to write a review - they didn't even ask us to. Easy to schedule appointments with, truly amazing customer service, attention to job detail is second to none, and their years of experience and trade skill is fantastic! After more than 10 years I finally had an emergency plumbing issue in my home. I googled plumber's in Olathe, KS and saw that Connelly Plumbing Service (CPS) had 21 reviews all of which were 5 stars. When I called I felt Chuck asked all the right questions, showed up on time with the correct materials and supplies for the job, estimated the time to complete, and then finished on time. Chuck took great care to protect the carpet as he came and went to his vehicle. My issue was fixed the same day. I will be sure to use CPS in the future. Add another 5 star rating to the list! I had always done my own minor plumbing repairs. I had a toilet which ran, so I replaced the fill valve. Then I could NOT get the supply line to stop leaking. Out of frustration I called Steve. He had the leak stopped, the toilet tuned up and everything ship shape in no time, all for a very reasonable price. I've since referred him to my in-laws and some others. He has been a jewel every time!

Kyle came out with CPS today to fix a couple of toilets in the house and tighten up the kitchen faucet. He had to leave at one point to get a couple of parts. Everything went smoothly. He was here maybe one and a half hours including the time he went to get a part.
Very professional, even used guards over his shoes went in the house so not to get the floor dirty. He unfortunately had to deal with Old republic since that is our home warranty.
They are not the greatest but at least this company they sent out was.

I was expecting a very expensive repair job and after Steve researched the problem further (before starting the job) realize the solution was much easier and did not require the heavy price tag. My experience with Connelly Plumbing was top-tier quality throughout, from the initial call with a courteous representative to paying the invoice with a quick card swipe and signature. We needed a small section of copper pipe replaced due to a leak that was located in a particularly tricky area of our basement, and Connelly was able to send someone out within a half hour. Our plumber, Arthur, was friendly and upfront about the issue causing the leak, his approach to fixing it, and the cost of the job. He took care of it in less than 30 minutes and even took a few minutes to answer some unrelated plumbing questions I had. A great small business to support and we will be contacting them again for future work.

I supplied my own bathroom faucet and needed them to fix shutoffs set with other repairs to sink ($189.00). Total was $527.00. We were very shocked that they charged us $366.00 for just replace the bathroom faucet which they never mention about the cost when we were talking on the phone. It should cost $75.00 to $100 to replace the bathroom faucet. Rip off!!!

We checked GT Distributors out this afternoon. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They offer a lot of holsters, backpacks and other gear.

The job was done well, the employee was very nice and passionate about what he is doing.

The house had a very old plumbing system (from 1973) and is built on a slab so it had many challenges. Kyle was very knowledgeable and installed a new outside faucet as well as installing a new valve for the main shut-off. He was extremely friendly and they were having a special on the outside faucet so the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Connelly Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!

Steve replaced our 31 year-old water heater with a modern tankless type. This was a challenging job in a 100 year-old house. He did a fine job with the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. We are pleased with the the quality installation and the seemingly endless supply of hot water.

He also responded to an emergency leak from a faulty dishwasher and replaced a defective shutoff valve on short notice.

I recommend him for work in mature houses.

Thanks to Cameron of CPS for coming out on short notice to repair the shutoff valves for my washing machine. Arrived on time. Assessed the situation and provided a few options with different price points. Made the repairs quickly and got the main water back on. Also received a discount as a repeat customer.

I have used Connelly on and off for over 5 years. Always lived up to the professional 5 Star rating until I had them do a repipe old galvanized pipe to pex and new hot water heater install. Once Brain finished up the job everything was working
properly except the hot water pressure for the kitchen faucet. I was told by Brain it’s your faucet causing it from build up and you need to replace it. So I agreed to spend the extra $300 on top of the $3,000 plus of the repipe and water heater install for a new faucet. Thirty minutes later new faucet and still bad hot water pressure. Brain then told me well at least it’s a little better than before. You just installed new water lines and new hot water heater and still have bad hot water pressure unacceptable for $3,000 plus bill. The day after the install the solder joints on the new hot water heater started to leak. They sent Blaine out to fix them the next day. All was well until two days later another solder joint started to leak. Blaine came back and fixed the leaking solder joint again. Everything seem to be fine for a few months after the install until I started noticing a sewer smell coming from my crawlspace. Called Connelly and they sent Quinton out. Quinton arrived and flashed a flashlight in the crawlspace opening and said I see no problem here but I do notice your sewer vent stack coming out of your roof isn’t to code and should be extended. Like a fool I agreed to having it extended to the tune $300 for a 3 foot piece of schedule 40 and Fernco. Sewer smell never went away and after having another plumber actually investigate further a section of my sink drain was drilled into by Brain during the pex install. I will state that Connelly did reimburse me for the ridiculous sewer vent stack diagnosis
and the cost of the plumber who fixed the pipe that was drilled into, but they have not gotten my trust back. The sad thing is Steve would never talk to me on the phone when we had all these issues only communicate via Email. How can you own a small business not talk to your customers over the phone but Email only. I wanted to love Connelly Plumbing but just can’t.

I contacted Connelly to do some work for my parents as they tend to get theirselves into “situations” with contractors. I left a message after hours to have them come out and quote a job and explained the situation. They contacted me the next morning. They agreed to contact me after they diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately but not unexpectedly the job became a bit bigger than we had thought but the plumber was very informative, knowledgeable and respectful. My mom said “make sure you leave an amazing review”. So here I am. Not only was their communication great but they were well priced for the work that they did. We will be calling again to finish some more less urgent work in the future. It’s always nice to find a company with good, down to earth people. Thank you for all of your honest, hard work.

We had a water heater stop working that Connelly Plumbing installed last Spring of 2020. Even though this was a new item, it apparently had a part go bad. The part was covered however the labor was not due to it being just past a year from install. The repair technician was there for about an hour and the bill was over $300.00. As I was on vacation at the time my youngest step-son authorized the work. When I called their office to inquire about the cost I was given a flat the work was approved by the person at the residence. No other explanation was given. I've since used another local plumber and I'm much more happy with their work and billing practices.

The tech who came out was very impressive. Friendly, knew his stuff and didn't waste time. I highly recommend.

People on the phone can’t even let you ask questions... would be better if they can HEAR their customers instead of talking over them.

Third time we have used Connelly Plumbing Solutions. Friendly, courteous, professional, and most importantly, honest staff who explain the job, detail the price, and conduct efficient service. Apart from the often mind-numbing cost for services (thus the 1 star reduction), they are a great find. Regret I cannot easily secure more reasonably priced plumbing solutions, but probably worth the cost for the level of service and products installed.

JT came within 30minutes of my call! I was in a panic. Washer hookup faucets were so corroded I needed new faucets installed for the new washer and dryer scheduled to be hooked up in 4 hours. JT was very personable and professional. Connelly Plumbing does not charge extra for emergencies. I will definitely call them again.

We had serious water pressure issues with our kitchen sink and refrigerator water line and had no clue what was causing either issue. We first hired Bob Hamilton. They sent a 20-year-old kid to our house who obviously had no clue what was causing either issue and said we likely had calcium sediment accumulation. He recommended a multi-thousand dollar repair despite displaying very little confidence that he had actually diagnosed our problem. We declined and resigned to having terrible water pressure in our kitchen.

On a recommendation from a friend, we gave Connelly Plumbing a shot. Steve (the owner) showed up to our house and immediately diagnosed both issues independently. He repaired the refrigerator water line within 20 minutes of the first visit and scheduled an appointment to fix our kitchen sink -- which he did without a problem. Both visits were very reasonably priced. Needless to say, we've been cursing Bob Hamilton's name ever since seeing how swiftly and cheaply Steve was able to get our pressure back to normal.

We had a sudden pipe leak in our daughter’s loft bathroom where the water was soaking through our kitchen ceiling. I contacted many companies and Connelly was the first to answer (without having to leave a vm). The woman who answered was very polite and assured us they would get someone out as soon as possible but may not be until the next day. However, not even ten minutes later they had rearranged their schedule due to our urgency. Kevin A. and his assistant showed up within the hour. I was so hesitant as my husband and I usually do all repairs on our home (this was one we did not want to tackle). They immediately assessed and explained both our options. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. Very honest and trustworthy. They pulled out the price book in front me, and explained everything in language I understood. Immediately I knew this would be the future company for all our future professional service needs in their specialities.
