Stephen was very friendly and great customer svc. He was very helpful and explained everything he did step by step. I appreciate the fact that he knew and understood that I did not have much plumbing experience.

Mark #283 came out to give us an estimate on snaking our sewer line and making sure the work he would do would fix the issue we were having and we wanted to discuss it for a few and so when we called back in a few hours later he came out that same night, same technician and we were very appreciative of what he did to get the drain unclogged that way all of the water in our basement would drain out! We had just bought the house and had not even moved in yet when this happened and had no knowledge of water coming into the basement at all so when it happened we were very stressed and frustrated and so the work Mark had done for us really put our minds at ease! I would give them more stars than just 5 if I were able to!

I made an online appointment last night. Roto Rooter called this morning to confirm appointment. Justin arrived at 8:00am. He fixed my issue and was on his way by 9:30. I really appreciate his prompt response and professionalism. Away goes trouble down the drain!!

The drain in my garage was backing up as well as another lower level drain. Nate was able to come out super fast on a Sunday, and get it cleared out. After that, he also tested by dumping 5 gallons of water down the drain, flushing toilets, etc. so we knew the job was done right. Great all around service!

Michael (#0236) replaced an old sump pump with a new one. I give roto-
rooter a four star rating for Michael's salesmanship, efficiency and professionalism. However, I will not know how well of a job Michael did installing the new sump pump until the next big rain .

We had a main sewer line backup in our 100 year old house on a Saturday night. Let's just say that we needed help right away to allow for any use of water. Called Roto-Rooter at 6:15. They had a great plumber out before 7 and the line cleared before 8. Oh, and all this while it was snowing outside. Great service and great result! Thanks guys!

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Technician Jason Meyer(0131) during a service call. He was polite, professional and efficient and made short work of a leak issue we suspected was causing us problems for some time. He even went the extra mile to call in a Water Restoration representative to help us access the cost of repairing some of the water damage we incurred. While no one likes to have to call for plumbing service, it's nice to have someone like Jason to make the process a little less painless. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter for any future repairs we might need!

The technician who came out was great and really nice and fixed my problem. My problem was with the dispatch service. I called in the morning, and said that anytime that day or the next two days would work. They said that they could make it out that same day, so I said, Great! Any time after after 5 will work. I had to call back two times because I never heard anything from them. Then around 9 they said that they were so busy that they wouldn't be able to make it out for a while still, and I had to work in the morning so I told them to just come the next day. It just really made me mad when I told the dispatcher that the next day or the day after would work, but they told me that they'd be able to make it out the same day and didn't.

Prompt service. Requested service online in the morning, and they were at my house within 3 hours (earlier than they said). The technician, Michael, was nice and had another technician come out and video the main line for free. My only issue was that I feel that the service was a little pricey as the snaking job was pretty easy. Will probably do it myself next time, but if I choose not to, I will definitely call rotorooter.

Roto rooter was so easy to work with! We noticed our basement drain was backing up on a Sunday night. I was able to schedule my appointment online right then and they were out the very next day after I got home from work. Keion #2745 was super polite and quick! Since she had to bring the machine in the front door and it was rainy out, he tracked some mud on to our wood floors. Technicians arrived on time (Michael #0236 and Jordan #488) and were friendly and professional. Costs were explained up front and were reasonable. I was concerned that being a holiday weekend, it may hard to get anyone to come out or be charged extra, but that was not the case. We will do business with them again.

Our sewer line had been backing up quite a bit recently, Darius was the tech sent out to alleviate the issue and camera tech Kevin came soon after him to assess the issue with our main sewer line backing up. They were thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and handled it fantastically. They were able to give us precise options to consider going forward, were very easy to talk to and provided a trustworthy service on both ends. Will be using them again in the future for our sewer line repair, definitely recommended.

Gray came out to our home in KCMO and quickly determined the cause of our backup (faulty plumbing job by previous plumber). He gave different options at different price points, made his recommendation and fixed the problem quickly...very handy when late at night. He was a total pro!

I definitely would not recommend just due to the dispatcher and deceptive sales tactics. Came home late from work to a clogged main pipe. I had family from out of town staying with me and needed it done asap. I made the call around 11pm and I was told up to 3 hours by dispatch. It had to be done, and the reviews were good on here. So I went forward to have it done. 3am rolls around and no service or response. I call to follow up. Same dispatcher says the two overnight plumbers went to a commercial site and wouldnt be helping me and I was rescheduled for 8am. He was even rude about it. Seriously? You had literally one job!10am rolls around and my technician finally arrives. He was professionally spoken. I had an older style in the wall drain plug in my garage. All he had was a 5 gallon bucket. Knowing it was not going to handle the job I helped him with a 32 gallon trash can to drain the sewage. Thank God because the 5 gallon bucket would have left a mess! After the pipe was drained, the technician finds the problem to be a broken main line. I was told it would be done same day because I could not use any plumbing (showers and any toliet flushing). So of course I signed the contract based off it would be done same day. The technician makes the call and tells me they don't have openings till the next day. The technician should have called before telling me that. Again, I had family from out of town and wanted it done asap. There are hundreds of other plumbers who could have done it. I ended up forking out $3800 for the main line to be fixed. Overall experience was disappointing and I would not recommend roto-rooter.The following few days I had a kitchen drain line partially clogged (most likely due to backup from the main line incident). I went with a different company. So much better service and workmanship.

Kitchen drain stopped up..set up appointment on line for same day service and they were out as agreed. Service man Dwayne was very professional and did a great job. Gave help mful hints on the use of disposal.

When all other companies were busy or unavailable, they had a technician out to our house quickly. Our stress completely went they showed up on site. Within a couple of hours, it was diagnosed and our main line was cleaned out. Definitely would use this company again! Nate was a lifesaver!

The Roto Rooter Service Technician Chris Id# 0368, arrived to do scale removal service of our cast iron sewer main. Which was the result of a previous service to unstopped our clogged sewer. Because of the difficulty of clearing the main to the municipal sewer system. Roto Rooter sent a tech to run a camera though the line free of charge; to see what issues there might be. I was able to observe the camera process on monitor, it as obvious the the pipe diameter was seriously reduced because of the scaling. The process and costs explained and agreed upon. The service was scheduled for today.Chris explained the processes involved. At each juncture in the process he asked if I had any questions or concerns. He showed me a video of the entire run again, then a video after the service was completed. The difference was amazing. Any items the had to be moved for the service, were returned to the original location. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I have used Roto Rooter in the past and will continue to do so! Thank you!

Hi,On Friday evening around 4:30pm my daughter calls me at work to say Mom you need to call a plumber asap. She told me all the bathroom drains were backed up with water. I'm thinking to myself where am I'm going to find a plumber at this time a day. I came home and looked in the yellow pages and saw Roto-Rooter had 24 hour service calls so I called them. Within 30 to 45 minutes the service repair man was at my door. His name was Michael operator-0236.He was very courteous, he explained what he was doing and got my drains unclogged. I would recommend Michael to anyone. Great job!

We had a complicated situation, so a specialist (Scott #0163) was contacted and showed up that day, which was a Sunday. Had a long conversation with both technicians and came up with a plan that worked. Scott said he likes to try the least expensive approach first, and that got our problem solved, which saved us a lot of money. He followed up with later that day to answer a question I had by phone, and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Apparent sewer line blockage 120ish feet down the line. Jason cleared the blockage and requested a supervisor look in the pipe with a camera to assure all is good due to the distance of the issue in the pipe. Roto Rooter was a godsend! We had a faulty pressure valve on our main line that was releasing too much pressure and water into the house and damaging the water heater. We had called another plumbing company that wanted $3,000 to do repairs on the main line and replace the expansion tank on the water heater. Have used this company for about 6 years now for all my plumbing needs. They are always courteous, prompt and quickly get the job done. I have never had any problems with the work they have done.I like that I can call anytime and schedule service. If they are running behind their dispatch calls and keeps you updated. Many friends have questioned my using them; they are too high, they only do sewers. Guess what ? I think their prices are more than reasonable, and anyone else you call in Leavenworth responds to you in their own sweet time. Love these guys!!! Nothing negative to say.

Basement sewer line needed to be cleaned out. New guy, yay. He cleaned it out, but he collapsed the line; whoops. He cut the line and left it there. Found out today that both that line and the drain outside is screwed. They said essentially, sorry we screwed up, we want you to pay us to get our line that we kept in there.Do not sign the release of liability until after they completed it correctly. Otherwise, smile and tell them to go get it.Update: They called and offered to take a look but they would charge to fix the issue they have made.

The two young men you sent were very pleasant and courteous. They assessed the issue in the bathroom tub that had been leaking for over two years. Very disappointed. They came out soon but the service took them days to try to fix the leaks and didn't even fix the problem. There's more leaks. I was told on the phone to sign the paperwork and they will give me a quote. I didn't get a recipet. They also damaged my electrical outlets. Never again. Be careful with this company.

Needed a main drain unclogged. Did an internet search and started calling companies at 3( in order of how they popped up), I had 4 other companies tell me they were on the way and cancel an hour or so later. Roto rooter was fifth (at around 8:30 pm) , gave me a two hour window, and called within 20 mins saying someone was on the way. He came took care of clog, and cleaned up as he left. Overall very happy

I called them at 5:22pm to see if I could get someone out to look at my hot water heater and the lady told me a tech could come out between 5:30pm and 9:30pm however at almost 8pm I get a call saying the tech won’t be available to come out. Not very professional stick to what you tell your customers.

Fred Milton tech#2615 was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem with a clogged toliet. Because he had to remove the toilet to remove the clog, it took him just barely into a 2nd hour. I am not unhappy with my service or the tech, however, I will most likely not return as a customer because of the cost. I simply can not afford RotoRooters prices. Thank God you offered a $60 off coupon and my cost was reduced to $360.

The plumber Justin did a good job. Hopefully nothing leaks! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the office. The scheduled window was from 9:45am till 1:45pm. Had heard nothing by 2pm so I called. Was told dispatch would call me back. 3pm, still no call. Called again and was told everyone was busy and would I have to live with it. I told the guy that the customer needs to be kept informed. All the sudden the guy said the tech would be at my house in 40 to 50 minutes. Now at least I had a clue what was going on. Justin showed about 35 minutes later. Justin 1 - Office 0.

Had Fred the technician come out for a second time to do some work and he did not disappoint! He installed a water pressure regulator and fixed our downstairs shower. With our water at proper pressure everything in the house works as it should. Fred was great and very professional! I highly recommend this company as well as Fred for any work you may need done!

I can not say enough about Chris and the Roto Rooter team. We use them for all of our plumbing needs - and considering we are restaurant in a 100 year old building - we have a lot of them. If Chris can not make it, he will have someone here within the day, and we have never had any issue with the work they do. Had a main sewer pipe blockage late at night, and they were here by 10am the next morning (a Saturday) to clear it up. Very professional, clean, quick, and friendly. I really appreciated the ability to request a service call when i was online in the middle of the night. I have filled out those requests before for other companies and never heard a word from them. But this time I requested the following morning from 8-12 and at 9 a.m. I got a call to tell me the serviceman was on the way to my home and would be there in 30 minutes which is about the time he arrived. The serviceman was professional but friendly. I was comfortable having him come into my home, sometimes you wonder if these people are safe - you have to be suspicious now the way things are. Anyway he was quickly able to locate the problem and told me how much it would cost which was a little high but competitive with others. He didn't leave a terrible mess behind - he was quick, efficient, friendly but professional, honest and reliable and the problem is fixed so I definitely would call this company again. Other companies told me they couldn't be out until almost 2 days later. They were timely and quick so overall it was a positive experience (as positive as plumbing problems can be. It was a relief to get the whole thing done so i could get on with my day. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the price but like I said it was competitive with others and they had a $40 coupon on line which was nice. I would definitely recommend RotoRooter they did a thorough job quickly.

A man came out the same day I called and cleared my backed up basement drain. He also cleared a clog in a bathtub at no extra cost. An excavation crew came out the same day I signed the contract. They fixed a broken pipe (hopefully long-term). They also cleaned roots and debris out of another line at no charge. They did leave a big pile of dirt (unavoidable, I would think) which will have to be regraded and resod in the spring and will hopefully not cause water to drain into the house, but they did avoid damaging the landscaping rocks, flower beds, and edging around the house.

Chris came to our house today to take care of some pipe blockages for us. We had another company come out the last 2 days to fix the problem, but they seemed to be too inept to do it. We had a sudden back up of our kitchen sink. I called Roto-Rooter thinking that they would have afairly standard price and reliable service. Sure enough they could come out the same day for which I was grateful. When they looked at the sink they said it would be $429 which I thought was awfully expensive but again I felt it was Roto-Rooter and they would charge me a fair price. How wrong I was. After they cleaned the sink which took a total of 15 minutes which also included five minutes to try to get me to install a sink shut off valve underneath the sink for another $400 they left. (Have you guessed at this point that I am a senior citizen. No excuse but I do feel like it played a factor) I googled how much the average kitchen sink unclogging was. I found out that it really should not have been any more than $250 and that Roto rooter often has a Groupon for $99 in many cities. I feel like I was totally ripped off. I called them after they left and complained. They asked if I had signed a preapproval, which I had stupidly. They said they would call me back within an hour and surprise surprise no call back. I will never use Roto-Rooter again and I am so disappointed in the quality of their customer service. I can’t believe they charged around double for a very simple repair.

The plumber (Larry) was on time, and very courteous. He explained to me step by step what he was doing as he was doing it, (making it simple for me to understand, even though I asked some of the same questions over and over). He gave me several options to choose from, and priced them then and there so there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. He set up an appointment to have a camera review the broken area as he was working, and did all that he could to fix the problem so that it would not cost more than what was needed-- which is rare from any one or any company to do. I would definitely use them each and every time without a doubt. It's a good feeling to have a company you can trust to do work that is needed, no matter what it may be (plumbing, auto, etc).

To start I have never used Roto-Rooter before since I am a handyman and I can usually unclog a drain without any issues. Well, this case was different. I demanded to speak to a supervisor after that request the same guy who has been promising service all day got back on to inform me he was sending someone out.. umm yeah still mad demanding his supervisor where he replys back with why I am sending you someone now.. really all day long she waited all day and after I get upset you send me someone.. it's now 8:30 pm the service man just got here. Will never use this company again...Never!

Garrett (#358) arrived as scheduled to replace the 100 year old 'pee trap' system beneath the basement floor. He explained what he would do - jackhammer the concrete, determine exactly what he needed, get the supplies, turn off the water and replace the bad pipes. Garrett did a great job - we were without water for only a very short period of time. He concreted the hole and did a very neat job. He cleaned up, taking the debris, rusted out pipes etc and believe me, there was a lot of dirt and pipe shavings accumulated in the system. I would highly recommend Garrett and RotoRooter.

Roto Rooter robbed me when they came to unclog a drain. I made the mistake of not requesting an estimate, but they did not offer that as a professional business should. They replaced some part, but didn't show the old part as being broken and the only problem I had was a clogged drain. The man was here less than an hour and we paid $400. Not only that he left the mess on my floor that needed to be put back under the sink. Not worth the money unless you enjoy being robbed during a pandemic.

He was concerned about scratching a wall near the drain, and was care not to. He cleaned up well and left the area looking good. it would be nice if all service people were as good as he was.

We had been putting up with a basement floor drain backing up for years. I had been afraid to call anyone because I thought they might find problem after unaffordable problem. Finally I signed up for a Roto-Rooter call online. They called to confirm the appointment and time. Larry D came out and he was great. I paid $389 for two visits, one on Saturday and the other the next day on Sunday. The only reason for the second visit was for two men to come out with the sewer camera. On the first visit, Larry D was able to remove enough debris so that we could flush! flush! flush! our toilets and use everything else in the house without having to worry about the basement backing up. Our house was built in the 1890s, too. $389 is well worth it to be able to use our plumbing without worrying about it. And I was grateful for the camera view...it explained exactly where the debris had been building up and how to avoid it happening again. I wish I'd done it years ago instead of putting it off.

They also quickly diagnosed the root cause of the flooding was a water heater that overwhelmed the slow drain and called dispatch to send out a water heater expert and they will be here in less than 30 minutes from the call. Thanks to both of them for their help and Ebony looks like she is ready to be on her own.

Nate was very detailed and exact with what he was going to do to find our clog. Unfortunately our clog ended up being the 29 year old shower drain stopper that corroded and broke off into the trap in the wall. Luckily, it somehow evaded the mechanical snake until Nate was retrieving the snake from making a 30 foot plus run all the way to the 2 inch access pipe in the garage. Once the stopper was dislodged and removed, water was flowing freely again. The rooter snake ended up stuck to the stopper, which was a first for our tech. Going to make for a good story with his fellow plumbers. Thanks for getting us unclogged!

First of all, I was told that someone would be out between 12 and 4, just to get a call around 11:40am saying someone will be there in 20 minutes. Around 12pm, Scott #3394, should up. He looked at the clogged garage drain and then the sink drain. I originally asked for garage drain but the reason I was in the mess I was in, was partly due to sink drain. Before he started, he told me exactly what he would do and the cost. He not only took care of both drains, he returned the stuff under the sink (cleaning stuff). Most importantly was how awesome he was. I really enjoyed chatting with him about other stuff while he fixed the drains. Thank you Scott #3394!

We had services done in St. Joseph, MO. and were very pleased. Our repairman was very helpful and took the time to fix the problem right away without hesitation. He was very friendly and explained up front the service call/repair process.

The technicians that came out were excellent and very professional. Unfortunately, they didn’t get the chance to do their job because Roto-Rooter has set their prices at an insane rate for residential sink clearing. $390 to simply snake a sink to the tree is highway robbery and a price I’m not willing to pay. I’ll call an equally qualified competitor for half the cost. Thanks again to the technicians that came out though. They were great. It’s not their fault their company prioritizes price gouging over customer care.

I called 5 different plumbers and Roto Rooter was the only company that could come out to service the same day! The other 4 companies had a minimum of a 4 day wait for service. The technician, Cale Powers was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the stoppage quickly and got things flowing again!

From the first problem of sewer backup, Roto-Rooter was responsive with the initial team, and then Mike Redmon who determined the problem in the outside line and lined up a team to dig up the broken line and replace. He then determined a internal basement floor pipe problem and arranged to have the pipe lined. The three people that handled both problems were Jordan, Vernon, and Andrew, who were efficient and friendly with both projects.

Nate came out to my rental residence to complete a service call on water heater. As a renter of this property, it stated it was my responsibility lighting pilot on water heater. Nate found water heater standing in tray of water due to leak. He explained what it might show if water was coming from Valve. That didn't appear to be the case. I wasn't charged for this visit. He was very concerned that the appliance had not been inspected prior to my move into 2 days ago.

The guy was very nice my only issue was how much it costed and totally not accurate on how long it would take for someone to arrive. I had the same service done in July with another toilet and it was $157 this was $428. I was also told around 2 in the afternoon it would be 2 hours it was about 7:30 when he showed up. I don’t believe any of this was due to the person who performed the service but the price for labor was not communicated to me when I booked the service only once he showed up and a more accurate time frame wasn’t communicated to me.

Early Sunday morning we had an emergency involving a clogged toilet. I called Roto-Rooter to ask about their services and was able to set up an appointment for that same morning. The man from Roto-Rooter arrived around 8 a.m. and promptly looked into the problem. After giving me the estimated cost which I found to be very reasonable I gave the go-ahead for him to do whatever was necessary to unclog the toilet.He brought in his tools in from his truck and went to work on the problem, first explaining very clearly what he was going to do. He showed me how his auger was coated so it wouldn't scratch the toilet and he confidently proceeded to unclog the pipe. Afterward he checked to make sure everything was flushing thoroughly. His professionalism was outstanding and I could not be more satisfied with the work done. His name is Tony Rogers, tech 3595.

We have used Roto-Rooter for several plumbing needs and we are always impressed and happy with their service.This time it was Chris who came out to help with some needs by our main water line into the house. He was incredibly patient waiting on the city to come & turn off the water. When the work was completed he was unable to check it as the city did not come back to turn on the water until the following day. Chris proactively called back to make sure everything was OK and took the time to finish up the work on a new leak that resulted.This attention to detail and service is what keeps us coming back to roto-rooter for our plumbing needs!

I asked for an estimate on the phone. The rep said they'll tell us when they come out and before they start. The tenants called me one day and said the plumber is ready to start and just need my permission. They tried all ways to contact me while I was finishing last minute things at work. All I asked for was an estimate--not for them to start anything or wait on me. They eventually pressured is to go with them and said it'll be $198 to snake our main line. Long story short: they charged us $396. I had to call the plumber why. He said it was $198 am hour and because he had to wait for me to respond, it's $396. I told him they he did not say per hour and asked for his name and manager. He tried to refusef to answer question and eventually have me his name and manager as Roto-Rooter. I complained about it to the office and the manager who called me back said he can lower it for the flat landlord fee of $325. I told him that it was not going to do, so he was stuck with refunding the original quote--$198.

Called for an appointment and a technician was sent that same day. Chris was professional, safe, and clearly communicated how he would fix our broken outdoor spigot. Charges were clearly outlined before the work was done and I was updated when these charges changed (additional parts/supplies purchased). Chris was friendly and extremely helpful! Our kitchen sink got clogged and I couldn’t unclog it with my personal auger so I called RotoRooter. William came out and quickly got it unclogged. I really didn't want to spend as much as I did, but you have a true sales/service man. I would have just felt bad if I had refused the service after as kind as he was. Who knows I might not still been able to do it myself. Oh fast response as well, dispatch said it would be within 3 hours, I received a call from Tony within an hour. thanks again.

Skyler with Roto-Rooter came out to my house because I was having issues with two of my toilets and water pressure. He was very courteous and worked efficiently. I was surprised by how fast he was able to repair the problems. Roto-Rooter had a lot better price than Bob Hamilton who bid this job about a year ago. Bob Hamilton’s priced scared me away and I stalled the repair. Overall, very pleased.

Our tech was very professional and worked very hard to solve our plumbing issues. He fixed our main water shut-off inside the house, which was leaking uncontrollably and he fixed the water shut-off under our kitchen sink that had been soaking the cabinet. Drain pipe for washing machine was clogged. They arrived within 60 minutes of my call. The technician, Keith, explained everything professionally, the good and the bad, and then solved the problem swiftly. Keith was excellent and our pipe is clean as a whistle.

New Year's day, we had a stopped up drain in the kitchen. We waited for it to drain, but it never did. Friday morning, we called Roto-Rooter and had them come out and take a look. The first technician Tony, informed us, the clog was further down the line, then was accessible from the kitchen. We might want to consider having the entire drai replaced. Since this is an old home, we decided rather than have the clog snaked out, we would just replace the pipe that drains into the main drain/stack.4 hours later, Kali arrived on scene, and showed us where & what he would do. He was more than friendly. He answered any & all questions we had, both before and after the pipe replacement. Although it's always painful to pay for a surprise repair such as this, it had to be done.Both Tony & Kali were very professional, and we didn't feel we were getting the runaround. But it was nicer to know, was the security of only having to call once...

I had leaks under my kitchen sink that I let go on way too long. I had called a Blue Springs plummer three days ago and never got a returned call, so I called Roto-Rooter and they came out within two hours. My leaks were fixed, and the best part is that I felt confident in the job the plummer performed. A bit pricey, but for same-day service, it was what I expected, and it was worth it!

Dylan Morgan, Tech1066 was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He did an excellent job. However, the office dispatcher called and rescheduled 4 times on Wednesday, February 12. The last call was to let us know that they would arrive on Thursday between 8 am and noon. We were without hot water on the coldest day of the winter with my sister's disabled husband. We would have preferred rather than rescheduling several times, that they had simply said that they would be unable to make it on Wednesday and needed to reschedule for Thursday. We do not believe that they should reflect5 on Dylan Morgan, but rather the way the appointment was handled by the office.

Roto Rooter installed a new sump pump system with two pumps and a back-up battery for us in the fall of 2016. The main pump broke down a while ago- in January 2020, setting the alarm off of the back-up pump.The alarm was beeping constantly, even after resetting the system, so I called the office of Roto.They had a guy working late like 8:30 pm- perfect then my husband would be home and could help explain the problem. So Brady came checked out the pump system and another issue we had with only hot water sporadically in the master shower. Saturday he came back again and had another go at the master-bath problem. All good now!Lucky for us Roto Rooter is an accepted contractor, which extended the warranty from 3 to 4 years, because they had done the original installation. Woop woop! Finally something actually covered by the warranty!Brady had figured out for sure, that it was the main pump that had given up. After contacting the manufacturer Glentronics, I had a new main pump delivered, surprisingly quickly.Again I called the office for them to send out Brady to install the new pump, who came the same night and everything is working as it should.We are very pleased with the service of Roto Rooter - especially Brady, who is a confident, polite and professional young man.He put on the protective bags over his shoes in order to avoid dragging in mud, he cleaned up after himself and took the old broken pump with him.All in all a very nice experience to have him in our home. It was quick and easy to to have this pump exchange dealt with! I highly recommend Roto Rooter! The scheduling ladies in the office are very helpful setting up appointments that suited me. Roto Rooter gave me an appointment time between 11am - and 1pm. Did not call me until 2 PM. Promised a tech within 30 mins. Tech didnt show up for an hour and after I had already canceled. Very poor communication. I would understand if they were busy or behind, but I was given no explanation for their terrible reliability issue.

We called to have someone come out and look at our toilet earlier this morning, Dec. 21, within 2 hrs there was someone at the door. Pat friendly and courteous once he showed up. I explained the issue and fixed it right away. He did notice that there might be moisture problems under the floor so he called someone to come take a look. We agreed to the Sweep and Clean and he spent a little more than two hours making sure our laundry wouldn't back up anymore. We had a drain from the basement sink which I have cleaned out several times with a hand snake to get it to drain. It would not work this time. I had my wife call a Plumber and solve this problem area once & for all since Plumbers have the correct equipment it really helps with those electric powered snakes. I have to say though the Plumber had the correct experience using the snake as he had to run it backwards to get through the 90 degree elbows since the snake wanted to keep going up the vent instead of down the drain. The technician on-site was great! He successfully handled his dirty job with a great attitude and timely service. The dispatch office led me to believe that the technician would arrive about an hour before he actually did arrive. As this job was at a rental unit, I misinformed my renter about the technician's arrival time. Further, I personally sat in my vehicle and waited unnecessarily for a full hour. This aspect of my job could have been handled better.

He was very intelligent and knew what he was doing. Detailed expertly every point of issue as well as what the process of repair would be. No complaints whatsoever.

Justin came out on Saturday to try and snake and camera the main drain line only to discover there was a block in the pipe and would need to be dug up. Monday morning the crew with Nick Derek and Milton came out to dig and and camera the main drain and ran into roots in the pipe.They called Jason to come out with their roto robot that sprays water and chews up root balls in main lines to clean the pipe all the way to the city main. They expained what they were doing throughout the process. The pipe got cleaned, the crew installed a ckean out access so you dont have to remove the toilet to snake the main line. I plan to use them for maibtenance of the main line. I would recommend roto rooter for your outdoor plumbing system repairs.

The two service repairman who came replaced galvanized line with PEX line so that I could have pressure in my shower and tub and all around bathroom they came at 9 a.m. and stayed until the job was done which was around 9 p.m. they were very helpful with any questions that arose in my mind I would definitely choose this company and this pair of guys to repair my problems again if I needed it

Great experience! We discovered our clogged drain last night about 5:00. It was horrible..standing black water covering most of our basement. Scheduled an appointment for the following day between 6pm and 8pm. Recieved a call at 6:00pm saying they were running behind, but would send someone as soon as possible. At 7:30pm, I recieved a call saying a technician was on the way. At 8:30pm, I called again because no one had shown up and was told they were running behind and it would likely be 2-3 hours!!! Very frustrating after leaving work early and wasting an entire evening. Won't be using Roto-Rooter again...

We had a shutoff valve to one of our toilets fail causing waster to flood that bathroom so we had to shutoff water to the whole house. Cooper came out and had everything fixed in no time. Unfortunately it was late at night so the charges were quite high but we had no choice.

Tom (760)oh my goodness!!! Such amazing service!! I am telling EVERYONE I know about roto rooter. I have never been treated better by a service call. I will never go anywhere else! Tom came out and looked at everything and listened to everything that was happening and he immediately knew what was wrong. Branches in my main. He roto rootered huge branches out and it started draining immediately. Now i'm going a step further and having it inspected by them. He pointed out stuff that I could do myself that would help me out and save me money in the long run. It was incredible! I'm even getting a home warranty and if they don't use roto rooter i'm not going to go through it. it was absolutely great!

Brandon came out to determine if the issue with our basement flooding was the drainage or elsewhere. He was professional, timely, and helpful in understanding what would be needed to fully repair the damages.

We had an issue with our drain right before vacation, and didn't have time to get it fixed until we got back. I called them a day before that they were able to come the next day. My technician (Dwayne Tech#3453) did a great job and i was able to work upstairs while he snaked the drain. They also sent a guy to camera our drain just 15 minutes after Dwayne had finished clearing it. It was great to have the camera to see the reason for the backup. I have rarely had a bad experience with Roto-Rooter, and they are quick to remedy any problems I would have.

William was pleasant, professional, and informative. He finished the job in a timely manner and stayed to answer any questions we had. Definitely would recommend.

Last Sunday night, my tenant’s showing drain was clogged. Nate (4166) responded to the call. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing. He inspected the pipes and explained to me what went wrong and how the pipes connected. Eventually, he was able to unclog the shower drain. He was very patient and friendly. We were glad our issue was resolved quickly, especially on a Sunday night.

He got the job done, and was super nice and informative, but it was way more expensive than I thought it would be, even with the coupon.I would give our plumber 5 stars, but the price 2. I wish I would’ve known how much it was going to cost to unclog the drain beforehand, at least a general price (not exact).Also he left his jacket here (LOL) and still hasn’t come back to get it.

Jason and his team were at our house 2 hours after we noticed our pipes were backing up. They worked through the evening to clean 50 years of crud out. He gave us clear descriptions of what he was doing and why and then explained what we needed to do to keep it from happening again. Great work!

My experience was great from the minute it started. I called them around 11 AM to see if someone could come out and check my gas line for leaks and assist with hooking up my new gas range. I expected to be told that they could come out in a day or two, since it was by no means an emergency, but was happily surprised when they told me they could have a tech out to me between 1 and 5 that same day! Larry, tech 301, called me 30 minutes before he arrived and was pleasant and professional throughout his visit. He immediately gave me a quote for the work requested, and when we discovered that there were parts needed he gave me a quote that was only off by about $5. He was friendly with my dogs, made pleasant small talk while he worked, and he completed the task at hand quickly and efficiently. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends, and they will be my first call in the event I need any plumbing assistance in the future.

The office set up a two hour window for the service techs to show up with a 30 minute advance notice. At 10:12 I called to find out what was going on since the office did not attempt calling me with any information about why they were late. The service personal showed up around 11. Having to wait around for a phone call that never came prevented me from doing lots of things I could have done. The techs did a fine job and were not responsible for the delay. I'll try someone else next time.

Our service person showed up on time. He was couteous and professional. He told us what the fee was going to be before he started. We told him we were seniors, and he gave us a senior discount. He took care of our sewer backup without any difficulty. He cleared all of our drain lines without any problem, He replaced two drain caps and only charged us an additional $16 for them. He ran a camera down and showed us our entire drain line out to the street. HE WAS FANTASTIC!

Fred got here within 2 hours of my call, SAME DAY and repaired our pipe very quickly. He was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. Will be requesting him again if any more issues arise.

Jason asked for a summary of the plumbing issue on arrival and was knowledgeable of the solution. He reviewed what actions needed to occur and carried out that action. Jason conducted his work without leaving any mess. Jason provided costs for needed work and completed work for this amount. I would highly recommend Jason to future customers.

Very responsive and the tech was very nice. I don’t feel that for what he did it was worth $149 service fee when he didn’t not fix anything he called the company of the water heater to get my warranty.

The technician who was just super-smart, and not only fixed my problem very quickly, but he provided some extremely valuable root cause analysis, which will let me prevent similar problems going forward. We were lucky to have him show up!

I thought the repair was going to take two hours and he did it in under one hour. We ended up doing the hourly rate instead of the rate per job and it ended up saving us a ton of money. Chris was personable, polite, on time and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and gave accurate estimates. Again the job was done in less than an hour without issues. Call in and received same day service. When the plumbers came out they told me that one of two things would need to be done and an estimate for each of them. Finished quickly and they clean up after, I am very happy with the service.

Steven was polite on time. He told us what he thought. Initially we said no but before he could leave the driveway we changed our mind. He broke up the block but we are having the company come back out as there may be a break that will block up again. He was great!

I had a technician come out and recommend that I talk to Jason. Jason come over the very next day and told me exactly what my issue was and how to fix it. He got my drain cleaned out, which another plumbing company was unable to do and did it with amazing communication and customer service skills.
