Nick no. 367 came on a 100deg. Day! Air cond. in house was not running at full capacity, very warm, really hot and incomfortable! Nick took apart the faucets, found the issue and fixed them ! Highly recommend. Bryan came out at 7:45 on a Saturday night. No extra charge for it being a weekend/evening, and Bryan fixed our clogs within 15-30 minutes. Very polite. Didn’t leave a mess. I called for a leak in my bathroom, and a tech was there within 2 hours. I was trying to be as thorough as possible because I knew this wasn’t a simple problem with the shut off valve. The repair man tried to get in and out of my house as soon as he possibly could. I had to ask him to check a few other things because I knew what he initially did (tightening the shut off valve) was not going to fix the leak. Once he found the issue, he started grumbling to himself seemingly annoyed that he wasn’t going to be out as quickly as he thought. About 10-15 minutes later he tells me the total without telling me what repair was done or what the issue was. To this day I have not received any type of invoice or receipt, which makes me wonder if they are trying to hide something regarding the price they charged me. I also still have a slight leak, but I don’t feel comfortable calling this company back to my house again.

Joey, #360, was very pleasant, professional and very polite. Showed up when expected, and was able to determine our problem which was complex. Did everything to repair what was repairable.

We tried calling several plumbers in the area and no one answered the phone or the number was disconnected. Snake n Rooter answered immediately. We had a toilet in our Master Bath that when you flushed it, water would run out of the bottom everywhere! Dave Wilson, the technician came out and immediately noticed a crack & suggested the toilet be replaced. Dave shared with us what the next steps would be; including obtaining the toilet, installation process, time and disposing. He was very thorough and you wouldn't even know he did any work in our bathroom. Our bathroom was spotless when he left! Dave was such a joy to work with and was so down to earth! First time I have used the company and I was thoroughly impressed. The office staff was very pleasant, called before they sent a plumber to my home, and then followed up at the conclusion of the work to ensure that I was satisfied. The gentleman that serviced my home, Jesse, was very professional, in a nice uniform, and seemed very thorough in his initial diagnosis and work completed. I can’t recommend Snake n Rooter enough. I spoke with Debbie at 9:30 this morning and had her put me on the list for tomorrow, but at 1pm I called back to see if there was any way she could put me back on the schedule for today. She said that it was very unlikely (which I was totally fine with) but that if a tech became available they would send one out today. At 1:45 i got a call that a tech was available and ran home to meet him. I believe they send me Jesse. He was friendly and professional and took care to keep my garage door closed and worker in the so the AC would stay inside, even though I wouldn’t have minded if the door was open. He got my drains flowing again quickly. I’m so thankful that Snake n rooter was so quick and responsive and got my problem taken care of so fast.

Had a clogged kitchen sink. Apparently putting a pan full of pasta wasn't a good idea! Gave these guys a call and within an hour they showed up. Our service tech's name was Stephen (#381) and was very friendly. He diagnosed the problem, brought his tools up and got to work. And within under an hour took care of our clogged kitchen sink! Had some great tips for us on what not to put down the garbage disposal. Overall our tech Stephen was great and saved our weekend! Thanks to him and Snake n Rooter!

First of all I like to say the lady on the phone when I called for service was very nice and understanding to my problem. I told her that I would not be home until 4:30 in the afternoon and they called me before I got home about 4:00. When I called back they told me that someone was on the way to my home. My kids have a house in Lenexa and also have a 3 year old boy who loves his cars! After three visits by their staff, Drain Doctor Daniel Hixon was dispatched to the house and he used the rod machine and a camera to find not only the green car, but the tow truck that the boy sent down the drain to pull it out!
Frankly, Daniel and the whole Snake 'n' Rooter team (especially the phone answering staff!) were as helpful and considerate as anyone could imagine.
The upshot is that the drain (and parking area/tow lot for kid cars) are all clear after considerable effort.

Snake-N-Rooter is hands-down the #1 service I recommend to folks when it comes to anything plumbing related. This is my second review of the service, and they've come through again when others were a major let-down.

My water heater was leaking and I was attempting to address it using my home warranty. Over a week after the initial inspection via the plumber the home warranty had sent, I still had a leaking water heater and was switching out towels to sop up the water several times a day as well as getting nowhere when calling back and forth between both the warranty and the plumber to find out the status of the replacement part...only to just yesterday have found out that a misunderstanding on the plumber's end re: sourcing the part was part of the reason for the extended delay.

I'm so thankful I called Snake-n-Rooter for a second opinion and diagnosis last week. During Vince and Chuck's visit, not only did Vince take the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and the reasoning for the prior diagnosis requiring a slimmer water heater (which is harder to find); but he also informed me that I should consider getting a vent in my door to allow for ventilation, once I have the door put back in place. Not only that, Vince stood right there and called around and was able to confirm availability of the slim heater that would fit through my narrow closet door & Chuck called around to get a firm quote price. They quoted me that day and Vince made sure to submit my information so that Snake-n-Rooter would be ready to schedule the install as soon as I gave the word.

After confirming the continued issue with the prior plumber re: parts, I called Snake-n-Rooter. Vince was able to remove and install the water heater furnace today, just one day following their initial visit. That included him having had to make adjustments to the flu and gas line(?) in order to fit the taller, slimmer unit.

And all done with professionality, courtesy, respectfulness of property and care.

I told him and Chuck yesterday that I love this company for who they are and what they represent. And I don't use that term lightly. Vince's service lived up to the high standard that John and his crew set last year.

I will forever use Snake n Rooter from now on for all my plumbing needs. We had another company come check out a plumbing problem that really just made things worse and luckily Snake n Rooter was doing work for my neighbor so we asked them to take a look.

Snake n Rooter was able to diagnose the problem quickly and made me feel super comfortable with having them do the work. For a very reasonable price they were able to fix my plumbing issues quickly and cleaned up nicely when they finished. All the guys who came to do the work were very friendly and professional especially Jared!

OMG! I am so excited to report that our year long problem has been solved!! We have had at least 15 other vendors out to look at our low water pressure issue. If you were taking a shower and someone else needed to use the bathroom, or do dishes, or wash clothes, you were out of luck!! Additionally, the stream of water in the tub was so low that it would literally take 1 hour to fill the tub for a bath. Some of the suggestions from previous vendors included adding a pump to the top of the water tank to force more water up, changing out all the pipes in the entire house (extremely expensive), replacing some of the pipes as they were too small in places, bypass the water softener because maybe the softener is the problem, etc., etc., etc. So we had the water softener bypassed and it made our water pressure even worse!! So we had Mark (#379) to come out to undo the bypass of the water softener. Not only did Mark reinstall the water softener but he also went out and checked the outside water meter. Turns out the water meter was turned too far (past open) and therefore we had no water pressure. Let me tell you if we were not in COVID-19, I would have given Mark the biggest hug ever!! So I HIGH RECOMMEND this company for any of your plumbing needs!!

I'm giving this 3 stars because the first tech who came out for service left for his next job without telling anybody that he was finished with our job, leaving us to wonder if our urinals were functional again. I ended up having to call out again because we were still having the same issue we originally had called about. The second technician they sent out, Bryan, was awesome! He was professional and explained the 30 day warranty policy, left us business cards and apologized for our first experience. If he had come out originally this would have been a 5 star review.

Had water backing up in laundry room drain.
Called Sunday night. When asked by phone operator, I said it was ok to wait until Monday.
Monday morning tech arrived. Took care of built up rust in the drain before lunch! Husband was home, said they did a great job. When I got home they had cleaned up the floor and everything looked great. Very happy with service and would definitely recommend!

Chuck and Vince came to address issues with our very old hot water heater. They were on time and thoroughly explained the problems and how the system worked. It was very obvious they had in depth knowledge on hot water heaters. They also kindly addressed and fixed an issue we had with our dishwasher not draining. Had a clogged drain..they cleared the clog but in doing so the puncture the pipe..so jonathan jr. called his supervisor jonathan sr. who is also his father and he came out to evaluate...his assessment was to replace15 feet of old pipe with new..i so appreciated that because he could have just replaced the small section were the small hole was...so he called bryan to bring some supplies and within an hour and a half he was finished and didn't even charge me except for the drian cleaning....THANKS GUYS!! Called to schedule a first time service. A woman answered who sounded unfriendly and said please hold and after waiting a couple of minutes the line disconnected. Called back and she answered again and got the same treatment. Will take my business elsewhere.

We used Snake 'n' Rooter for a clogged kitchen sink. They were very kind when we called late in the evening, and were able to get our sink fixed first thing the next morning. David was very friendly and efficient.

We called them out for a clog in our upstairs restroom. Great unclogged toilet. But flooded our basement because the clog was still in our pipes. Called them back to unclog the line completely. Charged again. Even though it was for the same issue and same day calls. Less than a week later the upstairs restroom was still clogging up. Called them back to fix said issue, again. Came, charged us again, tore up our less than 1 yr old toilet and left. No recommendations, no notes on what could be causing it. I will NVER use them again. Clearly, there is an issue and instead of being proactive they clearly just to charge for each call. On top of all of that, their receptionist Hannah is quite the rude little girl. She should NOT be in customer service.

We had a plumbing issue that had been repaired multiple times. However, a call to Snake n Rooter ~Jared's knowledge and hard work ~all is working as it should. Jared #369 spent several hours replacing a stack, rebuilding and rerouting defective plumbing, reinforcing a toilet, and cleaning pipes. Jared quickly assessed the problem and informed us of a plan. He worked diligently to correct our issues. He gave of his personal time off the clock to make sure all was working correctly. Jared is professional and efficient. The technician, Jesse, was friendly & personal! He did a great job too, keeping the price under his estimate. Resetting the toilet in this old house turned out to be more difficult than he expected--and more time-consuming--but he didn't charge me for the extra time! My cats even made friends with him. Initially, I was a little put-off by the recording saying the company has a militaristic approach, and only hires techs that are clean-cut and clean-shaven, because I prefer diversity; however, I have only had positive experiences with the company and will continue to use Jesse for my plumbing needs!

Great company, supper professional, very helpful and won't steer you in the wrong direction! We have a leak we have been dealing with for a while now unfortunately no signs to where this leak is at other than it is outside somewhere. We had Snake 'n' Rooter come out to see if they could help us they gave us some quotes on a couple of different possibilities that we had of where the leak was at however them knowing the financial responsibilities with everything they didn't force it on us to let them fix a what could be the leak as there is no identification of where this leak is and we have a couple of different possibilities instead they directed us to a company that could find the leak for us without tearing up our whole yard. We will use them to find the leak and we will for sure be calling Snake 'n' Rooter back for the actual fixing of the leak!

Had what we thought was just a clogged shower drain. Saw the high ratings for Snake N Rooter and decided to give them a call. They came out and found out due to a remodeling job by previous home owner, the shower was installed improperly. Gave us the run down of what needed to be done, along with estimate. Had Daniel come out a couple weeks later to completely take out the old shower and redo the drain. He didn't have to, but he went ahead and fully installed a new shower for us. He went above and beyond what the job and the estimate called for and we were very pleased with his work and end results. Any future plumbing issues we have, we will definitely be using these folks again!

I could not recommend this company more highly based on my experience. I called Snake 'n' Rooter after the first plumber I called was unable to unclog a pipe. Daniel was quickly able to identify the problem and spent over a hour on a very challenging job. Further he proactively offered a solution to avoid further problems. Came in to work one morning to find the floor in one of the upstairs executive offices covered in water. There was enough water that it found its way to a spot where it was actually running through the warehouse ceiling below and onto the floor down there. There was no visible sign of a leak. Great honest plumbing service

When I called Snake n Rooter for a 2nd opinion on a spot repair I was hoping that their estimate would be cheaper than 5k+the 2 other well known plumbing companies quoted. John #356 came out yesterday to do an estimate and based on the previous camera video done by Roto which I recorded with my phone, he advised me that he didnt think I needed a line repair. Just a good cleaning with the proper snake. He told me that he and a technician would be back in the morning to snake the line using a larger tool than previous plumbing service. I was very impressed with both John #356 and Stephen #381 honesty, knowledge and service. After 3 days of no plumbing, 3 different plumbers visits, they fixed my drain line issues in less than 45 minutes and $5000 less than what was proposed by one of the plumbers. John even knew the layout of my outside sewer line prior to ringing the door bell. I will now only call Snake n Rooter for my plumbing needs. TheY have gained a loyal customer because of the awesomeness of John and Stephen.

I have used Snake & Rooter in the past for a serious sewer blockage due to roots. Of late my dishwater has been backing up onto my basement floor. I called S&R and was able to get immediate scheduling. The technician, Scott Gillespie, was courteous, professional, and skilled. He located the source of the problem, which turned out to be a disgusting, messy blockage of what looked and smelled like toxic waste, cleared the drain, and cleaned everything up (no small job). The repair was reasonably priced and I was given follow up instructions should I have another problem. My rating is awesome company and awesome technician!!!!

Called when I was having backup issues with my sewer line. They immediately picked up and got someone out that same day to snake the line. A week later when the same issue came up again the company got someone (Jonathan) out to investigate free of charge and quick. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and pegged the issue right on the head within a couple of minutes but still went through the motions of eliminating all options at my request without hesitation. Tim and his crew came the next day and started cracking the driveway open to see what the issue was. Jonathan was right!...Cable company cut through the main sewer line causing serious issues for us. Tim's team did an excellent job at the repair and was always respectful when I came to investigate. They all did a bang up job and I would highly recommend using their services as they were 15 min early to the appointment as well as extremely professional.

When was looking for a estimate on replacing my sewer line they told me didn't need the whole thing just a sction replaced which saved me thousands, then noticed my kitchen plumbing was wrong and quote that as well. They had the best price, the only one that didn't try to pressure me then set it up so everything could be done in 1 day. Used them 5 years ago for a sewer clean on a Sunday and both they've been fast and efficient.

Bill arrived on time to replace our hot water heater from 1984. He was very kind, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. Bill also explained everything thoroughly and let us how long it would be before we have hot water. He also hauled away the old hot water heater that was full of sediment. The new hot water heater has been working great with no issues. We couldn’t be happier with Bill and the whole Snake ‘n’ Rooter team. Tech 406 did such a great job fixing my clogged drain. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself, was thorough, and thoughtful. I especially appreciated that they were able to come a day earlier than they scheduled despite the weather. Only thing that could make the experience better is if they were able to narrow down times with their scheduling, however I do understand their reasoning for scheduling the way they do.

I have used Snake and Rooter for years. Unfortunately it has often been outside normal business hours. They don't charge a premium for this. My most recent experience was a slow running washing machine drain. Micholee, at their call center was very professional. And I had my arrival scheduled within 45 minutes. Bryan, the tech who arrived, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He had to run the line three times, but kept working until the drain was totally free running. I can't say enough good about Snake and Rooter. They have never let me down, no matter what or when they had to provide service.

The water heater in my apartment was rusted, leaking and flooded my carpet. Eric came out to replace it and was EXTREMELY professional. The first water heater he brought was too big to fit into the space so he had to call to find a replacement and go all the way back to pick up a different one. Once he got it in he noticed there were no copper connections to connect to, it was only PVC piping. He had to leave again and go back to get the correct parts. A job that probably should have been a couple hours ended up lasting almost 7 hrs. Eric never complained, he explained everything in detail and was professional and lighthearted despite all the setbacks. You all hit the jackpot with him as an employee! Awesome service!! I called in the morning and they said they were busy and were going to come out the next day, which was perfectly fine. Then I received a call back hours later saying they had a cancellation so their guy Joey (#360) came out to my house because I wanted them to check to see if I had any clogs in my drains, since my pipes were acting weird, such as backing up or leaking in places. Joey was very thorough and checked a lot of things from my shower, jacuzzi, sinks, and more.

Recently purchased a new sink and faucet online and I knew I didn’t want to install myself due to it not going to match up with the current/old plumbing so I gave Snake ‘n’ Rooter a call and setup an appointment for the day the new sink was going to be delivered. The tech showed up on time, and was able to get everything taken care of fast. Over the past year I’ve used two other companies 1 to fix a backup in our downstairs kitchen and one to replace our main water cut off. We recently bought an older home and from the inspector we knew that we may need to have the pipes Rootered. I called my agent, Lyn Cheek @ Re Max Revolutions, and she said only to use Snake 'N' Rooter. As she is such an exceptional agent, it was not a question, I called. *POOF* they were here! Everybody knows when you move, there are boxes EVERYWHERE and the tech helped us find the drain clean-out by moving some boxes. They rootered not only my laundry drain, but also the main drain. When the tech was at a certain point, he quickly stopped the machine and we could hear through the pipe a loud WHOOSH. He smiled and said that the cutter head has cleaned us out to the city main! They were so nice, clean, uniformed, and wiped down the floors, walls, etc. I have heard horror stories about Rooters, and even saw one of their competitors on Undercover Boss, but I will never have any predilections again about calling. I am just awestruck, even as they sprayed some air-freshener! I really did not know this company before, but I will tell EVERYONE I can about them. Daniel responded to fix a simple clog which he handled very quickly. We also had a toilet that was not draining correctly. He was able to diagnose the issue and made the toilet function correctly after a lot of work. I highly recommend this company. I called in morning and they responded on same date, calling me when the plumber was on his way to our residence.

Snake and Rooter gave a realistic timeframe for when the plumber would be at my house and the plumber who arrived (Bryan) was polite, listened to my whole description of the issue, told me his assessment of the problem, explained how he would resolve it and then did so quickly! A bonus for Snake and Rooter is that if your initial problem is solved in less than the minimum time they charge (1 hr) the plumber will be glad to see to any other plumbing issues you have in that amount of time! I was able to have Bryan fix a couple of little things that I would not have called a plumber for on their own. Also he answered all of my many questions patiently and with kindness. This is my second time to use Snake and Rooter (different issues) and both times I've had the same excellent experience with two different plumbers. I'm a very satisfied customer who will be loyal to Snake and Rooter anytime I have a plumbing need.

Micheal and Ike were fantastic!! They scheduled a return and showed up as promised. They worked hard and were accountable. We really appreciated their help. The front desk/secretaries are also so great! They were always kind and happy to help. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

On Saturday evening, I discovered our main line was clogged. I called several plumbers to schedule an appointment the next morning (Sunday morning). Snake n Rooter was recommended by a plumber that was not available. I called the next morning and scheduled for a plumber to come. He arrived around 10 am. He was polite and courteous, and took the time to talk about different issues that might have caused the clog. He solved the problem and was on his way. This company does not charge a premium price for weekends or holidays. I will definitely use this company again.

He explained why the faucet he picked was better than the one that we had replaced within the past year by a competitor. I used this outfit because my regular guy was unavailable. My regular guy said this outfit damaged my drain. This is in my elderly parents basement. My parents told me the same thing, but I wanted a professional to confirm it. Their management is rude, and uneducated. Their equipment is extremely outdated. I recommend not using them, if you want to save yourself some money, and heartache.

Joey#360 was did an awesome job snaking/clear out my main for the house. Basement was backing up and he got big Bertha downstairs and main unclogged in less than an our. He even talked about other solutions on updating my old cast iron piping. I am a plumbing technician with this company so my oponion is bias, however true it may be.

I called for help with a clogged basement drain. The receptionist took my information and said she could definitely have someone out the next day but if anyone was free earlier she would send them our way. They called four hours later to see of we would be home for the plumber!

The plumber was polite, wore his mask, and worked out the problem quickly. They were reasonably priced and our drain is clog free!

I called they came out on holiday evening and successfully opened a main line. They did the job another company failed to do (Reddi Services). Took a while to get the invoice, but they were fairly easy to work with. The line backed up they came out again no charge, but when they realized what was going on made me aware of the issue and advised it voided their warranty. I can live with fairness. I ended up having to have a third call, they got it open explained in depth what was going on what my options were and offered camera service to verify. I can't do shady service and my advice is to call this company out to get the job done. If I have to spend the kind of money I did to get the service done I want results not excuses. I had a clogged kitchen drain beyond the trap under the sink. Joey came out and successfully unclogged the drain. He quoted me a fair price and even though he was here a little past the initial hour, he did not charge any extra. He was very polite, kept the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He was very helpful by answering a lot of questions I had about use of the garbage disposal and a few other issues. This was the second time I have used this company and both experiences have been very satisfactory.

Approximately sometime in October we had a plumbing backed up so when we call the plumber had come out and got it cleared out and then it backed up on Thanksgiving Day he couldn't pass so many feet away and so we had to get a camera run through and found out it could not go no more than 15 feet so we went to the whole processing through the insurance company and everything and the gentleman that works with the company. My room mates and I have had trouble with clearing out a clog in our kitchen sink pipe for several months. Both myself and several other people have tried every option we could think of to get rid of the clog, all of which were ineffective, and Snake 'n' Rooter was able to take care of it! Eric was incredibly nice, did an amazing job and was able to come in and fix the issue within half an hour!

I had used Snake 'n' Rooter three times over the past 4-5 years to clear our main sewer line due to root growth from a large tree in our front yard. They had been recommended by a neighbor and we found them to be 25% cheaper than the company we had used the previous three years. Snake 'n' Rooter has always been responsive when contacted to schedule a service call quickly and have been on-time 100% of the time. Quality work has always been performed and clean-up is thorough.

I've had several experiences with snake n rooter, I've had a few professional interactions with some technicians which was overcast from one of the leads, John. I had the most unprofessional interactions with him, as he was filled with disrespect and contempt. There are several other companies in the area. I would use any of them. I spoke to John to alert him to negative experiences from different interactions - hoping to tell him directly so no one else had the same experience I had as I more than understand mistakes happen but they wouldn't even listen to what they did or how it impacted us. He was completely dismissive and didn't even apologize or recognize instead having to call back and talk to some of the coordinators of these experiences of them ruining our stairs to the basement, chipping our concrete stair coming into the house and unplugging our freezer and needing to throw away all our food after figuring out that had done this and we didn't catch it in time. After telling three different employees of our experiences and ensuring we would get a call back from a manager it didn't happen and our experiences fell on deaf ears. They have never cleaned up after they are done and only used a mat after I specifically saw it on their website and asked if they could. If you have an older home or a home you care about I highly recommend using any other company.

We moved into a house about 2 weeks ago and started having problems with our drain backing up into the house. We called out bob Hamilton because of their widely promoted name, and could not have regretted it more. They sent out inexperienced individuals who got caught in our line, and ended up giving us a repair estimate for 2 2ft sections for $8,000. We called snake n rooter after, and were so relieved. Daniel was sent out to help us, and he was knowledgeable and friendly. Daniel didn’t try to sell us on a new line, but actually instructed us on how to save money if we have another issue. I had them replace the drain and pipes in the bathtub and they told me all I had to do to clear the hair out of the drain was to take a screwdriver and pop the drain up and it would come off. However, they fixed it where the drain won't just pop up. I had a PROFESSIONAL and ETHICAL plumber come out and he informed me that it won't come off unless you break it off and it was installed that way. The plumbers at this company are professional con artist. They will RIP YOU OFF. They are unreliable; it took them four days to do the job because they had another job they were working on besides mine so they just left me hanging. We had another plumber out who cleared our clog, no issues there, but the clog came back just a couple weeks later. Joey came out and not only cleared the blockage, but went above and beyond to figure out why it had returned and put in a work order to get our pipes setup to prevent it in the future. He was very friendly, informative, and seemed genuinely happy to help. I've never had a better maintenance experience, and I'll be requesting Joey in the future if I can get him.

I had Joey and Malachy come to fix a clog in my bathroom. They were awesome!! They showed up quickly, fixed the problem quickly, and they were super friendly and respectful. They also did an amazing job cleaning up after. Overall a great experience.

This morning we used Snake n’ Rooter and received incredible service. David Wilson was friendly, professional and efficient. He came to the apartment and was able to get our toilet/bathtub unclogged in no time. We are definitely pleased with our service and if we have any future issues we will definitely be using this service again.

OMG! I am so excited to report that our year long problem has been solved!! We have had at least 15 other vendors out to look at our low water pressure issue. If you were taking a shower and someone else needed to use the bathroom, or do dishes, or wash clothes, you were out of luck!! Additionally, the stream of water in the tub was so low that it would literally take 1 hour to fill the tub for a bath. Some of the suggestions from previous vendors included adding a pump to the top of the water tank to force more water up, changing out all the pipes in the entire house (extremely expensive), replacing some of the pipes as they were too small in places, bypass the water softener because maybe the softener is the problem, etc., etc., etc. So we had the water softener bypassed and it made our water pressure even worse!! So we had Mark (#379) to come out to undo the bypass of the water softener. Not only did Mark reinstall the water softener but he also went out and checked the outside water meter. Turns out the water meter was turned too far (past open) and therefore we had no water pressure. Let me tell you if we were not in COVID-19, I would have given Mark the biggest hug ever!! So I HIGH RECOMMEND this company for any of your plumbing needs!! THANK YOU MARK!! YOU DESERVE A BONUS!!!

Yesterday we had one of the larger, more advertised companies out to unclog or main line. That kid took one look at my ancient plumbing and wouldn't touch it. Fast forward to today, Snake 'n Rooter sends Michael out. He didn't hesitate to get busy with unclogging my entire house. I will never call any other company again! They didn't charge extra because it was Sunday. It cost me a lot less than the other company would have charged me. Awesome company, and I can't say enough good things about the technician they sent! An excellent experience from start to finish. My basement floor drain was beginning to back up and after calling several plumbing companies and getting answering services (during working hours) my call was answered professionally and quickly by Snake 'n' Rooter. An appointment was scheduled for the following morning and Joey showed up on time. He was able to clear the drain and gave me some maintenance recommendations and took approx an hour - a very impressive, professional, thorough and polite technician. Thank you!

There are a lot of companies that talk about service, punctuality, quality, etc. and you don't really know until you use them. My family and I recently had a sewer backup the eventually required a pipe replacement resulting in digging up a portion of our basement and our front yard. What began with a simple snaking out the drain led to running a camera line down and eventually the replacement. The quality of the individuals was first class. They are humble, courteous, polite and truly want to help. Whether they were finished jackhammering out my basement or filling in the hole in my basement I couldn't tell that anything consequential had been done. Well, actually I could because they left it better than when they showed up. Well done Snake and Rooter! Plumbers! Right? They are first class in how they treat their customers and the work they do.

I had hired a company that I used to install a new air conditioner and furnace to do my drain cleaning. The technician ended up breaking her tool inside of my pipe and completely locked up my system. After 2 hours of that technician not being able to retrieve the broken tool, they basically told me they were going to have to Jackhammer up my basement floor and replace the pipe in order to fix the problem. Daniel, Field Sup from Snake 'n' Rooter came out, and skillfully removed the tool out of my pipe and fully cleaned my pipes and then took the time to video my pipes and is giving me a full description of what took place by the other company. He was so considerate and gracious with me. This is my second time using them and they really stand by their work. I highly recommend Snake 'n' Rooter!

I had Snake and Rooter out tonight for a plumbing problem. Daniel was very prompt, through and efficient. He was out her last year for a similiar problem and he remembered being here. He can come here to fix this problem every time I call them

Two days before Christmas guests were to arrive, our toilets' flushes became sluggish. Not good! So we immediately called Snake N Rooter (since we had used them before). A technician came out promptly, cleared tree roots from 100 feet of our sewer line, and gave good advice for preventing future root problems (advice to save us money in the future). He was a very likeable and professional technician. The following week I needed to call customer service about a discrepancy on our bill (time billed). She was also very professional and took care of the problem immediately by refunding the amount of the discrepancy. We are very pleased with the prompt and professional service that we have received from Snake N Rooter, and I highly recommend them.

Daniel was professional and went above and beyond our expectations. He fully installed our shower after repair from previous owner remodeling job, he do so with great experience and quality work. Would highly recommend them and if ever needed plumbing services again they are on top of our list.

This is the only company that I will ever let run a line in my house .We have lived in my house for 30 some years, every few years we had to have them come out and run our mainline because of tree roots and because of the age of my house we eventually had a collapsed line. We have not been able to use our Master bathroom tub since we moved in. Each person came out and said they would have to go behind the shower to fix the leak. Daniel H came in and found another way. He was super friendly, professional and did not leave until he had it completely fixed. He even found another leak after he fixed the initial leak and fixed that one too. I was so impressed with his efforts to ensure that everything was fixed before he left. He spent at least 6 hours that night fixing both leaks by himself. I was so impressed and grateful. My main line drain clogged on a Wednesday. I called for an appointment that afternoon, but because of a coming snow storm, the earliest appointment was Friday. Technician Joey #360 came out in about an hour from the time I called the company. He knew exactly what to do about each of my issues and explained things thoroughly. He fixed a toilet that had been running and not removing solid waste efficiently, opened the cold water tap on a kitchen faucet, replaced a broken pipe under a sink, capped off an unused pipe, and cleared 2 bathroom sinks that had been draining slowly. He was professional and courteous and cleaned up the gunk that had accumulated in the pipes. He worked quickly and efficiently. Everything is working exactly as it's supposed to--no need for do-overs. He asked to make sure all of our plumbing issues had been taken care of before he left. I would definitely hire this company/technician again.

So our basement shower and toilet hadn’t been draining at the normal rate recently. Being the normal guy that I am, the basement shower and toilet is my happy place. Had to be fixed!!!
