James was on time and did an excellent job

I had always done my own minor plumbing repairs. I had a toilet which ran, so I replaced the fill valve. Then I could NOT get the supply line to stop leaking. Out of frustration I called Steve. He had the leak stopped, the toilet tuned up and everything ship shape in no time, all for a very reasonable price. I've since referred him to my in-laws and some others. He has been a jewel every time!

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! Steve and Tyler work all day and into the evening to get this job done in one visit. Great team, they did a beautiful job and explained everything I need to know about my new heating and cooling system. Steve and Tyler work an extra long day to do the work most companies would have taken 2 days, they didn't rush and did the job right. My hats off to Steve and Tyler, they do this company proud. Now I don't have to worry about my Bulldog over heating this summer, after the install, still had issues with hot spots in the house, they are working out the issues with the old duct work, so im sure they will fix the old duct work and I will have a better system than before.Update they came back and straighten out the old duct work in my attic that was done when the house was built. On our 2nd floor most of the vent didn't really blow air at a good rate.. so cooling and heating on the 2nd floor was bad. We hot a whole new heating and cooling system put in and after that the air flow on 2nd floor was bad. So the came out a 2nd time and fixed all the mistakes that were in my attic duct that the builders of my house did over 30 years ago. Now my 2nd floor vent blow a lot of air.. I can't tell you how happy we are we went with Bob hamilton on the new heating and cooling system great install and they even fixed problems that had nothing to do with the install, they went above and beyond. I bet other companies would have said sorry that's nothing we did so pay up.. they did a great job.. they fixed issues that were done by another installer, just to make sure the new system worked as promised.. Bob hamilton is and will be our go to guys for anything we need they provide..They told me this new system would take care of my heating and cooling needs and after install they went up in the attic and fixed the messed up duct work that was installed in my house 30 years ago, just so they could keep the promise they made.. I don't think most companies would have gone the lengths they went to do the job right... I can't say enough about how good a company this is... 8/01/2023..update have had minor issues with the system nothing that was anyones fault, they are working with me to make sure the unit last a long time. Like I said great company to work with, and they follow up on all work they do...

Zach came out to fix my A/C on an unseasonably warm day. He called about 30 minutes before he showed up to make sure I was still available. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend this company, these guys are reliable, friendly, reasonable, and they know what they are doing.

Had an AC and Furnace installed back in July 2020 and it has been great. Had a small issue come up and a technician was out the next day to fix the problem. Chris was great and explained the issue and made sure it was fixed. He also went above and beyond making sure everything was set up to our liking with the humidifier and thermostat.

Patrick is very cordial, professional and trustworthy. Was able to replace our water heater almost immediately. I would highly recommend!

Work was done efficiently, neatly and clean up was excellent!
