The scheduler was truthful and encouraging. Our pipe broke on Christmas Day. This was the only Plummer that actually responded with a person. We were able to get our pipe fixed the next day before 10am. We will continue to use this company.very pleased with service, communication, and value.

My 87 year old fathers freeze proof outdoor hose bib evidently froze last winter and didn’t fail until 4th of July Week when he tried to use it for the first time in 2019, then wouldn’t shut off. We used Stine-Nichols to install a freestanding bathtub in the house we moved to. From the first call, Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and so kind. We opted to purchase the tub and faucet on our own and Bill and Ryan came over the day after the tub was delivered to start the project, which took less than 24 hours to complete. Bill was great at explaining what they were doing every step of the way and provided innovative and creative ideas for the install. I couldn't be happier with the new tub or the first class service we received from the entire Stine-Nichols team. They will be our plumbers for life!

Getting someone scheduled to come out was quick and easy. I needed someone after hours and was really worried about the cost. Bill got to my house quickly and worked in a timely manor. He was very helpful when it came to asking him about clean up and what to look for next time. I highly recommend this company and will use them again with future issues!

A driver drove recklessly and did not yield to oncoming traffic and made a gesture because they were in the wrong. I notified the company as it was a company vehicle and was unprofessional and aggressive behavior for someone who goes in homes. I didnt hear back from the company, but...Since the company was notified, the driver proceeded to hunt down my personal facebook page and try to gaslight me into believing a completely different circumstance occurred. Claiming they have traffic cam footage, that I'm a liar, that i experienced something totally different than what really occurred, that they have done free work for mutuals... it was gaslighting, unprofessional, creepy, and weird and furthers why I would not feel comfortable with referring this company at this time. This is inappropriate behavior and needs sensitivity and professionalism training, in addition to appropriate driving.

Stine-Nichols came out to snake a 50 year old cast iron waste line. They found mud under the floor and came up with an alternative path so we didn't have to tear out the basement floor. They completed the job under the expected amount of time

Talk to Jim, he said their technician could fix 2 small problems in 1 hour each (or faster) and the big problem shower drain leak in 1-2 hours. Mike showed up and started knocking stuff out. The shower drain was pretty much as expected (poorly installed from the 1990's) and Mike fixed in roughly 2 hours of work. They were by far the best fixes at the best price. Mike was awesome. Stine-Nichols highly recommended by me. Thanks guys.

They did an OUTSTANDING job!! I came home to our basement completely flooded and was in panic mode. We called and a plumber was there within 30 minutes. Not happy with our shower installation at all, cost us almost $2900.00 to get our blacksplash and shower faucet changed (which I looked at Home Depot where they bought it and it was only $180.00 for those two things, where did the other $2500.00 go). They were suppose to change out sheetrock if it needed to be changed, one piece had mold on it and they didn't replace it they just put the shower liner over it, they only put in one new piece of sheetrock. There's more stuff that wasn't done right but don't want to type it all out. Never once did they do a follow up call to see if we liked it. We should have saved our money or gotten a second bid but we expected it to be a lot better than it turned out 😕.
